Chapter 5 Birdo's sad life

(Birdo is walking "home?" alone.)
Birdo: "Me can't let Yoshi walk me home! Not where me live now. It not have no heater, but it still better then being with Wart! Why couldn't Wart have kidnapped some other girl? WHY ME!? And me not even a girl anyway. I not know what I am. Yoshi knows that already. Yoshi knows so much. He treat me nicer then anyone ever has before. Well… here I am"
(Birdo arrives at her… "home" which is just the underside of a bridge with a sheet) "If Yoshi see this place he definitely not like me. Yoshi is just SO CUTE! Me hope he just too embarrassed to say he not like me… Oh who I kidding? Yoshi would never like me. I got swyer syndrome. I needed so much help at first. He probably irritated at me. Besides, me and Yoshi got nothing in common. He asked Birdo what me like to do, I ALMOST TELL HIM I LIKE TO BE TICKLED OR PRETEND TO BE SUPER HEROES AND PLAY WITH FAKE SWORDS! If Yoshi knew that He certainly not have crush on me. Guess me not ever get boyfriend. What boy would want a boy who thinks they're a girl, with swyer syndrome, worked for Wart, and can't even mature? Yoshi never like me. I still go to house tomorrow, I no know, maybe me wrong, but Birdo not expect much."
(Birdo walked over to her sheet and under it was a teddy bear.)
Birdo: "Alright Safe, please keep mean kidnappers away, please let tomorrow go good… This feels so stupid! Safe is just a bear… *sigh* oh well."
(Birdo goes to sleep)
(Yoshi's POV)
Yoshi: "Mama. Yoshi home!"
Jewel: "Hi little Yoshisaur!"
Happy: "It's pretty late Yoshi, brush your teeth and get to bed."
Yoshi: "OK! Hey, mama, can… uh…" (Yoshi is wanting to ask if Birdo can come over tomorrow)
Jewel: "Yeah?"
Yoshi: "No, it not important. Goodnight."
Jewel: "Goodnight!"
Happy: "Goodnight"
(Yoshi goes in the bathroom and brushes his teeth. Then heads to his room and kneels down next to a picture of Jesus.)
Yoshi: "Dear God, please keep Birdo safe from mean old Wart or any other meanies. Please keep me and my teddy bear, Silly safe. Give us food every day and continue to be a great king. Goodnight God. Also… I kinda… do want a silly childish girl. If that girl exists please show me. If it Birdo, which me not think it is, please get her to… *sigh* this so embarrassing. Please encourage Birdo to tickle me tomorrow if Birdo is a silly childish girl. Goodnight God."
(Yoshi gets in bed, curls his legs to his tummy and goes to sleep.)
(The next day, Birdo wakes up and is smiling)
Birdo: "YES! Today me gonna go over to that cute Yoshi's house! Me hope Yoshi actually think Birdo is cute."
(Birdo stands up and starts to walk but slips and falls in a puddle of water. She sits up and looks down.)
Birdo: "OW! That really hurt my cheek….. Yoshi never gonna like me. I such a childish girl, all boys want a grown up weird one…. I even a swyer. Not even a girl, he for sure won't ever like me. No one ever gonna like a girl like me… heh… "girl" or more precisely a weird mutated boy. Hope me not embarrass self too bad at Yoshi's house."
(Birdo starts walking to Yoshi's house.)
(Yoshi wakes up.)
Yoshi: "*yawn* Alright. Me up. Today Saturday! NO SCHOOL! Just video games and maybe even a little TV and… WAIT! Birdo coming over! YIPPEE! Hold on. Me never ask mama. Uh. Me better hurry up."
(Yoshi gets out of bed to put his shoes on and trips and falls.)
Yoshi: "OW! That really hurt Yoshi's cheek! Ooooh! Hope it not make bruise! What time is it? 2:55!? BIRDO BE HERE IN FIVE MINUTES! HOW ME SLEEP SO LATE!? Come on! Gotta get ready!"
(Yoshi puts on his shoes and tries to clean up his room to the best of his ability. After he is done he goes outside his room and notices a note.)
Yoshi: "A note? Me not able to read that well. Ok: Deahr Yos hee. Wait, Dear Yoshi! We.. Went… to… stoweee… no store... wont… be...back… until… 5PM. Love mama."
Yoshi: "Phew! They not know Birdo coming. After all this… Me guess she looks a little… cute… but so far not act that cute. Maybe Birdo just embarrassed? Neah! No girl acts as childish as Yoshi!"
(Yoshi went outside to look for Birdo. But she wasn't there.)
Yoshi: "Only five minutes. Where Birdo!?"
(5 minutes go by. 10, 20. a whole hour. Nothing.)
Yoshi: "WHERE IS SHE!?"
(Birdo's POV. Birdo left for Yoshi's house,)
Birdo: "OK. Down here, then right"
(Birdo walked down the street but other yoshis came out and laughed)
random yoshi1: "Oh look! Here comes the mutated boy!"
random yoshi2: "The slave to Wart! Whatcha gonna do huh?"
Birdo: "Just leave me alo~one!" (the ~ represents a voice crack)
(Birdo tries to run past them but trips on a rope and falls to the ground getting cut on her other cheeck. Boshi and a new bully Ruby were holding it.)
Boshi: "GOT HIM! Hey, that's the boy who thinks he's a girl! He spits NON colored eggs from his, uh... mouth? He'd rather be called Birdetta!"
Birdo: "IT NO~OT MY MOUTH! That my NOSE! No boys have nose like this! I not wanna be called that either! Why you guys so mean and trip me?"
Ruby: "Because you're weird! You're a freak! You shouldn't even exist!"
Boshi: "Boys may not have a nose like that, but they also don't have a womb or any female parts on the inside, you don't either Birdetta!"
Birdo: "IT'S BI~IRDD-DO!" (Birdo closes her eyes tight, but a tear still leaks out.)
Boshi: "Hey look! The mutated boy can cry! Did you know that mutated boys could cry!?"
(Birdo starts sobbing uncontrollably and turns extremely red from the embarrassment. To try to not let them see any more of her crying, she gets up and runs away.)
Ruby: "Make sure you go tell your simp about how mean we were! OOOOOH I'm so scared!"
(Birdo after being out of sight)
Birdo: "I h-h-hate m-mysel-lf! Why co-ouldn't I b-be a norm-mal boy or g-girl? W-why me g-gotta have this s-stupid swyer synd-drome!? Maybe me should j-just skip Yoshi's house… N-no. Yoshi probably looking for m-me. I can't let Yoshi d-down. Don't know why Yoshi even care for such a freak like me…"
(Birdo searches for an alternative route to Yoshi's house which takes 2 hours to sneak past all the bullies.)
