It's Saturday morning, Chris and Luna took the request at the quest board that says 'I need a Bodyguard' and the reward is 20,000 jewels
"Hm? Bodyguard? Who could have request this?" She wondered
Then a girl approach her and said "It's me. I need a bodyguard" Said the girl when Chris and Luna turn around, it was Laki Olietta
"You? But why? I'm sure you can handle it by yourself Laki-chan" She said
Then Chris takes laki's hand and kisses it. Laki blushed and Luna noticed the other girls got jealous over her
"I-I need a bodyguard to guard me while having an important mission, I have to retrieve some money at the bank and return it to some rich guy in the mountains far from here and who knows there might be some thieves on the way and I might not fight them all" Said Laki then Chris smiled
"Alright, let's get going! Mirajane, I'm taking this request" Said Chris
"Okay, be careful" Said Mirajane
Chris, Luna, and Laki head out to begin their job. As they travel to the bank by riding a carriage, Chris got motion sickness so quickly that Luna massage her back
"I'm sorry Chris, but we'll have to ride this carriage to get to the bank, since the client is so rich he said that he wanted trillions of money"
She said as Chris began to droll because of her motion sickness
"O.. Okay" said Chris. Later on, they arrived at Fiore's National Bank and Chris helped Laki carrying the bags of money while Luna waits inside the carriage. But they didn't know that they have been watched by two men, they continue to travel to reach to the mountain but suddenly they got ambushed
"What the hell?" Laki was shock as she stop step out of chair. She saw six men all wearing in a hood while having a grin smile, Chris was still recovering from her motion sickness
"Laki-san, Chris hasn't recovered yet, you have to fight them off until she's fully recovered" Said Luna
"Damn it. Who are you? What do you want?" She asked them while clenching her fist
"We are from the dark guild called Dark Horse and two of our friends here saw you and your partner carrying a four bags of money and we know that you'll give those money from a rich client up to the mountain. Now if you don't wanna get hurt or get killed by us, hand over those money to us" Said the member of the Dark Horse
But Laki didn't hesitate she attack them with her molding wood magic "Wood-Make: The Dam of Shy Love!" Laki creates multiple weapon-shaped blocks of wood to erupt from the ground but one of the members creates a barrier and block Laki's attack, then another member attacks Laki using Void Magic
"Void Bomb!" He raises both of his hands and throw the bomb at Laki and it hit at her, when the smoke clears she wasn't harmed at all but Chris made it in time to protect Laki, Luna and the carriage by using her Earth Dragon's Wall and she's already in a bad mood as she covered up with her Earth Dragon Scales
"You mess with the wrong girl" She said and Laki is standing beside her ready to fight. The six men launch their attack together and Chris did the same
"Earth Dragon's Crushing Fang" She surrounds one of her hands with an earth-like matter. And then charges and swipes them with her claw-like fashion.
"You're not getting away with this! Fire of Darkness" The other member fire his magic to Chris and Laki.
Just when they were about to dodge Laki was hit
"Laki, Laki, Are you okay?"
She look at Laki's arm, it was burned. She let Luna to take care of Laki as and give her a piece of cloth to wrap on Laki's arm
"You'll pay for this.. Earth Dragon's Rock Fist!" She forms a dragon-like claw made entirely of sharp skin piercing rocks over their hands punches the six men over and over but one of them didn't give up
"So you're a dragon slayer?.. I've always wanted to meet one. You're the same as that Salamander Natsu and Iron Gajeel...I'll kill you! Black Bolt" He sends out some corrupted black lightning on Chris' hand sent it away
"Earth Dragon's Wing Attack" She quickly rushes towards the other member and grabs him with a vicious grip and he was defeated.
They retreated and warn Chris they will have their revenge on her.
"Hey, Laki. Are you feeling better now?" She said
"Yes I'm alright now. Let's get to the mansion and deliever the money"
She said as they continue on ther journey. After that they successfully delivered the money to the client and they return to the guild. They client gave Laki 80,000 jewels and Laki gave half of her rewards to Chris
"Thank you for protecting me, and the money. Without you, I would... I would have been--" Before she said anything Chris touch her lips and said
"Don't say anything. What's done is done, and if anything happens I will protect you" She said and hug Laki
