Santana chuckles softly following her daughter into the bedroom where her girlfriend is still fast asleep and smiles slightly as she looks up at her, she slowly nods her head silently telling her to go ahead holding her phone to record her and covers her mouth laughing as her daughter takes a running jump onto the bed right on top of Brittany.

Brittany grunts out a laugh slowly waking up as Bella bounces on her stomach and quickly grabs her pulling her in a hug. ''Good morning sweetie.''
Bella smiles brightly turning her head to kiss her cheek and giggles. ''Happy birthday mama, Tio Puck told me you are old now!''
Santana smiles in amusement as she hears her girlfriend grumble and walks over to the bed, she leans down kissing her girlfriends head and smiles lovingly as two pairs of blue eyes look up at her. ''Good morning and happy birthday mi amor.''
''Mh thank you love.'' Brittany murmurs smiling lovingly, Santana pecks her on the lips turning to her daughter and smiles.
''Will you pick out clothes for yourself and mama? I will set the table for breakfast before the group comes over.'' She leans down kissing her head as she nods her head with a bright smile and turns to her girlfriend. ''Coffee mi amor?''
She leans down kissing her softly as she nods her head smiling tiredly and nods her head to Bella. ''Go get ready, I will make us some.'' She walks out of the room after kissing her once again and walks down the hallway into the kitchen, after throwing a cup of her girlfriends favorite vanilla blend into the Keurig she sets the table and pulls out her phone opening the group birthday chat she made for Britt's birthday.
I am scared shitless guys, what if she hates the gift?
She places her phone down grabbing the strawberry cheese french toast roll ups she made and places the plate on the table, she places her girlfriends cup of coffee beside her plate and reaches into the cupboard grabbing the syrup.
She grabs her phone as it buzzes and unlocks it chuckling as she sees that all their friends reacted.
Fabitch: She won't hate it S.
Emster: Yeah she will love it San.
Jake: Yeah I agree with the girls.
Kitty: I may not know her for long but I can see how much she loves you and Bella, she will love the gift Santana.
Mercedes: I agree with Kitty, hell I am quite sure that she will cry the second she opens it San.
Marley: That girl loves the both of you to death San, she will be a fool saying no.
Puck: Try to calm yourself down S, don't stress all too much about this alright? Brittany will love the gift and I agree with Cedes, she will shed some tears because you give her the greatest gift.
She turns her phone on silent after thanking them hearing the floor creak knowing her girlfriend and daughter are walking towards the kitchen and grabs her own cup of coffee, she smiles as her girlfriend walks into the kitchen with Bella contently settled on her back and chuckles. ''Too tired to walk on your own mija?''
Bella nuzzles her face in Brittany's shoulder and giggles. ''No but mama is comfy.'' Brittany laughs easily moving her around so she is cuddled against her chest and drops her in her chair after kissing her head.
''You can get a piggy back anytime you want sweetie.''
Bella tips her head back looking up at her with a big smile and giggles. ''So everyday?''
Brittany chuckles leaning down and kisses her head. ''Everyday.''
Santana smiles lovingly placing some roll ups on their plates and tops it with more strawberries, she drizzles a bit of chocolate sauce on top of them and adds a bit of syrup to her girlfriends plate. After finishing it with a bit of whipped cream she places her daughters plate in front of her and kisses her head. ''Eat your banana too mija.''
She turns to her girlfriend softly pushing her towards her seat and smiles lovingly ignoring the nerves. ''Sit down Britt-Britt.'' She slides into the chair next to her taking another sip of her coffee and smiles as Brittany leans over kissing her cheek.
''Thank you for breakfast love.'' Brittany murmurs smiling lovingly as she places her hand on her thigh under the table, she turns to Bella and shoots her a wink. ''You too sweetie.''
''Anytime mi amor.'' Santana answers for the both of them, she squeezes the hand placed on her thigh softly and smiles lovingly. ''Eat up Britt-Britt.'' She murmurs after taking a bite herself.
She takes another sip of her coffee listening to her girlfriend and daughter talk about the fun they had in the park with all their friends and smiles lovingly hearing the joy in both of their voices, she leans back intertwining her hand with Britt's on her thigh the second she finishes her breakfast and watches her daughter pop the last slice of banana in her mouth.
She chuckles as she turns to her the second she drank the last sip of her orange juice and slightly nods her head to Brittany, Bella smiles brightly turning to Brittany and clears her throat. ''Mama?''
''Yes sweetie?'' Brittany asks after taking a sip of her coffee.
''Can we give you our gifts before the group comes? Maybe during some family cuddling on the couch?''
Brittany nods her head squeezing her girlfriends hand softly as she trembles and turns back to Bella after shooting her a concerned glance. ''That sounds like an amazing idea Bell's.''
''Go grab the gifts mija, I will quickly clean up.'' Santana tells her daughter slowly standing up gathering their plates and cups, she walks to the dishwasher as Bella slides off of the chair running out of the kitchen and chuckles. ''No running through the apartment!''
''What's wrong love?'' Brittany asks softly as she wraps her arms around Santana's waist from behind, Santana licks her lips leaning back against her and sighs softly.
''Just a bit nervous babe, that will pass soon.''
''Why?'' Brittany asks softly as she walks them into the living room silently telling her that cleaning the kitchen can wait, she drops down on the couch pulling her in her lap and kisses her shoulder.
''Because I don't know if you like our gifts.''
''Oh baby, I will love everything you and Bell's give me but you didn't have to buy me anything. Spending my birthday with the two of you and our family is more than enough.''

Brittany laughs looking over her shoulder as Bella's voice bounces off of the walls and smiles lovingly as she sees her walking towards them carrying a bag with a pout on her face, Santana breaths out a laugh seeing the pout on her daughters face and shakes her head sliding off of her girlfriends lap. ''Sorry mija, but we can cuddle all together now.''
She smiles lovingly as she watches Bella immediately climb on Brittany's lap after handing her the bag and crosses her legs under her butt facing her girlfriend, she smiles nervously reaching into the bag and grabs a photo album handing it Bella.
She takes the small note attached to it and taps it silently telling her daughter that she needs to hold on to that one, Bella takes the note off of the album and turns to her mama smiling brightly. ''Ready mama?''
She holds the photo album out as she nods her head raising a curious eyebrow at them acting quite secretive and smiles. ''This is from me.'' She tells her softly trying to distract her so she doesn't see Santana setting up her phone to record everything.
Brittany takes the album out of her little hands kissing her on the cheek thanking her softly and places it in both of their laps slowly flipping it open as soon as she made sure Bella is settled in her lap without the chance of falling down, she gasps softly as she sees the first picture of the both of them together laying cuddled up on the bed with Santana laying next to them with a small smile playing on her lips and smiles slightly. ''That was the first time the both of you slept over.'' She murmurs softly.
Santana nods her head in agreement and smiles lovingly. ''Yeah Bell's felt so safe that she almost immediately fell asleep on your chest while we watched frozen.''
Brittany hums turning back to the photo album kissing Bella's head as she cuddles into her and smiles lovingly as she flips through the other pages. ''In some pictures you were still so small sweetie, now you are a beautiful young sometimes a bit cheeky little girl.''
Bella giggles tilting her head to look up at her and smiles brightly. ''Because of mami and of you mama.''
Brittany flips through the last page smiling lovingly as she sees the picture they took at Bella's school months before where she had career day and licks her lips as she sees herself standing between the group of parents wearing her uniform with Bella cuddled into her wearing the cap that belongs to the uniform and a bright smile playing on her lips.''I love it, thank you sweetie.''
Bella sits back as soon as she sees Brittany looking at the last page and unfolds the little note, she glances at her mami taking a deep breath as she smiles reassuringly tears already gathering in her loving brown orbs and looks up at her mama hoping she memorized the poem she learned with her mami correctly. ''Mama?''
She releases a breath as she hums tilting her head down to look at her and smiles. ''God gave me one mami to love and guide me. When she needed help, he gave me you.''
Santana swallows thickly as she hears Brittany's soft gasp the second she hears Bella's poem and reaches into the bag pulling a big envelope out, she places it in Bella's lap as she notices her girlfriend still gazing into Bella's tear filled blue orbs and wipes away her tears.
Bella sniffles taking her mama's hands in her own after she placed the photo album down and gulps. ''My two moms both fill my heart with compassion and care. Because of them, I feel loved.'' She gazes into her mama's tear filled blue orbs and let's go off one of her hands, she takes the envelope still keeping their eyes locked and smiles nervously tears dripping down her cheeks. ''Since I turned three you are not only mi mami's girlfriend but also mi mama, you raised me with mi mami and everything I learned till now is what I learned from you and mami.''
Brittany gulps tears dripping down her cheeks slowly realizing where this is going and squeezes Bella's hand softly, Santana sniffles as her daughter turns to look at her and slowly nods her head. ''Bella is right.'' She starts her voice cracking, she smiles lovingly as tearful blue orbs turn to lock on her own and licks her lips. ''You were never just my girlfriend mi amor. You are Bella's second parent, the person she turns to when she needs help or when she needs to calm down from a nightmare. You let everything drop the second you hear that she is sick and you join her during school projects or career days when I can't, you show her the love only a parent can do and the past three years you raised her with me to be the amazing little girl she is now.''
She plucks Bella off of her lap kissing the top of her daughters head and takes a hold of the envelope, they both hold it out looking at Brittany and smile with tears in their eyes. ''So we wanted to ask you.'' Santana starts.
Bella sits up after wiping away her tears and smiles gazing into love filled tearful blue orbs. ''Will you officially become mi mama? Will you adopt me?''
