The next day, at dawn, Mystery, Inc. yawned as they woke up in their motel room.
"Aw, what a night. Great sleep." Fred said. "Now, how's old Shaggy doing?"
Snoring is heard. The gang find Shaggy hiding in the closet from Velma all night and he is there when he must've eventually fallen asleep when on recon for the lovestruck Velma.
"Ok, now this is just sad."
"Someone wake him up." Daphne said.
Everyone looks at Scooby.
"Oh dear." The dog said.
Shaggy was snoring, then begins to whimper. "No, please! I don't want to be Velma's groom!" He screamed in his sleep. "Like, I want a divorce! Help!"
"Whoa!" Fred exclaimed. "Shaggy's getting more paranoid of Velma than ever."
"Okay, Scooby, wake up Shaggy." Daphne ordered.
Scooby licks Shaggy's face as the guy wakes up screaming, "MOM!" The gang began to laugh out of control! "Oh, hardy-har-har! It is to freaking laugh."
"Still can't take the pressure of Velma being head over heels for you?" Fred asked.
"YES! It's so ridiculous!"
"SHAGGY!" Velma shouted.
"ZOINKS! Not again!" Shaggy screamed as he made a run for it when Velma chasing him in attempt to flirt with him!
Suddenly, Blue Falcon's ship arrives outside the motel and he steps out of the ship, along with Dynomutt and Dee Dee Sykes.
"Hello again, Mystery, Inc.!" Dynomutt greeted them. "Long time, no see!"
"Hey, guys!" Shaggy greeted when he returns. "What's up?"
"Well, we came to warn you about an evil sorceress named Zezania." Dee Dee answered.
"What about her?" Scooby asked.
"She's come to capture you and corrupt you into destroying all the love in the universe so we won't have the will to fight."
"It's even worse! She wants to destroy love!" Blue Falcon alerted. "That, in theory, would really and seriously can mess up the balance of all things!"
"We're talking about a HUGE divorce, baby!" Dynomutt added.
"It might have a MASSIVE impact on me and Daphne!" Fred yelled.
"STOP WORRYING!" Velma shouted, getting everyone's attention. "We can avoid love crumbling to pieces if we just work together.
"You're right!" Shaggy agreed. "There ain't nothing that's gonna tear love apart!"
"Yeah." Scooby also agreed. "I mean, if Zezania wanted to destroy all the love in the universe, she would've been smart to go after Cupid."
"Still, we have to stop her." Dee Dee stated. "She might do go after what you mention should she discover that there are stronger beings of love somehow from you."
"Good idea. I don't want to unintentionally get them into this."
"Well, we know Zezania is an expert in magic and has a pet barn owl named Barney to do some of her bidding, and she's teamed up with Dick Dastardly and Muttley." Blue Falcon said.
"Mm-hmm, I know that's right." Dynomutt commented.
Suddenly, Zezania and her associates teleport to the heroes' location. "Surprise!" She directs her attention to Scooby. "Hello, Scooby-Dooby-Doo."
"You want my best friend, you'll have to pry him from our cold dead hands!" Shaggy said defensively. The gang assume attack position around Scooby.
"Really?" Zezania laughed with a scoff and telekinetically pushes away the gang.
"Scooby, get out of here!" Daphne ordered Scooby. "We'll hold them off for as long as we can!"
The dog obeyed and ran away to get as far away as he can.
"Just our luck!" Zezania exclaimed.
"So much for this being easy." Dick Dastardly grumbled.
"We can still head him off." Zezania pointed out and defeated the gang with her magic. Then she and her followers went after Scooby-Doo.
"Guys! Scooby needs our help!" Shaggy shouted worriedly.
"Things are starting to get down!" Fred exclaimed.
Zezania catches up to Scooby and zaps him with her staff. The magic immobilizes him.
"Oh, no!" Scooby yelled. "Not YOU again!"
"Hold still, Scooby!" Zezania exclaimed. Then she magically sprays ice from her staff at the dog, freezing him in ice. The rest of Mystery, Inc. gang, Blue Falcon, Dee Dee and Dynomutt arrive.
"ZOINKS!" Shaggy shouted in horror at the sight of his frozen best friend. "YOU FROZE SCOOBY SOLID!"
"Zezania, stand down now!" Blue Falcon said sternly at the evil sorceress. "We can't let you do this."
"Oh, I brought a special playmate for you losers!" Zezania retorted and she summons someone with her magic staff.
A large robotic lynx bursts from the ground, frontal flips and lands on its feet with catlike reflexes, then stood upright, displaying robotic weaponry.
"Uh, Zezania?" Dynomutt asked. "Who's your new friend?"
"Meet Links the Lynx." Zezania introduced them to her new robotic minion. Links roars at the gang, causing them to jump in fright.
"OH, HELL, NO!" Shaggy screamed. "YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!"
"Oh, I'm serious, alright! Links, blast them to hell!"
Links launches multiple missiles at them, but they managed to avoid the missiles and the lynx robot lets out a mechanical roar.
Dynomutt launches and fires rocket at Links, who puts a shield around herself. "SHE HAS A SHIELD GENERATOR?! AW, C'MON!"
"Looks like this battle might take a while." Blue Falcon commented.
Links brings out buzzsaws!
"In case you fools didn't know, I gave Links a spell to protect her from such things in an event something like that were to happen." Zezania informed the group. Suddenly, Links was hit in the face by a cake! "WHAT THE?!"
Daphne was armed with cake!
"Daphne, could you not give the psycho robot cat cake?!" Fred asked with worry.
"I'm not giving her cake." Daphne replied. "I'm assaulting her with cake!"
Suddenly, Zezania magically summons a huge flock of ravens and bats, and a massive army of black cats with her staff.
"Looks like this is gonna be like a World Wrestling Federation match!" Blue Falcon exclaimed with wide eyes.
"As long as this keeps my mind off of Velma flirting with me, it's no problem." Shaggy commented.
