Poto and Krillin were at Kame House, as Poto found some time to visit his old master since the Dead Zone incident a few weeks ago.

Kami had continued to monitor the Garlic Jr. for a while longer after he was successful banished into the Dead Zone by the efforts of the fighters present, and has deemed his predicament satisfactory as he would not be escaping anytime soon.

Poto was just glad that a midget with a grudge didn't destroy the world with a otherworldly black hole portal, or something of the sort.

He landed soundly onto onto sand as he walked onto the grass of the island. He wouldn't have been here since 4 years ago and it felt very nostalgic, to say the least. He resisted the urge to jump in the water and hunt for some fish as he walked to the pink house and knocked on the door.

But when the door opened, it wouldn't be anyone he knew. It was an attractive woman who was shorter than him, but that wasn't saying much since he was only 5'7" right now. She stood around 5'5", with her cyan blue hair cut short as she wore white shorts, blue socks, blue and orange shoes and a blue shirt that left her shoulders and some cleavage exposed underneath an open white assumed lab coat. She too was off put by anwsering to somebody that she didn't know just as much as Poto being answered to by someone he didn't know.

"Who... Are you?" She asked, unsure as she stared at the... Unnaturally muscular 12 year old.

"My name is Poto, I'm 12, and I came here to see my old master again. And also hang out with Krillin. Who are you?" He asked her back, which would get her to tell him.

"My name is Bulma, and I'm a good friend of Krillin and Master Roshi. I'm also the daughter of the founder of Capsule Corp." She would introduce herself as it rung a bell in Poto's head.

"You mean that big yellow building with the giant C logo in West City? Famous for the invention of the Capsules?" Poto recalled as he remembered when he went there to... Get porn magazines.

It was less pervy than it sounded, trust him.

"So you do know about it!" Bulma squealed in delight as her father's company would be known far and wide because of the Capsule. Even thui kid she never saw before. Well it was globally acclaimed, after all.

"I saw some people use them while I was there last time. But I hadn't the slightest idea you were related to the founder. It's nice to meet you, Bulma." Poto outstretched his hand as he gave a smile.

Bulma smiled back as she too shook his hand, signifying their bond of being acquaintances forming. He would then ask to come inside.

"Can I come in now?" Poto asked the lady.

"Oh, sure thing Poto." Bulma allowed him entry as she let Poto pass by as she closed the door behind him. He then met his master, Master Roshi and friend Krillin watching TV inside the living room.

"Hey guys, I'm here to visit!" Poto cheerily announced as he would then cause the two to turn to the side and see the boy once again, who's tail moved around excitedly.

"Poto, how's it been, buddy? Training going alright?" Krillin greeted his taller friend as he drank some beer. He wasn't drunk, but still mostly sober as he was watching a raunchy TV station of Master Roshi's choosing.

"It's going alright. I think I'm starting to plateau physically, though. All I really think is improving is how strong my tail and mind are." Poto explained as he was struggling to find any new ways to become stronger. He tried afterimage training, image training, mind training, even tail training to find ways to become stronger. But the only time he ever felt like he improved was when he fought someone, and the last person he fought that gave him some trouble was Garlic Jr.

And he held back!

"Is that so..." Master Roshi thought about what the boy said as Bulma went to touch the free flowing tail. She reached out woth an open hand...

Until it swatted her.

"OW!" Bulma yelped as she pulled her hand back from the strike.

"Huh? Oh, sorry Bulma! I trained my tail to swat away at things I don't notice, so that's why you got hurt. My bad." Poto apologized as he checked Bulma's hand. She would be looking at the tail with a little less curiosity. She had a small bruise on her hand, but as Poto checked it he dismissed the superficial injury.

"Doesn't look too bad, so you should be fine." Poto said as he gave her hand back to her.

"Your tail's just like Goku's when he was little." Krillin compared as it swayed around freely.

"Didn't Gohan have a tail, as well?" Poto would ask.

"He did, didn't he?" Krillin remembered as when he had the boy and was running from the battle with Salsa, Nicky and Sansho, Gohan's tail was very apparent.

"Who?" Bulma Master Roshi asked as Krillin and Poto would look at them.

"Gohan is Goku's son." Krillin revealed as Bulma and Master Roshi would be agape.

"GOKU HAS A SON?!" They yelled in surprise.

"Even I didn't believe it at first, but he's Goku's son alright." Krillin said as he scratched the back of his head.

"And he's got some power. He defeated Garlic Jr. by himself!" Poto boasted as he ledt out the part where he sealed the monster's fate when he hit him with a Cyclone Cannon.

"He did?!" Master Roshi was stunned to be hearing that not only one of his students had children, but one of them defeated a strong opponent already. He also felt some nostalgia as they boy was named after Goku's adoptive grandfather.

"Like father, like son, right Master Roshi?" Bulma asked as she thought about what the little tyke would look like.

"But Goku had a tail too. Why did he get rid of his?" Poto queried as he noticed that the man was devoid of the appendage.

"He kept transforming into a fearsome giant ape whenever the moon came out." Roshi explained as he even had to blow up the moon at one point to cease Goku's transformation.

"Oh. Well, I can do that to. But I have better control over it, and sleep early whenever there's a full moon just in case." Poto explained the others were been shocked at first but would calm down as he explained himself.

"That's a relief. You're way stronger than Goku was when he was your age, so I don't know how we would stop you if you did transform." Krillin sighed in relief as Poto then turned to Bulma.

"So Bulma. Mind showing me some Capsules?" Poto asked as Bulma would nod.

"Sure thing." She obliged as she walked outside as the two of them would be looking at all the different Capsules.

She took out a case with many of the apparatuses, and showed the boy how they were color coded, what each color meant, the sizes of each Capsule and their functions and purposes. They were outside for a while, until she had shown the young Saiyan every single one.

"And that's about all of them, Poto. So what did you think?" Bulma asked as she would be with Krillin and Master Roshi, would were now all be outside since the expansion and retraction of Capsules made it too distracting to watch their television.

"I think its amazing, to be honest. You said you could fit a whole house in here?" The boy asked.

"Yep. The only thing that Capsules can't contain are living organisms, and other capsules." Bulma made sure to tell the boy.

"I can see living people and animals.. But why other Capsules? Would it jam?" Poto asked.

"Nope. Something much worse." Bulma eluded as she shivered from the things she researched about the malfunction.

"And I'll leave it at that." The boy decided to stump his curiosity before it got him into something he wished he didn't know.

He then turned up to the sky and look at the peaceful clouds.

"Hm. Sometimes I forget how nice the clouds look from below on the ground instead of on top of the world." Poto muttered to himself as he would then feel a familiar presence approaching them.

...!

'That Ki... Is that who I think it is...?' Poto asked internally as he would then saw a faint flying yellow cloud in the distance with his Saiyan eyesight.

'It is!'

The preteen affirmed.

It was Goku riding on the Flying Nimbus, with Gohan who was holding on tight as he was going fast enough to cover ground, or in this case water, but not too fast as to accidently drop Gohan. He had on a trademark jolly look on his face as his son was bit nervous but still in a relatively good mood.

"It is them!" Poto outburst as Krillin, Master Roshi, Bulma and Turtle all jumped back from the boy's sudden outburst.

"Waugh! What do you mean?! Who's them?!" Bulma asked with a concerned tone as Poto had startled her.

"Goku, and Gohan! I sense their energy heading towards us!" The Saiyan clarofoed as he saw then see them more clearly as they would approach the island.

"Theg coming here? For what?" Krillin asked he would look around the coast as Master Roshi loheed up as he too saw them coming.

"Up there, Krillin!" The fighters' old master pointed up as the familiar watrior and his son would soon be only some few tens of meters in the air as they descended and Goku waved. Gohan looked at the faces he didn't know before focusing on Krillin and Poto since he had seen them before.

"Goku!" Bulma waved as she saw her long time friend as he finally reached the shore. Poto raised his hand in greeting as Krillin moved closer to see his friend as Master Roshi stood up to greet his student.

"Hey guys!" The jolly man greeted as he hopped down from the Nimbus as he looked at his friends. He also realthed the precense of Poto, but he had helped him fight Garlic, so he didn't mind him being there.

"It's nice to see you again, Goku." Master Roshi wholeheartedly greeted as he walked closer.

"Its good to see you too Master Roshi. And you, uh..." Goku ran on as he did not know the boy's name.

"It's Poto. And it's a pleasure to finally meet you not when we're fighting some big bad shortstack." Poto greeted as he bowed. Goku chuckled as he would be entertained by the boy's humor.

"Poto! It's nice to get your name. You were pretty tough out there." Goku remembered as Poto scratched his head.

"Thanks. But why are you here, though?" Poto asked as he would then get back to why he was there.

"I'm just dropping by to see my old friends again, Poto." Goku explained as Gohan just kept looking at Master Roshi and Bulma before looking at the persons he knew.

"And is that your son, Gohan?" Master Roshi asked as he noticed the boy that would keep looking between him and Bulma as he was in Goku's arms.

"Yeah. How did you know?" Goku awkwardly smiled as Roshi told him that it was Poto who filled him in.

"Oh, right. I keep forgetting that you were there too, Poto." Goku said as he let his son down.

"Say hello, Gohan." Goku encouraged his son as the boy shyly stepped forward and introduced himself.

"Hello... Everyone. I'm Gohan and I'm 4 and a half." Gohan said nervously as he bowed respectfully, as they all bowed back.

"So you did name him after your grandpa, eh?" Master Roshi caught on as he remembered his student's late grandfather.

"Yup." Goku would confirm.

"How wonderful. I'm sure he would have been very proud." Roshi said as Gohan clung onto his father when Turtle neared.

"He's just saying hello, Gohan." Goku would say as Bulma neared him.

"He's adorable." Bulma cooed as she crouched to his level. She inquired if he would be a fighter or not, and Goku explained that Chi-Chi wanted him to be a scholar instead. Bulma was off put by that response as they would then notice his tail.

"Hey, it's your tail." Poto observed as he would remember seeing it when Gohan fought Garlic.

Goku then explained how Gohan was born with the tail, just like himself, and Poto although the boy wouldn't say. Gohan would be busy playing and riding on Turtle as they would ask if Gohan had looked at the moon.

"The moon...? No, we all go to bed pretty early. Why do you ask?" He wondered as they all played it off as Poto then wondered to himself if Goku did not know of the Oozaru transformation.

They then finally saw the Four Star Dragon Ball on the child's hat as he was called from Turtle for a bit. Goku explained it took him awhile to find it again as the seven scattered after Garlic's wish but he would be collecting them for fun.

"It's crazy to think about all the adventures we had collecting those things." Bulma reminisced as Krillin agreed.

"Yep. But its much more peaceful now." Krillin brought back up as he looked at the ocean.

But peace would not last as an invader was close approaching.

The peaceful air was broken as Goku and Poto's glances suddenly turned alert as they looked out to the ocean.

"What's that?!" Goku asked as he and Poto were looking for the power signature that they sensed.

"What' wrong?" Master Roshi would ask as he would turn to his past student.

"I... I don't know... Something's coming this way." Goku elaborated as Poto continued continue to explain. Bulma looked out to the ocean as she donnee a stern glance.

"And this power I'm sensing... It's not familiar at all. Actually, I've never sensed it before, but I can tell one thing," The Saiyan boy explained.

"What is it?" Krillin asked.

"It's powerful." Poto finished as the figure became more visible. He was not a face familiar to him, or probably any of the people on the island.

"There it is..! Here he comes..." Goku pointed out as he looked up.

"!" Poto looked in shock as he saw and recognized the armor the individual was wearing... It was Saiyan armor! He wrapped his tail up as he didn't know if this alien visitor was here for trouble, and by the feel of his Ki, he just might be here to start a fight.

"Who... WHO IS THAT?!" Krillin yelled, startled as the figure flew down.

All who were present would be looking up as they took in the visitor as he landed on the ground with a slow hover.

'This is trouble, I can feel it!' Master Roshi thought as he would see the man who had landed.

The person was a tall muscular man who had long spiky hair that went down to his knees with a prominent widow's peak, and would have a futuristic device on his left ear as it extended to his eye with a green visor. He wore brown and black Saiyan battle armor with his tail wrapped around his waist, while also having accesory bands. One on his left leg and the other on his right arm. He would be standing tall as he smirked at the people there woth a very high energy.

Everyone readied themselves in their own different way. Bulma took a cautious step back and Gohan hid behind his father. Master Roshi stood there sternly as Goku, Krillin and Poto got into their stances as he would hear the continuous beeping of the device on the man's face.

"So... It appears we finally meet." He began as he folded his arms and looked at Goku. "You're all grown up." He continued, confusing the tall fighter.

"!" Goku would widen his eyes as he didn't expect that from the stranger.

"But I could tell it was you at a glance, Kakarot."

Kakarot...

'KAKAROT?!' Poto's shot open as he looked at Goku in an entirely different fashion. Was he truly who his father would be speaking of as the warrior who would beast Frieza? No... He had to make sure. He then looked away and let the man continue as Goku said the name in confusion.

"Kaka... What?" The fighter questioned as he was baffled by the name's bizzare sound.

"My, how you look like our father." The man went on as this would only add more uncertainty and confusion into the mix of the Earthlings.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Bulma asked as she said something since the stranger arrive.

"Goku, do you... Know this guy?" Krillin questioned as he would check with his friend.

"What the hell have you been doing all these years?! Your mission was to terminate every life form on this planet, so why haven't you done it?!" He demanded as Gohan would quivered in fear.

The others looked in confusion as Krillin walked forward.

"Now look here, mister. I don't know what you're talking about but we've heard enough. It's time for you to get going. Orrrr, since you have trouble following instructions, maybe I should point you in the right direction." Krillin exllaoned as Raditz turned his head and smirk as he neared the man. Goku then saw his tail glow as he called out to his friend.

"Krillin, get back now!" Goku yelled in respone.

But it was too late, as the man used his tail and lashed Krillin aside, sending him flying as blood was spat from the monk's mouth. He hit hit the wall of Kame House, were it not for Poto catching him right before he collided and would only heavily indent it instead.

"Krillin! You.. Unh!" Goku was thrown in for another loop as the man was not sporting a tail, like how Gohan, Poto and what he had at some point.

The others were shocked, along with Poto. Goku then looked at Poto and realize that he had a tail too. But kept quiet as he didn't want the stranger to target the boy next.

"So you finally remembered who I am." The stranger became satisfied with the warrior's reaction.

Goku tried to speak as he looked at his son, but would then look back at the man as he firmly denied it.

"I don't know what you're talking about!" Goku shouted back as he guarded his son. Bulma then snatched him up as Poto then let Krillin stand on his own before the man could speak any further.

"Kakarot!" The man yelled back. "You're not from this world. You're from a distant planet called Vegeta..." Raditz started as he explained the backstory of Goku's apparent heritage. "Home of the Saiyan race, the most powerful warriors in the universe." He would finish as everyone would be shell-shocked, save for Poto but equally caught off guard for being revealed that Goku was not only a Saiyan, but the touted Kakarot.

"And as for your other question, I am Raditz. Your older brother.

This csused another staggering moment as everyone was not ready for the other tibit of info that the newly named Raditz would have told them.

"He's your brother, Goku?" Krillin asked scarcely as he would look at his friend with shock.

"Kaka- I mean, You have a brother?!" Poto asked as he covered his slight slip up, covered by the sheer shock of the situation.

"It's gotta be some kind of joke!" Bulma quickly denied as Goku would agree.

"If it's a joke, it's not very funny." Goku would follow up as they would stare down the Saiyan warrior Raditz.

"This is crazy! If Goku's really an alien like he says, then what's he doing here?" Krillin asked as Raditz chuckled.

"It's pretty simple, actually. Kakarot was sent here. He was sent here as a child to destroy every being being on this planet." Raditz explained as it sounded more and more ridiculous, but it was nevertheless true.

"What?!" Goku exclaimed for the millionth time.

"We Saiyans are not only warriors, but businessmen." Raditz went through as he then told Goku that they would raze the civilizations of habitable planets, and depending on the power levels of the inhabitants, the adults would be sent for strong ones, and the infants for weak ones. He would have been no different, hadn't he lost his memory. He would even comment on the moon being so large, and that he should've done the deed in about one to two years.

"The moon? What are you talking about Goku questioned as Poto would be silent as he absorbed all this information. This was all be very historical and complicated, so he wouldn't really have much to say, but would only listen.

"You must know! How the hell did you live here your entire life and never find out the key to unlocking your true potential!" Raditz demaned as he then saw that Goku's tail was absent. The others sans Poto would react adversely to Goku's tail being mentioned for unknown reasons to Poto.

"Y-Your tail, Kakarot! Where is it!" Raditz would interrogate his brother.

"Excuse me-" Goku looked back as he checked for it.

"YOUR TAIL! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR TAIL!" Raditz shouted out as Goku realized what he was talking about.

"Oh, it got cut off a long time ago." Goku anwsered.

"Y-You fool! Do you even know what you've done?! That explains you were able to have blended in so well with these miserable humans so well!" Raditz figured it out as he put the pieces together.

"It doesn't matter! Even if you're my older brother and I'm some alien from outer space that came from another planet is irrelevant! No brother of mine would do all the horrible things you've done!" Goku ultimately denied it with all his might as he would point his thumb to himself after he finished that part of his speech.

"My name is Goku! And this IS my home! And you're not welcome here!" Goku yelled out as Raditz closed his eyes and smiled.

The others would jump out to verbally defend their friend as Raditz would listen to their justifications.

"It will take more than shouting to get me to leave. Powerful though we are, we Saiyans were never strong in number, and once more our proud race was wiped out by a meteor that struck out home planet Vegeta." Raditz starter up again as he gave further backstory to the Saiyan's demise. He would then tell Goku that including him there are only four left of Saiyan descent. He then continued about a conquest with another Saiyan and how Goku was going to be their key aspect. But Goku vehemently refused as the tensions would rise higher.

Finally he noticed that not only one, but two children there would have tails.

"You know there's something I've been wondering. The brat behind the blue haired woman and the runt across to your right. Do they happen to be your children, Kakarot?" Raditz questioned as he would wait for an anwser.

"We're not his sons!" Poto would anwser as he would snap out of his lore stupor as he would try to prevent anything happening to Gohan as he was scared out of his wits at the moment.

"That's right!" Goku would deny as he would glare at the alien.

"You can't fool me, Kakarot. I can see their tails from here. Those boys, both of them harbor Saiyan blood in their veins." Raditz would confirm as he began to walk towards Goku, as he seemed to be the weaker target as in comparison to Poto.

"You stay away from me!" Goku warned as he would get into a stance as Poto and Krillin would join him.

"I was going to reason with you, but apparently you don't know what's best for your youngest son. So I'm going to have to take him with me." Raditz decided as he approached Gohan.

"Don't you take a step closer to my son." Goku strongly warned as Raditz didn't halt. But as soon as he reeled for a punch, Raditz would phase as he would then knee Goku right in the plexus.

This caused the strongest man in the woard to be launched into the air as Roshi and the others watched onto the sandy coast as Gohan ran to his father who was in intense pain.

Gohan was halfway there when Raditz would go to pick him up. But Poto would reached there just in the nick of time and swatted the Saiyan's hand. This only stopped the man for a brief bit as Poto was soon uppercutted into the air, over the house and onto the other side of the island. He landed as he was wincing in pain as he tried to get up.

Radotz then snatched Gohan by the back of the shirt as he tried to escape.

"So as I said. I'll be taking your son. And if you want to see him alive again, you'll do as your big brother tells you." Raditz stated as he looked down at Goku.

"D-Damn you!" Goku would strain out as he was on the floor.

"The choice is yours. But for my nephew's sake, I hope you make the right decision. But still, you should show a gesture of your allegiance. Oh, i have just the thing. Slaughter 100 humans in 24 hours. If you get some bloodlust feel free to take more. Stack the bodies on the beach." Raditz gave Goku an ultimatum.

"What?!" Goku exclaimed as the others would show faces of horror as Gohan would have stop crying and look down in despair.

"I can't wait to see the fate you decide for your son, Kakarot. Now, try not to worry as I won't hurt your son and my nephew unless I have to." Raditz explained as Gohan would struggle and beg for the warrior not to hurt him.

"Gohan...!" Goku strtched out as he would try to grasp for his son. Poto recovered from the fearsome blow with some blood coming from his mouth and a nasty scratch on his chin as he saw the situation. Raditz evily laughed as Gohan begged, BEGGED for his father's aid.

"Daddy, please help me! PLEEEASEE!" The boy cried as he struggled as Raditz continued to laugh.

A/N:

And Raditz has arrived as the Saiyan Saga begins!

Now that we're into Z proper, Pogo will actually have to try for once, Raditz's strength actually able to catch the supressed boy off guard as he kidnaps Gohan!

Goku down on the floor with an ultimatum and Poto downed, it looks as if Raditz has successfully put up unbearable terms!

If they want to recover Gohan, they'll have to act quickly!
