"So they said they're on their way? How long would that take?" Lucy asked Mirajane who contacted Sabertooth via a communication lacrima. Everyone in the room was awaiting the arrival of Sting from Sabertooth.
"According to Sting, he said it won't be long." Mira answered.
"That's vague as shit. We don't have time to sit around." Gajeel sneered, sitting in a chair chewing on some iron. As if it seemed like total convenience, the entrance to Fairy Tail shot open with Sting, the light dragon slayer, sliding in.
"Natsu! We came here as fast as we-" Sting announced before running over the bar counter, flipping and knocking over the shelves. Everyone looked at Sting dumbfounded by his impeccable timing and clumsy entrance.
"Oy! We just finished cleaning that up!" Elfman complained. Sting stood up, rubbing his head in embarrassment.
"Uh, whoops. Sorry guys." Sting said. "I just got so excited that you guys needed my help. I sprinted the whole way here!" He gave a nervous laugh.
"Wait, you sprinted all the way here?! Isn't your guild located a bit away?!" Lucy sputtered. Before Sting could answer, another member of Sabertooth entered, Rogue the shadow dragon slayer.
"We came as fast as we could after being told of an emergency." Rogue announced. Sting then walked towards Rogue and patted him on the shoulder.
"Oh hey. I didn't know you followed me!" Sting chuckled.
"You literally ran out of the guild after being requested for assistance." Rogue sighed "Honestly you shouldn't act so quickly all the time."
Natsu then walked up to the twin slayers giving them a welcoming smile.
"Yo! Sting, Rogue. You guys haven't changed a bit!" He greeted. Sting crossed his arms and gave a cocky smile.
"Of course! We're still the same as ever, nice to see you too Natsu!" The Sabertooth members then looked around the messy guild. Then also saw the members of Crime Sorciere across the room.
"Wow, big party. So what happened anyways?" Sting asked. Natsu was about to explain the situation until Erza walked up and shoved Natsu out of the way.
"*I'll* explain the situation." She interrupted, Natsu looking slightly annoyed. Once she explained what happened, the two slayers stood for a minute taking in the information. Sting then gave a confident smile.
"Of course we'll help you guys, you just need me and that guy over there to combine our magic right?" Sting said, pointing at Jellal.
"So you're fine going to an unknown land?" Makarov asked, surprised at Sting's quick decision.
"We trust you guys, we'll do what it takes to help out. Especially for the things you guys did for us." Rogue smiled. "Besides, Wendy is a fellow dragon slayer, we both want to save her too."
"Thanks guys, you rock." Natsu praised. Jellal then got up from his sitting position.
"Well then it looks like everything is settled." He announced "We should get ready soon then. We don't have any more time to waste." Sting then pumped his fists together in excitement.
"All right! Let's do this Jellal!" Sting beamed.
"However, this will be the first time this has been done." Jellal crossed his arms "We should only bring a small group of people with us. There's also the fact we're entering unknown territory." He then looked around the room for possible candidates. "Who wants to come?"
"Count me in!" Natsu punches his two fists together "I won't forgive that bastard for what he did to Wendy!"
"Aye sir! I'm coming too!" Happy beamed flying up towards Natsu. They gave each other a fist bump.
"Wendy is a part of our team." Erza added "She is our friend, so we're going too." Meaning everyone in the strongest fairy tail team.
"Heh, of course." Gray agreed. "We're bringing her back no matter what."
Lucy and Carla walked up grunting in agreement.
"Yeah, I'm going too!" Lucy declared.
"Wendy, wait for us…" Carla said. Looking down on the floor with slight anger and worry.
"Well then, looks like you made up your minds quite quickly." Jellal smiled. However someone started pushing various people out of the way from the crowd before they shouted.
"Hold it!" Chelia blurted "I'm coming too!" Everyone looked at Chelia with shock. Jellal gave a small sigh before he kneeled down towards her.
"I'm sorry, but it's too dangerous for someone with no magic." He stated.
"I don't care!" Chelia shouted "I just sat and watched my best friend get taken away! I sacrificed my magic for her and I won't forgive myself if I did nothing to save her now!" Her emotions got the better of her when she started to have tears in her eyes.
"I understand, but-" Jellal rubs the back of his head about to deny her request.
"Jellal" Erza interrupted. "It's okay, she can come along." Being the pushover he was, he gave out a large sigh.
"Alright, you can come with us." Jellal smiled at Cheila before standing back up. Chelia pumped her fists in confidence.
"Thank you! I won't let you down!"
"Alright, I believe one more person can cut it. Who wants to join us?" Jellal asks the room.
The room was silent for a moment. Jellal scanned the room to see if any more candidates would volunteer.
"Heh, if you think I'll sit here and let Salamander take all the glory again, you got it wrong chump." Gajeel stood forward, crunching on his iron louder than usual. He gave his usual cocky smile before walking up towards Natsu. "Besides, I got a vendetta against that angel. I won't be satisfied until I take him down."
"Oh really? Well hate to burst your bubble pal but *I'll* be the one who'll kick that angel's ass" Natsu challenged, giving Gajeel a cocky grin. Both slayers butted heads with each other with their eyes meeting by lightning. Erza then pushed the two away.
"Alright, that's everyone then. Let's get ready everyone!" She announced. They all went outside as the selected group got together with Jellal and Sting next to each other.
"You brats better come back, I won't forgive you if you don't." Makarov grunted. The Fairy Tail members smiled at their master before Natsu gave a thumbs up reassuring him that they will come back safely.
Juvia started to cling onto Gray "Juvia will miss you Gray! Please don't go hanging out with other women okay?" Gray started to shove Juvia off of him "Yeah yeah, just get off of me!"
Mirajane walked over holding the communication lacrima. "Don't worry, we'll let Sabertooth and Lamia Scale know." Sting and Rogue gave a thumbs up "Thanks Mira, let them know we'll be back before you know it!" Sting thanked. Mira gave a warm smile in response. She then noticed Sheila was twiddling her thumbs in a nervous matter.
"Actually...can you *not* tell my guild?" She asked. Mira looked at the girl confused "How come? They might get worried." Sheila shook her head. "They already know I'll be absent for a couple days, if you tell them that I'm going to an unknown land without magic, Master Ooba won't be very happy with me…" worried Sheila. She didn't want to be spinned again, plus she didn't know how the other members would react.
Mira gave her a warm smile before tilting her head "Okay." She agreed "I won't tell them." Sheila thanked her. Jellal looked over at his teammates of Crime Sorciere.
"Stick with them while I'm gone, who knows what'll happen." He requested. They all nodded or gave agreeable grunts.
"Alright, so how does this work exactly?" Sting asked, putting his hands on his hips. Jellal turned towards Sting, but before he could tell him.
"Wait." Erza interrupted.
"What is it now?!" Natsu whined, before being slapped on the back of his head by Lucy. Erza then brought out her large pack of luggage. The non Fairy Tail members were surprised by the amount of stuff she had.
"Erza...we can't bring that…" Jellal hesitated. "I know." Erza replied before pulling a large bag out of the luggage. She opened it and pulled out what appeared to be plastic wings and halos. She tossed them over to the others.
"Put these on." She demanded. They all looked at the plastic with severe doubt.
"Uh, when did you have these?" Lucy asked. Erza gave a small grin. "They're extras I took after we went and did that play." Lucy, Natsu, Happy and Gray didn't seem to recall any angels in any of the performances they did. Then they all looked at each other nervously.
"She stole them…" they all said to each other quietly so Erza couldn't hear. Everyone reluctantly put on the ""disguises"" with the only one liking it being Erza.
"Since we're going to a land full of angels, we don't know what'll happen if they see humans walking about. So that's why we should have these disguises just to be safe." Erza explained.
"There's no way any sane person will fall for these…" Carla doubted quietly.
"Alright alright, let's hurry it up already." Gajeel urged impatiently, clapping his hands together.
"Right," Jellal agreed, he went up to Sting before explaining the process "we'll put our hands together, I'll envelope all of us in a Meteor. However you will have to envelope *that* with your holy magic. With our combined magic I *should* be able to send us flying upward. This will more than likely cost us both a heavy deal of our magic, so we can pray we don't end up in a battle immediately." Sting listened carefully, nodding his head several times not questioning a thing.
"Wait, what do you mean *should*?" Lucy asked nervously. Natsu put a hand on her shoulder. "Heh, we're gonna be fine! I didn't understand much of what he said but I trust them both!" He laughed. However that didn't really convince Lucy. "We're dead…" she said under her breath.
Sting and Jellal put their hands together before they started to focus. "Gather up everyone, we're heading out." Jellal told them. All of the volunteers gathered up closely as Jellal casted his Meteor spell. He poured in more magic than usual making the spell much larger, surrounding the team. Jellal was clearly struggling, but Erza put a hand on his shoulder and gave him a warm smile. Sting then concentrated his magic power as the Meteor turned from yellow to a bright white slightly blinding those not in it. The ones inside started to feel their feet slowly rise from the ground as the spell started to go up.
"Now! Release all the power you can!" Jellal quickly ordered and Sting was quick to apply as they both unleashed all their magic power. Shortly after the glowing Meteor spell shot up in the air quickly. The others below watched as the group vanished from their sights.
"Good luck young ones…" Makarov said.
Everyone held on tight as they rocketed up at high speeds. They all looked as they already hit above the clouds.
"Wow, we're already this high up." Chelia looked out in amazement. "Looks like we'll be there in no time." Erza added.
However it seemed like the dragon slayers weren't enjoying the ride so much as they looked like they were about to vomit from their motion sickness.
"Oh come on guys, toughen it up. We're almost there." Gray rolled his eyes. It was then at that moment he as well as the others noticed something was wrong.
Sting also has motion sickness.
Sting tried to keep his composure, he was started to lose focus as he wobbled about trying to hold it in. The Meteor started to blink back to yellow and white.
"Oh no…" Lucy whimpered. The Meteor started to spark, the blinking happening at a faster rate. Jellal noticed this and tried to put all of his magic in it, however it didn't seem like it'll work.
"Damn! Everyone hang on! It's gonna explode!" He yelled out. Everyone else grabbed hands bracing for impact.
Up in a white castle, the slim angel known as Stark was sitting in the library reading a book. He then heard a loud noise and glanced out the window. What he saw made him drop his book. A large white ball emerged in the distance before it blew up, with two rays of energy split in two, separating from each other.
"What the…"
