The morning came way too soon. My body was so sore from last night, but I managed to get up and get dressed for the day.

Matty wasn't in the bedroom, but by the smells coming from the kitchen I could guess where he was.

I walked out and my phone started to ring. It was Damon, I answered.

"About time you call me, Salvatore! I've been worried sick about you."

"Good morning princess. I'm fine. Just been spending quality time with Janie. The King's are about to send her, Alec, Demitri and Felix on a mission. So I'll be home sometime tomorrow.

Everyone says hi by the way. I just wanted to call you, because I knew if I didn't soon, you'd throw me in the Vervain room, and I've learned my lesson after the first dozen times." he responded. I squealed.

"So you're coming home?! Thank God. Wait. What mission are they going on?"

"Just someone rumored to be creating newborn children. They're going to check it out. If it's true, they'll bring the ones responsible to the Castle for punishment, And well, you know how everything works, being the Princess and all."

"Oh. Well, I wish them luck. I love you, Day. I'm going to eat breakfast with Matty. I'll see you when you get home."

"Okay principessa. I love you, too."

We hung up and I squealed again.

"Day is coming home! Finally. We'll have to throw a Welcome Home party for him. Care would be all for it." I said as I sat down to eat.

Matty smiled. "Sounds like a great idea. All we need is Bourbon and music. He'll love it."

I nodded. So true.

We finished eating and drinking our coffee, went to the bathroom and brushed our teeth. He grabbed his keys and we headed out the door for school.

He pulled into the parking lot next to Paul's truck and got out. I walked with him, holding his hand as we headed inside. We assorted our books at the lockers and headed to first period. I saw Stef and smiled at him.

"Let me guess. You heard from Damon?" he asked.

"Yep. I can't wait until he's home. I gotta have Care, Bekah and Alice help me throw a party. What do you think?"

"Really Bells? He was only gone for a little over a week."

"But, I already started planning it in my head, Stef. Please?" I pouted, batting my eyelashes.

He sighed. "Fine. Throw the party. You have my full support."

I squealed and hugged him tightly.

"Thanks, Steffie. You're the best."

We sat down as Mr Barret walked in and started the lesson.

Skip to lunch hour

Lunch rolled around, I jumped on Stefan's back as he walked through the line and got our trays. We paid and went to the table, where he dumped me on Matty's lap.

"That was rude, Steffie! You're lucky I love sitting here." I mock pouted. Everyone laughed. I sat up, staying in Matt's lap and started eating then I looked at the girls.

"Ok, baby vamp, witchy and Barbie Original, I'm going to need your help after school. We're throwing a Welcome Home party for Damon."

"Seriously Bells? Witchy? You hang around Damon too much." everyone nodded in agreement.

"I'm sorry, I just miss him, so I've been using his nicknames and phrases lately. He's not a bad guy to be around."

"Why don't you use the entertainment room at the house, Bells?" offered Ty.

"I don't know Ty. Are you sure about that? We could just use the Karaoke machine and bring it back when we're done."

" Don't worry about it, Bells. That's just more work. Besides, we have a bigger supply of alcohol than Damon. Come on, just use the entertainment room. I'm cool with it. I'm sure Charlie will be too."

I looked around at everyone and then Tyler for a moment and nodded.

"Okay, entertainment room it is. Steffie, you're in charge of getting him over there when he gets home." he nodded.

We all finished eating. The bell rang for 5th period. We all dumped our trays, I kissed Matt and made my way to Bio with Stef, Bekah and Kol.

I sat next to Edward and lifted my shield and whispered for him to read my mind. He nodded and class began.

We were handed tests to complete by the end of the hour. There were a hundred questions.

I finished mine with twenty minutes to spare and turned it in, then returned to my seat and got my sketchbook out.

I started sketching a portrait of Matt in his Football Jersey.

I was halfway done when the bell rang for free period.

I gathered my things and made my way outside.

I sat my stuff on the bleachers and began sketching again. I felt a presence beside me and it was Alice.

"You know, your quite the artist. I sketch too, mostly when I have a vision of a destination someone I know thinks of. I've been looking for Lilith's decisions, but get nothing.

I guess her being a demon, I can't really see her. I wish I could so I can do more to help."

"It's okay, Alice. There are other demons and the Winchester's looking for her. They will find her. We just have to be patient and live our lives as normal as we can until she's found. I appreciate you trying nonetheless." I said as I hugged her.

I finished the sketch and put it back in my backpack.

We stayed sitting as we watched our friends chasing each other and having fun.

Half hour later, the bell rang for the end of school. I made my way to Matt as we walked inside to gather our books.

Then we made our way to his truck, since he brought me to school. He pulled out the school lot and we all made our way to the Manor.

Since tomorrow is Saturday, I'm going to talk to Dad and Sam about having a bonfire after the party. Hopefully they agree.

Matt pulled into the driveway and we hopped out. I spotted Sam and walked over to him.

"Hey, Alpha. I got a question for you.

First, Damon will be home tomorrow. Could we possibly have a bonfire tomorrow night?"

"That's fine with me, Luna. Just ask Charlie." he smiled. I hugged him in thanks.

Dad wasn't home yet, so I'll ask him at dinner.

I went to the entertainment room with the girls to get started on setting things up. Care had gone to the store and bought some balloons and a Welcome Home sign.

I went to the karaoke machine and put a setlist for when we need it.

A couple hours later, everything was done. Almost everyone went home, Matt stayed for dinner, so he helped me cook.

Dad came home as soon as the burgers and homemade fries were done.

"Hey guys, Bells. What you all been up to?" he asked.

"Dad, Day will be home tomorrow and we were wanting to throw a party for him in the entertainment room and then a bonfire outback. Is that okay?"

"Sure, baby girl. Sounds great, just don't get too crazy or I'll have to call Liz."

I squealed and kissed his cheek.

"Thanks, Dad. I promise, we'll behave. Well, I can't speak for Damon."

He laughed. "Oh how true that is."

We all finished eating. I kissed Matty goodnight, did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and dining room.

Going upstairs, I gathered my PJs for a shower and made my way to the bathroom. Took a quick shower, dried off and brushed my hair and teeth.

I told everyone goodnight and went straight to bed. I couldn't wait until tomorrow.
