Now that Nick has been Taken by the cartel the story will go between his point of view and Bishops.
It's been two months since Nick has Disappeared and in that time he has been tortured and punished by the Brothers but hes yet to see Roxanne. Tony has officially rejoined NCIS and all the team have been working night and day to find him. Gibbs is still in his coma and Shepard is in a NCIS warehouse.
Nick wakes up in the same dark room Hes in Extreme pain. Hes barely able to breath because of his cracked Ribbs and all the abuse his body has taken by Wrenches and all sorts of things.
Then Diego walks into the room he says hi Nick how are you today. Nick then says I'm a rey of sunshine. Then He proceeds to puch Nick in the stomach and Nick winced in the pain then he says that all you got.
Bishop wakes up at NCIS headquarters she fell asleep at her desk again. She checks her watch its seven o'clock in the morning. Then she hears a voice late night again. Oh yeah Tony what are you doing here this early same as you looking for Nick.
Then Tony says so have you read your letter yet. No I havent because were gonna find him and get him back so what's the point. Tony then has a look of doubt on his face then he says of course we are.
That's When she sees McGee coming into the office he looks like he hasn't slept in weeks. He says hi guys then he says Bishop you have to start going home instead of sleeping here. Then McGee says I wish Gibbs was here he would no what to do I'm a lousy team leader compared to him. Tony then says your a great team leader Tim maybe not as good as me but still good.
They then see Leon Coming into the office he has a guilty look on his face he comes up to them and says come to my office in five minutes.
They enter the office and Leon says sit down. He then says what I'm going to tell yous is very complicated. When we found out that we could get Shepard back in exchange for Nick and we took it. We sacrificed Nick's life for Shepards it was not something I wanted to but I had to for national security they told me she was the priority not Nick get Shepard no matter what.
Tony storms out of the office in anger McGee follows him. Then Bishop says how could you betray Nick. Leon you have never listened to the higher ups over your people why did you betray us. When did you chose national security over doing what's right then she storms out.
She then grabs Nick's letter and storms out of the building and gets in her car. She then begins to cry then she opens Nick's letter and opens it.
Hi Ealoner if your reading this then things have gone to the worst I know you will be annoyed at me for being the hero. I also want you to know that your the best thing that's happened to me. Because of this I've developed feelings for you. I love you Ealoner Bishop and I have for a while and I never told you now I obviously wish I had. Keep on being the Ealoner I love.

She then dries her eyes and she feels motivated then she says I love you to Nick and I'm gonna get you back.
she then gets out of her car and she goes back to headquarters.
She goes back into the building and she sees Tony and McGee. She goes up to them and says so what are we gonna do to get him back. McGee then says I have no idea we have no trace of him. Then Bisop says I have an idea of where he is. Tony then says how and where. Bishop then says what about if they took Nick back to where it began.
McGee then says why though the only thing Nick did was put them into prison taking him back seems more personal. Tony then has a look on his face which shows that hes hiding something. McGee then says Tony what are you hiding you have that look on your face. Tony then says that's not the only reason why they hate Nick and would take him back there. McGee then says what else Tony what did Nick tell you. Tony looks down and says Nick told me not to say anything but I suppose I have no choice Nick was sleeping with the sister Roxanne. Tony then says when they had there affair Nick said she was a good person but then she changed into an evil twisted person and he never found out why.
Bishop then says well it would make sense to bring him back there so the brother's could exact there revenge for being a cop and ber exaxcting revenge for betraying her.
Mcgee then goes and types on his computer then he says im gonna try and access the file. He then says i cant and the only three people who know where the phyical copy is or the password for the digital copy is Gibbs, Nick and Vance. Mcgee then says we cant trust Vance Gibbs is in a coma and Nick is missing.
Bishop then says well were going to have to wake him up and get the boss back. Tony then says how Bishop then says Shepard. McGee then says the only person who has the information is Leon and I doubt he will give it to us. Bishop then says McGee could you get it when Leon is gone. McGee says no no way that's illegal. Tony then says go on mcgoogle or not I will be forced to do the STARE McGee then says ok ok I will.
It's now nine o'clock in the evening Tony has had to go home so it's just Bishop and McGee. Leon has gone home so they can sneak into his office. McGee cuts out the cameras and makes it look like an accident. Then Bishop goes to Leon's door and opens it. They go into his office and they begin to look for the documents that's when someone says what are you doing in here.
McGee then says oh my god Mike is that you. Hey kid so what are you doing snooping in Vances office. Well mike I could ask you the same thing McGee says. Well I was looking for some dirt on the cartel so i can kill them for what they did to Gibbs. McGee then says we were looking for stuff that would lead us to Nick. Mike then says what happened to Nick. He was traded for Bishop we were suppose to be able to get him back and take down the Cartel but Leon Screwed us an he chose National Security orders from the higher ups instead of doing what's right for his people.
Mike then says so that's why you were sneaking into his office since yous dont trust him. McGee then says how are you alive you were supposed to have murdered. Mike then says well basically I had Cancer and Ducky had this guy in England who could treat it and give me some more time on this Earth.
But I had to disappear due to the enemy's that I picked up over the years. So Ducky helped me fake my death so I could go and get my treatment and make my enemy's think I'm dead because I'm to old to fight all them. But the negatives were that me and Ducky had to make all of yous think I was dead and then Ducky had to carry that secret with him and if your wondering yes me being stabbed was real but I had a special vest on to stop me dying.
Bishop then says Hi I'm Bishop its nice to meet you. Mike then says Nice to meet you to I'm the ghost of NCIS past. Bishop then says Mike we were gonna find out were Shepard is so we could find out where Nicks undercover in Mexico was. But since your Alive and you were part of it maybe you could tell us.
Mike then says how much do you know about The Mexico Red Tape operation. Bishop then says that Nick went undercover and took down the cartel and that he got to close with the sister. Mike then says all of that's correct but theres one more thing that only two people Know about and that's me and Jenny. As you know Nick got very close with Roxxane when she was the kind Roxxane part of that was him falling for her and the other half was that we asked him to so he could flip her. He got to attached to her the only thing that severed that attachment was when she turned into the cold Roxxane. In the process of him getting attached and personal with her he then pauses She has a SON AND ITS NICKS.
Bishop and Mcgee are shocked. Mcgee then says how old is he or she. Mike then says its a boy and his name is Miguel hes 10 years old. Bishop then says why did you keep this from Nick hes the Father.
Mike then says i did it for the investagation because that would of torn him apart it could of compromised him or ruined our case. I've had to live with many things in my life this was no different if you ask me to pick someone or the law I pick the law and getting criminals in jail. The cartel yous to run Acapulco. Back when they were in firm control crime was run by them and it was a stable mix. But since they've been gone it's one of the most dangerous places in Mexico. If they want to get there cartel up and running again they will start in there old stomping grounds.
Mike then says i want this to stay between us me being Alive and Nick having a child. They reluctantly agree.
Nick wakes up in the dark room he passed out after another beating. Nick then says to himself ive gotta get out of here. Nicks extremely weak after the beatings hes taken . He begins to sway his chair back and forth he lands on his back. Oh that hurt he moans. He then stumbles to his feet and slams his chair into the wall until it breaks. He then Stumbles around the room he manages to feel his way beside the door then waits for it to open.
It takes around twenty minutes for someone to come. Then he hears someone coming to the door. They open the door and its Diego. Nick hits him over the head with a peice of the chair. Nick then pulls him into the room and takes his gun and keys. He then locks him in the room. He then stumbles down the hallway extremely wounded. He then stumbles into a bathroom and locks the door. He then takes of his shirt in severe pain. During this time he has had his ribs broken his ankle injured his body bruised and his nose broken.
He then cleans himself up the best he can using water and some disenfectant hes found. He then unlocks the door and carries on. He then hits a gaurd over the head with his gun. He then chockes out another gaurd during the course of this hes in pain.
He then sees an office up ahead. He just manages to kick open the door. He shoots the first gaurd in the head and the other in the stomach. Then a voice says hi its been a long time.
Nick closes the door then he says hello Roxxane. She then says it's been a very long time my love the last time I saw you I was in cuffs. Nick then says that's your fault Roxxane you changed into someone I never you your heart turned black.
She then says well Nick at least I never stabbed you in the back. She then says you loved me and I loved you but then you sent me to prison.
She then says I'm surprised that it took you so long to get out. Nick then says come on out Hugo Nick is then hit over the head Hugo then says here I am.
Its the Next day Bishop is at the hospital sitting with Gibbs in his room. She then says Gibbs we need you Nick needs you come back to us. Gibbses machine starts beeping his heartbeat is getting up.
Doctors come in and they say can you leave the room for a minute. The doctor then comes out and says the strangest thing is happening Gibbs is trying to fight his coma hes trying to escape it. Bishop then goes back into the room.
She then says come on Gibbs keep on fighting Fight for us fight for phinease. Gibbses machine keeps on bleeping until he sits up from his bed and his eyes open.
