Stage Fighting

When I first met Jade we both didn't get along very well even after my first day at Hollywood Arts High. When I learn that I have to be paired with Jade to do fake fights that we are learning from a stunt teacher that Jade is coming over to my house tonight all I could worry is having Jade and Alexis being in the same room. However, she came early while I got Alexis's dinner ready since she is busy coloring in the living room.

"Cute little sister," Jade said as I kinda agree with her as Alexis looked at me confused about me calling her my sister instead of my daughter. "I'll explain it later," I whispered to her as Alexis nodded. As we continue to practice Trina was being loud that Jade looks irritated.

"Can someone shut her up?" Jade asked that to my shock Alexis who was also getting annoyed by Trina just grabbed her soft rubber duck, and threw it at Trina hitting her.

"Ow! Alexis!" Trina yelled as Alexis return to coloring pretending that she didn't throw her duck.

"Kid got some aim," Jade said I would have scolded Alexis, but Jade took an interest in her. By the next day we do a stunt I thought I hit Jade hard giving her a black eye that I was sent to the counselor that I began to worry that I might get expelled or lose Alexis, but I ended up being punished by cleaning up the theater that would be covered in food for an occurred food fight along with two weeks of detention. When I was cleaning Jade came in without the fake bruise.

"I think I have gone too far for this, and I never thought of what it would have caused for you and your daughter." To my shock, she said my daughter that I began to worry that she knows about Alexis being my daughter.

"Don't be so anxious it's kinda obvious she looks just like you both the hair and eyes that her little attitude is surprising. You look at her not as a little sister, but as your daughter."

"So I guess that makes us friends huh?"

"No just frenemies," Jade said to me.

"So does she?"

"Alexis," I said correcting her a bit for her to know her name.

"Right does Alexis have a dad?"

"She does, but he left me just after he got me pregnant without him knowing. Other than Andre you're the second person that is not in my family to know about this." Guess that Jade will take a long time to be a friend, but at least she understands what it's like for me to be a teenage mother.

"Does Alexis have a bad relationship with Trina?"

"Oh, she just likes to insult her, and her terrible singing," I said as Jade smile.

"Maybe someday she'll attend Hollywood Arts High once she is our age," Jade said.

"I could see that happen someday."
