The hunt begins
The ICW the overarching government for the wizards of the world held a extraordinary amount of power, however due to its size it moved at a ponderous pace. To counter this it had created divisions and committees to handle certain aspects of its governing in a more streamlined fashion. These were each named as guilds during the times of the founding such as the potion master's guild,a place into which new potions were brought for evaluation and recipe distribution, each country however has the last say on what is allowed to enter their borders so there might be some potions that are illegal in one country that are perfectly fine in another but are both approved by the ICW.
The problem with the organisation though is that it was created for primarily wizards. This means that a lot of the magical population falls through the cracks as other than when it comes to certain laws they leave the management of the local magical populations up to the local governments. They do however take a dim view of possible threats to the magical world being revealed and brazen attacks by werewolves and dark wizards usually are taken care of with hit wizards or by having the perpetrators made examples of.
The only reason that britain was not was the political weight of Dumbledore and that all of the open fighting had been done within the UK. True there had been recruitment outside but all that had done was take the unsavoury elements from the other countries to one they had now been stranded due to the boundary magics refusing them re-entry.

The forests were quiet as the pack moved through it. It was not long after a full moon and they had just turned a few new members, increasing their pack size. Now they were moving to find an area that was isolated enough that they could set up a camp away from both prying eyes and the magicals. It would not be long before the Aurors figured out who had been behind the raid and there would be another call for the packs arrest or destruction.
There were even bounties posted in gringotts for the hit wizards but none were brave enough to go after a pack alone. It would take one of the governments to arrange a group with a large payment before they would do something.
So here they were in the stifling heat of the summer, however there was just something about the trees that surrounded them. It triggered their instincts, the lack of wind did not help as it limited how far they could pick up a scent. Even with their enhanced hearing all they could pick up was the normal woodland noises so on they went but with the hairs on the back of their necks raised as if someone was watching them.

Were wolves! And feral ones at that. They disgusted her. She did not mind the wild dogs that lived with nature in their small villages making a living and looking after their packs but it was these feral dogs that caused everyone a problem. Just roaming around and attacking when the mood struck.
So here atalanta was crouched in a tree watching the pack move carefully through the woodlands. In the past three years she had regained her proficiency with her beloved bow as well as gained a reputation for herself for her hunts during the breaks from School. She had found that most of the hit wizards relied on solely magic to solve their problems so when a problem had even the slightest immunity to magic they became stumpt. However Atalanta being a trained huntress she used every resource available and magic was just another tool in her arsenal.
Her current target is the werewolf pack, so here she was moving through the woodland with an incredible display of agility and speed. From tree to tree she kept pace with the pack. Stalking them Tauropolos in hand. She had been on the stalk for the past few hours to ensure that all of the targets were there. From what she could tell they were as she had already identified the alpha and his betas she was now just waiting for them to set up camp.
They would lower their guard while in camp making her job easier. It did not take long for them to choose a site. So Atalanta seeing her target zone picked an area to fire from. Getting into a solid stance to absorb the recoil she readied tauropolos and sighted down her bow at the camp.
The sights on the Alpha, the man standing shouting orders at his an arrow she drew it back carefully and closed her eyes to get a rhythm with her breathing. Once settled she opened her eyes and when ready loosed. It was not long before she was into an almost mechanical rhythm load, draw, release, repeat.
Another hunt complete all that was left was the completion note with a port key for clean up.
She herself would be long gone by the time they arrived to dispose of the ferals. Gringotts would put the pay into her account then she would be off back to school.

In the ICW an old goblin representative for the nation was walking through the halls towards the law enforcement divisions for his monthly meeting. While it was called a meeting it was more an accounting of new and old contracts on criminals so that both sides do not break jurisdictions and on what has been handed in to whom.
"Backbreaker welcome." came the voice of the goblins counterpart for the meeting, a member of the inter species department who was always present to ensure that his colleague did not screw up too badly. With a curt nod to the man as he was an extra to the business at hand he approached the desk and sat.
"Director" the goblin grunted as he pulled out the stacks of files for the meeting. "Director" the man opposite returned just as briskly, both were straight to the point personalities and it irked the extra that the law enforcement director actually got on better with the goblin than he did.
"As per our agreement i have the usual updates. The first pile is goblin criminals, the second wizards wanted for goblin crimes. The third is wizard contracts completed." the goblin explained getting a nod from his counter.
The wizard pulled out a similar pile " updated criminal files, updated list of wanted for goblins, and new contracts to be posted." said the director they had both done this they knew how it went.
Backbreaker pulled out the only completed contract and laid it on the table. Before tapping it with a claw " The contract completed was the one for the feral pack of wolves, confirmed by our specialist as completed, completer huntress." he explained
This shocked them. That was a large contract designed for a team. The contract had been necessary as the pack had been causing too much damage, drawing too much attention. Then there was the mysterious huntress, a person who worked in both the wizarding and normal worlds if her 'hunts' called for it. They knew she was magical as she would have to be to use gringotts and she created portkeys to the location of her hunt however she seemed to prefer not to use magic on the job.
It was something that had all of the ICW in confusion. And here he was having to release payment for yet another one of her impossible jobs. Well at least now all he had to worry about is that stupid world cup. At least no one is stupid enough to do something their!
