"Oh...this is all our fault." Plagg lamented as the group returned to the ship.

"Don't blame yourself. We made our choice and Cat Noir...he made his." Sunset said.

"So, now what? Are we just gonna up and leave?" Akane asked.

"Well, it's not like Knightowl was interested in having our help. He said we were trouble." Hope said.

"What right does he have to judge us?" Saki said.

"It's their city. Their rules. Just like Ishimaru said." Mukuro said.

"You guys don't think I took it too far in my argument with Knightowl, did I?" David asked. "I mean… Okay, I know I can't be taken seriously because we're in our uniforms right now, but-"

"Forget the uniforms. He wasn't taking you seriously cause he thinks most of us are just inexperienced kids." Jexi said.

"Well, duh. That's what I was getting to. We fight just as hard as them, if not harder." David said.

"Yeah but they are more concerned with finding Techno Pirate right now." Tails said. "All the members of the United Heroes are looking for him."

Elsewhere…

"Wow...they are really looking for us huh?" DaDan said.

"Yeah...too bad we're about to overturn this entire city." Techno said as they entered the bathroom where Techno Pirate was tied up.

"You scurvy dogs. Let me out of here!" Techno Pirate ordered.

"We're giving you back you power, Techlonizer." Hawk Moth said, sending the Akuma back into him. "Along with an extra power." he said, putting the Eagle Miraculous around his neck. "To activate, simply say...Liiri, Wings of Liberty." he said smiling.

Back on the ship…

"So...looks like Adrien is headed back to Paris." Rainbow said. "And Marinette is so broken up about this...after all she did to get him here."

"Maybe we should just leave too. Not like they actually want us here." Jet said.

"Sorry, guys… I really thought that after we came back, it would be like old times, but…" David said.

"Don't shoulder this on yourself. It's just hard for some people to…" Jexi said as the TV was turned up. "Will you turn that down? We're trying to...what?" he said as they saw a figure in an eagle outfit walking down the streets. "Is that…"

"Yeah...our missing villain." Miles said.

"I want to surrender! I never wanted to stop the French American Friendship Week celebration from happening. If I have to lose me freedom for everyone else to celebrate theirs, then fine. I surrender! Put me in jail!" Techno Pirate called out.

"He's...surrendering. Well, that seems nice." Ginseng said.

"Hmm...something doesn't make sense. And what's with the eagle costume? Is he going patriotic or something?" Mina said as the United Heroes began to surround him.

"Hmm...something doesn't…" Robin said noticing the necklace around his neck. "I've seen that before but...They need to stop right now."

"Why? What's…" Jexi said.

"He's not wearing just a costume. He's wearing a Miraculous!" Robin said.

"What? What's it gonna do?!" Usopp said.

"Don't be scared. I generally wish for nothing but your freedom. Liberation!" Techno Pirate said firing off multiple feathers into the united heroes. "Majestia! You're afraid of your own power. I release you from your fear!"

"All the things I never dared to try." Majestia said as she blew away several buildings. "Ha. Too easy!"

"Knightowl, your morality keeps you from bringing justice more swiftly than you wish. I release you from your code of ethics!" Techno Pirate said.

"Why should I show more leniency to the people who show none?" Knightowl said as he swung over a car. "Don't know how to park, huh?" he said, blowing up a car as the scene changed to a woman dressed in red white and blue.

"Victory, you once swore your life to defending people's freedom. I release you from the promise!" Techno Pirate said.

"You'll see the leader of the free world. You will obey me. No more freedom." she said activating a control panel as multiple weapon systems activated all across New York.

"Doorman, you can go anywhere you want but you resist personal gain for the greater good. I release you from your code!" Techno Pirate said.

"I've always wanted to visit the Vatican's secret archives. No...the Queen's secret treasure room." Doorman said, running off.

One by one, each of the United Heroes were soon doing whatever they wanted, not a single one helping the people.

"Damn it… It's just as I feared would happen." David said.

"This is definitely the work of the Eagle Miraculous." Robin said. "According to Levy's translations, it gives the user the power of Freedom, to allow them to reach their full potential by liberating the things that keep them chained down."

"But Techno Pirate's using it the wrong way." Hope said. "All the american heroes have lost their sense of justice and all they have left is… their own desires!"

"Then...we'll just have to bring justice back." David said.

"Dave, think about what you're saying, man." Kazuma said.

"I have. And I know that normally, Knightowl wouldn't agree with that decision. But in his current state of mind, he's not in the position to make that judgment call." David said. "Besides, look at the people that have gathered for this trip. Students from UA High, the Summoner's Academy, and all of us, Kazuma. We may not be much on our own, that much is true. But with all of us together..."

"Yeah...we can get the situation handled. Sparrow and Uncanny likely have the same idea. The best bet would be to somehow get that Miraculous away from Techno Pirate. But first, we gotta reign in these rogue heroes." Jexi said. "They think we're unqualified...we're about to show them otherwise."

"I'll go grab Class B and Shinso." Hope said.

"I'll go find Sparrow and Uncanny." Ace said.

"You two don't need to do anything...they'll come on their own. Trust me." Jexi said.

"You… You guys are really serious about this, are you?" Minato asked.

"We've been at this long before now. Why wouldn't we try and prove them wrong?" Jexi smiled.

"David's right. It really is up to everyone gathered here now. We're in too." Naomi said. "We'll show them just how strong our class is when we're all together!"

"It's whoopass time!" Simon said.

In the streets of New York...

"Ah...looks at all this chaos." DaDan said as the New Universal Villains walked the streets. "Gotta say, I am loving all this. This is what a put together plan looks like."

"These heroes aspire to protect their city with their codes and restrictions… but what happens when those are all broken?" Shigaraki asked. "We'll destroy it all."

"Indeed we will." Techno agreed. "Starting here… with the alliance."

"Actually, I think this is where your reign ends." a voice said as Ishimaru stood in the middle of the street before them.

"What the? Oh, that guy. The one who runs that Hero Foundation." DaDan said.

"Run along kid. You don't wanna get hurt." Boba said.

"Not as long as your evil grows. As of now...the New Universal Villains will fall here and now!" Ishimaru declared.

Most of them just started laughing at this.

"Is that so?" Techno asked after he finished laughing. "And who is going to be the cause of that? You?"

"No…us." Ishimaru said.

"Summon the Raging Flame! Sun Ce!" a voice called out as a man charged out, landing a hit with their tonfa against Boba's helmet, sending him into a building.

"Embiggen!" another voice called as a large hand sent Frieza flying as well. "How was that?" Ms. Marvel asked.

"Perfect." Ghost Spider called out as she went about webbing Techno only to get DaDan.

"Ugh, this stuff is nasty!" DaDan said.

"This is something we don't have time for." Techno said coldly, drawing out a blade made of plasma. "Kill them all." he ordered as he walked towards Ishimaru.

"Nice blade." a voice said as the blade was cut off the hilt as Kamakiri stood there. "But I like mine better."

Togaru Kamakiri

Hero Name: Jack Mantis

Quirk: Razor Sharp

He can make sharp blades appear anywhere on his body.

Techno looked at the hilt before he turned his gaze towards Kamakiri, eyes narrowed in a glare. He didn't say a word as he quickly pulled out a laser pistol and fired it at Jack Mantis.

"Thunder Horn!" a voice called out as two horns were fired out that blocked the hits as two more pierced the rifle. "Hey, you should be more nice. Class B is not as bad as Class A." said a girl with two horns on her head.

Pony Tsunotori

Hero Name: Rocketti

Quirk: Horn Cannon

She can fire off the horns on her head like projectiles.

Techno growled as he threw the broken pistol to the ground. "Damn it all… you won't take any more, you hear me? No more!" he said.

"Damn right." Boba groaned as he got up. "Cause these kids are dead!" he said preparing to fire only for his blaster to start floating. "What the-?" he said before noticing a creepy looking girl.

Reiko Yanagi

Hero Name: Emily

Quirk: Poltergeist

She can telepathically control nearby objects. Her weight limit is the same as an average human being.

"This is getting dicey. Okay, I'll call on…" Pete said as a building shook before a large hairy man ran out and grabbed onto him. "The heck?"

Jurota Shishida

Hero Name: Gevaudan

Quirk: Beast

He can transform into a large beast with enhanced senses like smell and strength.

"There was no way we were going to let you ruin this." Jurota said. "This unified trip signifies the union of our universe with all others!"

"And we've about had it with you people trying to take everything for yourselves." Kaibara said as he started spinning his arms as he sent the large cat flying.

Sen Kaibara

Hero Name: Spiral

Quirk: Gyrate

He can rotate parts of his body at high speeds.

"Curse these children!" Frieza said, charging up a death ball. "You're part of a class that's second best to our real problems!"

"Are you ready to end them?" a voice similar to DaDan's asked.

"Of course I-!" Frieza started before he froze in place.

"What the?!" DaDan asked. "It's that brainwashing guys quirk! But how did he replicate my voice?!"

"If you watched the Ultra Hero Battle tournament… you'd know." Shinso said, seeping out of the shadows adjusting his mask. "My Persona Chords. Now, why don't you drop that thing?"

Frieza complied as he hurled it at Techno and DaDan.

"Crap, crap, crap!" DaDan said as Techno grabbed him as they ran before it could hit.

It was at this point that a large man fired off a substance at Frieza, keeping him restrained.

Kojiro Bondo

Hero Name: Plamo

Quirk: Cemedine

He secretes a glue like substance from the holes on his head.

"You got em' Kojiro!" Pony cheered.

"I-I did! Just like Setsuna and Kendo would." Kojiro said.

"Damn it...this is why we need bodyguards. Oh wait, we do. Neo! Alter! Get out here and protect your bosses!" DaDan called out but got no reply. "Why aren't they coming?"

"Sorry, but your little guards won't be coming to your rescue." Ishimaru said. "Ginhana High is keeping them occupied. You guys only get Summoners Academy and Class B. Guess you aren't worth their time as Ishihara would put it."

"D-DAMMIT!" Techno said. "It's time for our last resort then! Miraclonizer!"

"I know!" Techno Pirate said, grabbing Victorys launch controls and flying off.

"If you don't give us Ladybug and Cat Noir's miraculous, and all of you surrender, Miraclonizer will launch every single missile in this city right at Paris." Techno said. "So much for friendship week. We'll kick off the French American War."

"That will not happen! Lizardy!" Ishimaru called.

"Huh?!" Techno Pirate asked as multiple objects flew down at high speed, pelding him. "Argh! What's goin' on here?!"

"Sorry, bird brain...but your plan is going to be foiled." said a girl with her body parts floating in multiple areas.

Setsuna Tokage

Hero Name: Lizardy

Quirk: Lizard Tail Splitter

She can divide her body into multiple parts and control them at will.

"This be grotesque!" Miraclonizer said as Setsuna's body pelted him. As he got too close to a black wall, a hand emerged and grabbed the control box. "Hey!"

"Thanks for the gift." said a boy who was entirely black as night.

Shihai Kuroiro

Hero Name: Vantablack

Quirk: Black

He can merge his body with anything that is black in color.

"Okay, fire now!" said a small boy as he fired something at Miraclonizer before a second strike hit him.

Nirengeki Shoda

Hero Name: Mines

Quirk: Twin impact

At the sight of the first impact, another strike happens remotely, being more powerful than the first.

"Dang it. Okay League of...where's our League?" DaDan said seeing them gone. "Did they just ditch us? Well who needs them. We still got our recruits." DaDan said, giving a whistle as the Sableye emerged.

"Yes. Rip them to pieces with their Fury Swipes!" Techno ordered.

The Sableye were about to pounce before strange spores started falling as mushrooms were growing on them.

"Wow...so many cute little mushrooms." said a young girl.

Kinoko Komori

Hero Name: Shemage

Quirk: Mushroom

She can create spores from her body and spread them. They grow into mushrooms once landing on a solid surface.

"No… no, no NO!" Techno said. "Why?! Why is it all falling apart?!"

"BLAM!" a voice called out as the same word appeared in the air as it fell on the Sableye as standing there was a kid with a page shaped head.

Manga Fukidashi

Hero Name: Comicman

Quirk: Comic

He can materialize onomatopoeia into the real world as large words.

"Haha, got em! A super effective hit!" Manga cheered.

"Uh...Techno...if you got some sort of hidden ace up your sleeve, now would be the time to play it." DaDan said a bit scared.

Techno was just standing there, completely in disbelief. Everything had come undone. His plan, his group… everything had been turned around in an instant just when he thought he'dhe'd won.

"...How? HOW?!" Techno said. "How can we be failing this grandly?"

"Damn it." Boba said. "I gotta get him outta…" he said trying to fly. "Huh?" he said noticing his pack was tiny. "What?" he said looking over to a small girl.

Yui Kodai

Hero Name: Rule

Quirk: Size

She can alter the size of any nonliving thing she touches.

"Oh, you little…!" Boba said, aiming his blaster rifle at her before he was suddenly blasted hard from a large hand, knocking him to the ground. And it wasn't from Ms. Marvel.

"I've been wanting to do that since Heroes day." Kendo smiled.

"..." Techno didn't say a thing, simply grabbing DaDan's shoulder and touching a button linked around his wrist, teleporting the two away.

"What the hell?" DaDan said as they appeared back in the hotel room. "You had a teleporter hooked up to me?!"

Techno said nothing, simply walking up to their set-up and started putting things away.

"Hey, I asked a question!" DaDan said. "What're you doing?"

"Dan Yamada... when you first met me, and told me I could be the new Amadeus Flux, I believed you. But it's clear that neither of us are." Techno said. "Dan… it's time to face the facts: we can't be his successors."

"What're you saying?" DaDan said.

"Dan… I quit." Techno said. "The New Universal Villains is finished."

"N-no… not again…" DaDDan couldn't believe believe it. "This can't be happening again! We were supposed to bring forth a new era of villainy! We were gonna defeat those heroes and rise up! Why are you-!" Then DaDan suddenly realized what was going on.

"You understand it now, don't you? Why my ancestor quit after so long. He realized the same thing I am...evil...just can't win." Techno said. "Maybe it's time we found a new profession."

"B-But… evil is all I like doing." DaDan said. "We can't just…" he said before the glass was broken in. "What the?"

"Sorry, were you guys going somewhere?" Ghost Spider asked.

"But...how did you…" DaDan said.

"We have info on where you have been staying through multiple cameras." Ishimaru said, soon arriving with multiple Universal Police officers. "Techno Flux, Dan Yamada...its over."

"Yes… it is." Techno said, holding his hands up. "We surrender."

"What?! I don't!" DaDan said. "We still have Miraclonizer. We can…" he said before watching footage of Miraclonizer losing the Miraculous to Sparrow, who used it to become the hero Eagle and undo the Liberation. "Ah dammit."

It wasn't long before the New Universal Villains were loaded into a ship headed for the Universal Prison.

"Looks like the League was the only group unaccounted for." Ishimaru said. "Likely fled during the fight."

"Shigaraki would know when the odds are against him. Once he saw the tides turning, he decided to abandon the cause." Hope said. "But this won't be the last we see of him or the League of Villains."

"Yeah, whatever they're planning, we'll be ready." Ace said.

"So...in the end, they were all defeated by a group of kids. And all from different universes too. If that isn't unity, I don't know what is." Ms. Marvel said.

"Yeah...it was unity wasn't it?" Maiko said.

"Sure is." David said, looking to his class. "I'm really proud of you guys, all of you."

"Thanks but you shouldn't be thanking just us." Aruma said pointing to the other school classes.

"Yeah...we all pulled it off cause we worked together." Poinsettia said.

"Maybe we should have our schools get together more often. Make this a regular thing." Kendo said.

"That sounds awesome!" Akane said.

"Yeah, that would be something." Leviathan added.

"Plus we've shown to these United Heroes…" Jexi said, looking out to them. "That some chances are worth taking."

"And hopefully, with the New Universal Villains now dissolved, the worlds can rest a little safer." Ishimaru said. "Thank you all for your support in this capture."

"We were happy to help." Miriam said.

It wasn't long before the week had reached its end and the classes were preparing to head back.

"Well...looks like this is it. We're going back home." Poinsettia said. "Gotta say, this was a lot more fun than I expected."

"Yes. That was certainly a valuable experience, for all of us." Eri smiled.

"Why must it be all over so soon?" Monoma sighed. "Class B finally had their big moment in the spotlight instead of Class A! Are we to head back to normal school life, never to see this sort of-" he said before Kendo knocked him out.

"Dang, I kinda missed doing that. But not that much though." Kendo said.

"It's a good thing you knocked him out Kendo. Because I'd like to express just how proud I am of all of you." Hope said to Class B. "You guys proved that you deserve to be heroes just like Class A. And for that reason… I have a surprise for all of you."

"Hope, you don't mean…" Kendo asked.

Hope nodded. "I spoke with David and Mr. Aizawa. And we are all in agreement. David and I are going to add more Students of Hero Course Class 1-B, to our Study Abroad Program Roster. Isn't that right, David?"

"Yep. The Joint Training Battle is going to start soon. So, we figured this might be a great opportunity for you guys to get some training in." David said.

"For real?!" Tetsutetsu asked. "Alright! We're all gonna be together in the hero alliance! Isn't this great, Shiozaki?!"

"Well, not everyone...but we do have some choice picks." Hope said. "For me, I've had my eye on Kodai and Kaibara."

"As for me… My biggest interests were on… Setsuna, Jurota and Togaru." David said.

"For me...think I'll stay with the ones I got for now." Jexi said.

"Hmm...thanks guys. That does mean a lot." Setsuna said. "The five of us promise to not let any of you down."

"We'll be expecting a lot from you guys. Especially you, Setsuna. I can tell you're a natural born leader." David said.

"Well...I did get in through recommendation." Setsuna said.

"Looks like our group just got a bit bigger." Miles said. "Which means even more adventures to be had."

"Before we leave, there's one thing I would like to say." David said.

"Go right ahead." Ishimaru said.

David smiled at the rest of the Alliance. "It's great to be back."

"Heh. We're glad to have you guys back." Natsu said.

"Just like old times." Ace added.

"Now...let's party!" Luffy said as the rest of the heroes were joining in.

"Is this what these people are like everyday?!" Ishimaru said, completely taken aback.

"Yeah...looks like it." Ms. Marvel said.

"Yep...sky's the limit with these people." Ghost Spider said.

Meanwhile, inside the transport…

"Well...sure we failed but we learned something. There are Miraculous hidden all over the world." DaDan said.

"So what?" Pete said. "There's no way we're gonna be able to get 'em, since we're headin' to jail."

"Oh come now...I don't expect you to run from me now, do you?" a voice called as the divider between the transport and the drivers seat was slid back. "After all...I do technically have dominion over you." Hawk Moth said sitting there.

"Well done, Gabriel." Techno smiled. "Looks like they fell for my little ploy."

"Ploy?" Frieza asked.

"Wait, so you wanted us to get caught?" Pete asked.

"Well, being trounced by a bunch of students...especially Ishihara's class…" Techno said with a bit of venom in his tone at the last part. "Was demoralizing, but...it works towards an advantage. They believe we are behind bars. Which means we can work towards my newest, greatest plan yet."

Techno punched in a few buttons on his wrist device, bringing up a screen that showed the Universal Prison.

"The Universal Prison… the facility holding many of the multiverses' most dangerous criminals." Techno said. "And, with a little planning and subterfuge… it'll be ours by the end of the year." he said as they approached before multiple weapon systems locked onto them. "Oh, son of a-!"

"Drive, drive, drive!" DaDan said as the ship turned around.

"Or...maybe we do something that won't get us killed?" Boba said.

"Sorry, got a little too cocky there." Techno laughed nervously. "But can't blame a man for trying. I should have expected that since the last major break in."

"Well genius, got a plan B?" Frieza asked.

"As a matter of fact, I do. Though, we'll need to go into deep cover for a long while." Techno said.

"Deep cover. Why would...oh my…" DaDan said as they approached the Color Fighting Temple.

"Not sure what I want to do here yet...but I'll have fun figuring it out." Techno smiled.
