As soon as Hermione got back to Malfoy Manor, she went directly to her room to unpack. "I am home, I adore it here." After hanging all her clothes and putting her books on her desk there was a knock at the door and in walked Mrs. Malfoy "How are you settling in Hermione?" Hermione smiled at Draco's mother "I'm completely settled. Finished hanging out up all my clothes and laid out all of my homework." Narcissa smiled at her "Honey, when we went to talk to your parents about you moving in with us. They agreed, however they did write you this letter that they wanted you to read. I'll leave you alone, dinner is in a few hours." Narcissa kissed Hermione on the forehead and quickly left the room. With trembling hands, Hermione opened the letter and began to read.
Hermione,
You don't belong in our world, you belong in your world surrounded by your kind. We haven't been able to relate to you for years, honestly we were kind of glad when the Malfoy's asked if you could move in with them. We don't want to be near the magic. Maybe one day we will meet again. Enjoy your new world and new life.
Mother and Father.
Tears were in Hermione's eyes by the time she had finished the letter. She didn't know what she had expected, certainly not a heartfelt goodbye. But perhaps her parents did not have to be so cold with her. Not caring to hold back the tears anymore Hermione openly sobbed her eyes out, while laying on her bed. The sobs racked her body, making her shake. Suddenly she felt two strong, yet soft arms encircle her. She opened her eyes to see Lucius holding her, while Narcissa patted her head. "Shh it's ok, my dear. Let it out." Lucius said. Hermione continued to cry while Lucius held her and rocked her back in forth. Finally, a short while later Hermione's sobs quieted and Lucius handed her a handkerchief. "What's wrong, Hermione?" Wordlessly she handed the letter from her parents to Lucius and Narcissa, who read it quickly and quietly. After they had finished Narcissa wrapped Hermione in a tight hug. "Hermione dear, we are so sorry your parents said these things to you. Just know, no matter what you will always have a place in our home and a place in our heart." Lucius nodded and smiled at the young girl "Ever since Draco first told us about you, we have adored you. And we couldn't be any happier to have you living in our home." Hermione wiped her eyes again "Really?" Narcissa smoothed back the young girls hair out of her face "Really. Now go and clean up. Draco asked us to have you meet him in the garden." Hermione nodded and went to her bathroom to clean up as the adults left the room.
Re-emerging from her room with a clean face, wearing jean shorts and a blue tank top with a light cardigan over it, Hermione bounded down the stairs and into the back gardens to meet Draco. He heard her coming and turned around to smile at her "There you are. So how does it feel to be home?" Hermione's heart squeezed when she heard the word home. "Honestly it feels great. The only place I've felt at home since I've discovered my magical abilities was Hogwarts. But now, I have a home to come to after each term." Draco hugged her "Well since you will be living here now, I thought it was time for full tour of the manor and it's grounds. Shall we?" Draco offered Hermione his arm, who gratefully accepted it. "These are the rose gardens, mother planted every plant in the garden. It has just about every rose known to man, even some magically enhanced roses that change colors." They strolled through the gardens and further into the back yard "Here is our pool and pool house. The pool is kept at a constant temperature of 80 degree's. In the winter, we cast heating wards around this area so we can still swim, even when it is freezing!" Hermione stared in awe at the pool "I love this, cant wait to go swimming this summer!" Making their way back to the house, Draco started on the ground floor. "Over here we have the grand ballroom, used for formal balls and New Years Eve parties. Here we have another ballroom, that is used for just regular dinner parties, hence the long table right in the middle of the room. All of these rooms have balconies that open up out to the rose gardens." Walking over to the other side of the foyer "This is the dining room, just use and our closets friends dine here together." Going to the second floor Draco showed her all the libraries, the men's parlor and the women's parlor, a fully stocked potions lab and a regulation duelling room. "And of course you know all about the third floor. What do you think?" Hermione hugged her friend "I love it. Now I better go, get ready for dinner. And Draco? It's good to be home."
Summer flew by in a haze of fun and friendship. Never before had Hermione been surrounded by adults who understood her and wanted her to prosper. Lucius and Narcissa had taken turns giving Hermione private lessons, concerning a few spells she had been struggling with. Soon she was flourishing. Hermione had also accepted a job as Narcissa's assistant for the Interior Decorating empire she was the head of. Hermione provided input when asked, picked out colors and materials, scheduled meetings and things of that sort. Astoria, Pansy, Blaise and Vincent were all over at the manor nearly every weekend; spending time in the pool or watching the boys zoom around the estate on their brooms. Draco was still being overly affectionate with Pansy, which made Hermione annoyed, but every time he did that she remembered what the book had said and her crystal bracelet. The kids were growing closer everyday and soon the were inseparable. Draco and Hermione spent every evening out on one of the balconies doing their summer homework. Narcissa even gave Hermione permission to use one of the potion's lab to work on her research of potion ingredients.
All to soon it was time to go back to Hogwarts. Hermione loved the manor, but she may have loved Hogwarts even more. Settling in a compartment on the Hogwarts Express with Draco, Blaise, Pansy, Astoria and Vince Hermione and Draco proceeded to tell them all about how she was permanently living at Malfoy Manor with him and his family. Astoria was over the moon "I thought you were just there for the summer! I can't believe you are living there now, we can hang out during our summer holidays!" she gushed. Hermione was the only one to notice Pansy's disapproving stare and how she snuggled closer into Draco's side once the news was out in the open. Obviously Pansy and Draco were dating, but as Hermione eyed her friend, she did not see any little trinkets that were made of crystal or glass. As Hermione stood, to get something from the trolly cart, the train suddenly lurched violently, causing her to fall directly in the Blaise's lap. "Bloody Hell! What was that all about?" Before anyone could respond, all the lights on the train went out leaving them in complete darkness and the temperature seemed to have dropped by several degrees rather quickly. "What's going on?" Pansy whimpered, and Hermione was pleased to note a pitch of fear in her voice. In the darkness, Hermione felt Draco's hand clasp hers tightly. Everyone was silent for a few minutes, when suddenly the lights came back on, the temperature went back to normal and the train slowly started to move towards Hogwarts again. As soon as the lights came back on, Draco dropped Hermione's hand before anyone could see. Standing up off of Blaise, she straightened her robes "I wonder what that was all about?". But no one had an answer for her.
After having arrived in the Great Hall for the sorting ceremony the other tables were buzzing with gossip. Picking up bits and pieces Hermione exclaimed with glee "It was dementors! They went after Potter and he fainted!" Pansy looked at her in disbelief "He actually fainted? No way, even he isn't that incompetent." Draco turned in his seat and found him "Potter! Potter!" Harry reluctantly turned around, as did Ron. "Is it true you fainted, like you actually fainted?" Harry just glared at him while Ron said "Shove off Malfoy." Before both the Gryffindors turned back around to their own table, while the whole Slytherin table roared with laughter. Wiping tears from her eyes Hermione said "Well that answers that, doesn't it?" But all the talking and laughter in the Great Hall died as soon as Dumbledore stood at his podium. "Welcome, welcome to another year at Hogwarts! Now I have a few words to say before we all become quite taken with our excellent feast." Hermione rolled her eyes "There's a shocker." She mumbled. "First I am delighted to announce that Rubeus Hagrid, our Groundskeeper, will be our new Care of Magical Creatures Professor. Good luck Professor. Also Professor Lupin is our new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor." Everyone in the hall applauded, besides the Slytherins. "How is HE a professor? He never even finished school!" Blaise said loudly. "Second until further notice Hogwarts will play host to the Dementors from Azkaban. Until such a time that notorious mass murderer, Sirius Black, is caught. Now I must warn you, dementors are vicious creatures. They will not distinguish between the one they hunt and the one who gets in their way. So therefore I must ask each and everyone of you to try not to agitate them, it is not in the nature of a dementor to be forgiving."
Later that evening, all they Slytherins were in their common room, huddled around the fire place. "We have soul sucking monsters guarding the school? What until my father hears about this." Draco said, and Hermione rolled her eyes with a smile. "But more importantly, who is this Sirius Black fellow?" Everyone shrugged, and once again Draco put his two cents in "I'm not sure, we didn't read the papers this summer. But I'll write to father and see if he can tell me."
The next morning was the first day of classes for the third years. Before class Draco received a letter from his father, which he read aloud to the Slytherins "Sirius Black was a follower of You know Who. He killed thirteen muggles with a single curse and escaped from Azkaban. Stay away from him if he is near Hogwarts." Hermione looked at Draco "Well that was direct." Hermione still had her advanced potions classes with Professor Snape on Thursdays, but her first class was with the rest of the third year Slytherins…and Gryffindors; Care of Magical Creatures. As they walked outside to the paddock everyone was complaining "I can't believe they let this oaf be a professor. This place has really gone to the dogs." From the other side of the enclosure Potter, Weasley and Cyrus were all glaring at the Slytherins "Shut up Malfoy." Draco smirked "Better be careful Potter, there is a dementor right behind you!" Harry turned around hurriedly with his wand in his hand to find nothing there, as Draco's group howled with laughter. "Right that's enough talking you lot. Say Hello to Buckbeak!" Hagrid said as he arrived with a horse like creature, that had wings. "Hagrid, what exactly is that?" "That Ron is a Hippogriff, First thing you want to know about them is they are easily offended. Now I have a few other Hippogriffs spread across the enclosure, everyone pair off and try to approach them. You must bow to them, and them bow back before you can approach." Hagrid warned. Of course Harry Potter was the first to bond with the Hippogriff, which infuriated Draco. After he had boned with one he loudly said "Of course it must be easy if Potter can do it. Hippogriffs are rather dull creatures." That sent the animal into a whirlwind, it flapped it's wings and slashed at Draco with its talons, who promptly fell on the ground. "Calm down its just a scratch!" Hagrid was saying desperately "Like hell it is, bloody hell it hurts. You are going to regret this!" Draco yelled as his friends reached him. "Where does it hurt Draco?" Hermione asked as she reached her friends side. He moved his hand to reveal a very small cut on his arm "It barely hurts at all, I was just winding Potter and Hagrid up." Hermione looked furious "I can't believe you did that Draco! Hippogriffs have been killed for less than this." With that she gathered her school bag and stomped off angrily towards the castle. Hermione avoided Draco for the rest of the day, until he cornered her in the common room. "Just so you know 'Mione, I asked father to not have the hippogriff put down." She positively beamed at the news "Thank you Draco, that means a lot to me." She said as she hugged him and headed for the girls dormitory. "I know, that's why I did it." Draco whispered as he watched her leave. "Drakey Poo! Over here! I saved us a seat by the fire." Draco winced as he heard Pansy call him that ridiculous nickname, but quickly covered it up. "Coming Pans!" He said as he tore his eyes away from Hermione's retreating shadow.
The first class with Lupin was a disaster. He obviously favored Gryffindors, but did he have to be so apparent about it? They studied Boggarts, Each Gryffindor who defeated the creature got five house points, but the Slytherin's got nothing. At the end of class Lupin buddied up with Harry and dismissed the class "Of course, lets focus on Potter. Not like there are other students or anything." Astoria said.
Over the next few weeks Draco wore a sling on his arm, to play up his injury from the hippogriff. Hagrid had been put on probation and now had to have a senior member of staff observe every class he took. Hermione suspected Draco was just playing up his injury to the Gryffindors to wind them up, as they all loved Hagrid. The day after his injury Draco's father, Lucius, was up at the castle raising a fuss about his son being hurt. Dumbledore tried to placate him and was unsuccessful; a full hearing was scheduled with the Minister of Magic to determine the animals fate. "This is rather fun." Draco whispered to Hermione during double potions with the Gryffindors "Potty and Weasel are so mad they can barely do their work, Snape is furious!" Hermione turned and looked over her shoulder at their table to see that her friend was correct. Their cauldron was spewing thick black smoke, which was of course not the correct way the potion should be made. The class was brewing the laughably easy potion, the confusing concoction, which Hermione had suprassed with her special lessons from snape. She was working on fifth year potions now. "Another failed potion, Potter? That'll be ten points from Gryffindor for being utterly incompetent." Potter and Weasley glared at Snape's retreating back as he approached Draco, Hermione and Blaise's table "Another perfect potion Miss. Granger. Fifteen points to Slytherin. I'll expect you in my lab for extra lessons as usual on Thursday." She nodded "Yes sir." After class was let out the Slytherins made their way to the Great Hall for lunch where they saw a flyer for the first Hogsmeade trip of the year. "Just before Christmas Holidays! We can get our shopping done." Hermione exclaimed with happiness.
The school year progressed normally, the new defense teacher, Professor Lupin, favored Harry Potter and he was soon receiving extra lessons from him. There were more sightings of Sirius Black in the villages around Hogwarts, and the Dementors were still patrolling school grounds. Draco entered the common room boastfully one evening "Today was Hagrid's hearing." Instantly their little group dropped what they were doing to hear the tale. "What happened, Drakey?" Pansy simpered as she clung to his arm "Well the defense Hagrid put up was laughable, it was like he hadn't even tried to prepare. Dumbledore didn't help much either. Then father stood up and said his piece. He argued that the hippogriff should be moved to a sanctuary, where it can be with more of it's own kind. Even Dumbledore agreed with him on that one! He did push for that Oaf to be fired, but he backed down on that since he got the hippogriff relocated." Applause broke out among the group "Leave it to Lucius to get what he wants."
One day as the entered DADA, Professor Lupin wasn't there, Snape was. "Settle down." He drawled. Harry ran in late "Sorry Professor Lupin, But…" he stopped as he saw Snape standing there "Where is Lupin?" "He is indisposed, he asked I take over his class this week. Ten points from Gryffindor. Now if we can continue." But Potter wasn't done "You mean he is sick? What's wrong with him?" Snape glared at Harry "A little seasonal flu, now sit down Potter and if I have to ask again it'll be fifty points." Harry glared but finally took his seat. "Now today we are going to be covering werewolf's. Who can tell me about their characteristics?" Hermione raised her hand and Snape nodded in her direction "A werewolf has no choice over when he turns, they will turn every full moon. An animagus can control their transformations. Furthermore a werewolf will only respond to the call of it's own kind." "Ten points to Slytherin. Now read the chapter on these creatures. Homework five feet of parchment on Werewolfs, to be handed in at the end of class. Begin!"
As the girls were getting ready for the first Hogsmeade weekend, Pansy cornered Hermione. "Has Draco given you any little trinkets? Any jewlry?" Instantly her mind went to the little crystal bracelet in her trunk "No, why? Has he give you anything yet?" Pansy pouted "No I was hoping he would during Christmas. But I was wondering because you two have a strange friendship." Hermione shrugged as she pulled her hair into a pony tail "Draco is weird. Come on girls, we need to be in the Courtyard to hand in our permission slips." Once they entered the courtyard and gave Professor Mcgonogall their slips everyone paired off. Draco was with Pansy, Astoria with Vince and Blaise politely offered Hermione his arm "Partners?" he asked. Hermione smiled as she laced her arm through His "Partners." As they all made the walk down, they heard a delicious rumor that Potter's relatives had refused to sign his permission slip, so he was unable to visit Hogsmeade. "Finally the Golden Boy is refused one privilege. Its about bloody time." Hermione said in a huff which made her friends laugh. Hogsmeade was a wonderful little village that was covered in a thick blanket of snow. Hermione was enthralled, Blaise let her go in every shop to get Christmas presents. For Lucius she got a magically enhanced quill that would write what he spoke, for Narcissa she got a new pair of witches gloves and of course Draco got a new book on quidditch. After lunch time everyone met outside the three broomsticks and went to see the shrieking shack, where of course Weasley and Cyrus were. "Bet you two are sad your little side kick couldn't be here." Draco drawled. Rons hand twitched towards his wand "Shove off Malfoy." Hermione shook her head "always quick to violence. Don't you dare threaten my friends Weasel." Blaise patted her arm "He could barely use magic to tie his shoes, let alone threaten us." As the group of Slytherins laughed a large plat of mud zoomed through the air and hit Draco in the back of the head. Ron and Alice roared with laughter, all the Slytherins turned to see the culprit but saw no one. Another large glob of mud went sailing towards Hermione who quickly shielded herself. Sensing another presence she shouted "Homenum Revelio". A shimmering mist was revealed that was somehow cloaked. Nodding to Draco who caught on, he lunged at the shimmering mist and made contact with a solid body. Suddenly Harry Potter was visible "But how? He didn't have permission." Hermione bent down and examined the cloak, "Must be an invisibilty cloak." "Run Harry!" Ron shouted, leaving his cloak Potter turned and ran back towards the castle. Draco stood up with a huge grin on his face "Let's see what Professor Snape has to say about this." All the blood drained from Ron's face as the group of Slytherins turned and went back to the castle.
24 hours later, Harry Potter had a months worth of detention and had lost his house 75 points. "It's about damn time that boy got into trouble. He thinks he is untouchable." Blaise said as everyone boarded the Hogwarts Express home. Once back in London, Hermione was delighted to be heading back to Malfoy Manor with Draco; although she did notice the jealous look that Pansy gave her as the Malfoy's welcomed her warmly. The holidays at Malfoy Manor were even more special this year, perhaps because Hermione was finally home, in a place were she felt welcome. "Welcome home, Hermione." Lucius said once they had arrived back at the large estate. She positively beamed "Thank you Mr. Malfoy, it's great to be home." In walked Narcissa who gave both children a large hug "No homework on the first day home kids, do something fun ok? You can start on your homework tomorrow." Hermione and Draco nodded and off they went to the heated swimming pool, where they spent the rest of the day.
During the holidays Hermione resumed her work for Narcissa as her assistant. "Hermione, dear I forgot to tell you. Witches Weekly is sending over a team to interview and photograph us for an article they are writing. Would you be interested in posing with me?" Hermione gushed "Of course, it would be an honor." Narcissa smiled "Good, now I laid out some robes in your room, go chance and put your in a side braid. Meet me in my office in ten minutes." Ten minutes later Hermione was fully dressed in peach witches robes, that accentuated her growing figure. "You look wonderful my dear, very beautiful. Now I'll be sitting in this chair here, I want you by my side." As Narcissa and Hermione posed, a photographer from the magazine took picture after picture, all while the reporter was asking Narcissa questions about her Interior Design business. "Thank you Lady Malfoy, you will have an advanced copy of the issue before it is printed." Narcissa nodded and the reporter and photographer left. "Lady Malfoy?" Narcissa smiled and led Hermione into the lady's parlour, where the two witches took a seat on the couches. "I forgot I hadn't explained that to you before. Me and Lucius are formally known as Lord and Lady Malfoy in social circles. Basically what it means is that we have control over the family fortune and businesses. Once Draco marries, him and his wife will become the new Lord and Lady Malfoy." Hermione had a confused look on her face when Narcissa grabbed her hands "I didn't understand, I read the pureblood customs and protocol book you gave me for Christmas, but it didn't have anything about Lord and Lady titles." Narcissa smiled "It wouldn't honey, title changes are usually something that the parents and grandparent's explain. I want you to know that you can come to me with any questions you may have." Hermione shifted in her seat "Well actually I was wondering. Pansy and Astoria got me a hair smoothing potion a few years ago, but I was hesitant on trying it on by myself. Would you help me?" Narcissa clapped Her hands "Of course! Christmas day would be a perfect time to debut your new look." So then off they went to have a girls day.
" 'Mione! Are you almost ready? Mother and father are waiting for us at Christmas dinner." "I'm coming Draco." Hermione opened the door to her room, to see Draco standing there and just staring at her. Hermione was wearing a velvet green sheath dress that ended at her ankles to reveal a pair of black heels. The top of the dress was a halter neck. Hermione's hair was different too. It was sleek, shiny and manageable; the potion had worked and her hair was amazing now with it's rich chestnut brown color to it. For this evening her hair had been delicately piled on top of her head and held together with charms. She gave a little spin "Well, what do you think?" Draco cleared his throat "You look very pretty as usual." Hermione pouted but covered it with a smile quickly, she had hoped that Draco would finally notice her and act on his feelings; but she guessed she was wrong again. She followed Draco to the bottom of the staircase where their friends were waiting. Blaise smiled and immediately offered Hermione his arm, while Pansy clung to Draco's arm as if it was a life raft. Blaise held her back for a moment "Are you ok?" Hermione smiled sadly "I'm alright. It just hurts to see him with her like that." She said with a jerk of her head. Blaise smiled sympathetically and kissed her cheek "Don't worry Honey, he will come to his senses soon enough." Hermione nodded and followed Blaise's lead as they walked into the dining room. Dinner was a wonderful affair, full of laughter and happiness. Pansy did everything she could to try and get Draco to introduce her to his parents, but he refused, causing Pansy to leave abruptly.
The Christmas Holidays came to an end to soon for Hermione's liking, but at least she was on her way back to Hogwarts. The first night back at Hogwarts, Pansy was whining about Draco. "It's just not fair, we've been dating for two years. Why won't he introduce me to his parents? And why hasn't he given me any jewelry yet?" Hermione shrugged and fell asleep, content with the knowledge she had jewelry from him.
The first week back progressed very normally. Everyone was still a buzz with holiday spirit, but exams were looming. On Thursday Hermione had her potions lesson "I would like you brew wolfsbane, Miss. Granger. Do not disappoint." While Hermione was very nervous at brewing such a complication potion, she tried to not let it show. The potion took every bit of five hours to complete, Snape had offered her the option of continuing next week she had refused. Very nearly midnight, her potion was complete. Holding her breath as Snape checked her potion was nerve wracking. "Well done Miss. Granger. Your wolfsbane potion is perfect as per usual. I am very proud of all the hard work you have accomplished in the last three years."
After exams Hermione was strolling the grounds of Hogwarts, when she noticed Potter and Weasley sneaking around the whomping Willow. Watching from a distance she noticed them disappear beneath the limbs. "What are they doing?" Hermione stopped, wondering if she should go get a professor, or better yet Draco and Blaise. Deciding she could handle it, Hermione crept closer the violent tree. "Immobulus" she whispered, the branches ceased their movements. Creeping down between the branches, Hermione slipped through a small hole and landed in an underground tunnel. "Lumos Maxima!" The tip of her wand lit up as did the tunnel, so she followed it deeper underground before rising to the surface and into a house "The shrieking shack!" Getting up off the floor Hermione headed upstairs to where she heard voices. Barging in the door, she was shocked as to what she found "Potter? Weasley? And…Sirius Black, Professor Lupin?" Before she could finish her sentence her wand was out of her hand in and in the escaped convicts hand. "Who is she?" Black asked. Ron snorted "A filthy Slytherin. What are you doing out here Granger?" Looking at him un amusedly "I was out enjoying a stroll with some piece and quiet. When I noticed you two idiots, disappear under the whomping willow. And here I find you with an escaped convict and a traitor professor, who is a werewolf." Harry looked at her with a glare "Shows what you know Granger, Sirius is my godfather. And Lupin isn't a werewolf." "Wow an escaped convict is your godfather, not really something to boast about. Of course he is, track the days he is always missing from class, they are full moons, and tonight is a full moon. Doesn't he look awfully ill?" Sirius levelled his wand at her "Why are we listening to a slimy snake like her?" Lupin put a hand on his friends shoulder "I'm afraid she is right. How long have you known?" Hermione snorted "Since Professor Snape taught defense at the beginning of term." "And Black you should listen because she is the brightest witch of her age. Incarcerous." Snape appeared out of nowhere behind him, Sirius fell to the floor bound by magical restraints. "Severus I hardly think that is necessary." "I'll be the judge of that Lupin, can't wait to tell Dumbledore I was right and you were helping Black into the castle." Handing Hermione her wand back he asked "Miss. Granger, will you help me escort this miscreants out of here?"
Ten minutes later their entire group was standing back out on castle grounds, far from the whomping willow. Professor Dumbledore was waiting "Severus, what is all of this?" "We've captured Black, and I am sure you will want to inform the Ministry. Lupin was helping him, as I had warned you from the beginning of the year." Dumbledore sighed "Of Course Severus. I will handle it. Miss. Granger, Harry, Ron back to your common rooms." Hermione scowled at the boys once more before going back to the Slytherin common room. Once inside she went straight to Draco "Write your father, tell him Lupin is a werewolf. Have it in the papers within the next few days. We need to discredit Dumbledore." Without questioning her, Draco did as she asked.
Two days later, while the children were on the train home, the papers read Werewolf teaching at Hogwarts, Sirius Black found on school grounds. The article was scathing casting Lupin in a dangerous light, highlighting security concerns and concerns for the students safety. "Well done Drakey, your father did a great job making Dumbledore look foolish." Draco smiled "Of course, Father is the best. Lupin even lost his job because of this article. However Gryffindor still won the bloody house cup." Hermione stormed into the compartment "Black escaped" she hissed. Opening the paper she read the last paragraph "Escaped convict Sirius Black escaped from custody once again. He was taken by Ministry officials and guarded by dementors in a tower at Hogwarts. He was left there for a few hours, upon return he was gone once again. Will he ever be back in Azkaban?" Blaise swore "Dumbledore had something to do with this I swear he did." While everyone agreed, they had no proof. Once arriving back in London, Pansy took a long time to say good bye to Draco. "Can I come to visit this summer?" "No Pansy, we are going to Italy for vacation. Let go of me, I have to go now." Pansy kissed Draco on the cheek and glared at Hermione as they walked towards the elder Malfoys. Narcissa smiled and kissed both of their cheeks "Ready to go to Italy, children?" They asked. Both Hermione and Draco smiled "yes!" They said in unison. Lucius spun on the spot and the family disapparated for their vacation in Italy.
