I see a red circle on my Calendar. Today is a festival day. We promise to meet at 06.00 P.M at the gate. But for Alex and me, she promised to pick me up at 05.00 P.M. I don't know how I feel right now, nervous, happy, everything is mixed into one. After I prepared everything, I heard my house bell ring.

"Are you ready?"

"Can I wear something else?"

"No. I've called someone to prepare everything you need"

"And how about you ?? What are you going to wear?"

"Why? Eager to see my body, huh?"

"That is not what I mean !!"

"Okay..Okay..I'm kidding. Come on, if we don't hurry, we'll be late "

"That's why I told you to let me wear something normal"

She opened my door before I got into the car. No one said a word, only the sound of the music filling the car and the hum from her that followed the tune of the music. I opened the window as a sign to turn off the AC which she understood straight away. The wind was blowing very cool. I closed my eyes, enjoying nature only to feel her eyes fixed on me. I saw her and she looked away back on the road.

"What?"

"No, it's nothing"

Her actions just confused me, but because she said it was okay I tried not to think about it. After 20 minutes in the car, we arrived at a place I had never known about. As we entered, a woman who was older than us came to greet us.

"Alexis ... it's been a long time"

"Casandra ... nice to see you are still full of energy as usual"

"Is she the one?"

"Yeah. She's the one I mentioned last night on the phone"

"You sure have nice eyes, huh. Why not introduce me to her "

"Please, just do your job"

"Okay .. okay .. Wait a minute. I'll give you a special surprise. Come here, Babe"

Before I can process everything, I have been dragged into another room.

@ Alexis POV

The first time I saw her walk out of the room, I was blown away. She is very beautiful. I don't mean that she wasn't beautiful before. But tonight she is prettier than ever. I know she will look good when she is wearing a yukata and also in Japanese style. I'm not sure how long it took my mouth open, but it was her words that snapped me out of my delusions.

"What do you think?"

"Why? Do you think my opinion is important for you to hear?" I tried to tease her to hide the blush on my face.

"O-Of course not. You're the one who brought me here. So, you have to be the one to judge that."

"Ah, right. Hmm..you are okay"

"Just okay ?? That's all ??"

"You know, Alex. She's not the only woman who was sad to hear you say that."

Casandra who joined us, stood beside Chelsea. I laughed and smiled sweetly at Chelsea as an apology.

"I'm kidding. You are very beautiful tonight and as usual you did a good job, Casandra"

"... Thank you"

When I heard the compliment from her mouth, it felt like a flower was blooming in my heart. On the way to the festival, I saw her who was concentrating on the road. She's wearing the stylist outfit tonight. I remember when I came out of the room and saw her in her clothes, she was very elegant and also very cool. In front of the gate, I saw that everyone had arrived. And Kaira also brought her girlfriend.

"Woah..Chelsea, you are so beautiful"

"… ..Thank you"

"You did a very good job tonight, Alex."

"I told you. Leave it to me"

"Okay, let's go inside"

Since the fireworks didn't start before 08.00 P.M we decided to go around the festival. Lots of food and games open tonight. And whenever Alexis tries a new game, Kaira and Taylor also join her. But it turned out that Alex was better than them. When she got the teddy bear as a price, she gave it to me. I don't know since when the two of us got separated from the others. And maybe because there are so many people at this festival, I can't even look for them.

"I've sent them a message. So it's okay now. Come on, the fireworks are about to start."

Maybe because of my small body, everyone who passed me bumped into me. I just nodded when Alexis asked me if I was okay or not. Then, I felt a hand on my shoulder. Alexis made me stand in front of her and she told me to make my teddy bear in front of my body to keep my front body safe from other people. And then from behind, she hugged me. I knew there was no more distance between us, because I could feel her body against my back. I don't need a mirror to know if my face is turning red or not. Because I can feel it myself. One by one the fireworks exploded into the sky. It's so beautiful. Red, blue, yellow and green. Each time the fireworks exploded, the audience cheered even louder.

" Very beautiful, isn't it?"

I turned my head to look at Alexis only to find her face so close to mine. As if time had stopped, neither of us spoke. Suddenly, I saw her face draw closer. I know what will happen next. And I also know that in my heart, it doesn't mean I don't want this to happen. So, I closed my eyes and waited for her to make the first move. Even though my first kiss wasn't with my first love, I still feel how sweet it was on my lips. And when the kiss ended, our gazes locked onto each other and neither of us said anything. With my face still warm and my heart still beating fast, I looked back at the fireworks explosion, and while still hugging me I felt Alex's face leaning on my shoulder. And I can also feel her heart beating fast like mine on my back.
