Since the end of Ori war the Tau'ri's closest allies: The Tok'ra have trying to recover from their Millennium long culvert war with the Goa'uld empire and with the Ori. After the wars with the Goa'uld Empire and Ori the Tok'ra population is roughly 1,250. The Tok'ra has been able to set up powerful Political and Economical Power bases each with their Political and ideology factions having influence on the Tok'ra High council as well with each of them having under their direct or indirect a number of planets to supply their civilization with food, medicines and raw building materials into the future. The Tok'ra Main internal Political and Ideology factions within the Tok'ra where: The Progressive faction lead by Hakim; The Tok'ra Liberal faction lead by Anise; The Tok'ra Traditionalists faction lead by Delek and the Militarist's Faction lead by Malika.

Over the years Tok'ra Geneticist scientists have been trying to clone their Dead Tok'ra Queen: Egeria to replenish their numbers. The Tok'ra have been able to get their hands on some of the Asgard cloning technology to try to clone their queen. As of Early-2010 the Tok'ra Geneticist scientists have after several failed attempts of trying to clone their Queen have finally been able to product a stable and rationally thinking clone of their Queen. As she meet with the Tau'ri SG Command she found that some of their closest friends and ally's have been through some changes. She found out that 1 of their good friend's and military officers: Jack O'Niell has been Promoted to what the Tau'ri called an Air force General; She has found out that their Tau'ri Liaison: Samantha Carter has being Promoted to what the Tau'ri called a Brigadier General and that she is the commanding officer of the Tau'ri 1st intergalactic strike force; She has found out that Tau'ri Dr. Daniel Jackson has become 1 of the Tau'ri Galactic ambassadors to the wider galaxy to them to form interstellar relationships.

She has found and heard from the SG Command that the Tau'ri Planetary organization: The I.O.A. council as grown in more powerful and gained influence within the Tau'ri and that they have become the official their Political branch on Interstellar affairs. She found that the Tau'ri have grown in confidence since defeating major Galactic enemies within the galaxy: Like the Gou'ald Empire and Replicators that they have become a Major Political and Economical player within the galaxy; As well seeing the sewing of the seeds of the begins of a unification as a race. As they began the negotiations between the Tok'ra and Tau'ri I.O.A. council on possible negotiate in having some of their population that are suffering from sickness and diseases that couldn't be cured by their current level of Medical Technology to become willing hosts for Tok'ra symbiotes. After a few days of negotiations between them the Tau'ri I.O.A. council has come to an agreement to the Tok'ra proposal.
