Chapter 4: Amazon's Curiosity
"Hello, Sakura was it?" the statuesque brunette asked.
"Yes." Sakura answers.
"I am Wonder Woman, Princess of the Amazons of Themyscira."
"What can I do for you, Princess?"
"Not a thing, I just came to congratulate you."
Sakura smiled, she quickly surmised that there was more to the Amazon beauty's motives, and she wanted to know what they are.
"Please indulge my curiosity, Sakura Haruno because you intrigue me." Wonder Woman says shyly, this surprised Sakura.
"Ask anything you like, I'm an open book, Princess." Sakura replies, meanwhile, another match began: Sheva Alomar vs. Alex Cabot, which Sheva wins in short order.
The conclusion of that match ends the first night of competition, Midoriko informs everyone that they will be staying in the hotel down the road from the warehouse and for no one to worry because she owns it, so there won't be any nosy, unwanted guests interfering with them. Everyone was elated at the news and eagerly followed Midoriko to the hotel, Dinah, Shayera, Lois, and Mari all notice how infatuated Diana was becoming with Sakura Haruno, but decided not to stick their noses where they didn't belong.
Ino, on the other hand couldn't believe that Sakura was fawning all over the brunette Amazon.
The women are assigned rooms, Sakura and Diana's rooms are adjoined on the third floor, Ino can't believe that Sakura and Wonder Woman will be sharing a room,
and more importantly- a bed.
The blonde ninja was beyond livid, Sakura, for all intents and purposes was utterly ecstatic that she has been roomed with Wonder Woman, and Sakura knew that the brunette Amazon Princess felt the exact same way.
