Daryl's been burned before - literally and figuratively. He's never been one to let anyone get too close. But somehow a feisty little blonde manages to worm her way past his walls like no one ever has before. Might the end of the world as they know it led to the beginning of something else? Daryl/OC. Starts in Season 1 and follows the basic plot of the show with some deviation.

Hey guys! Just wanted to give you a quick update.

I don't have many followers on here, but I still wanted to let those I do have know that I am now posting this story (with some pretty big edits) over on AO3. I plan on also redoing the first couple of chapters on here as well eventually, I just have to figure out formatting. It is also called Once Bitten, Twice Shy on AO3 and my account name is GeminaDeckerFanfiction. Go check it out!

I have a lot more of this story done now, about 50,000 words, so I really look forward to getting more of it out there. Those of you who have favorited or followed or bookmarked or whatever you've done mean the world to me!
