Andrew and Andre were at the Byers home, saying their condolences. Joyce told them that the dead body wasn't will. Hopper calmed her down and mentioned about his daughter.

The three went back to their homes, upset about his death. The next day Andrew woke up bottle in hand, getting ready for work. Andre was at his door, knocked and walked in. "Aw hell you've been drinking haven't you?" Andre asked him, "maybe, what's it going to do?" Andrew said slurring his words, he knew he was inebriated.

Andre slapped him and threw cold water on him, "is this what will would want, a cop he trusted be drunk off his ass?" Andre said to him. Andrew looked at the bottle and put it down. "You have to go to the school, they're having a assembly for will" Andre told him.

"Alright, if you get the chance and see Nancy wheeler, mike's sister, and Jonathan, which is wills brother, tell them that you're friends with me, because they have a case that you'll be interested in" Andrew told him.

Andrews talkie picked up a strange frequency that sounded like mike's. He was calling for Dustin and Lucas. Andrew headed to mike's house to see what he was up to with el.

Andre was at the funeral home with hopper to examine will's body. "How's your mom holding up" hopper told Jonathan. "I don't know" he responded back. They talked about Joyce, "that's not my son!" Joyce said leaving the morgue

Andrew walked into the house and saw no one there. He walked down the steps and saw Dustin, Lucas, mike, and el sitting. "So is anyone going to tell me why I heard mike on my radio?" Andrew told them. "I don't know, but will is alive" mike told him, the boys argued about will being dead. "We need a stronger radio" mike told them. "Mr Clarke's HealthKit ham shack" Dustin said. "Alright boys let's get to the school, I need to be there anyway" Andrew said.

The guys dressed her up to make her look like a student with a wig and dress. "Wow" Dustin said "she looks-" he included "pretty" mike whispered out loud. "Pretty good" he said at the last second.

Hopper and Andre talked to Gary in the morgue. Andrew and the group tried to get in to the av room, only to be stopped by Clarke. "Boys?" He said, assembly is about to start" he included. "I brought these guys in because I heard about the assembly" andrew told him with a lie in his pocket. El was called Eleanor. The group went to the gym for the memorial.

Andrew was in the back of the gym. Eye going, Andrew had some kind of eagle eye and could see everyone's expressions. He saw the kid Troy and his crownie laughing about will and mocking a possible dead kid. Andrew knew mike could feel it, mike looked at Andrew and Andrew gave a nod.

The assembly was over. Mike called Troy out, mike pushed him over and Troy froze because of el, he pissed himself. Andrew put his hand on the kid's shoulder , "you know kid, grief shows it's self in funny ways?, imagine when you pass, all the people who don't care about you laughing at your eulogy and mocking people who cared about, now that is the messed up thing about it kid, now get your pissed stained pants out of my sight" andrew said with anger.

Andre was in the funeral home looking for Jonathan, which Andre knew, and he saw Jonathan. "Hey kid how are you holding up?" Andre said, "can you give me a sec" Jonathan told the mortician, Andre greeted himself to Jonathan and Nancy. "How do you know us?" Nancy asked, "friend of officer Hoffman" Andre told her, "you can trust me" he told them.

Jonathan and Nancy talked about the photo, Nancy talked about the demogorgon. "What did he look like?" Jonathan told Nancy before she left. "It was almost like-"Nancy said, "he didn't have a face?" Jonathan finished her sentence. "Wait, Andrew told me that with you Nancy, he saw the same thing. Ok, now this town is starting to scare the hell out of me"

Andrew and the group, went into the AV room and Andrew heard wills voice clear as day and finally found out that he was alive. Which then fried the circuits in the radio.
