"Tori Vega, why did you kill the armed and dangerous shooter at the mall" asks Judge Hellen
"he shot my girlfriend and her sister in the ankles, I never intended to kill him, he killed two of my fellow classmates trying to get to me, my dad may be a republican but he has morals, that's why the shooter went after me, I aimed for his ankles not his heart, when I realized my aim was off I tried to save him" cries Tori
"We'd received a threatening letter from the killer the day prior to the mall incident, it said he was gonna kill Tori if it was the last thing he did, that her father was a Rino and deserved to see what it really meant to be a republican and he said if we tried to stop him he'd shoot at us as well, we'd let Frank and Tori and her two sisters know of the threat, I have Tori's response right here if you want me to play it" says Deputy Chief Jared Valentine
"I see, please play her response then" says Hellen
Jared: Your life is at risk Victoria, he's gunning to kill you, he sent us a letter
Tori: please don't use lethal or excessive force against him, don't stoop to his level, I don't care what color his skin is, he deserves a chance to defend himself in court
"I see" says Hellen as the prosecutor comes forward
"his family is dropping charges your honor, his wife who is mute is here as you can see and she after hearing that Tori would have rather had him have his day in court rather than shot or severely injured and realizing that she didn't intend to kill him she realized that she didn't kill him just to kill him because he was after her, she also wants to know the status of Cat and her sister" says Prosecutor Jamie Gold
"understood, Tori do you have an update" asks Hellen
"they both lost one foot, the doctor said they are lucky to be alive, what's my punishment for killing him" says Tori
"Jamie what do you think" asks Hellen
"let her go, it's clear to me and Marci it was an act of self defense and her intentions were clearly not to kill him, I'm gonna need that evidence Jared, the audio and the letter to make sure her sons don't attack Tori going forward, if they have a problem with her father then they will be asked to file a complaint or charge him directly" says Jamie
"I'll have everything to you in an hour Jamie, Frank has offered to pay legal fees" says Jared
"I was already paid in full, just get Tori to her girlfriend and her sister" says Jamie as Jared nods
At the hospital
"hi I'm here to see Cat and Cally Valentine" says Tori
"room 310, you're dating both of them huh" asks the nurse
"who said that" asks Tori scared
"nobody but they can't stop talking about you, also be warned Mitchie Torres is in the room with them" says the nurse
"doesn't she have better things to do, she got ultra popular after that whole Camp rock thing" asks Tori
"Caitlin is here in a coma, doctors can't figure out why" says the nurse
"that's simple, Caitlin has a really bad allergy to pollen" says Tori
"how could you possibly know that" asks the nurse
"easy, I'm a big fan of Mitchie's music, I learned everything I could about her and how her and Caitlin started dating" says Tori
"ok I'll let the doctor know, I'll never understand how you keep managing to save lives Tori but this hospital and the community is forever grateful" says the nurse
"because I can't not care about the life of others, hate is not a word that lives in me, I've learned to live without that feeling, anyway I gotta go see my girls" says Tori

"hey Tori how'd the court day thing go" asks Cat
"I'm fine, they dropped the charges, Mitchie why didn't you tell the doctors Caitlyn had a pollen allergy" says Tori
"how could you possibly know that, it's in her medical record, besides when she had the reaction, we were both inside so it couldn't have been pollen" asks Mitchie defensively
"you literally own the house next to my family, also I'm a huge fan, did you think I wouldn't pick up on things, also pollen has a nasty habit of sticking to clothes, I'd know, I have a severe maple pollen allergy, shit's hard to get off, I had to have an unbearably hot shower to get rid of it and had to run my clothes on two hot cycles in the wash to get rid of it all, I informed the nurse at the nurses station of the allergy and she's informing the doctor" says Tori
"crap I didn't even think about that, you know sometimes I forget I'm not this invisible person anymore, science has never really been my thing, thank you for helping me, so you date both sisters huh" says Mitchie
"science isn't my thing either but experience has taught me that pollen can be a real pain in the butt, how long has she been in a coma" says Tori
"day and a half, we were talking about getting married and her hesitancy on that idea when it happened, we've been together three and a half years, I feel like this situation is going to change her mind and it scares me" says Mitchie
"Cally and I have been with Tori for mere days and we already feel like marriage is the only option, it's a grass pollen allergy right" says Cat
"yeah grass pollen, never even crossed my mind that she'd done yard work that morning and that grass pollen would have even been an issue given the time of year and the snow we've gotten lately, she was out figuring out where the flowers were going to go" says Mitchie as Caitlyn's doctor walks in
"thanks to Tori's life-saving advice, Caitlyn is coming out of the coma, I highly suggest you have someone run an air purifier in your house for at least a week before going back there, we can't risk her going back into a coma" says Dr. Peterson
"my twin and mom both love gardening so they talk to Caitlyn a lot, how did you two exactly start dating anyway, I've heard the rumors" says Tori
"Cat has offered us a bed at her house and I accepted, any chance you could wheel Caitlyn here" asks Mitchie
"yes of course" says Dr. Peterson as he leaves the room
"it was supposed to be an April Fool's prank to make my ex angry that he dumped me over not wanting kids right away, it turned out Caitlyn kinda fell in love with me on the prank date, we both knew it was supposed to be a prank, however it turned into a real date but when she whispered in my ear that she loved me for real then kissed me I was in shock, especially because I actually liked it, I'm normally very outspoken when it comes to someone crossing a line with me but I didn't say a word about it till after the date, she said she'd see me tomorrow and I said wait, come back to my house and watch a movie with me, it was that moment that she realized I liked her back, we didn't really end up watching a movie, we were too busy making out" says Mitchie as Caitlyn gets rolled in

"I have minor tics but nothing like my sister, most of her tics stem from books she listens to so generally talking to her is like listening to the best parts of books when she has tic attacks, the worst tic I have is tapping my fingers on anything my hands are close to a hundred times, I once tapped the trackpad on my laptop a hundred times, pear thought my laptop was being hacked it happened so much, I had to have them put a note on my account that I tap tic" says Tori
"that doesn't mean you don't have it" says Mitchie
"Jenna's tics are easily twenty times as bad as mine, we have the same doctor and she said mine aren't bad enough for an official diagnosis, have it or not unless its bad enough for a diagnosis I couldn't get help if I wanted to, Jenna gets coupons for all this really cool stuff, a rubbery type teething tool thing to help mitigate her chomping tics, gloves to help mitigate her self punch tics, all in all she gets twenty-five percent off all Tourette's mitigation toys, they aren't exactly all cheap either high quality chemical free ones can cost a pretty penny, well over fifty dollars a piece" says Tori
"the way Jenna and her boyfriend talk and stuff makes it seem like they've been married for fifty years" says Caitlyn
"yeah they do get along amazingly however people like to claim their tics are fake and an attention seeking behavior, I got them together, they had both been hinting for years that they had feelings for one another but neither of them seemed to get through to the other, neither had the courage to come out and confess feelings for fear of rejection, when I pulled them aside and I said to them 'Jenna you like James and James you like Jenna' for about a minute they both looked at me like I was nuts then they looked each other in the eyes and I could literally see the tension melt away as they processed the reality that they do not have to worry about wondering if they'd find love" says Tori
"Jenna is amazingly easy to talk to, people really need to stop seeing a forest fire in every forest, people did the same to my brother and he killed himself because of his tics" says Caitlyn as tears roll down her face
"I didn't know you had a brother babe" says Mitchie
"he died six months before your first Camp Rock, I only went because I wanted to find a friend who I could trust, after Tess made me a mess and a laughing stock the summer prior, I got really depressed and never spent much time with him, I ragged on myself after his death trying to tell myself I could have helped him, that I owed him for convincing my parents to let me go to Camp Rock in the first place so I could be around musical people as he put it, I didn't exactly like talking about it" says Caitlyn
"that explains why you were always trying to protect me from Tess" says Mitchie
"yeah I mean I didn't know if you had a family like me or not, I didn't want to risk it, I knew all too well how Tess made people feel, she may be different now but she does still give off that I'm more important than you vibe, three years" says Caitlyn
"wait three years what" asks Mitchie confused
"I can only assume we're going to be staying at Cat's, you get a ring and in about three years we can have that wedding" says Caitlyn
"that's radically different than your view of marriage before this happened" says Mitchie
"ya well let's just say I've always kinda had a crush on you, the prank date only made me realize just how much I wanted you in my life this is an extension of that realization" says Caitlyn
"so this isn't just because of the coma" asks Mitchie
"no, well not completely, I've been building my life around you for three years I don't know if you noticed that, I'm well aware that your fans know we're together but knowing and accepting are two different things and the last thing I'd want to do is come between you and your music" says Caitlyn
"if I may speak as a major fan of Mitchie's music, I am a moderator in three fan groups online, most of them already assume you two are married, yes there are people who don't agree with the idea of you loving a girl but they do only want the best for you, I've spoken to a few of the more outspoken members who aren't at peace with it, one of them said 'I have family that identify as gay, bi and even trans, I may not agree with it but they're still family and family means more than the meaning of those words' they are with you guys" says Tori
"hold on you're THAT Victoria May Vega, man you're openly gay in those groups, I've seen posts praising your ability to talk both sides of the shall we say 'closet', I've had people email me asking if I had considered paying you" says Mitchie
