Thor Blood and Gorr
Chapter 5
"So let me get this straight. After Tony and his team blundered stealing the Tesseract, you took it and became time displaced and taken to a Time Organization after you essentially created branching realities?" Asked Kara.
"Correct" answered Loki.
"Surprised Sara and the Legends didn't get to you first" said Kara.
"Oh the TVA will get to them shortly. Actually that's kinda sort of why I'm here. You see? Gorr the God Butcher intends to kill all the Gods in ons shot by putting a bomb into the timestream. We stop Gorr, we stop his bomb and hopefully that will lead me to the Legends." Explained Loki.
"What need do have of them brother?" Asked Thor.
"Unfortunately that's strictly TVA classified information, which lucky for me I'll tell you anyway. You see? Sara Lance and her team are notorious for constantly screwing with the flow of time by also saving it. After years of fighting the likes of demi gods, time Demons, and a plethora of their other iconic moments and including this Crisis, all that seemed to piss off a certain Cosmic Conqueror from the future. The same one this Scott Lang his daughter and Hope Van Dynne faced in the past." Explained Loki.
"Who is this Conqueror?" Asked Diana.
"Kang. Kang The Conqueror. Where he comes from he's mastered the art of Time Travel and can use time itself as a weapon. From our Intel, he plans to disrupt time and even the Multiverse itself. Meddling with different points on time and realities possibly planning to merge them into one." Loki continues.
"Is he after anyone else?" Asked Kara.
"Unfortunately he is. Barry Allen and Wanda Maximoff" said Loki.
"Why them?" Jane asked."
"Well considering the countless times Mr. Allen ruined the timeline and created another, the constant time travel etc etc. As for Wanda? Well her little adventure in Westview certainly grabbed his attention" said Loki.
"That's all fine and dandy and sounds like a bridge we'll cross when we get to it but what about Gorr? How did that bring you here?" Asked Shazam.
"Ah yes, as I said he plans to take Gods he hasn't slain and turn them into a bomb. That also brings me to you brother. Gorr wasn't able to defeat this current version of you and take your
power for his bomb. He could possibly go for either your younger self or you older self. If we don't reach to them first before Gorr does, he'll become near immortal and unstoppable." Explained Loki.
"Well can't you or this TVA just look ahead in time so we know how we win?" Asked Kara.
"If I told you what happened, it won't happen" answered Loki.
"He's right. If we knew how we won it'll change our chances at winning. Maybe creating new branched reality where we lose" Explained Jane.
"So then Loki? What's the plan?" Asked Thor.
"We may have to split up on this but, one team will travel to get younger Odinson while the other goes for Old Odinson. Brother, Ms. Foster, you and I shall take the past. Diana, Kara, William shall head to the future. Once we recruited them both we shall regroup back here to the present. But be warned. This is the one time we're going to mess with the flow of time. If all goes well the damage shall be minimal. If we fail, well, not so forgiving." Explained Loki.
"Well at least we have a better plan?" Asked Billy.
"It's all we got now. Good luck my friends" said Thor.
Loki opened a Time gate to the past and future as the teams went their separate ways.
Asgard Long long ago
The city of Asgard. The beacon of all the Nine Realms rules by King Odin. A large gathering was held as a returning Thor Odinson drinks mead celebrating his victory over the one he barley defeated, Gorr the God Butcher.
Loki, Thor and Jane arrive via the Time Gate by the on duty Heimdall.
"Oh shit. Forgot about him" said Loki
"I know you are there Loki. I saw you coming." said Heimdall.
"Course you did." he replied.
"As much as I should be alarmed that you and Odinson have arrived when you are clearly at the banquet hall, it appears you are from a different point in time" said Heimdall.
"How do you know this?" Asked Thor.
"Well for one you sound older Odinson. For another, Jane Foster is wielding the hammer and you
Stormbreaker. I know not why you are all here but I trust you shall handle your business post haste?" Asked Heimdall.
"Thank you Heimdall" said Thor.
"Wait. Before you all go. Do you know of my end? What happens to me in this future of yours?" Asked Heimdall.
Thor then looks at Loki.
"I can assure you that your legacy remains intact brother." Thor assured.
Heimdall nods as the team are set on their way.
"Shall we brother?" Asked Thor.
"Guess I'll lead the way" he answered.
Asgard The Distant Future
Diana, Kara and Billy arrived on what's left of New Asgard.
"Oh my God" said Kara.
The team take a look at the ruined world. Everything gray as ash. Destruction of everything.
"What happened here?" Asked Diana.
The sky all of a sudden darkened as flashes of lightning and crackles of Thunder filled the area. A crash of energy lands in front of them.
"Uh...is that who I think it is?" Asked Billy.
"Oh my God" said Kara.
It was none other than Old King Thor.
