Hello everyone, hope your pre-Easter weekend is going great! I have another chapter for you and it's longer than the last! If I keep this up, I might not need the songs, nope still going to do them eventually.

Chapter 5 the Talk
(Eliza's POV)
"Bucky, just the person I was trying to avoid." Eliza says then turns her car back on so she could roll up her window. She turns it off again grabbing her phone and her keys putting them in the hidden pockets of her dress before she gets out.
"Oh, E you don't mean that." Bucky says with his annoying smile.
"Yes, I do. This day is about my mom, I'm here for her not you." Eliza says slamming her door shut and locking her car.
"I know, see I made sure she had a banner right in the middle to be revealed." Bucky says putting an arm on her shoulder which she shrugs off.
"One banner, that's so nice, but then why are there still ten banners of you all over the park and brand new I might add." Eliza says glaring at him.
"Because I'm me!" Bucky says doing his stupid jazz hands.
"So, not much has changed. I've wasted enough time talking to you." Eliza says leaving him and going to find her mom. She finds her talking to Bree's mom Grace. She quickly makes her way over.
"Hey, mom. Hi, Mrs. Murphy." Eliza says when she's closer.
"Hello, dear." Margret says.
"Hello, Eliza." Grace says.
"How did your trial run go?" Margret asks excitedly.
"A success all for all three." Eliza says with a smile then looks around.
"Are you looking for Addison and Bree?" Margret asks.
"How'd you know?" Eliza asks even though she knows the answer.
"She's your mom, and we saw Bucky." Grace says.
"I wasn't even out of the car yet. And he just appeared." Eliza shivers.
"Don't worry Addison and Bree will keep you away from him." Margret says.
"I hope so, anyway where are they?" Eliza asks.
"Over by the stage, you can't miss them." Grace says as she points to the stage. Eliza turns around, Mrs. Murphy wasn't kidding. There close to the left side of the stage is Addison and Bree both practicing their cheer routine.
"Thank you, I'll be front and center when it starts." Eliza says giving her mom a hug and then leaving them to join her friends.
"Hey guys." Eliza says.
"Eliza, you made it." Addison says.
"I not going to miss anything that will honor my mom." Eliza says.
"We know." Bree says with a smile.
"So, did you watch New Moon like Zoey asked?" Addison asks.
"Yes, I did." Eliza says.
"And your project? Your mom was telling us about how you went to the forest to test everything out." Bree says.
"It, went better than I could have imagined." Eliza says with a smile.
"That's so nice, when will we be able to see it?" Addison asks.
"Probably after I have a talk with your mom, I want to ask her if we can do a clean-up of the forest." Eliza says.
"I know Mayor Well's will say yes." Bree says with smile.
"Thanks Bree." Eliza says.
"So, who's ready for the Homecoming game next week?" Addison asks.
"Me, I can't wait to fly during half-time." Bree says.
"I'll be there, to support you guys and Zed like I always do." Eliza says.
"And the Homecoming Dance?" Addison asks.
"I wasn't going to go." Eliza says.
"Why not we go every year." Bree says.
"No, you two drag me every year, besides what will make this year better than last year?" Eliza asks.
"The theme is: Fierce and Fabulous and since the gym got a re-model this summer, we have more space." Bree says.
"Why is this so important to you?" Eliza asks.
"Because it's our last year, after this year were all going our separate ways." Bree says.
"I know that." Eliza says.
"Which is why we want to spend as much time as we can together." Addison says.
"You know I never have the right thing to wear right?" Eliza says.
"I know, but don't worry that's why you have us." Bree says then gives her a hug and Addison joins in.
"Oh, no." Addison whispers.
"What?" Eliza asks.
"Bucky's coming this way." Addison says.
"Ugh, he already bugged me before I was even out of my car." Eliza groans.
"Hey, let's get closer to the stage your mom getting on stage." Bree says. As the trio moves away from Bucky and to the front of the stage.
"Welcome everyone to this gathering in the park. Today we honor a mother and friend for her continued hard work at Seabrooke Powerplant. Please help me give a warm welcome to Margret Zmith!" Mayor Wells says. Everyone cheers and claps as Margret takes the stage.
"Thank you, Mayor Well's and all of you thank you. I'm pleased to be here with all of you today. I proud to say that at Seabrooke Powerplant we have created our own renewable energy!" Margret says. Everyone claps and cheers as Mayor Well's come over and hands her a Metal.
"Thank you, Margret, for all that you do, the Powerplant would still be in shambles without you." Mayor Wells says. Margret just smiles and the Mayor gives the cue for the banner behind the stage to be revealed. Everyone gasps.
Eliza had expected for the banner to show her mother at her best instead this was a banner of her mom at her lowest when her dad left them.
"Bucky Buchanan what is the meaning of this?!" Mayor Wells demands coming off the stage and towards her nephew.
"Auntie you asked me to have a banner made and I did." Bucky says.
"And that's the best you could find? What is wrong with you?" Mrs. Murphy asks as she approached them.
"I'm not surprised, he did the exact same thing to Zed when he was trying to run for Class President." Addison says disappointed in her cousin for his actions.
"Mrs. Zmith I'm so sorry about this I had no idea." Mayor Wells says to Margret.
"It's not your fault, thank you for the award." Margret says and gets off stage.
"Eliza I'm so sorry. If I had known I would have asked my mom to take it down." Addison says.
"I not mad at you; Bucky just can't handle when the spotlight isn't on him!" Eliza yells. How the hell did he get that picture the three of them were alone.
"Who gave you that?" Bree asks taking the words right out of Eliza's mouth.
"Oh, Bree, it wasn't given to me I was there." Bucky says.
"You were stalking us?!" Eliza yells.
"Does stalking imply me sitting outside of your house the late hours of the night?" Bucky asks. Eliza goes over to him and slaps him hard across the face leaving a handprint. "Ouch! Auntie did you see what she did to me?" Bucky complains.
"I'd say it's the kindest thing she could have done. Bucky just how many times have you been 'sitting outside' their house?" Mayor Wells asks.
"Mom you don't need to ask him that all you need is right here and the Zmith's aren't the only ones." Addison says as she holds up Bucky's camera handing it to her mom. Mayor Wells looks through the photos the passes the camera to Margret. Then Margret passes the camera to her daughter fuming at Bucky. When Eliza looks at the photo's she sees herself, her mom, Bree, Zed, and Zoey all at their worst moments.
"What the hell, Bucky did stalking become a new hobby for you?" Eliza asks. "I can understand your dislike for me and Zed, but Zoey is a child what has she done to do to have you want to expose her like this?!" Eliza yells.
"I don't dislike you or Zed or even Zoey, this is my new passion." Bucky says.
"Well, Bucky you're going to have to find a new one, before this becomes an unhealthy obsession." Margret says. "Missy can I talk to you?" Margret asks Addison's mom. With a wave of her hand Missy has Bucky taken to her car by security. Missy, Margret, and Grace head over to the punch bowl to talk, leaving the trio by themselves.
"Oh, Eliza I'm so sorry." Addison says hugging Eliza.
"Like I said it's not your fault. I just need to know if he has any copies of those photos." Eliza says.
"Bucky could have given them to the ACEY's they are they would do whatever he wants." Bree says.
"Great, I'll add them to the list." Eliza says rolling her eyes and wrapping the camera strap around her neck.
"Hey, let's get something to eat we can't plot on an empty stomach." Addison says pulling them over to the buffy table. Once they get what they want they find a table and eat in silence.
"Oh, Addison there's something I need from you, it's related to the clean-up of the forest." Eliza says after a while. "Sure." Addison says. "Okay, well first I need you to ask your mom if it's okay to do it. And then I want to do a trial test at her office, is that pit still there in the front of the building?" Eliza asks. "Yes, it is." Addison says. "Great, that is where I'll run my test." Eliza says. "When do you want to have the clean-up and the test?" Addison says. "Honestly I wanted it to happen this coming week, but it will have to wait until the following week." Eliza says. "Okay, you can count on me." Addison says.
While Bree and Addison chat about homecoming dresses make-up Eliza's mind wonders to Wyatt, not because she likes, no it's just if Bucky was watching her house, he could have seen Wyatt and she doesn't want to add more problems than his pack already has. Then her mind wonders to earlier today when she was in the forest with Wyatt and Bonzo. She smiles remembering when Wyatt wrapped his arms around her and spun her around, she blushed a little at the thought.
"So, who is he?" Bree asks snapping Eliza out of her daze.
"What? Who?" Eliza asks.
"Eliza, we've known you since the 5th grade, we know when you're crushing on a guy." Addison says.
"There is no guy." Eliza says not meeting their gaze.
"Eliza, we both saw you blushing come on we promise we won't tell anyone." Addison says.
"Not, even Zed?" Eliza counters.
"Not, Zed or Zoey." Addison says.
"So, what his name?" Bree asks.
"His name is Wyatt." Eliza says.
"Is he cute?" Addison asks.
"Yes, but the more I talk to him, he's going from cute to good looking." Eliza says. I sound ridiculous I barely know the guy.
"So, what does he do? Is he into science, sports, or books?" Bree asks.
"I'm not completely sure, he does like the outdoors and he could be into sports, but we don't talk about that kind of stuff." Eliza says.
"So, what do you talk about?" Addison asks.
"Well, I hardly know the guy so, not much not yet." Eliza says. I wish I didn't have to lie to you guys, but I made a promise and I have to keep it.
"Well, okay. So, what does he look like?" Addison asks.
"And is he being nice to you?" Bree asks.
"He's not Zed's height he has black hair and dark brown eyes. He is taller than us. Yes, Bree he's nice a little sarcastic, but then again so am I." Eliza says. Not to mention his cologne or natural musk makes him smell so good.
"So, when do we meet him?" Addison asks.
"You act like were dating." Eliza says.
"Well, aren't you?" Bree asks.
"No, we barely met this week." Eliza says.
"Oh, well when you're both comfortable we really do want to meet him." Addison says.
"That's if he wants to." Eliza mumbles softly. Soon Margret comes over with Grace.
"Hey, mom, Mrs. Murphy." Eliza says.
"Addison, your mother is waiting for you by her car. She had Bucky taken back to your house with your father." Margret says.
"Okay, I'll see you guys tomorrow for school." Addison says getting up with her plate and dashing to her mom's car.
"Bree, we need to get going, but Margret were still going to make those crafts for the elementary school later tonight? I'll have my workshop already for us." Grace asks.
"Of course, I'll be by around 7." Margret says. Bree hugs Eliza, then follows her mom to her car.
"And then there were two." Eliza says. "Are you okay?" Margret asks. "I'll be fine as long as Bucky stays away from us." Eliza says. "Don't worry, I told Missy that I want a restraining order for the both of us against him. I'll talk to Zed's father on my way to Grace's tonight and see if he wants to do the same for his kids." Margret says. "Good, though I think it needs to be more than that." Eliza says. "I know, but you graduate in May. Plus, you won't be here for much longer after that." Margret says. "I know." Eliza says. "Are you ready to go?" Margret asks. "Yeah, I just want to take some food to-go. I'll see you at home?" Eliza asks. "I'll see you at home." Margret says then makes her way to her car. Eliza takes her plate and cup to the trash then gets a fresh plate.
She gets some BBQ ribs and some peas and a can of lime soda for Wyatt, after she tracks down some plastic wrap she heads to her car. Putting the plate on the floor in her backseat she heads home. When she gets there, she gets out and taking the plate of food and locking her car. Unlocking the front door and closing it behind her she puts the food in the fridge and heads up to her room to change. She sets the camera on her nightstand.
She knows her mom will be going to Bree's for a couple hours so she grabs Eclipse, before she puts it in, she gets out more of her ingredients to make more for her experiment she decides to make one more batch before she has to get more supplies. Her mom lets her know that she's leaving a quarter to 7. She puts the movie in and hits play, as the preview's roll she heads downstairs to warmup the food for Wyatt and get a snack for herself. Putting everything on a tray she heads back up to her room.
Once inside Wyatt is already there waiting with a smile on his face.
"Hey, is that for me?" Wyatt asks. "Some of it." Eliza says as she puts the tray on the bed. "Sweet, thanks." Wyatt says as he takes off his shoes. "You're welcome." Eliza says as she sits on her bed. "Is this another one of those movies from that series?" Wyatt asks as he too sits on her bed. "Yes, it is. The soda is for you." Eliza says as she takes her plate from the tray. They eat in silence and watch the movie for a while. When Eliza is done, she puts her plate on her nightstand and grabs Bucky's camera and heads over to her computer desk. She turns on her computer waiting for it to start up.
She takes out the memory card and puts it in her MicroSD reader and puts it in the USB port. When the folder appears, she clicks on it and reveals all of what she saw earlier today.
"What's all this?" Wyatt asks. "Oh, just pictures of my family and friends that I was not aware were being taken." Eliza says. "Why would someone do that?" Wyatt asks drinking the last of his lime soda. "Because they only live to make others feel miserable. Which reminds me, did you see a green and pink van with some guys face on it?" Eliza asks. "No, I would have let you know, that sounds odd." Wyatt says. "Yeah well, if you do see him let me know." Eliza says. "Is he bothering you?" Wyatt asks. "Yes, but I've got it handled." Eliza says as she types away. "What are you doing?" Wyatt asks.
"Some hacking." Eliza says as she looks through the ACEY's cloud, just like Bree said they had copies. Not for long, I already wiped Bucky's this could take a while. Eliza gets up from her computer and sits at the table with all her ingredients. Wyatt sits across from her.
"So, how'd it go with the Mayor is she going to say yes to the Clean-up?" Wyatt asks. "I'm waiting for Addison to get back to me on that. What about your sister?" Eliza asks. "It took some convincing, but she wants to meet with you on Wednesday." Wyatt says. "I can do that, I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't Thursday." Eliza says. "Why? What's happening Thursday?" Wyatt asks. "My friends will probably be taking me shopping for a dress for the homecoming dance." Eliza says rolling her eyes. "You don't want to go?" Wyatt asks. "Not, really, but it's our last year." Eliza says as she starts measuring her ingredients.
"You wanted to ask me something earlier, before you left." Wyatt says. "What? No, I didn't." Eliza says. "Yeah, you did with your eyes, it was right after I told you what happened to my Dad." Wyatt says. "Oh, right. You told me that the Moonstone could heal your recent injuries, so why didn't it heal you Dad?" Eliza asks. "Well, injuries like broken bones, sprains, and cuts. My Dad had internal bleeding, and it didn't stop. And unfortunately, it can't fix cut off ears." Wyatt says. "Now, it makes sense, you can track people right if you have their scent?" Eliza asks. "Yes, as long as the trail is fresh." Wyatt says. "So, if you wanted to you could find me?" Eliza asks. "I could as long as I have your scent and the trail is fresh." Wyatt says then unexpectedly leans over and takes a whiff. Eliza looks at him wide-eyed.
"Just like this stupid movie, the only way I would be able to find you is a piece of clothing." Wyatt says as he leans back. "That does make sense." Eliza says as she finishes off the last 12 of her test tubes and 2 flasks. "That's a lot." Wyatt says. "Are you kidding? It's not nearly enough. Give me a hand please and be careful." Eliza says as she gets up taking the 2 flasks with her Wyatt stands and grabs the 12 test tubes. She opens the fridge and makes room before she takes the tubes from Wyatt. They finish watching Eclipse then Wyatt gets ready to leave.
"So, I'll see you Wednesday?" Wyatt asks. "Yes, around 3?" Eliza asks. "Yeah, and you'll have an answer for us by then?" Wyatt asks. "Yes, I should." Eliza says with a smile. "Cool, you table screen is flashing." Wyatt says pointing to her computer. "Huh? Oh, you mean my computer, thanks." Eliza says as she goes over and sees that all the files have been removed from the ACEY's cloud she smiles.
"All good?" Wyatt asks. "Yes, better even." Eliza says. "Cool, I have to go, it's my turn to watch the werepups." Wyatt says as he heads over to her window. "Have fun, with that." Eliza says. "I will." Wyatt says with a toothy grin the jumps out of her window. Eliza sighs then takes the movie out of her DVD player and back in its case. She takes the dishes downstairs and washes them. When she's done, she goes back to her room and gets under the covers and instantly falls asleep.
