A ray of sunlight went through the ajar of the window, frowning, Kagome lifted her left hand to scrub her eyes and allow her pupils to adjust from the light. She realized she had fallen asleep on the floor, still holding the sword on her right hand, clutching it towards her.

'So, it was not a dream after all.'

Standing up to return immediately to her room when a fabric fell on the floor. Stretching her hands to reach for it, when she suddenly stopped to realize that she did not bring any blanket with her.

'Who? Did they hear me? What if they found out about the truth? Fuck!'

Panicking and starting formulating a plan, when she heard someone calling out her name. The sound is getting closer as the person walks on the hallway heading towards her.

"Kagome!"

"I'm here Petra!"

"Thank God, are you okay? Last night you told me that you were going to the bathroom but you never went back"

"It was nothing, I just, I've lost my way and when I found this room open, then fell asleep here"

Laughing, trying to cover up the event that happened last night, she turns to Petra and usher her outside of the room.

"Let's go, we need to prepare for breakfast"

She turns to the room, glancing once more.

"Thank you"

Whispering, as she heard a word of "Good luck" blown by the wind.

"Hmm... did you say something, Kagome?"

"Nothing, Petra"

As the food was prepared on the table, they gathered around to get their portion. After eating, Levi decided that this place would be their headquarters and relay to them the plan on going back to the Wall.

"Gather your things and ready the horses, we will depart in an hour"

"Yes, Captain Levi"

As Kagome went to her room, she sensed someone approaching her then she turned to that person.

"Eld, what do you need?"

"Higurashi, can I talk to you for a moment?"

"Yes, sure!"

Following Eld as they went outside, wondering what he would say to her. Unbeknownst to them, a pair of black grey eyes was looking at them exit outside the Keep.

"So, Eld what do you want to talk about?"

Frowning at her, his small black eyes continue to stare at her, before sighing.

"I...I saw you last night on the 3rd floor talking to a ghost"

Shocked, Kagome began to tremble, starting to get nervous.

"I... I...I'm sorry, I didn't mean to deceive you, it's just that... trust me I'm human... Please, don't tell it to everyone, if they found out they will give me to the Military Police and get experimented, please!"

Kneeling at him, she pleaded for his secrecy. Exhausted, Eld went to the level of Kagome and placed his arms on her shoulder.

"I promise, I won't tell anyone, Kagome but you need to tell me the truth. What was that last night?"

"It's okay, I... I'm a priestess, a time-traveler priestess who has a spiritual energy to eradicate evil demons and purify evil spirit latching at humans or objects."

Kagome told him everything as she watched different expressions being displayed on his face beside being serious. After that, she hugs him and thanks him for understanding her.

Meanwhile, someone went looking for them, to notify them of their departure, upon seeing them, black grey eyes narrowed when he saw them embrace one another.
