Chapter 5: Retrieving the counter virus.

Back in the abandoned laboratory, D-structs and his gang of villains were standing guard for when Edith and Dash arrived. D-structs could see the little red beacons on the computer screen representing Edith and Dash, and he quietly yet evilly chuckled.

D-structs: "They're coming, get ready."

Syndrome, Abraham Van Helsing, and moneybags each readied their blasting weapons, and Syndrome's soldiers each firmly pointed their rifles.

Somewhere right outside the entrance to the laboratory, Dash and Edith were hiding behind some large rocks with Splitter sitting unconscious beside them.

Edith: "Okay, do we have a plan?"

Dash: "Not sure yet, just gotta…..

Without saying another word, Dash found a small pebble and threw it towards the lab entrance. When Syndrome, Abraham Van Helsing, Moneybags, and Syndrome's soldiers all saw the pebble, they instantly started rapidly firing their blasters out the door much to D-structs's annoyance.

D-structs: "Stop firing you fools, wait for the target!"

Back outside, Edith and Dash were keeping their distance from all of the blasting behind the rocks. After the firing died down, it was time for Dash to make his move.

Dash: "Wait here, I've got this."

With that said, Dash went out towards the lab entrance dragging Splitter behind him. Edith crossed her arms and started waiting, but she wished there was a way she could help. Suddenly, she started getting a sneaky idea.

Meanwhile, Dash had made his way out by the villains in front of the lab entrance.

Dash: "Don't shoot D-structs, I have a hostage!"

D-structs: "Why so you do…..Syndrome!"

Syndrome suddenly blasted a thin white beam from his remote gauntlet, but Dash managed to jump out of the way in time. But the beam accidentally hit Splitter, and it ended up waking him from his unconscious mode.

Meanwhile far down the tunnels, Bumblebee and his mob of heroes were making their way towards the lab. Dracula and Mavis had met up with them as well, they would also need their help with collecting the counter virus.

Bumblebee: "Thank you for assisting us guys."

Mavis: "No problem Bee, anything to help Agnes out as soon as possible."

In the very back of the crowd, Agnes was slowly trying to keep up while still feeling very stuffy. Ty noticed how she was feeling, then he reversed up beside her and looked down at her.

Ty: "Hey Agnes, how are you holding up?"

Agnes:(sniffles) "As well as I can."

Ty: "Don't worry, we'll be able to get that counter virus before it's too late."

With that, Ty rolled back up with the others leaving Agnes to sigh in despair. Meanwhile, Dash was trying as hard as he could to avoid all the blasting he was endangered of.

D-structs: "Squash that child already!"

But while nobody was looking, Edith had snuck around under the table where the counter virus was sitting. She was able to sneak in through the front door while the villains were busy shooting at Dash, now she was at her main target.

Edith: "Alright, let's do this thing."

With that, she reached her hand out from under the table towards the counter virus. But when it was just 2 centimeters out of reach, D-structs's tail claw snatched it away. And to Edith's horror, D-structs looked down at Edith with extreme suspicion.

D-structs: "Hmm, now what do we have here?"

Edith chuckled nervously, but then she felt something hoist her up by the back of her shirt. That something was Blayde, and she had stabbed her left horn into the back of her shirt and picked her up.

Blayde: "Looks like a little pink cat burglar to me, what shall we do with her?"

D-structs: "Once we're finished with that speedy one, let's bring him back to my-

But before D-structs could finish what he was saying, they all heard the sound of someone trying to break through the side wall.

D-structs: "What's that?"

When everyone looked towards the wall, it actually did look like something or someone was trying to break in that way. After a few more bangs from the other side, a huge hole exploded in the wall. After the dust cleared away, there was Bumblebee, Agnes, and the rest of the heroes.

Bumblebee: "Nobody move!"

Arcee and Bulkhead reading their energon blasters, Lucy took out her flamethrower, Stealth elf swiftly pulled out her blades, Revit revved his drill bit, Dozer lowered his blade, and everyone else braced for battle.

D-structs snarled at the heroes, then Edith suddenly walked up in front of him. When the heroes saw her as well, most of them gave confused looks.

Edith: "Hey guys, thanks for showing up and all. But we've been here, done that."

Dash:(salutes) "Situation under control."

D-structs: "I'd think not….."

After hearing that, all the heroes turned towards D-structs with a mix of anger and confusion.

D-structs: "For I still have…..(reveals his tail claw)...the counter virus."

When he turned around slightly, he revealed the counter virus gripped in the clamps of the claw at the end of his tail. When the heroes saw this, they all gasped in shock. Edith even sighed in sadness, she should've grabbed it when she had the chance.

D-structs: "So I suggest that you put away your powers and gadgets and surrender, or your candle-headed friend will die."

Everyone glared angrily at D-structs, but they didn't know what to do. Suddenly, Ty felt Agnes tap the side of his right tred.

Agnes:(sniffles) "Don't do it."

Ty: "I'm sorry Agnes, we don't have a choice."

With that, the heroes had no choice but to admit defeat. Next, each of the heroes who had a certain type of gadget put those said gadgets away in despair.

Dash: "Sometimes there are moments where I'd prefer to be a villain."

Suddenly, Agnes started holding her stomach while groaning in pain while her cheeks turned green.

Bumblebee: "What's wrong?"

Agnes: "Wild bean vines…...hard to digest."

With that, she slowly started turning around for some reason.

D-structs: "Do not turn your back on me, child scum!"

As Agnes kept turning around, Bumblebee, Lucy, Margo, Mavis, Ty, Violet, and Dozer all stood back wondering what was happening. When Agnes was fully turned around, she started getting on her hands and legs…...but her butt was pointing towards D-structs. As the other villains slowly sidestepped away, Agnes's butt started gurgling while making a faint yet strong rumbling noise. But as Agnes continued to moan in pain, D-structs had already figured out what was going on.

D-structs: "Oh no…...not that….(tries to shield away) AAAHHHH!"

It cuts to the side of earth, and we then see a misty blue stink explosion the size of Texas.

As the thick blue mist cleared, the entire lab was in shambles. The equipment was scattered, and there was even a massive hole leading outside at the back where the villains must've been blasted out of. But aside from that, Agnes was now feeling better.

Agnes: "Ahh, much better."

All the other heroes stared at Agnes with shocked expressions, then they agreed that her stunt actually got rid of the villains. But the moment they sniffed the air, they started gagging and holding their noses.

Margo:(sniffs) "Aw, yuck!"

Elastigirl: "Agnes, you're definitely gonna need a shower when we get back."

Bumblebee:(swats away the mist) "Ugh that did it, let's go."

Dash: "Not without the counter virus."

Dash lifted a large metal panel where the counter virus was, then he picked it up and followed the other heroes out of the lab so they could get Agnes home.
