With the crowning of the Herrscher of Thunder, events have been set in motion. Events that otherwise shouldn't have happened. Now a jaded sage must intervene once again. His long-deceased rival's descendants have once again fought against his own. He must now make sure the newest Child of Prophecy does not fall to the curse that all others have succumbed to.

5. A Depressing AN

Yall are probably wondering where an update is. Well for now this fic is on hiatus. With so much coming out in terms of lore and character development my existing work is kind of borked. I can't in good faith keep writing without a massive rework to the content. My attempts to tie the two franchises together in this crossover aren't a viable option with the latest updates. Most of my prewritten segments no longer make sense since I could have never anticipated where the game's story went.

I apologize for the hiatus. I really do. I dislike abandoning fic's or leaving them. But until more story is released and I can faithfully adapt/abridge the two this needs to be on hold.

Anyway, that's all for this.

If the game gets to a point where major story bombs stop dropping like the blitz in WW2 I will come back to write. But until then there isn't much I can do.

All of my other fic's are alive and well with updates in the works. I kind of have to subscribe to an abnormal upload schedule with my new job and existing issues IRL. I thought about making a P-A-T-R-E-O-N (Fucking Fanfiction censoring me) like other authors but know that it isn't really an option given this is a hobby.

With the ideals of moistcr1tikal, 'I don't feel right monetizing my hobby. I feel I would lose interest if I did.'
