Sophia leaned her face forward and suddenly kissed Harry on the lips. Harry with a look of surprise, pushed Sophia away and then stood up as he angerly said, "Girl, what are you doing?" Sophia then began to pull her shirt off as she said, "Come on Harry. I know you want to do it with me. I mean you already have before." Then Harry put his hands on Sophia's hands in order to stop her shirt from coming off as he said, "Sophia, we both know this is wrong. So stop it." Then Sophia angerly said, "You know it's me you love Harry. Now admit it and let me be with you." Then Harry stepped back as a look of clarity went across his face as he said, "It's not about you being with me. It's about you looking for a place to be, isn't it?" Suddenly Harry saw tears come from Sophia's eyes as the teenage girl said, "Harry... I don't know where else to go." Then Harry got on his knees as he looked at Sophia and said, "Sophia, I promise you I am willing to help you and especially our child. But as hard as it is for you to admit it... you know your mother is going to be a better support for you and our kid right now than I can be. I think you need to go home now." More tears appeared in Sophia's eyes, as she brushed them away and said, "I... I guess I should."

The next morning Olive knocked on a door, and after a moment: Emmy's mother opened it. Olive waved a bit as she said, "Hi. I'm Olive. One of Emmy's friends from school, and I was wondering..." Then Emmy's mother angerly said, "Are you one of the girls that got my daughter involved in that sex cult? Where is she?" A confused looking Olive then said, "Uh... I thought she was here." Then Emmy's mother said, "I woke up this morning to find she's nowhere in this house. I've already called several people, but no one has seen her, as if she doesn't want to be found. That girl must have run away to join some prostitute ring." A worried looking Olive then said, "Well I'm sure that's not the case. Emmy must be worried right now feeling like she has no future or..." Then Emmy's mother interrupted Olive and angerly said, "And she has no future thanks to that bastard child she's carrying now!" Then Emmy's mother slammed the door shut. Olive then with a worried look on her face, turned away and then began to run.

Sydney sat in the kitchen of her home reading through several textbooks, as her father Max stepped in. As Max walked over to the oven he said, "Hey sweety. How does some bacon for lunch sound?" Then Sydney looked up for her book to say, "Actually according to to what I'm reading, some whole eggs might be the better thing to start having for lunch now since they contain the highest amounts of nutrients I need while pregnant." Max smiled a bit as he said, "Well look at you getting all educated there. You know, I am so glad now that I never threw away your mom's old college textbooks. I mean you've been pouring over them all day." Then Sydney said, "Well I need to be as informed as possible on what's happening to my body, and what will happen to it over the next few months. I've also been reading mom's old textbooks on child psychology and reading about ideal forms of child rearing, discipline management, and how to help balance a child's intrapersonal and interpersonal development." Max looking a bit surprised said, "Wow. I think you may know more about being a parent than I do. But Syd, don't you wanna focus on teaching your kid to eat solid foods first before you start mapping out their career." Then Sydney said, "Well I'm not gonna have as much time to think about it after they're born, so I'm just making the most of the free time I still have." Max then said, "Well... I'm glad you're thinking about how you're going to move forward. Well anyway, lets start cooking some eggs."

Emmy stood outside of a large building with a face full of anxiety. Then Emmy heard Olive's voice yell, "Emmy!" Emmy turned her head and saw Olive running towards her. Olive then ran over to Emmy and hugged her as she said, "Oh God, you're okay." Emmy looking confused said, "Olive, how did you find me? I didn't tell anyone where I was going." Olive then looked at Emmy's face as she said, "The truth is I looked up information about this place too when I was having a low emotional moment one night. I knew it was the closest clinic to where either of us lived, and since I know you've been the most depressed about being pregnant... I just guessed you'd be here. So have you been inside yet?" As Emmy and Olive sat on a bench together, Emmy turned her head and said, "No. I'm scared Olive. Scared about the idea of getting an abortion, and scared about the idea of keeping my child." Olive then held Emmy's hands as she said, "Emmy, I'm scared too. I mean we're both still in middle school. We're supposed to be worried about starting high school and going to prom before thinking about how to raise kids. But we can do this."

Then Emmy said, "But this isn't just about me Olive. This is about my family. Having my child means it will burden my parents And not just with finances. Once I start to show and people know I'm pregnant, my parents will be hurt. No one will think they are good parents since they have such a bad girl. And everyone will think I'm just some dirty slut, and won't even come near me, since apparently getting pregnant when you're young is a disease to some people." Then Olive leaned her face towards Emmy's and said, "Emmy, people will judge you, yes. But there are terrible people in this world who will always judge you. Just know that me, and our friends will always see you as the sweet and kind person you are, and we will always be there to support you. And as angry as your parents are now, I'm sure they'll come around eventually and support you too. I mean they're your family Emmy. They love you. I know taking on this problem alone seems scary, but you will never be alone. Okay?" Tears appeared in Emmy's eyes as she smiled and hugged Olive while saying, "Thank you Olive. Thank you so much." Olive smiled as she said, "Anytime girl."

Sophia knocked on a door as she stood silently waiting for an answer. Sophia's mother then opened to the door, and with a look of relief she said, "Oh God. Sophia!" Sophia was then hugged by her now crying mother, as Sophia just stood awkwardly still. Then Sophia's mother let go and said, "Come on sweety. Lets have some lunch. Anything you want." Sophia looking confused said, "Um... okay." Sophia and her mom then went into the kitchen as Sophia sat down at a chair. Sophia's mother then prepared some sandwiches and put them in front of Sophia. As Sophia's mother sat down she said, "Sophia... I'm sorry." Sophia looking more confused now said, "Wait. You are sorry? Mom, I ran away from home. You should be grounding me for life right now." Then Sophia's mom said, "Oh, and I want to. But... trust me. Being a mother is going to ground you more than anything you can imagine." Sophia then looked down as she said, "I'm sorry mom. I shouldn't have run away."

Sophia' mom sighed and said, "No, you shouldn't. But the longer you were gone, the more I had to questions what I had done to push you to that extreme. And as hard as it is for me to admit it: I have been trying to mold you too much in my image for so long. I gave you no other path to choose for your life, so you felt like the only path you could take would be one far away from mine. But I promise, I will be here to help you with figuring out whatever it is you want to do with your life. And it is your life. Just... please understand I've experienced things you haven't, and you can use me as a resource for figuring out what you need to do. I mean, you're about to be a mother Sophia. I've been through everything you're experiencing now, so please don't shut me out, because I can help you. Please, just tell what your plan for your life is, and I will help you make it happen." Sophia then breathed in deeply, and then tears appeared in her eyes as she said, "Mom, I don't have a plan for my life. I have no freaking idea what I wanna do. When I ran away the other day, the only plan I had was how to walk out the front door. I have no idea what I'm doing, and I'm scared mom. I'm so scared." Then Sophia began to break down and sob, as her mother came towards her and hugged her.

Emmy opened the front door of her home, seeing her two parents sitting together in the living room. Emmy's mother then got up and angerly said, "Emmy! Where have you been? What new trouble have you gotten yourself into now!?" Emmy then stood in front of her parents as she said, "None mom. But I need to talk to you both right now." Emmy's father then said, "No we don't. You disobey us, so now you must go to your room." Emmy then firmly said, "No. I need to talk to you both now. Listen. I made a really bad mistake. A really, really bad mistake. But it was just one mistake. I'm still your little girl that sang in church choir, gave you both homemade gifts on your birthdays, helped raise funds for victims of natural disasters, and volunteered to give out clothes to the homeless. I have made one bad choice, and I am not going to run away from the consequences of that bad choice. But I am not going to let this one bad choice define me. I am still going to do everything I can to grow as a person, learn as much as I can in school, keep going to church so I can learn to be a kinder and more obedient child of God, and do everything I can to give my unborn child the best life it can get. But I cannot do it without your help. Please. I am going to do everything I can to be a better person, but I need you both to help me. I mean I am your daughter."

Then Emmy's father stood up and said, "Our daughter? Our daughter died the night she turned herself into some disgusting whore. We don't know who you are anymore." Emmy suddenly looked shocked as she said, "Papa. How can you say that?" Then Emmy's mother stood up and said, "And we told you to remain here at home. How dare you act like you can still go to school or church?" Then Emmy said, "Because I need to. How else am I supposed to grow? You can't keep me locked in this house all day." Then Emmy's father loudly said, "You do as we say or you can live on the streets you disgusting child!" Then Emmy with panic in her breath, but with a voice of conviction said, "Well since you said I'm no longer your daughter, I guess there's no place for me here anymore." Then Emmy without hesitation, ran out the door of her home crying.

Sydney was sitting in the kitchen of her home looking tired as she read through textbooks. Then Harry walked in from the back door as he said, "Hey Syd. How are you feeling?" Sydney then looked at Harry with an exhausted look as she said, "Just doing lots of reading." Then Harry took a good look at Sydney's face as he said, "Sydney, you look like a mess. Is everything okay?" Then Sydney said, "Yeah. Sorry. I just haven't gotten a lot of sleep lately. These textbooks about pregnancy and child development are just real page turners." Then Harry said, "Sydney, you need rest. Lets get you over to the couch." Harry then helped Sydney up and guided her into the living room. Harry then helped Sydney lay down as he said, "Sydney, I am so glad you are doing everything you can to prepare for motherhood. But don't you think you're pushing yourself too hard." Then Sydney with an upset look on her face said, "Well I have to push myself Harry. My kid is already coming into the world at a disadvantage. Do you know that any child born from teen pregnancy is more likely to have bad grades, poor social skills, and get addicted to drugs and alcohol. I can't let my child's life get screwed up. I can't!" Sydney then suddenly began to break down and cry, as Harry sat next to her and held her close as he said, "Look Sydney, what's done is done. Our baby is going to be born from a teenage mother. We can't change that. But you're not going to do this alone. You've got your friends, your dad, your grandmother, my parents, and more importantly: me. Do you think our child is gonna fall through the cracks with that much support around them?" Sydney then looked at Harry and smiled as she said, "Harry... thank you." Harry smiled as he said, "Any time Syd."

Emmy stood in front of a door as she rang a doorbell. Within seconds, Olive answered the door. A concerned looking Olive then said, "Emmy? Is everything okay?" Emmy stood looking traumatized as she said, "My parents... I tried to talk to them, and ask them for help. I apologized for what I did, asking them to help me rebuild my life. But they called me a disgusting child, and then they kicked me out. My own parents hate me Olive and don't want me anymore!" Then Emmy broke down and fell to the ground sobbing as Olive immediately grabbed a hold of Emmy and hugged her.

Sophia sat on a bed in her bedroom, looking quietly out the window. Sophia's mom then stepped inside with a mug as she said, "Hey there. Thought you could use a hot drink. It's full of vitamins and nutrients. It's the same blend I drank when I was pregnant with you." Sophia then accepted the mug from her mother as she said, "Thanks mom." Then Sophia's mom said, "Well... you're had some time to think about it. Any plans for your future?" With a look of hopelessness in her face, Sophia said, "Mom, the truth is I really don't have any plan, and... that's starting to really scare me. How am I supposed to prepare for being a mother to another life if I have no real plan for my life." Then Sophia's mom said, "Well Sophia, you're just have to start pulling yourself together once you become a mother." Then tears appeared in Sophia's eyes and with a look of despair she said, "Mom... I... I don't think I want to be a mother."

Olive and Emmy sat in the kitchen of Olive's home, as Olive's mother stood nearby on the phone as she said, "Yes Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza, Emmy is here, and there seems to be some confusion. Emmy seems to be under the impression she's been kicked out of her home and... well, what do you mean you don't want her to come home? You're her parents. I... well maybe we... What!? That's your daughter you're speaking about. How could... Sir, how can you speak of your own child like that!? How... Hello? Hello?" Olive's mother then put away her phone as Olive said, "That didn't sound good." Olive's mom now looking furious said, "For the life of me, I never believed that two human beings could be so..." Then Olive's mom stopped talking as she looked at hopeless looking Emmy. Emmy then hung her head low and said, "I guess I'm an orphan now. Both me and my child are going to be orphans." Then Olive's mom said, "Not if I have anything to say about it. Emmy, what your parents did to you is child neglect and abandonment, which is illegal." Then Emmy said, "Wait, does that mean they could go to jail?"

Olive's mom then said, "I'm not sure, but there will be consequences. But making a formal case about them, would allow you to be legally entered into the foster care system and have you get put into a foster home. And guess who just got their license to become a foster care mother?" Olive then looking surprised said, "Wait. When did that happen?" Then Olive's mom said, "You know all those late night meetings I said I was going to? Well they were really to prepare to become a foster parent. I thought with your brothers practically all grown up, and this house so empty, and me still being young enough, it was the right thing to do. However I think I've already found my first foster child." Emmy looking amazed then said, "What? Really?" Olive's mom then sat down to face Emmy as she said, "You're going to be the mother of my grand-child's sibling. You're already family as far as I'm concerned. But just like I told Olive: you will only have my support as long as you keep going to school, and fully embrace your duties of motherhood when not doing so. Understood?" Tears of happiness appeared in Emmy's eyes as Emmy jumped up and hugged Olive's mom as she said, "Thank you Mrs. Rozalski."

Sydney laid in her bed in the middle of the night tossing and turning with a look of panic in her face. Then Sydney got out her phone and dialed a number. A video call then began as Harry appeared on the screen. Looking tired, Harry said, "Sydney, it's late. What's wrong?" Sydney then looking upset said, "Harry... I'm still scared about being a mom. Do... do you think I have what it takes to be a good mother?" Harry then smiled as he said, "Sydney, asking that is the first step towards actually being one. However... yeah, I think you have what it takes to be a good mother. You're gonna make mistakes, and fall down a bit. But I know Sydney Reynolds is too head strong and determined to let anything stop her." Sydney smiled as she said "Thanks. You know... you're gonna be a pretty good parent too Harry, despite how crazy things will be. I mean for starters, it is gonna be a crazy day in a few months from now when all of our kids are born." Then Harry looking confused said, "Wait. A crazy day?" Then Sydney said, "Yeah, well the day of conception was the same for all of the girls, so while it isn't guaranteed, there is a chance that you could find yourself becoming a father to four kids on the same day." A look of worry went across Harry's face as he said, "Oh boy."
