Thank you for all the reviews and follows! It means a lot! This is my second story so I appreciate it! Hope you enjoy!
Joe stood in front of the mirror, checking himself out. He was wearing black pants a white button up and a burgundy red suit jacket. "You know Frank? I don't look too shabby." Joe said as his brother emerged from the bathroom. Frank was dressed in a black fitted tux with a forest green tie. "Aren't you going to wear a tie?" Frank asked. "Nah, Ties are for nerds." Joe said with a wink in his brother's direction. "We have to look the part Joe." Frank said putting on dress shoes. "It won't kill you to wear a tie." Joe walked over to the door and slipped on some dress shoes. "I'm good."
There was a limousine waiting outside the apartment building once the boys got downstairs. "Jeez Dad wasn't kidding around." Joe said looking at the Limo. "He sure doesn't. I get that we have to look rich but do we have to show up in a Limo?" Frank said looking concerned. "Chill out Frank, It will be fun!" Joe said getting in.
20 Minutes later they pulled up at The Louvre. "Wow! This place is amazing!" Joe exclaimed. "It sure is breathtaking." Frank sighed. They walked into The Louvre and were greeted by a candle lit room; there was a table on the far end of the room full of fancy food. People around the boys' age were socializing with each other. "I feel poor." Joe said looking around. "We are here to help them, we don't have to fit in, just don't stick out." Frank said "Let's split up."
Frank and Joe went their separate ways to look around. Joe being more social headed into the crowd to talk to some of the others. While Frank started looking around the Louvre for ways someone could sneak in. "This place is filled with security. I don't know how Amanda will get in." Frank thought.
An hour later Joe was having a blast and Frank was actually starting to enjoy himself. "Yo Frank, maybe she won't strike tonight?" Joe said joining Frank at the snack table. "I think it's still too early to tell. Just keep on eye out." Frank said.
Suddenly all the lights went out! People screaming and sounds of people dropping cups and plates filled the air. "Everyone stay where you are!" Frank called. Joe pulled out some night vision glasses and turned them on. "See anything?" Frank asked. Joe scanned the room looking for any sign of a person that's not supposed to be there. Suddenly the lights turned on again. "Whoa!" Joe said as the world became very bright again. "There!" Frank yelled pointing toward the roof. They both took off towards the side door.
