It has been 15 months sense the battle with the Super-Hive; The Return of Atlantis to Earth and with the defeat of Ori resulting in them returning to their home galaxy. Since then the Milky way galaxy Galactic powers have been struggling both politically and economically. Let's see what is going on in the Galaxy.

Since the end of Ori war the Tau'ri's closest allies: The Tok'ra have trying to recover from their Millennium long culvert war with the Goa'uld empire and with the Ori. After the wars with the Goa'uld Empire and Ori the Tok'ra population is roughly 1,250. The Tok'ra has been able to set up powerful Political and Economical Power bases each with their Political and ideology factions having influence on the Tok'ra High council as well with each of them having under their direct or indirect a number of planets to supply their civilization with food, medicines and raw building materials into the future. The Tok'ra Main internal Political and Ideology factions within the Tok'ra where: The Progressive faction lead by Hakim; The Tok'ra Liberal faction lead by Anise; The Tok'ra Traditionalists faction lead by Delek and the Militarist's Faction lead by Malika.

Over the years Tok'ra Geneticist scientists have been trying to clone their Dead Tok'ra Queen: Egeria to replenish their numbers. The Tok'ra have been able to get their hands on some of the Asgard cloning technology to try to clone their queen. As of Early-2010 the Tok'ra Geneticist scientists have after several failed attempts of trying to clone their Queen have finally been able to product a stable and rationally thinking clone of their Queen. Thanks to the Tok'ra unique trait of having genetic memory their stable and rationally thinking clone of their Queen have able to maintain her cause of not enslaving humans as slaves and taking Humans against their will to become hosts; Instead taking willing Humans that are willing to become hosts. As of Mid-2010 their queen have give birth a few legions of new Tok'ra to replenishing their numbers to over 16,250.

With the massive increase in their numbers the Tok'ra high council realized that they needed willing humans to become hosts. The Tok'ra high council turned to their closest ally: The Tau'ri for the possibly of receiving sick and diseased humans that couldn't be cured at the Tau'ri's current level of medical technology. They hoping that Tau'ri would agree to their request by giving their Home-worlds Sick and diseased people would agree to a new way to heal them of ailments. They send 1 of their ambassadors and High council member: Anise to the Tau'ri Home-world to negotiate with them. As she meet with the Tau'ri SG Command she found that some of their closest friends and ally's have been through some changes. She found out that 1 of their good friend's and military officers: Jack O'Niell has been Promoted to what the Tau'ri called an Air force General; She has found out that their Tau'ri Liaison: Samantha Carter has being Promoted to what the Tau'ri called a Brigadier General and that she is the commanding officer of the Tau'ri 1st intergalactic strike force; She has found out that Tau'ri Dr. Daniel Jackson has become 1 of the Tau'ri Galactic ambassadors to the wider galaxy to them to form interstellar relationships.

She has found and heard from the SG Command that the Tau'ri Planetary organization: The I.O.A. council as grown in more powerful and gained influence within the Tau'ri and that they have become the official their Political branch on Interstellar affairs. She found that the Tau'ri have grown in confidence since defeating major Galactic enemies within the galaxy: Like the Gou'ald Empire and Replicators that they have become a Major Political and Economical player within the galaxy; As well seeing the sewing of the seeds of the begins of a unification as a race. As they began the negotiations between the Tok'ra and Tau'ri I.O.A. council on possible negotiate in having some of their population that are suffering from sickness and diseases that couldn't be cured by their current level of Medical Technology to become willing hosts for Tok'ra symbiotes. After a few days of negotiations between them the Tau'ri I.O.A. council has come to an agreement to the Tok'ra proposal. Anise was able to negotiate with the Tau'ri I.O.A. council with them to have some of their population that is suffering from sickness and diseases that couldn't be cured by their current level of Medical Technology to become willing hosts for Tok'ra symbiotes.

However in return of the Tau'ri having some of their population that is suffering from sickness and diseases that couldn't be cured by their current level of Medical Technology to become willing hosts for Tok'ra symbiotes; The Tau'ri wanted the Tok'ra to give them a moderately amount of access to their spy network and information for them to gather intelligence on their possible enemies as well to not let possibly old enemies returning to power; As well during the negotiations the Tau'ri I.O.A. council would allow Tok'ra spy operatives to have access to some of their off-world Galactic Espionage and counter-espionage training facilities to possible help the Tau'ri in them in training their intelligence agents in how to operation in the Galaxy; Along with the negotiations between them they have decided to renew their old alliance with each other to become close allies. Over the come months and years with their alliance renewed the Tau'ri and Tok'ra would become very close friends.
