(Sakura and Naruto and Sasuke)
AU Moderntimes! Highschoolstudents Sakura,Sasuke,Naruto! TeacherKakashi!
She was rushing. In a frantic hurry, not the usual hurry when you need to get somewhere. A rush in which a few seconds can mean the difference between life and death. But, as she hurried she felt an itch in the back of her mind which kept pounding at the walls of her head. She was forgetting something, something important.
She'll just have to worry about that later. There was no time!
Climbing the stairs three at a time she reached the floor she was looking for.
Damn the elevator! It just had to be broken today!
Opening the emergency stairs door she burst into the hallway. Repeating the room number that now was most certainly already seared into her heart under her breath, she knocked on the door with said number.
After checking the watch on her wrist she knocked again. More urgently.
"Dammit, Naruto let me in!!" She yelled at the wooden door. Hoping at least one of the dorks heard her.
A rush of footsteps later she was face to face with the blonde teen. Who had the nerve to smile at her. She pushed past him and sped to the kitchen. Sasuke was by the stove looking inside at the cake (?) that was baking.
A groan from behind her "Relax Sakura-chan! Sensei's always late anyway! He'll probably be late now."
She squinted her eyes at him. "Well sensei's also unpredictable so-"
KNOCK! KNOCK!
"EVERYBODY POSITIONS!"
"IDIOT DON'T- THAT'S STILL NOT BAKED PERFECTLY!"
"Relax Sasuke I've got- AGHH! THAT'S HOT AS H-"
"NARUTO BLOCK THE DOOR WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T LET SENSEI IN! I'M GOING TO WRAP THE PRESENTS. LEAVE THE CAKE TO SASUKE."
Then she remembered, "I FORGOT THE DAMN WRAPPERS!"
The cake had no decoration. The presents were all covered together by paper towels they grabbed from the kitchen. Sensei had broken through the door.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAKASHI SENSEI!!"
A surprised look was on his face but Sensei had known all three of them since they were toddlers. He probably already knew. Besides, they weren't exactly the most subtle bunch of kids he's ever taught. At least he was smiling. That's a plus.
Honestly, Sakura was happy enough that they all managed to actually get in one place together without anything blowing up.
A/n : Also to make it more funny I would like to think they were all just making a party insidekakashi'sapartment and wreckinghisplace. And they locked him out. :)good kids right?
