BATTLEWORLD
"Ramon, try it now!" Harry shouts from the basement of Star labs as they're trying to get power back online.
Cisco flips some switches in the main room of the breaker and they finally have power.
"Well, now at least we can see." Jefferson supposes.
"Speak for yourself." Matt tells him.
"We gotta make contact with the others." Sarge says Barry races back inside.
"Any luck with the Speed Force, Allen?" Harry asks as he returns to the Cortex.
"No, wherever we have been taken, it's like this whole world's been blocked from the rest of reality." Barry told them, having no idea what their next move is going to be. "My powers still work, no fading or anything, but we have no way of contacting the outside realities. We could be here forever, and they could never even know it."
"Which means we need to get to work on finding out how to get off this rock." Cisco says.
Suddenly, they hear someone else approaching and turn to see it's just J'onn and Frankie.
"Oh, thank god it's just you guys." Miles sighs in relief.
"I saw the ships, was watching over Anjelica so I couldn't really make it over at the time." J'onn kinda-sorta apologizes for not making it in time.
"And there's no sign of Danny, Jessica, Clark or Kate." Gwen states as she returns with Morg'Ann.
"Where are the kids?" May asks.
"We brought them to the Speed Labs. They already know about the alien aunts and uncles, but we thought it'd be a bit much for them to learn that their whole families are superheroes and the world they knew it is over." Frankie told them. "Gave them some things to keep them busy. Kinda hard, but they get along well enough."
"What about Patty and Dawn?" Barry asks.
"We checked by your home; seems Joe beat us there. Moved the two of them and half of the city to one of the Parker Industries bunkers." J'onn told him, assuring them they're all safe. "They're going to be okay."
"Okay, but we're not." Harry informed them as he took a scan of the whole planet...at least what there is of a planet. There's parts and pieces of this entire world missing, showing that they're just a piece of their once world. "You see this?" He points to a part around the corner of the world that's glowing. "That's us. Earth Prime. The rest of these places are unknown and there could be anything out there."
"Oh, I wouldn't say anything." A female voice called out and they all flipped towards the doorway of the Cortex to find a woman just about their age and has a giant bush of hair on her head, and kinda resembles Sara and Laurel's mother, appeared out of thin air.
"Who are you?" Gwenyth asks.
"My name's Professor River Song." She introduces herself with a large, kinda crazy looking smile as someone walks from the corridor, someone they all recognize as one man: Malcom Merlyn.
"Malcom!" They shout as Frankie throws a chair to pin him against the wall.
"Ow! Who are you guys?" Malcom's lookalike asks.
"Wait, Frankie, I don't think he's Malcom." Miles says as his senses aren't alerting him of anything.
"Okay, who are you two?" Barry asks.
"My name's Captain Jack Harkness." He introduces himself as Frankie removes the chair from him. "Now who the hell are all of you?"
Barry looks confused as he looks around the room as if that should be the most obvious answer. "Seriously?"
"Dream Team." Morg'Ann gestures to her and the other members.
"Team Spider-Flash, with the premature the Spider." Cisco raises his hand and points to the members around the room.
"All right, last question: where's my husband?" River asks them all. "Where is the Doctor?"
"Doctor?" Harry asks.
"Doctor who?" Barry asks, no idea what they're talking about.
CH 5 : THE DEFENDERS OF THE FROZEN DRAGON
Earth-W174
The people of Northuldra were going about their normal day and Honeymarron was just collecting water at the stream just when something fast sped past, pushing her over and falling into the water followed by someone else flying over her.
"Sorry!" Shouted a young girl's voice, belonging to the eldest of the Dragon Royal's siblings: Zephyr, who is currently chasing her brother Nuffink who is winning their race as they're both riding the Night Light's through the Enchanted Forest and Arendelle.
Zephyr and Nuffink Oldenburg: AKA the Troublemaking Duo.
Zephyr inherited Hiccup's auburn hair color and freckles and Elsa's ice blue eyes. Her hairstyle and clothing also resembles Elsa's from her younger years. Her hair pulled into two banded pigtails under a studded kransen.
She wears a sleeveless red tunic with green trim at the neck and arm holes, and blue pauldrons with Nadder heads embroidered into them. Her kransen is wide and red, matching her tunic. Around her waist is a wide light red sash holding a small green pouch. She wears a reddish brown leather skirt with blunt metal studs.
Zephyr also wears olive green cloth bracers with fur cuffs on her forearms, sets of leather bands around her biceps that was given to her from her Aunt Heather.
She is known for having her father's nervous and shy personality and carrying notebooks around with her like he would always. She's an instigator and creative with the many traps she designs to catch Dragon Hunters. She's cynical and sarcastic like Hiccup was in his younger years as she's also seen to be stubborn like both of her parents.
Nuffink was two years younger and inherited Elsa's hair color, Hiccup's green eyes, and he has a thin and lanky body with thick shaggy hair. His clothing resembles Hiccup's from his younger years. As he wears a light tan long-sleeved tunic with similar decorative trimming. His pants are baggy and a light brown in color.
Light brown fur and suede boots are on his feet. He now wears a necklace that is set with three sharp teeth, presumably from dragons. On his belt he has a hilt that contains a toy sword. The sword is colorful, having lime green parts and is striped with orange and purple.
Nuffink is described by many in the village to have his mother's personality, but being adventurous and turbulent like his father, searching for trouble any chance he gets.
He also has been known for inheriting some of his father's inventive skills as he once used two baby Gronckles as a makeshift jetpack one time and ended up burning the forest. Luckily with the combined powers of Elsa and the Spirits, they were able to stop it before it got too out of hand.
Then there is the Night Lights, the spawns of Toothless and Liry: Dart, Pouncer, and Ruffrunner that are usually nearby when the two get themselves in trouble.
Night Lights have an appearance similar to both a Night Fury and a Light Fury since they are a hybrid of the two closely related species. They appear to have small fins on their back, like a Night Fury whilst lacking the single spine of the Light Fury, as their tail fins are also much like that of a Night Fury's. They have four ear-like appendages on their head and are piebald in color.
They are capable of firing explosive plasma blasts very similar to that of their parents' species. Night Lights and Light Furies share a similar amount of control in the timing of the plasma blasts' explosion.
Like their parents' species, Night Lights possess the ability of "cloaking". Their cloaking occurs when their skin heats up, which causes their scales to have mirror-like qualities, allowing them to temporarily blend in with their surroundings.
Night Lights are classified as a very fast class of dragons, as babies can easily keep up with their parents in flight and even spin in the air with no signs of slowing down.
Even as hatchlings, the Night Lights are strong enough to carry or pin down others of their kind with their claws, as well as a human child riding their backs or carrying them with their claws.
The Night Lights demonstrate a great deal of stamina, for they can complete a flight across all of Arendelle within a day without having to rest, although they do become extremely tired afterwards.
Dart was the only sister of the group and shares most of her physique with her father while carrying several traits from her mother. The only female among the siblings, she has black as her predominant body color, while the medial and posterior areas are white, faintly tinged in pink. She is the only one of the siblings to possess blue eyes, which she inherited from her mother. Her ears also are tinged with white at their tips, as is her nose, it has a small white patch her brothers do not possess.
Dart is independent, outgoing, and seeks out adventure, which sometimes gets her and her brothers into trouble.
Pouncer is the mostly white and black spotted brother, he shares most of his physique with his mother while carrying several traits from his father. Pouncer has white as his predominant color with smaller black patches on his body. There is black tipping his head nubs and on most of his tail, as well as along his spine ridges and he has emerald, green eyes.
Let's just say that he lives up to his name. Energetic and playful, his favorite past-time (when not getting pulled into one of his sister's crazy adventures) is to pick fights with his brother Ruffrunner. Nearly as fearless as Dart, he is less circumspect than he should be occasionally, and she has to hold him back. Or he goes flying with one of the Royal Spawns.
Ruffrunner, the second brother of the group shares most of his physique with his father while carrying several traits from his mother. He has black as his predominant color with smaller white patches on his body. There are white tipping his small head nubs and lining his tail, as well as an all-white underside, he as well has pale green eyes.
Ruffrunner is easily the least curious and adventurous of the Night Lights. When not play-fighting with his brother Pouncer, he loves nothing more than to find a sunny spot to curl up and take a nap. He was usually known as the follower of the trio, and he often finds himself pulled into one of his sister Dart's adventures along with his brother.
The two siblings were just bored as their Aunt Heather went off to visit her family, their Aunt Anna and Uncle Kristoff were busy with some stuff they didn't pay attention to and had the idea of racing each other around.
Zephyr was riding Dart and was trying to catch up to her brother, who was in the lead and riding Pouncer while Ruffrunner was in between the two.
"You're gonna have to be faster than that, Sis!" Nuffink yells back to his sister and keeps racing right around Arendelle, and almost ran into the castle as they flew around.
Zephyr keeps trying to keep up, but only ends up turning too fast and smacking into the Bewilderbeast who woke up from his nap and wasn't happy by the rude awakening.
"Sorry, Grandpa!" Zephyr apologizes as the Bewilderbeast looks at her unimpressed and she flies off to catch up with the others. "Okay, girl, what'd 'ya say we use our secret weapon?"
"This isn't going to end well." Dart promises, even though she knows Zephyr cannot understand her.
Nuffink looks to see that there is no sign of her sister and sees the mountain where they agreed the race finished.
"Looks like we won, Ruff." Nuffink says victorious and flies as fast as he could when Ruffrunner suddenly stopped midflight. "Whoa! What's wrong?"
"I smell something. It smells like...fish? Up here?" Ruffrunner explains, wishing this boy understood what he was saying.
Dart suddenly comes up underneath her brother while hanging upside down so that Zephyr wouldn't be spotted, followed by her throwing a fish, distracting Ruffrunner.
"Fish!" Ruffrunner cries as he dives after it and Nuffink screams all the way and Zephyr laughs in victory.
"Victory is ours, girl!" Zephyr cheers.
As Ruffrunner catches the fish, he only ends up landing face first into a Monstrous Nightmare, who was napping and let's say he was not amused by his rude awakening as he ends up blasting at a Deadly Nadder who ended up starting a panic and all of the dragons ended up fighting each other.
"And that's out que to run!" Nuffink tells Ruffrunner who screeches in agreement and they both fly up to their siblings who are now shocked to the damage they've caused.
"You think they'll know it was us?" Zephyr asks.
"Maybe if we don't tell, they might think it was just a misunderstanding." Nuffink tries to come up with some lie to tell their parents.
They loved their parents; they are always fair with everything that they do. But when it comes to their kids, they try their hardest to keep them from doing anything like their racing. They just haven't graduated from Dragon Training School, which is why they took the opportunity with all the members of their family either gone or busy, they thought if they were fast and sneaky enough, they could do a quick race. But that obviously didn't go as planned.
As they were coming up with an alibi, Pouncer was looking nervously as he and his siblings watched the fighting continue when he suddenly turned around and saw something that put fear into his heart. He taps Dart with his wing, causing her to also turn around and looked in fear for what she saw. Dart then smacks her brother using her tail as Ruffrunner turned and became as fearful as his siblings and tapped Zephyr's shoulder.
"What is it?" Zephyr asks as she turns and immediately smacks a hand over her brother's mouth to shut him up as he looks to what everyone was looking at and shrieks in fear.
Standing behind the five, were the most dangerous and powerful beings in their worlds: Their parents.
Elsa looked to her children with a sternly mad, frustrated, and disappointed look in her face.
Liry looked to her three hatchlings with a look that showed she was mad, but that this was something she was expecting.
Toothless although, had a look that would kill Drago himself if looks as if he were ready to strike someone down.
Hiccup looked at his two children with disapproval and the three hatchlings with dishonor before his eyes glowed forest green and they watched as he calmed down the fighting dragons and commanded a nearby Snow Wraith to put out the forest fire.
"We noticed." All of the parents told their children/hatchlings with anger dripping from every word in both languages.
Out in the forest, a few Terrible Terrors were fighting each other around a lake as they were getting some fish just as a portal opened and a figure was thrown from it and into the lake.
The figure was a woman, and she was wearing normal clothing, at least in the 21st century.
Alice Dean has arrived.
Alice quickly swims out of the lake and gasps for air and grabs her head as she remembers something.
"Now Chris you stay still, you need to rest."
She heard an echo go off in her head, confusing her where it came from. But what she sees is even more confusing, she sees herself on some strange world with someone she doesn't recognize.
"Oh, I'll be fine, I'll be fine." The man said a little weaker, "I-I just need to...t-to. Oh...oh crap." He could not finish his sentence as he turned into dust, letting his staff fall.
"What...What's going on?!" Alice cries in fear as she holds her head in her hands as the voices continue.
"TONY!"
"This is it. The end of the worlds."
BATTLEWORLD
"So, we're stuck in a place that is in between all realities, like a pocket dimension?" Barry asks as he walks around the cortex of Star Labs.
"That's the biggest theory we've got so far." River says.
"And this Doctor is your husband, a madman with a box?" Harry asks River.
"Yes, basically." Jack guesses.
"And this is going to be crazier before the end of the day." May guesses.
They then get an alert and Cisco ran towards the computers and was confused by the readings.
"Guys, we've got incoming." Cisco warns them. "We've got something big coming our way. Well, it's more a bunch of small things."
"What are they?" Harry asks as he races to the computers.
"They're sending a message." Frankie warns them.
"Let's hear it." Luke says and the message plays.
"EXTERMINATE!" The thousands of the same voice calls out, confusing half of the room, but River and Jack both know what those voices mean. "EXTERMINATE!"
"We need to get out of here!" River states as she runs into the halls and checks for any of them.
"What, you know what these things are?" Sarge asks.
"They're a race of genetically altered Kaleds. They are known as the Daleks. The most dangerous and deadliest things in existence." Jack says as he grabs everything that looks useful in their labs. "They'll kill every last one of us if we don't get out of here."
"And go where?" Matt asks.
"We have a base of operations. And we don't need to leave, we use this." Jack says as he reveals he is wearing what looked to be an overgrown watch. "This is a Vortex Manipulator. We can travel there fast with this."
"Wait, we still have the kids downstairs." Barry reminds them.
"I can only carry maybe three each trip, so what do we do?" Jack asks River.
River takes a minute and comes with a plan. "Take the kids to the base, then come back. We'll take the long way."
"You sure about this?" Jack wonders.
"Someone's gotta keep them alive." River supposes.
They tried their best to explain the situation to the kids without revealing too much.
"I don't understand." Tina tells Frankie who tries to comfort her sister.
Frankie kneels down and places her hands on Tina's shoulders to comfort her. "This nice man is going to take you, Tommy, and Angie somewhere safe, there are some scary people coming and you need to get somewhere safe. I am gonna go and see if I can find Mommy and daddy." She explains to her what is going on. "I'm gonna meet back up with you, but it'll take some time."
"Come with us." Tina pleads to her older sister.
"I can't. If I go, that means you can't go." Frankie says and pulls her into a quick hug.
"I'm scared." Tina whispers in fear.
"It's okay. It's okay to be scared." Frankie promised. "Sometimes to be brave, we have to be a little scared." Tommy walks over and hugs his sister who whispers, "Stay with your sister. Keep her safe."
"Okay." Tommy promises.
"Where are mommy and daddy?" Angie asks J'onn and the Dream Team.
"We're going to go look for them." Morg'Ann tells her with a smile. "We're going to go get them and meet you there. Okay?"
"Okay." Angie whispers, tears falling down her face.
"Hey," J'onn has her face him. "Remember when you were little, and those bigger kids were pushing you around and they pushed you and they ended up breaking your ankle and your parents came to the hospital as fast as they could?"
"Mhm." Angie remembers. "Why aren't they here now?"
"They were able to do that because they knew where to go. They're going to make it to you as fast as they can, but you need to be somewhere safe." J'onn explains to her. "You go with Mr. Jack; he'll bring you somewhere safe and your parents will come to you."
"Okay." Angie agrees and the kids all walk up to Jack who holds his wrist out.
"Okay, hold onto this, and I'll do the rest." Jack tells them what to do and they comply. "It's like a roller coaster. It's gonna be fast, scary, but maybe a little fun." Jack then looks to the others and then activates it and the four of them vanish into thin air.
The remaining heroes sigh and see they're safe then hear an explosion go off in the building.
"EXTERMINATE!"
"Now it's us and an army of walking tanks." Miles sighs.
"Let's get to work." Matt says as they all walk out and are ready to fight.
Earth-W174
Meanwhile, somewhere above the kingdom, the Helicarrier once again reappears in the sky of the brand new world, most of their heroes sleeping off the recent battle with the Grim Knight or in the medical wing for their injuries.
"I kinda see the resemblance, and if that's true, that kid has a rough life ahead of him." Peter-38 tells Peter-1, after he remembers who their recent younger doppelgänger looked like from Earth-173.
"Where are we now?" Yolanda asks.
"I'm not getting an internet reading, or even electrical." Ava comments, so she goes to release a few drones to get a view of the land. Looking through, she gets a view of some kingdom in the distance and a village in the forest.
"Ah, look at that. We're in the times of the old ages." Ava comments as Quill strolls up to the window as he looks out the window and sees something out in the distance and it is heading straight towards them. "It seems to be filled with knights, castles, mutton, and..."
Quill suddenly notices what is coming for them and screams at the top of his lungs. "DRAGON!" He screams as he ducks just as a Gritpicker comes flying and smashes straight into their window and begins flying around.
"Oh, great." Peter-38 sighs as he pulls out a tranq dart and aimed it so he could shoot it in flight and not kill it.
Kara was able to catch the little dragon before he could hit the ground and he begins purring in her arms. "Hey there little guy." She squeaks out as she scratches the dragon's head as it seems the tranq was not enough to knock it out, just calm it down.
Ava quickly picked up a tablet and hit a few buttons which ended with the hole in the window being immediately fixed.
"How'd you do that?" Cisco asks Ava who puts the tablet down.
"This entire room is built from nanotechnology." Ava says as she gestures around the bridge. "The roof, the glass, everything."
"No, way! You guys have nanotechnology?!" Barry asks in shock.
"We've had it for so long it's a casual thing." Ava says as she tries to come up with a plan. "Okay, we need to come up with a plan. One Dark Knight already came for the relics, meaning they're going to come back with something stronger this time around."
"Okay, so we just need to work fast." Clint understands what she is saying.
"Yeah, fast and smart. If we go in too fast, we could spook the natives." Ava tries to put together a plan. "Okay, here's the game plan. I don't want us to be under powered like back in Star City. So, I'll take Kara, and bring your husband just in case. Hey, you, cape boy." She calls out to Joey who snaps to attention. "You said you're able to cast spells?"
"Uh...kinda-sort of, I can do some things. I read a few books on spells, never mastered them all." Joey admits.
"Good enough of me." Ava supposes. "You're with us. You, America." She points to Chavez. "I need you with us, and just in case, Wanda, Speedy Gonzales." She points to the Maximoff sister and lightning speedster from the parallel reality. "Just in case this person has more abilities unlike that other Dark Knight, I need the two of you. That dude had no powers and plowed through some of our most skilled."
"All right, fair enough." Barry agrees.
"Mind if we joined?" Emily asks as she and Chris strolls up to them, finally clearheaded. "One of our friends are out there, we want to help. I can restore their memories now thanks to what Tony did."
"Okay, you're with us. Brainy, you happen to know where we can find this reality's relic?" Ava asks the cyborg alien.
"I may have developed a way to determine if we have discovered a relic due to the readings I've gotten from the arrowhead we got from our fifteenth Spider-Man counterpart we've come across." Brainy reported to them.
"Okay, Long hair, Iron Girl, Stretch Arms-long, stripes," Ava calls out to Cisco, Reed, Pat, and Riri, "I want all of you to go see if you can get anything else off of that arrowhead and see if there's a way to find the other relics, or at least make a way we can track them. We need a last resort if we're going to find out where this...Battleworld is."
"Yeah, about that, is that really the name we're sticking with? Because give me time, I could think of something better." Cisco promises them.
"Focus on getting us there, then you can name it." Ava compromises as he and the others leave to find out all they can about the relic. "The rest of us? Let's go catch us a relic."
Enchanted Forest
"Out of all the things, all of the irresponsible things you've done, what's the one thing we ask you to do!?" Elsa asks as she marches back and forth in their hut with Hiccup standing with his arms crossed in anger with their children looking down, disappointed in themselves.
"Don't try to ride your dragons without an adult around!" Hiccup answers for his wife.
"We were bored, and we had nothing else to do." Nuffink whispers in defense.
"What if you fell? What if one of you got hurt?" Elsa asks them both. "We thought we could trust you two to not do anything reckless when you're alone."
"We're sorry..." The two whisper in disappointment of themselves.
Toothless and Liry were also having a similar argument with their hatchlings outside the hut, but unlike the other pair, they are blaming each other left and right.
"It was her idea!" Pouncer was on the left of his siblings and points to Dart who was sitting in the middle of the three.
"It was his idea!" Ruffrunner, who's on the right of his siblings points to Pouncer.
"It was their idea!" Dart sells out her siblings as she crosses her paws to point at the two of them.
"I don't care whose idea it was, what you did was stupid, dangerous and completely reckless!" Liry states to them.
"You all know that those two aren't ready to be flying." Toothless reminds them. "What would you've done if they fell? None of you are strong enough to lift them without support."
"We're sorry." Dart whispers.
"We promise not to do it again until they're ready." Ruffrunner promises.
Toothless and Liry sigh and see they've learned their lesson just as they notice something coming in from the sky. But it was certainly no dragon.
Kara and Peter-38 flew in with Wanda whilst the others had to come by Quinjet.
The team then stroll out as Kara and Peter-38 are quickly surveying the area.
Ava strolls out and inhales deeply. "Ah, smell that? Fresh air. Clean, completely fresh air. Before technology, global warming, and all of that."
"Hey, Shyamalan, we don't need a humanity sucks statement." Chris tells Ava with a groan of annoyance in his voice.
"I'm just saying, I've lived in Wakanda for most of my life, then went to live in S.H.I.E.L.D. to find my father's killer, followed by me becoming White Tiger and meeting Peter. It feels nice being back in my element." Ava replies.
"We've got nothing but a few wild animals and dragons on the loose." Peter-38 reported.
"Any sign of any of our friends?" Emily wonders.
"Nope. No sign of anything abnormal for this reality." Peter-38 tells her.
"Who is exactly left on your team?" Chavez asks.
"There's Eli Roberts, he's a tech wiz with a nanotech Iron Man suit he built himself." Emily says as she tries to get everything back into place in her mind.
"Alice Dean, a wizard with powers similar to Dr. Strange...the real one, not that kid over there." Chris gestures over to Joey.
"I feel offended." Joey says to Chavez.
"And then there's Kyle McDermott, he's our team's speedster." Emily continues to list.
"You have a speedster?" Barry asks.
"Barry, you taught him. Don't you remember?" Emily asks.
"I think I'd remember something like that." Barry states.
"Right, you don't remember life Pre-Crisis." Emily suddenly remembers. "Forget I said anything."
"Come on, maybe someone here spotted a portal or something opening, and your friends are already here." Kara says and starts leading the way through the woods.
"And then there's Noah Devore." Chris remembers as they follow Kara. "He wore a War Machine style outfit."
"Lane Evans. He was kinda like our Han Solo." Emily added.
"You had what a space pirate on your team?" Wanda asks, confused how that happens.
"Yeah, basically that's who he was." Chris supposes.
"Then there's Garret Cash. He was my friend. We were together in Hogwarts when we were suddenly yanked out of our dimension." Emily tells them. "He's a wizard like me."
"Great. We've got a lot of people to find." Ava sighs.
BATTLEWORLD
"How long until they get here?" Barry asks as he speeds around the cortex to pack everything they need.
"About two minutes." River says as she pulls out a pistol.
"So, these Dalek things, how hard are they to kill?" Cisco asks the lady.
"They have almost full shielding. Except for their Eyestalk." River answers him.
"Eye stalk!?" Cisco asks.
"You'll know them when you see them." River replies.
"Do you think that this will take care of them?" Sarge asks as he pulled out a massive amalgamation of Team Spider-Flash's speed force bazooka and Coulon's Destroyer weapon.
"That'll do it." River supposes.
"Give me that." Harry demands as he takes the gun from Sarge. "You finish our escape plan."
"Crisco," Sarge call's out, "give a breach to the garage. I don't want to get killed in the elevator."
"It's Cisco." Cisco mumbled as he turned around and used an extraoplater to open a breach for Sarge, sadly the extrapolators don't seem to work for anything except for helping get them around the facility, not working outside the base, as Jack suddenly reappeared in the middle of the room, the kids safe at their base.
"How's it coming?" Jack asks the team.
"They're almost in." River replies.
"Can't we use your watch to get out of here?" Ralph asks, gesturing to Jack.
"Can't," Jack answers, showing the watch is now bleeping red. "It needs to recharge. Hence why we sent the kids first."
The building shook as the heroes began to slowly hear the sound of the Daleks as they got closer. "SEEK! LOCATE! EXTERMINATE!"
Suddenly the doors of the elevator blew open and the Dalek's poured out of the small room and down the hall as Harry took notice of their non-threatening appearance.
"What are they going to do," Harry asks, "Egg beat us to death?"
Suddenly a beam fired from one of the Daleks and Morg'Ann quickly raised her shield to reflect it back at the Dalek and caused it to explode.
"Attack?" Barry asks.
"Attack!" River shouted as she fired her weapons, Harry followed her lead, Barry started throwing lightning bolts at them.
"Exterminate!" A Dalek called as it shot at Jack shooting him down.
"Oh, god! He's dead!" Ralph cried.
"Give him a minute." River says unphased just as they see more Dalek's approaching and Matt running with Luke close behind.
"We've got company!" Luke warns them as J'onn flies through and slams into a Dalek and sent it flying.
"Well, this'll be easy." Miles comments as a Dalek doesn't notice his invisibility when Miles uses his Venom Punch to shock a Dalek.
"J'onn!" Nia calls out just as he noticed the Daleks that immediately shot him down.
"No!" Gwen shouts as she races over, sliding across the floor and spins and kicks the two Daleks over on their sides as a wall explodes and more Daleks are coming.
"Can't we catch a break for one second?!" Jefferson questions as he sends an electrical blast at them all and it doesn't phase any of them.
"We need to go!" Morg'Ann states as they all began to retreat into the cortex and dragged Jack's body in with them.
Frankie then activated emergency procedures and the doors all close.
"If they killed a Manhunter, what chance do we have?" Matt asks them.
"I have a feeling this is gonna be more difficult than we thought." Mia states.
Jack then suddenly gasps for air and scares half the room.
"No. No! You were dead!" Cisco states.
"Yep, I've heard that before." Jack states as he stands up and notices they are locked in the cortex. "How many are there?"
"An army's worth." Cisco answers. "Every hall is crawling with them. We already lost J'onn. And he was our most powerful member."
"Well, might as well go down fighting." Luke says as they all wait for them to break through.
The Daleks were doing all they could to break down the doors as all of the remaining members all waited with their weapons raised, ready to shoot anything that came through the doors.
In the halls, a Dalek finds one figure standing in the shadows, wearing an all-white robe that covers their head and most of their body.
"Exterminate!" The Dalek cries and blasts the figure, only for the blast to be deflected back and killing the Dalek.
The team watch as the Daleks all suddenly stop their attacks and look over to the cameras and see the figure strolling through the halls as if there was nothing wrong.
"Listen, whoever's out there, get out of here! This place is crawling with Daleks!" Jack shouted into the comms system and the figure either didn't listen or didn't hear because they keep marching through the halls.
Several more Daleks approach the figure and open fire on them, but the figure reveals to be carrying...a lightsaber?
The figure spins and slices straight through the first Dalek's armor and flips the saber before stabbing the second Dalek and continuing to march off.
"Oh my god." River whispers in shock.
The figure reveals to be wielding a snow white lightsaber as they keep on going through the halls and the Daleks do their best to stop them.
"Exterminate! Exterminate!" All of the Dalek's shout as they continuously shoot the figure who either dodges or deflects their shots back at them. As they are close enough, the figure slices through the Daleks and makes their way up to the farthest blocking the door, and slices right down the middle of it.
Strolling through the somewhat empty base, the Daleks all make their way towards the hooded figure to finish it off.
"Exterm-" One Dalek tries to shoot when the figure raises their hand and sends the Dalek flying into another. "Aahhhhhhhh!" Another comes up and tries to shoot them in the back, but the figure seems to have seen it coming and slices it right across the middle before decapitating it and marching on.
"All Daleks converge on the intruder!" The lead Dalek commands the others as the team just watched with the utmost shock at how fast and swift this figure was able to defeat these abominations.
Every Dalek that crossed their path ends up losing within seconds.
Every Dalek that was going after the team all aimed at the other end of the hall, which was the only place the figure could come from now. As the doors slowly began opening, they got ready.
"The intruder will be exterminated!"
"Exterminate!"
"Exterminate!" They all shout as the doors open and they all rapidly fire on the intruder, but they just use the blasts to their advantage.
The blasts were either deflected back once again at the Daleks or were just stopped as the figure mowed through the Daleks as if it were easy. Some of them were pushed and threw at one another and sliced through them all until one remained.
"What is happening?!" The Dalek questions as the figure raised their fist in a crushing gesture as the Dalek's weapons began to become crushed, followed by its armor. The figure then tosses it to the side, their lightsaber still glowing and made their way to the doors.
The team watched the whole event unfold on the screens and don't know what to do.
"Do we open the doors?" Ralph asks.
"You wanna do it? Be my guest." Jack tells him.
"There's only one way in and out, so we might as well do it." Barry guesses as he opens the doors, and they watch the figure enter the room. Their lightsaber still glowing as the figure marches and as of judging the room, looked around them all before deactivating the lightsaber.
"Aren't you a little short for a Headless Monk?" Jack jokes as the figure lifts their hood off and reveals a familiar face.
"My name's Caitlin Snow, I'm here to rescue you." Their rescuer introduces themselves, shocking the whole room. "I saw reinforcements on their way, and I have the feeling we want to be out of here when they arrive."
"We've got a way out of here." Cisco says and reveals the extraoplater. "As long as Sarge has it ready."
"Has what ready exactly?" Gwen asks as they take their equipment and make their way through the breach and see what's waiting for them in the garage.
"Now that's a ride." May comments.
The Daleks were all gathered outside of STAR labs, ready to storm the base.
"What is the status of the first wave?" One of the Daleks asks.
"It appears that they have been eliminated." Another replies.
"Impossible.'' The first Dalek says, "Prepare for a second invasio-" the Dalek was interrupted as a Sarge's rebuilt truck suddenly burst from the wall and ran over them before plowing its way through the other Daleks and taking off down the street.
Earth-W174
Kara quickly used her strength to get through some of the trees as Peter helped them get past the large plants.
"There is a village just up ahead." Kara told them.
"So, you and your team, you guys have a name?" Joey asks Chris and Emily.
"Yeah, of course we did." Alice states. "What superhero team doesn't have a name?"
"Well, what was it?" Joey wonders.
"We were known as the Warriors of the Multiverse." Chris answers with pride.
"Wow! A little bit of an ego there." Ava comments.
"And what do you guys call yourselves?" Chris asks Ava.
"We're the Next Avengers. Basically, meaning now that we're the Avengers." Ava answers.
"We just call ourselves the SuperSpider team." Kara adds on.
"Which also turns out to be our ship name." Peter told them.
"Yeah, that surprised me." Kara comments.
"We just ended up calling ourselves the Avengers." Joey adds.
"That's due to the fact we took over their mantle." Chavez confesses.
Peter senses something and quickly drops down. "Watch it!"
Everyone does as he does and just as they ducked as flock of Terrible Terrors come flying overhead.
"Phew! That was close." Kara sighs in relief when Peter senses something bigger.
"Oh boy..." Peter whispers just as a Monstrous Nightmare comes down and roars at them.
"Do we attack?!" Emily asks and gets ready to do so when Wanda stops her.
"Wait!" Wanda cries and her eyes glow red as she uses her powers to enter his mind and calm the dragon down.
"Wh...what are you doing?" Barry asks her.
"He's just protecting his territory. We're the ones trespassing." Wanda told them.
"You speak dragon?" Chris asks her.
"I can read minds." Wanda corrects him. "Every creature speaks the same language if you look in the right places. You don't wanna know what your fish think of us in your tanks. It's like a real Finding Nemo situation."
The Nightmare then bowed down and the team look confused.
"What's it doing?" Chavez asks.
"It appears to be bowing to something." Brainy says, not understanding exactly understanding why just when they heard wings flapping and turn to see a Night and Light Fury land and they notice there are Rider's on their backs. "I would suspect them."
"These the people you saw, Bud?" Hiccup asks his dragon who screeches in return, at least to their ears.
"Yep, that's them." Toothless says.
"Great. So, who are all of you?" Elsa asks as she approaches the dumbstruck team.
"This is gonna take a lot of explaining." Kara sighs.
Back on the Helicarrier, Cisco, Riri and Pat were looking over the readings off of the arrowhead from Earth-173 whilst Reed was working on how to search the universe for Battleworld using it.
"I can't seem to find anything special off of this thing." Riri states.
"Yeah, neither can I." Cisco agreed as he held some high tech scanner over the arrowhead and looked at the readings while doing so.
"I think we need some more of these things if we wanna find something useful. That way we could see what they have in common and take it from there." Pat agrees with them as Peter-616 comes into the labs.
"How's everything coming?" Peter asks.
"Not doing so well." Riri answers as she continues to type away on the keyboard.
"I thought you were resting." Cisco reminds Peter.
"I'm the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., I've fought god like beings, I can handle a Terminator." Peter-616 promised. "I just said that I'd rest it off so Ava wouldn't worry about me. Also, I did need some rest." He whispered that last bit to himself.
"While on the subject, how'd you do that?" Cisco asks Peter, who doesn't understand the question.
"Do what?" Peter asks.
"How'd you become the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D.?" Cisco asks. "You don't look old enough to be doing it too long."
"I was the Paragon of Humanity, rebirthed the universe at the dawn of time, and before that I was S.H.I.E.L.D.'s greatest agent." Peter list everything he did to become the head of S.H.I.E.L.D.
That caused the room to look in shock at that statement. "You're kidding, right?"
"Nope." Peter states. "I was in S.H.I.E.L.D. for most of my life, my family was slaughtered as HYDRA tried to get to me, I was raised within the organization."
"Why were they after you?" Pat wonders.
"My parents were brought on to try and recreate the Super Soldier serum, it ended badly, and I was born with these powers." Peter explains his origins to them. "I was then raised in S.H.I.E.L.D. and then trained by Melinda Maya, Natasha Romanoff, Phil Coulson who was basically my father growing up."
"I'm sorry, Phil Coulson?" Hunter asks, scaring Cisco who didn't noticing his friend was here.
"Dude, when did you get here?" Cisco asks as he caught his breath.
"Yeah, Phil raised me to be a kid, Natasha and May raised me to fight, sooner or later the nickname 'Humanity's Shield' started going along." Peter says as he took a seat. "honestly, it didn't really mean much until I met Madame Web."
"Yeah, who is Madame Web? It's like all of you have some connection to her." Caitlin wonders.
"She's...one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s first powered individuals we found. Well, she was around before even me." Peter admitted. "She can see the future...not THE future per-say, she can see all futures."
"What does that mean?" Reed asks.
"She can see every outcome of every decision. She said it's like looking at a prism. One line, splitting off into dozens of different outcomes and every single one of those strands split off into a hundred more. She tries her best to see the best outcome and lead reality down that path." Peter did his best to explain to them. "Once after I became Director and she became the Monitor of the Multiverse, I once asked her if she has the power to do everything, why create evil? Her response, 'I don't create people good or evil, I create opportunities. It's the people who create themselves to be good or evil'."
"Yeah, we're a messed up species." Constantine says from the doorway and he seems that he's already healed from the recent fight. "Now, to the real problem, any of you squabblers got a cigarette?"
"Constantine, this ship is the most powerful thing S.H.I.E.L.D. has created. It's a complex of the most thought out, the most-"
"Tax dollar wasting, bloody stupid idea you Americans could come up with." Constantine interrupts him. "Unlimited power and your idea was to put it in a boat."
"Well, this boat is basically the only thing that's able to save us now if you haven't realized. So, I'd say tax dollars well spent." Peter told him before noticing something wrong. "I haven't heard from the away team in a while, I'm gonna go and see if I can get into contact with them." He says and leaves the room for the scientists to keep working.
"I'm gonna go look for something to drink." Constantine says as he marches off.
"So...you're not from Earth?" Elsa asks as she pointed to Kara and Brainy as they and the entire group are in their hut.
"Yes." "No."
"I mean, I am from Earth. Well, I was raised on Earth." Kara tried her best to explain the multiverse. "Just not this Earth. An Earth similar to this one, except we're from the future."
Hiccup and Elsa look to one another in utter confusion as they have been trying their best to explain the situation to them and have come up with nothing that helps.
"I'm sorry, we're not really understanding." Hiccup admits.
"Well, it's understandable that people in such dark times wouldn't be able to comprehend something as complex and complicated as the multiverse." Brainy supposes as he was looking around their hut.
"Did he call us stupid?" Elsa asks, pointing towards Brainy while looking at the group ready to blast him.
"All you need to know is that we're here because someone's coming here and is going to come looking for something in order to destroy your whole world." Ava recapped everything they're here for.
"And you're both Dragon King and Queen?" Barry asks the two of them in utter confusion.
"I am the prophesied child of two worlds: The dragons thought it was meant for the world of dragons and the world of humans. That I was going to unite the worlds. But it turns out it meant the world of war, and the world of peace. I was...casted out as a child." Hiccup told them as he started to look down in sad.
"Wait, what?" Emily asks in shock.
"Yeah. Casted out from my home because of these." Hiccup gestures to his ears which were still in their dragon form. "I was discovered adrift by the Defenders of the Wing, where I was raised as a member of the royal family. A few years go by, I learn I can speak to dragons. When I was eight, I discovered Toothless." He gestures to the Night Fury sleeping on a rock across the room. "Then my father learned there was Dragon Hunters on our island and that I was in danger. So, he took me and my sister, Mala here to Arendelle to get away."
"That's where I found him hiding in the forest, drawing." Elsa says as she walks over and caresses her husband's cheek. "He was so scrawny back then, so shy, he looked as fragile as a flower."
Hiccup chuckled in nervousness as he scratched his back. "I wouldn't say that. But I was a scrawny kid, I'll admit."
"They remind you of anyone?" Peter asks Kara.
"I see similarities." Kara agrees as she was thinking they did remind the two of them of themselves.
"We hit it off and became friends, but then a few things happened...things I wish I could take back." Elsa says as she thinks back to the day she hurt her sister. "But in the end, I learned I wasn't the only one gifted by magical abilities."
"And during the years beforehand, I was learning about the prophecy I am a part of. The Prince of Dragons." Hiccup continues to tell his part of the story. "For over 300 years, the war of humans and dragons has been fought, and nobody could speak up for them because they never understood anything that they were saying. They'd capture these creatures who just wanted peace, stole them from their homes, attack them, or just kill them. Over many years, they begged for a miracle, someone who could walk the world of humans but understood the dragons. I am that human who was born with the soul of a dragon, but the heart of a human. I was born with the capabilities of all dragons and have been able to do everything in my power to unite the two worlds of dragons and humans."
"It's been...difficult with a few other islands out there, but we've been getting them warmed up on the idea." Elsa says with a smile. "But right now, Arendelle is the only island that is a safe place for people and dragons alike."
Ava was listening with interest when they heard something go off their radios.
"A-a, c-e-king in. -ou there?" Peter-616's voice called out, but they're only getting static back.
"Peter, you there?" Ava tries to get a signal and looked out the door and froze in shock.
"It appears that there's an interference with our communications." Brainy says and Ava could see what it is.
"You mean something like a giant ball of water?" Ava asks and everyone looked confused when they raced out and noticed the sea level rising and it's almost as if it was defying gravity.
"What's going on?" Elsa asks. "This isn't the Water Spirit's doings."
"It's the Dark Knights." Ava took a wild guess.
Peter-38 closed his mask and quickly did a scan for the water and found someone approaching at max speed fast. "Yep, someone's coming in. Fast."
"Then let's go greet them." Wanda states just as a Terrible Terror flew in and Hiccup stretched his arm out for him to land on.
The Terror screeched something only the two royals could understand but it left them shocked.
"A magic green ball?" Hiccup asked in confusion.
"A lady in strange clothes flew out of it?" Elsa added to the confusion.
"Where did he find her?" Emily asks the royals.
Hiccup and Elsa look towards the Terror who chirped in response.
"He says that he can show you the way." Hiccup promises them.
"Okay, we'll go greet our Dark Knight. You guys go rescue your friend." Ava tells them the plan.
"We're coming with." Hiccup tells them. "They declared war on our land. We're not letting them get hurt."
"Okay, suit yourselves. Your land after all." Ava supposes as the two teams split up.
"Noah," Alice asked. "Why didn't you go with the others into the doctor's mind."
"Because they all left while I was in the bathroom!" Noah shouted as he accidentally fired a rocket into some of Strange's valuable artifacts. "Sorry about that, would be able to accept the down payment of a dodo that can take down a T-Rex?"
"And we….," Kyle said as he felt his own body begin to disintegrate, "are…...The Flash!" Kyle said as Malkin began to disintegrate and Kyle absorbed all her energy and that's when he started screaming, "I see it, I see it all, a crisis is coming, the Earths will be burning, Malkin's last call is a trap for Pariah, the Crisis is coming, the Crisis is coming!" Kyle disappeared in an explosion of bursts of Infinity Energies.
"STOP IT!" Alice cries.
Emily and Chris made their way through the forest, looking for the next Warrior by following the Terrible Terror that is flying just above them. This was the first time these two had seen each other in years. And Emily had a million questions of everything that was happening.
"So, how much do you remember?" Emily asked, wondering how much of each other's memories are there.
"Bits and pieces." Chris responded. "I remember just a small part of what we did over the real timeline. Can't believe I'm a yoga instructor post-crisis."
"Same here." Emily said. "I remember fighting Thanos, I remember we were going to fight Malkin, and I vaguely remember the others."
"Yeah," Chris said, "I don't remember much either."
"I don't remember this whole get up though." Emily said as she gestured to Chris' Pariah armor.
"It's a long story." Chris sighed, not wanting to get into that right now.
"Who do you think is here?" Emily asked. "I mean, not that I'm already questioning the dragons, people who can not only talk to dragons but the dragon human hybrid king, as well as this whole other universe we're in that isn't even a part of our reality. Not to mention that kid that looks like our Spider-Man, and there being multiple versions of him, one being a white Nick Fury without the eyepatch."
"Yeah, I know." Chris agreed when suddenly they heard a scream coming from behind them and a massive explosion sent them flying.
Emily quickly crawled up and turned around and the two of them saw Alice Dean stumbling towards them, eyes in a fury as she used her magic powers to try and subdue them.
"Alice." Chris cried as he recovered from the explosion.
Alice moved her hands, and a fallen tree was flung at Chris. Chris and Emily couldn't tell it was intentional or not when Emily spoke up.
"It's us." Emily cried out as Alice looked at the two, and she seemed to have recognized Chris. He was the man she had seen in her memories.
"Help me." Alice cried in whispers. "...Please..."
Suddenly she convulsed in pain as another blast of energy pulsed through her body and blew a few trees apart behind them, followed by several dragons flying off in terror.
"Emily," Chris looked towards his friend and tried to get up, but it's a little difficult in the armor. "Can you take care of this?"
"I think so." Emily said as she took her wand out and approached Alice. "Just relax." Alice pants in exhaustion as Emily pressed the wand against Alice's forehead and muttered a spell.
Alice's eyes widened and she immediately passed out and Emily immediately caught her friend.
"Did it work?" Chris asked as he got up.
"She should have her memories back as soon as she wakes up." Emily said. "We need to get her back to the Helicarrier and get back to the other's as soon as possible."
The rest of the team all made their way up to the water wall.
Peter did a scan of it and it was as if there were currents that kept flowing through them, taking the thought that they can fly through this and the wall goes about maybe half a mile.
"Yeah, we're not getting out of here any time soon." Peter reported.
"Great. And still no way of contacting the others." Ava sighs in anger.
"Who can be doing this?" Elsa asks in shock as she walks up and places her hand on the wall.
They then notice someone floating through the water and charging at them.
"Get down!" Kara warns them as a figure comes flying out, revealing to be a woman Batman...well, Batwoman.
She comes flying in and lands on the ground wearing something that looked of a cross from something that looks to be a mix of something you would see from maybe a Pirates of a Caribbean and something from Mad Max mixed together.
"Well, this is a new one." Barry says.
"You get used to it." Kara says as she and Ava approaches the monster.
"State your name and planet of origin, as well as your powers and weaknesses." Ava demands as Kara looks confused.
"Has that ever really worked?" Kara wonders.
"You'd be surprised." Ava replied and looked back to the new Dark Knight. "Now. Introductions."
"The name's Bryce Wayne. But you can call me the Drowned." The new freak female Batwoman states. "I'm here for the relic of Earth-174."
"Yeah, that's not gonna happen." Barry states as he places his arms on his hips.
Drowned then smiles smugly and shows off her trident in her arms. "You see this? I can control the oceans with this. I just use it to keep me separate from the other boys on my band. I lose focus, I could drown this whole kingdom in seconds. A thousand lives screaming out in terror until drowning in terror."
That causes all of them to stop any plans of fighting her and they all look in fear.
"What do you want?" Peter asks.
"I told you: the relic." Drowned repeats herself. "Grim Knight thought he could fight his way through the lot of you. I on the other hand am clearer headed than the rest of them. You're heroes. Threaten your lives, I get nothing. Threaten an entire kingdom? That'd get you talking."
"We don't even have it. We just got here." Joey states.
"Good point." Drowned supposes and thinks for a good second to two. "Okay. Well, supposing that you're not going anywhere, I'll give you until sunrise to find it and hand it over, or I'll drown everyone."
"And how do we know you won't just do that even after we hand you the relic?" Peter asks.
Drowned then smiles and tilts her head. "Because I'm nice like that. Besides, what's your alternative? I drown them all right here, right now." She then marches over to the water before turning back with a smile. "I'll be waiting." She then vanishes and flies off into the seas.
"What's the plan?" Wanda asks them, and none of them have any idea on what they're going to do.
Back on the Helicarrier, Peter-616 is trying his best to get back into contact.
"Ava, can you read me?" Peter called out and is getting only static in return. "Something's wrong."
Cisco walks in while carrying a tablet. "What, you feel a disturbance in the force?"
"You do this as long as me, you start to feel like you have a connection to the force." Peter jokes as Cisco approaches him. "You find anything useful for me?"
"We have something, but we can't confirm anything until we get our hands on a second relic." Cisco says and the two just sort of go into an awkward silence.
"You have something else to add?" Peter asks.
"No, it's just...why didn't you decide to leave?" Cisco asks and shows he has been going through everything he could find on Peter. "You could've left any time you wanted, but you decided to stay. After Electro, Rhino, Green Goblin...Gwen."
"It's because of Gwen is the reason I keep fighting." Peter told him. "I thought I was invincible in S.H.I.E.L.D. I could fight armies in minutes. I took down a nuclear bomb midflight. I could save everyone. When Gwen was killed, it was because of me. I reminded myself there are some people I can't save no matter how hard I try to save them. S.H.I.E.L.D. gave me the ability to keep helping people. I'm Humanity's Shield. I'll always protect the world that ripped my parents away. Because I can take a hit and get back up, and there are others who get hit and never get back up."
Cisco was surprised by that statement and pats his shoulder and accidentally entered a vibe.
Cisco looks as he sees somewhere surrounded by rubble, destruction, and he looks to see Peter-616 on the ground, gasping for breath and his Agent S uniform is torn to shreds as his mask is broken, his hair showing, his right eye socket broken in and he's looking in fear towards something.
Cisco looks to where he was looking and is shocked to what he sees. This being wore a giant hood and his face looked to be kept in the dark, and then there were two gigantic wings spreading from his back.
Peter quickly ripped off his mask, got up with what looked to be a limp and fought through the pain as he grabbed what looked to be a glowing sword and raced at the figure and Cisco watched as the monster turned out to tower over Peter ten times over as he raised the sword at the chest of the monster, and it raised its razor sharp claws at Peter's chest.
Cisco then exited his vibe before he could see more.
"You good?" Peter asks as Cisco snaps himself out of the gaze.
"Yeah...I'm fine." Cisco promises as he walks out of the room, no idea of what to think about what he saw.
Constantine was at least able to find his way to the cafeteria area and was with Ward, drinking their sorrows as Peter-1 strolled in with his wife Caitlin, Frost taking a bit of a break.
"Figured I'd find you here, John." Peter says as Caitlin went to get some food.
"Sorry, have we met?" John asks him.
"Nope, well, sort of." Peter says as he takes a seat. "We met maybe once. It was when I was starting my crusade as a crime fighter. My city was turning into werewolves on Halloween of all days. You found me before I became dog food, helped me save everyone."
"You're kidding, right?" Ward asks Peter and sees he's serious. "I miss my cell in S.H.I.E.L.D."
Peter and Teresa were talking and strolling through the halls of the Helicarrier with their father watching from a distance.
"This is kinda strange." Peter-1 told Reed, scaring him. "Sorry, but in my defense, you're watching two kids like a stalker."
"They are my kids to be fair." Reed informed him.
"Yeah, I figured as much. So then why would you want to watch them and not be with them?" Peter asks.
Reed watches as his kids talk and laugh before leaving and heading to the deck of the ship. "They don't want me."
Peter pats his shoulder empathetically. "Take this advice, from a man who's raised twins for years: When they push you away, show them you won't be pushed around. Try your best to make up whatever's gone wrong with you-"
"I abandoned them. Because I was afraid." Reed informed him.
"Yeah, I've been there, done that before." Peter admitted. "Just give it some thought." He says and wishes him the best of luck as he strolls off.
Enchanted Forest
"We can't fly out of here, the currents in the water are too strong." Kara told them.
"We can't get a signal out to call for backup." Barry adds.
"And we don't know where the relic is." Ava finishes.
"That is not entirely the case." Brainy interrupts them.
"What do you mean?" Hiccup asks. "I'm not entirely sure I understand everything that's being said, but my kingdoms in danger. Something's gotta be done."
Elsa was in the corner, holding their kids close. "You're saying the relic is here?" She asks Brainy.
"It would only make sense, due to the fact she trapped us here, and if they had access to Madame Web, they could get the general idea on where to find the relic." Kara guesses.
"He's right." Chavez starts to understand. "She just doesn't wanna do all the work on finding it, giving us a deadline, she just wants us to do all her hard work."
"So, what's here never found on another earth?" Joey asks and gestures to the dragons. "The creatures? The kingdom? The people?"
"That's it!" Brainy cheers and scares the room and looks towards Hiccup. "Your Highness, you have the power that is never found on any other reality! To speak to dragons, to work as their prince and now king. It's you!"
"Great!" The voice of Chris called as they seemed to have returned with their friend unconscious. "Now what do we do against our water problem?"
"We're working on that part. If we fight her, she drops a giant water balloon on the island." Ava tries her best to come up with a plan.
"She can't lose focus at least." Peter reminded her.
"What if we just kept the water from drowning everyone?" Joey asks them, getting everyone's attention. "Like what if we put a giant forcefield over the kingdom?"
"This place is less advanced than Galtea. There is no way that there's any way of us protecting them." Brainy informed him.
"Well, whatever that means, I mean with our powers." Joey corrects the android and looks towards Wanda and Emily. "She can create forcefields, I can create shields, so she can't drop the water on top of the kingdoms."
"Okay, then what about the tidal waves that'll be coming with it?" Chavez asks before Barry got an idea.
"Wait, if I were to run fast enough, I could...possibly create a vortex barrier along the team, creating a wall of wind, that could sap the water of its energy before it hits us and keep Drowned away from her power." Barry offered them.
"How fast would you have to go?" Hiccup asks.
"I... I have no idea. I'm not even sure if I can." Barry admits.
"Okay, and what about the forest?" Peter-38 asks.
"I can take care of it." Elsa offers. "I can create an ice shield over our home."
"I'll talk to the dragons. Most of them can take a bit of water, and being pushed around, but some others need to look out for the smaller ones." Hiccup offers.
"Alright, that leaves the psychotic water bender." Emily states.
"The four of us will keep her back." Ava looks to her, Peter, Kara, and Chris.
"And what about the relic?" Chavez asks and looks to Hiccup. "If he's the relic, that means that he's going to be in danger."
"What can we do?" Elsa asks and grabs Hiccup's hand for support.
Peter sighs and they all know what they have to do. "Hiccup, we're going to do everything we can to protect your home and make sure everyone's safe." He promises the man and places a comforting hand on his shoulder. "But after this is done, the madman who sent Drowned here is going to send more, more people just as powerful as her. And she's the starter. She's Level 1, and she's willing to kill the island to get to you."
Hiccup sighs and looks to his frightened family and then out to Toothless and Liry with the Night Lights. "What happens if I give myself up?"
"Then your whole world will burn." Barry tells him, a little too fast. "I saw it happen. I watched everything I knew, and love go up in flames and turn to dust."
"Same for our home." Chavez spoke for her and Joey. "Our world was destroyed because of these freaks."
"And this is the beginning. Once they learn the relic is a person, they'll threaten those closest to you." Peter continues. "Your friends, the ones closest to you, the ones you love, everyone will be their targets."
"But we can keep you, your world, and your family safe." Kara assures him. "But you need to come with us. After we defeat Drowned, we can take you and your family somewhere you can be together, where you can be safe. But as of now, you are a target. Whatever makes you a relic, it makes you nothing but something that needs to be used to destroy worlds. Once we defeat Drowned, we can get you and your family out of here. And as soon as the Batman Who Laughs is defeated, we can return you and your family back home."
Hiccup looks to Elsa who nods her head as if they have their own telepathic connection to one another.
"Stop Drowned. We'll discuss more afterwards." Hiccup tells them and they agree to that.
Back on the carrier, the team were doing all they can to get back into contact with the team, and Peter-616 was keeping himself busy with the kids of Earth-2 who needed some upgraded gear to keep up with the Dark Knights.
Right now, that one kid is Daisy Johnson who he is helping with a new suit and even gave her the spare gauntlets that they always kept aboard the Helicarrier in case of emergencies for Earth-616 Daisy Johnson.
"These will syphon your powers and keep your bones from shattering over and over." Peter tells her as he helps place them on her wrists. "And will even make your blasts more sufficed, more powerful."
"Great. Thanks for the fancy bling, but I'm just not entirely sure I understand the costume." Daisy states as she looks over her new costume Peter asked her to wear in place to her torn up outfit.
"This costume as you put it is bulletproof, friction proof, capable of being attacked and survive from sharks, tigers, Skrulls, Vibranium, even Symbiotes." Peter informed her.
"Well, at least I'm up here and not down there with that creep." Daisy states and Peter looks confused for a second and even scrunches his right eye in confusion before understanding what she's talking about.
"You're talking about Barry, aren't you?" Peter put together. "Yeah, I've seen that look before."
"What look? Stalker?" Daisy asks. "He knew my name, and I've never met him before in my life."
"No, the look of heartbreak." Peter broke to Daisy who froze in shock and looks to Peter for more explanation. "I've done a lot of things when I was much younger than you. Somewhere around the age of the me you know, I met someone. Her name was Gwen Stacy. She was my girlfriend back in school."
"What happened to her?" Daisy asks with a sympathetic tone.
"A monster killed her. A monster that went by the name Norman Osborn, or The Green Goblin." Peter told her. "He took her to the Brooklyn Bridge. I tried to save her. But I ended up hurting her...I killed her. Well...I played a part of it. If I weren't a part of her life, she would still be alive."
"I'm sorry." Daisy apologized.
"Not your fault." Peter promised her. "Point being, a few years later, he broke out of prison, created a device that allowed him to travel between worlds. The multiverse: That's how I met those other versions of me. When that was the craziest part of my life. One of those worlds, I saw Gwen was alive. I saw a world where someone I watched her die in my arms and she stated the same thing to me. In her reality, I died. In my reality, she died. And we both had this look on our faces. Shock. Happiness. Sadness. Fear. Hatred. That's how Barry looks at you. You look like someone he lost."
"Well, I'm not her." Daisy states.
"I know that. I know that you're not the Daisy Johnson that I remember and know. She's on a mission back on my Earth, I know that. But every time I see you, I'm reminded of everything we've been through. How we started off like you and your friends. Nobodies who just were at the wrong place and gained incredible abilities." Peter explains this the best to her. "He looks to you and sees someone he loved. Just give him some time, he'll understand you're not her."
Daisy sighs and knows how it feels to lose someone close to her. She killed her mother in order to save the world, if she saw her again in this multiverse, she'd be going through the same emotions. "Yeah, I guess that makes sense."
The next day, the team, consisting of Kara, Ava, Peter, Chavez, and Chris all are up against the water wall and wait for Drowned to appear.
Elsa and Hiccup were getting everyone together as Elsa is creating a dome of ice over the people and the village.
In Arendelle, Joey and Wanda are doing everything with their powers to shield the whole kingdom whilst Barry is watching from the other side of the island, waiting for the water to make the first move.
Alice however was still sleeping off her memories making their return.
Drowned suddenly comes flying out of the water and landing on her feet. She stands on her knee and sees them all standing and no sign of a relic.
"I have a sensing feeling the relic isn't like a small thing you're keeping in your pockets?" Drowned took a wild guess.
"Nah. We know how this works." Chavez states.
"You promise that you'll leave in peace, not drown the kingdom, but you'll instead just leave and let everyone drown as soon as you get what you want." Kara added.
"So, you have found it." Drowned took notice of their choice of words. "And you're going to protect it, because it's the only thing keeping me from wiping this island off the face of the Earth."
"World's greatest detective on any Earth." Peter says.
"And I have the feeling that I'm going to have to fight through all of you to find it?" Drowned asks and raised the trident. "I'm going to enjoy this."
"We'll see about that." Kara says as she quickly flies at Drowned, only to be smacked by her and sending Kara into a current, sending her through the ocean.
Peter quickly tried to use his lasers on her, only for Drowned to deflect the laser back at him and sends him flying across the grass.
"This trident is made out of Poseidon steel." Drowned informed them. "Strongest metal in the Dark Multiverse."
"Well..." Ava smiles as she activated her suit and her whole body is encased around her Vibranium suit, "This is made out of the strongest metal in the universe. So, let's see who's more powerful."
The two races at one another as Chavez grabs the ground, pulling a huge rock out of it, and tosses it towards Drowned, who quickly used her powers to smack the rock and destroy it. But luckily, they were able to use the dust and rubble as cover as Ava comes and tackles Drowned.
Drowned quickly kicked her off and got on one knee and her trident ready to swing.
"Brainy, anything?" Chris calls for some help on how to fight this woman.
Brainy was watching over the sleeping Alice who seems to have entered into a comatose state. "If she's fused with Atlantean DNA, she could possibly have an acute reaction to any type of bright light."
"Great, so all I have to do is bring down the sun." Chris sighs. "No teleporting out of here without ending underwater."
Ava races at Drowned and she raised her claws to attack as Drowned goes to do the same with her trident, causing the two to block each other's attacks.
"You really think that you can stop us?" Drowned asks. "We've been preparing for this day for years."
"Yeah? Well, so have we!" Ava states as she wraps her arms around the trident and spins around sends Drowned flying down the grass. "Think that you're the first or going to be the last people to wanna destroy the multiverse? You're not the first, and you won't be the last."
"Oh, we will be the last." Drowned promised with a snarl. "The last thing you see until you die!" She then slams the trident and water begins to fall down upon them.
"Please work. Please work." Chavez pleads to herself.
Back in Arendelle, everyone is in their homes, hoping the heroes can stop the water.
Wanda and Joey were using all of their powers to shield everyone and their homes, Barry saw the water closing in and begins running all the way up to the team and runs around them, running as fast as he can to stop the water from crashing into them.
Drowned tried to throw another wave at Ava, but noticed the Flash running around. "Clever. Your speedy little buddy can't take me due to the fact no matter how fast he runs, he can't exactly beat me in my element."
"No, but we knew if he could keep you out of your element, we could take you down." Ava states as Drowned quickly tried to rain down water above Barry's barrier when Kara flies in and starts freezing the surrounding water and spinning around like Barry so it's just Chris, Ava, and Chavez to stop her.
"Then what are you waiting for?" Drowned asks before aiming her trident ahead of them, ready to use it as a weapon rather than a power.
"Vibranium versus Poseidon steel. Let's see who's stronger." Ava states and rushes at Drowned, fist raised.
The water over Arendelle is becoming harder to keep hold of as more and more waves crash on their shields, weakening them.
"Guys, I've never had to hold a shield this big for this long before! I'm not entirely sure I can keep this up!" Wanda warns them.
"Yeah, I'm feeling the same way!" Joey agrees.
"It's a good thing I'm the backup!" The voice of someone cried out just as Alice comes flying in and quickly combined a Shield of the Seraphim spell along with an Energy Manipulation technique to strengthen not only her spell, but the already placed shields as well. "It feels good to be back!"
Wanda and Joey look to one another in confusion before guessing that this is better than nothing.
Back with the others, Drowned wasn't going to fall for the same thing twice as she uses her trident to trap Ava's arm and sends her flying into Barry's wall and sent flying backwards towards Drowned.
Before she could attack again, Chris teleported and got Ava safe just as Chavez leaps and smashes the ground, sending Drowned flying into the air, where she is met with Kara quickly stopping in order to punch Drowned to the ground, but Peter webbed her towards him, punched her in the face before yanking her back and sending her flying.
Drowned tried to get back up but is met with Ava releasing all of her energy and sending her towards Barry as Chris stole her trident just before Barry super punched Drowned, knocking her clear out.
The team are left panting in exhaustion, and they see they've not only defeated a Dark Knight, but this time they captured one.
"So, can I keep this?" Chris asks while holding the trident. "I've always wanted one."
Ava sighs and reached into one of her pouches and used power-dampening handcuffs they created years ago in S.H.I.E.L.D. "Peter, can you read me?"
"Ava, we lost you for a while there. You okay?" Peter asks.
"Yep. We're fine down here. We found the relic...but it's not exactly what you're expecting." Ava promises him.
Elsa and Hiccup were in Arendelle, explaining the situation to their families before they leave.
"Wait, a mad man is after Hiccup, and is trying to hurt other worlds?" Anna asks in both confusion and acceptance.
"Yes, and there are people who promise to be able to protect us, but they said if he stays, they'll keep coming." Elsa continues to explain. "So, they said if we leave, they'll leave Arendelle and the forest alone."
"And you wanna go and protect him." Kristoff took a guess.
"We figured as much." Anna guesses. "How long?"
"We're not sure, but we have a week until the Batman Who Laughs destroys everything." Elsa passes on the information Brainy passed down to her.
"Auntie Elsa?" The voice of Kristoff and Anna's daughter called out, Emelia Bjorgman. Emelia has her mother's hair color, but it's as scruffy and messy like her father's. "What's happening?"
Elsa smiled and kneeled down to her. "Emelia...nothing's wrong. It's just...me and Uncle Hiccup have to leave for some time. There are some new friends who need some help. They need us to help them save a friend. Us and the kids will be gone for some time."
"Are you coming back?" Emilia asks in worry.
"Hey, we will always come home." Elsa promised her with a smile and quickly pulled her niece into a hug she returned.
Hiccup, along with the Warriors approached his father to inform him on what's going to happen.
And their first thoughts when they came across the Bewilderbeast.
"That's a... gigantic dragon." Emily comments in astounding.
"Yep." Alice agrees.
"Do we like...do we bow?" Chris asks them. "Or-or like show our bellies?" He wonders, no idea what he's supposed to do.
Alice and Emily look very confused by that statement and back to Hiccup as he walks up and places his head against his chin.
"Father." Hiccup greeted his father. "I believe you already know what we're facing."
"I have been listening to your talks with the travelers. I know everything that is happening." His father confirmed with a nod. "You must go with them and protect the other worlds and yourself. For if you fall, we lose our king."
"I understand." Hiccup promised.
"And be warned, Hiccup, if you leave, your powers will grow weak as they are connected to the dragons of this world that you have rescued. If you are to leave, you shall need to bring your brother with you." His father warns him, meaning his abilities might be returned from before he was the Dragon King, which is still quite a lot of power.
"Don't worry, I'll come home safe." Hiccup promises and places his head on his father's chin again to say farewell.
"I always worry. I'm your father after all." The Bewilderbeast says with a chuckle.
Drowned was later moved into a small casket like cell inside of the Quinjet to be transported.
"We sure she can't escape that?" Emily asks. "Because I do not wanna be in the remake of 47 Meters Down."
"No, she isn't going to escape that." Ava promises. "But just in case, I have Kara and Peter to move the jet. All power is being drawn into that cell."
"So, how do we plan on getting back?" Joey asks.
Ava smiles and looks towards Hiccup, his family, and their dragons are all walking up to them.
"I have to tell my sister what was going down." Elsa explains for the delay.
"We're willing to come with you and do everything in our power to help you stop this man." Hiccup offers to them.
"We are happy you're offering assistance, but your family's going to need you more than this crew. Keeping them safe is your mission." Peter-38 tells Hiccup. "I have a feeling they'll be able to keep themselves entertained on where we're going."
"Yeah, hi, hello?" Joey gets their attention. "How exactly are we getting back?"
"Oooh, we have an idea." Elsa says with a sly smile.
"Why do I feel like we got the short end of this deal?" Peter asks Kara as they fly the Quinjet up to the carrier with Joey using the Cloak of Levitation to fly near them.
"Meh, no different than what we're doing." Kara shrugs when they hear cheering and look to see Hiccup riding Toothless, with Brainy, Barry, and Chris on the dragon's back.
"This is a bad time to tell you this, but I'm afraid of heights." Barry admits.
"Yeah, it's a good thing you're super-fast then." Chavez jokes on the back of Liry with Elsa and the kids.
Wanda just uses her powers to levitate herself into the air and they fly towards the Helicarrier.
"Wonder what the next reality has in store for us." Ava half jokes.
Earth-21 : Gotham City
A tall man walks up on a bright background comes walking up to the screen with a wide smile on his face.
"Hello. I'm Simon Krieger." He introduces himself before showing off what seems to be a dome built out of hexagons. "What you're seeing is a Nuform Reactor. Once activated, this reactor will be able to supply enough energy to power all of Uptown Gotham. Now I'm sure you're thinking: 'Simon, how is that possible?' And the answer...Nuform." Then Simon dissolves and is replaced by a cylinder container with handles on both ends and a glowing blue sphere in the center.
"Just one canister of this revolutionary fuel source is enough to supply clean, safe energy for the next five hundred years." Simon continues to explain as the canister is shown being placed inside the half hexagon sphere and showing a blue sphere spreading from it and all above Gotham, followed by another Reactor's appearing and activating all around Gotham, followed by the planet. "Soon, we will be opening reactors throughout Gotham, and then worldwide. Get ready for a planet powered by Nuform. Roxxon: we're here for you."
