I'M BACK! Finally with chapter 5!
So for this chapter, it's a new perspective. Instead of Sharpshot, it's an unknown entity...

My associate and I crouched in the lip of one of the moon's craters.
We watched as the small entourage of 5 members wandered the surface of the moon for a short time before they approached the barrier (1). One of the members bumped into it, surprised he tapped it. At this point my companion nudged me and we saw one of the five new bots had split from the group and began toying with the tiny biped structures.
Then we heard a clanking sound that drew our attention back to the four at the barrier.
Suddenly a black void in the shape of a doorway appeared in the air (1).
Out of it walked the doctor (1).
We watched as they conversed for a second before an alarm sounded from the tiny biped structures that the outlier was playing with. Now however he made a mad dash for his companions as a loud sound that resembled an alarm blared from where he was.
The five new Cybertronians quickly entered the black void with the doctor and then the void (2) closed and it looked as if there was nothing there.
Me and my companion approached where the void was. We were cautious and went to the side of where the strange rectangle had appeared.
My companion pressed a servo to the invisible wall holding us back from whatever was hidden inside.
We examined the strange barrier until we heard a strange electric vibrating noise.
We turned and looked at the source of the noise.
A large starship landed near the tiny structures that had been the source of the alarm.
Plenty of bots rushed out of the opening doors on the back. They then surrounded where the void had been. Two bots stood out from the rest. One was red and blue and had a commanding presence the other was large and dark red with a large gun protruding from his chest plate.
The dark red one destroyed part of the barrier where the doctor and his new companions had gone. Then the blue and red commander marched in with several other soldiers.
Several moments later the phrase "show yourself!" echoed around the area. Then a turret came from the ground and started to shoot the ground around the commanding bot. He retreated to his ship while the rest of his crew disabled the turret and set up defenses. A new ship came a few minutes later. This one is much different than the first; It is much larger and has five big teeth that face upwards that are each about three times as high as the main hull that moved slightly to situate itself. Then a smaller ship detached itself, the same ship that came earlier, and landed on the sandy surface of the moon while the bigger ship stayed hovering. More bots emerged from the new ship with the commanding bot and they broke down the door to the void. Once most of the army entered, gunshots began to echo out of the same place, machine guns fired rapidly and the black void flashed yellow and orange from its defenses.
After a couple of seconds the blue and red commander fled from the doorway along with all those that survived the defenses.
The Commander seemed to be the only one unscathed.
The wounded soldiers had been replaced with fresh, prepared soldiers.
The commander walked over to the dark red one.
Then the dark red one leads a squadron into the doorway.
Then, another ship came into view. It had a large sharp point with spikes that resembled teeth and strange yellow translucent shields that resembled optics. It had two large wings that sprouted from the side of the ship and curled forward and under the front spike. The entire ship had a black paint job highlighted with dark purple and yellow lights.
The blue and red commander turned to face the newcomers.
Out of the ship blasted a voice shouting "Optimus! what kind of trickery are you plotting here?"
I assume the commander was Optimus as he was the only one to respond to the voice.
"Megatron…" Optimus said.
"What is your goal here prime?" the one called Megatron sneered as he exited his ship.
"It has nothing to do with you!" Optimus replied heatedly.
"Anything you're interested in… interests me," Megatron answered sarcastically.
Optimus stares at Megatron and sighs, "One of our old human ally sensors were tripped here. We aren't quite sure who's in there." Optimus said gesturing at the barrier and the void.
"Very few possess that kind of processor to use let alone invent something of this sort..." Megatron mused.
"I agree… so who could?" Optimus asked.
It seemed they had come to a mutual agreement to find out who the doctor is.
"Perceptor could, Wheeljack maybe… it has to be one of yours," Optimus concluded.
"And why's that prime?" Megatron asked.
"Because they opened fire on us."
"Ha! I wonder why…" Megatron laughed sarcastically.
"Well, who do you think may be in there?" Optimus asked.
"The only competent scientists I've ever had were Soundwave and Shockwave," he answered.
"Both of which have been killed in battle…" Optimus inserted.
"Yes… thank you for that, however, I wasn't aware beforehand that Shockwave was looking into the possibility of cloning oneself," Megatron replied.
"Warpath, give the command to bring down the door," Optimus ordered.
The dark red bot called Warpath rushed into the void to carry out the command.
"If those are my scientists in there, call off your attack." Megatron turned a disapproving face on Optimus.
"I can't retract the order now," Optimus replied coolly.
"You have a comlink! Use it!" Megatron demanded.
"You know I can't do that Megatron, if Shockwave is in there he must die for his crimes." Optimus defied.
"NO! I WILL NOT BE DENIED!" Megatron Roared. (3)
Suddenly war broke out between the followers of Megatron and those of Optimus.
Since a portion of Optimus's followers were inside the void that left his side at a disadvantage.
"SHOCKWAVE!" Megatron roared in anger over his disappearance.
The battle waged on for some time before shrieks and explosions were heard from within the void.
Warpath raced out of the void and closed it behind him.
The disturbance caused most members of both sides to a ceasefire. Some however did not.
Warpath spoke quickly with Optimus. He seemed to convince both him and Megatron to train all guns on the barrier. Some soldiers ignored the orders and continued to fight the opposing side.
Then loud stomping was heard from within.
Suddenly a massive ped crashes through the void and reveals the void once again, this time though the edges were less straight.
A massive creature emerged and was bombarded by cannons and blasts from both sides.
This had become a battle between two factions and someone just dropped a murderous giant in the middle of it. The giant didn't seem to care who they slaughtered, whether they be followers of Optimus or Megatron.
Both armies stopped and stared in awe at the massive creature.
"What are you?" one soldier asked shakily.
"WE ARE PESTILENCE! AND WE ARE HUNGRY!" the creature shrieked in five different voices.
Suddenly the massive bot lunged forward and continued to hack its way through the two combined armies.
Soon both Optimus and Megatron realized that they were not going to win this battle, both sides retreated back to their ships and fled the moon.
We watched as the massive monster watched the two departing ships. Then it stumbled and crashed to the ground and it fell apart!
Then each segment morphed into a bipedal form.
The chest was the largest of the five. Then we realized it was the five we had seen go into the void earlier!
The doctor stepped out of the jagged-edged void and approached the anguished components of 'Pestilence'.
"Well done Insecticons." The doctor commended.
"You may need to get used to connecting and disconnecting from the mental link. But from what you've shown me today that won't be a problem." he continued.
For a while, the doctor asked them to combine into 'Pestilence' and decombine a couple of times.
After they last split up, some went in the void while the doctor headed to the ship the five had arrived in. Then we heard something powering down.
The barrier disappeared to reveal a small metallic bunker. The roof of the bunker opened up to reveal a strange vehicle.
We snuck over to the bunker and climbed on top of it to look at the vehicle.
It was long and thin, one end had a large spherical room in it that had two clear bubbles on the front, it had four wing-like appendages on its back, each wing was lined with at least a dozen thrusters.
The entire vehicle was supported on six tiny spindly legs in the middle. We were surprised that it was balanced.
Then as we were examining the ship it began to power up.
Then we heard the kick of thrusters.
We turned and saw the ship the doctor was fixing flying up off the ground. Suddenly a large beam of light from above struck the ship and it exploded in a ball of white light!
Then the strange skinny ship began to take off.
We glanced at each other before I grabbed my companion and grappled onto the front of the ship.
We slammed into the strange bubble on the front and accidentally scared everyone within.
Then a hatch opened below us in between the bubbles. I lowered my companion into it before I went in as well.
We were greeted by two sets of claws; one was crackling with electricity while the others were basically giant hammers when in an enclosed fist.
We both raised our servos in surrender.
"More Insecticons icons icons?" one of the ones in the back said strangely.
The doctor sighed before he explained.
"I had missed having the company of you three. So I attempted to make more; those that did not meet my expectations were released onto the surface of the moon to do as they pleased…"
"And none met your expectations?" the red and brown colored bot accused, he turned to face the doctor.
"These two were my most successful… however they lacked emotions and personality." the doctor continued.
"So you just abandoned them?" the electric one asked disapprovingly, half turning to look at the doctor.
"False… every earth day I would leave out Energon for them. And before I released them I enabled them to defend themselves. By the time I made the green one I became disappointed and gave up. The Autobots or the Decepticons would come and kill them all some time or another and decided to not bother giving her weapons."
The five components glanced at my companion to gauge her reaction.
My companion didn't care about her lack of weapons.
There was an awkward silence in which we all just stared at each other.
"You aren't upset he gave up on you?" the behemoth asked to break the silence.
"No." my companion replied simply,
"Do you have names?" I ask.
"I am Sharpshot." the electric bearer introduced.
"I'm Hardshell." the second largest of the group said quickly.
"I am kickback back back." the strange speaker said.
"Razorhorn." the behemoth growled.
"And Ransack." the red and brown bot declared.
"we'll take care of you you you." Kickback comforted.
We didn't give a response as it was not a question.
Then we all looked out the bubble of the ship and watched as the moon and its planet faded away.
Just before it faded away completely the doctor spoke.
"Hasta la vista, baby," he murmured (4).
"What?" Ransack asked in between laughing.
"Oh… you heard that." the doctor said slightly embarrassed.
We all looked at him expectantly.
"Errmm in my time isolated I began to learn about the earth and its creatures; that's where I got the inspiration for this ship… the predominant species on the planet invented things called 'movies'… sort of like a holo screen recording but it's fake… and someone says that in one of the 'movies' I watched," he explained
"Do you have any we could watch watch watch?" Kickback asked excitedly.
"Before we left I had downloaded a movie called 'Godzilla; King of the Monsters' I never got around to actually watching it so we could do so now." the doctor suggested.
"Sure," Hardshell said excitedly.
We then began to learn the first thing about humans; they are both in fear of and in awe of what they can not understand...
(1) The main character in this chapter speaks differently, similar to Shockwave's very formal way of speaking. This is why they call each other companion and associate. They also don't understand that the 'invisible barrier' is actually a cloaking device, if they don't understand something they simply call it as they see it.
(2) In chapter 3 the bunker is revealed to the Insecticons. However, it is still cloaked from all other viewpoints, that is why the two in this chapter only see the doorway or 'void'.
