Author Notes: I made this chapter to justify why the Joestars don't just steal the spotlight from the main hero- they have to face their own newly revived enemies. The Egyptian pharaoh, the British sorcerer, and red-haired woman are all creations of mine that play into the more ancient aspects of DIO's lineage and have strong connections to Joy and Joah respectively. While I don't name-drop some of them directly, it's clear enough who's who if you read their dialogue.

This chapter title is based on the Beach Boys' Heroes and Villains- It had the most complex evolution of creation history for the song's composition, it's based on the Old West- "historically reflective" and a "visual effort" that was meant to match the ballads of Marty Robbins. He said the lyrics were based on the early history of California, including references to the involvement of the Spanish and American Indians- two clear opposing sides against each other. Much how the Brandos and Joestars naturally oppose one another.

Chapter 5: Overture-5: Heroes and Villains

"It worked.," said Justiz as he inched towards the eight arrivals.

"Lord Justiz. Be careful.," said the cloaked figure.

"Caution? Who do you think I am?," asked the "Star of the World.

Justiz summoned a winged warrior who wore attire made of magnets, two arced wings with a plus/minus sign, pink eyes with plus/minus shaped pupils, plus/minus motifs all over its body- making it look like an artificial angel.

"Trick of The Light.," said the man.

"Ho. What is this? It doesn't seem like Egypt...or on the bridge...This must be another time period judging from the apparatus around here.," said the more overtly blonde person of the group before noticing Justiz.

"You with the Stand. Is this Egypt?"

"London, England.," said Justiz.

"How gaudy you look.," said the blonde man with a snicker.

This made Justiz's forehead bust a vessel as he had his Stand attempt a karate chop. Only to realize he was being hung from the nearby inactive energy rod in the room.

How did I get here? I couldn't have used my power. That punk-he must have a time stop reflex power., thought the lavender-haired man.

"Lord Justiz.," said the man in the hood before white buzzcut-like hair with a ponytail appeared behind him with immeasurable speed and grabbed him from behind the neck. This dark-skinned man wore purple priest robes.

"Give Peace A-," said the cloaked figure.

"The only lord around here is Lord DIO and any insolence in calling someone else Lord, is intolerable.," said the dark-skinned man.

It feels like I've been here before., thought the white-haired man as he continued to choke the man.

"Pucci. Keep that alive. I may need them as acolytes for my new kingdom in England.," said the blonde man.

"O-Ono...Use Nobody's Listening...," instructed Justiz.

The cloaked figure reached out for something only for a pale-whitish pink humanoid with pink cat eyes to touch the obscure device and caused it to vanish.

"That thing...It seemed like a threat. I don't want any disturbances to my quiet life...now that it's been brought back to life.," said a man wearing a bowler hat.

"Brought back to life? You say that I DIO died?" said the blonde man in a harsher tone.

"Why wouldn't it be the case? You don't remember what happened after certain events occurred. I fortunately or unfortunately, remember the tribulations of being a ghost. Someone like you likely went straight to the bottomless pit-," said the man in the bowler hat.

Died...Could this be another repeat of what happened before? I'll simply kill everyone before they get to me., thought the pink-haired man as he summoned a red being with small green eyes behind the blonde.

"You're approaching me DIO?" asked the blonde as he summoned a gold-clad warrior with a pharaonic helmet and scuba gear. He then noticed a trio of people he didn't recognize.

The golden Stand avoided the red Stand as it focused on the trio.

"The Joestars are still alive.," said a red-robed wizard with long greying blonde hair, a downward-curved mustache with a lengthy beard, and rounded purple shades. He wielded a long staff with a crescent shape with a red orb in the center and a vulture perched on his right shoulder.

"You mean the men of the Stars.," inquired the dark-skinned, toned, Egyptian person, a pharaonic attire-wearing man with crimson irises.

"Joy's progeny?" asked a crimson-haired woman wearing prehistoric, tribal attire.

"Who are you people?" asked DIO.

"You should know. It should be obvious.," said the wizard fellow dismissively with a stoic and collected tone of voice.

"I'm asking you who are you?," DIO demanded.

"Your ancestors obviously.," said the Egyptian man.

DIO paused for a moment for the information to register before calming down.

"My ancestors? Judging from your looks, it's clear my father squandered all of that potential.," he said, taking the information in stride.

"Your father- No, Dario...was clearly an interloper within the family line. He only got the surname through marriage.," said the woman in a snide tone of voice.

"What?!," DIO demanded.

"In any case, it appears that the Joestars across time have been brought here for us to face in combat. Therefore, we should just kill them before we act to establish a utopia for these plebians.," said the wizard before the man in the bowler hat walked away.

"I'm not interested. I desire a quiet life. Being a despot is not a quiet life. So farewell.," said the man as he began to walk away.

"I will reestablish my everlasting climax, now that it's apparent that I'm freed from that hell. In fact, I should kill all of you for even knowing I exist!" shouted the pink-haired man as he summoned his red Stand to lunge at the seemingly helpless trio.

Stands have only started to reemerge recently. Even if they did exist a long time ago. They're clearly inferior to, thought DIO.

Suddenly, a green-skinned humanoid with a rounded purple visor with two rounded, protrusions on the sides of the helmet and an additional orange, mono-visor around the eye area, wearing bronze Egyptian attire with extended, rounded disc shoulder armor appeared in front of the Pharoah like being.

The red Stand lunged at the Stand as everything seemed to turn black as red filters showed the following actions of the people in the direct vicinity.

"Yes, within the space of no time, you're-," said the pink-haired man before seeing the green Stand strike the red Skin in the gut while phasing through the body of his opponent.

"I-Impossible...," said the pink-haired man before passing out.

DIO was alarmed at the Stand as time went back to normal and he saw the green-skinned Stand.

"Prince of the Universe.," said the Egyptian man.

"Why do you have a Stand of that caliber?," DIO demanded.

"You know of the Stand Arrow. I was around when it was made- 50,000 years ago.," said the crimson-haired woman.

"Who are you?" DIO demanded.

"Quiet your lallygagging and defeat those Joestars that the Joestars of this timeline summoned.," Justiz demanded.

He's right...I can feel their presence here, it's nauseating..., but..., thought DIO as did the dark-skinned priest as they referenced their star-shaped birthmarks.

"Who are you again?," DIO asked, much to the balding man's disgust.

Joan's Home

Joseph then turned serious as he got out of his seat.

"I'm sorry, but we have to go. Us being here- right now. It puts you in danger just by being here. These people are dangerous. I sense that somehow DIO has brought back to life and not just him. People who share a common lineage with him as well.," said the man in a much more serious tone.

Jotaro nodded as the others began to walk outside the door.

"What kind of guys are they? Serial Killers?," asked Josuke.

"They're the kind of people who want world domination and rule like despots.,' said Joseph.

"DIO's alive. Let me-," said Jonathan said before Jotaro cut him off.

"You were soft on him. I'm sorry to say this, but being brutal and unfair is the only way to finish him off again. He's committed more evils since you...died...," said the hat-wearing man.

There was an awkward silence. Death was a big issue that was likely to be brought up and it was too distressing to consider the fact they might be...

"Damn. He was more cunning than I thought. He's gotten rid of my ace in just a moment. In any case, you should duke it out and rob Justiz of his new aids. I'm getting a really nasty vibe from three individuals that I don't have read on.," said Joan.

"Sorry for bringing our troubles to here.," said Giorno as the Joestars left.

"Ozborn...Daemon and King BB...," said Joah to himself while Joy seemed forlorn.

With that, they all left the house without a trace.

Joshua sighed as he said to his mom-

"What should we do now? We summoned them for nada I guess."

"Get ready for school...and more importantly...check D-Flag's records of education to see anyone who has a connection with the man.," said the mother to the son.

Joshua then nodded in response.
