Chapter 5 - Beginning of the training… .yes….
Kaori ran through a dark corridor, without a specific destination….
She didn't know where she was….
'Where am I?'
Suddenly she saw a clearing, she ran out, but immediately regretted it ...
She had landed in a torture room and saw blood everywhere, her gaze fell on two people on the floor.
"Mother! Father!"
Shortly afterwards a person stood behind her, she turned around quickly but was picked up by the neck by him.
"L-let ... me ... g-go ..." she coughed out the words ...
But before anything else could happen, the world around them was black.
The blue-haired girl woke up drenched in sweat. She searched the room where she was. 'A dream ... I haven't had it for a long time ...'
"Kaori?" Came a voice that the girl recognized immediately.
Her gaze fell from the floor to a worried Gon. "Gon ...?"
"Did you have a nightmare? You screamed. "He pointed this out.
She thought for a moment. "Yeah ... a nightmare." She then smiled at Gon. "Don't worry, I'm fine."
"Okay ..." The boy hesitated. "But you know ... you can tell me anything! I'm definitely listening to you. "He assured her.
The blue-haired girl blushed at the testimony. "Y-thanks ... Gon."
'What have I done to deserve you….? You are too kind to me ... '
With that the boy walked out of the room, but turned to her. "It's still early, so you don't have to rush when you get ready! I'll wait patiently for you. "With that he walked out of the room.
~ a few minutes later…. -_- ~
After Kaori had changed, she went to Gon, who smiled at her.
She smiled back. "Shall we go?"
"Yes." He nodded excitedly, which made her giggle.
While the two made their way to the main building, Gon turned to Kaori. "I am so excited!"
"Yeah ... but it won't be as interesting as you think ... you're getting way too many hopes ..." she mumbled.
"… Do you think so?" He pouted briefly, but put it away immediately. "Tell me, what kind of Nen type do you have?"
She was slightly surprised at the question. "I'm ... a manipulator." She frowned.
Gon noticed this immediately. "Is it that bad?"
"Well… to find an idea for my' personal ability 'from it… is quite difficult for me. Maybe I'm too worried ... but still. "
"I can understand that." He smiled understandingly. "I also had to think about it first ... while Killua already knew what he wanted ..." he smiled sheepishly.
After Gon said those words, Kaori gave him a thoughtful look, but then she smiled slightly again. "If you don't mind… I'd love to meet your friends someday. Is the?"
"Naturally! If I tell them about you, they'll want exactly the same thing! "He nodded to her. "After all, you are now a very good friend for me too!" He gave her a light push on the back.
"Thank you ... Gon. I…. "But before she could say anything else, Gon stopped and looked her straight in the eye.
"Stop saying thank you all the time! It's normal for friends to support each other! "He smiled.
She nodded. "Got it." She looked down. 'I'm not used to that at all ...!'
Then both heard a voice and immediately turned around with a smile when they recognized it. "Hey! You two, are you already on your feet? "
"Shiro-san!" They both shouted, which made the young man a little puzzled.
"Oh ... let's leave the formalities ... Shiro is enough, really!" He blushed slightly.
"Okay, Shiro…." Kaori started. "May I ask ... how long have you been training here?"
The man put his hand on his chin. "How long?" He thought for a moment. "I think I was about your age ... so already six years." He nodded. "Yes exactly. It's been six years. "
"Wow." Gon exclaimed. "Already so long! Is there a reason for you to want to stay that long? Surely you already know everything there is to learn here, right? "
The blue-haired girl nodded in agreement. "Yes ... that's just a dojo ... isn't it?" She asked, stunned.
Shiro blushed slightly at the comments. "Now calm down!" Then he sighed. "It's true… through my Sensei I already know everything I should know about martial arts and Nen… .but I have a personal reason to stay….
"Huh?"
"How do you mean?"
"You see ... my Sensei is actually the only one here who can train the people here ... he's been looking for more ... who could help him, but unfortunately we haven't seen any real success at this point. Actually a pretty shitty reason ... "He rolled his eyes slightly.
"Oh ... that's why." Gon smiled. "You want to become a master in this dojo… .to help it? That's right, isn't it? "
"Yes. You guessed right. "He scratched his head. "Not everyone has good reasons to want to achieve something ... here is my stupid reason."
'… He shouldn't look like that.' Kaori rolled her eyes.
"You have asked me enough now!" He waved his hands in front of him. "Let's go at last! I will not answer any more questions to you! "
"Yes."
The group of three went through the property into the main building, they saw a lot of people, adults as well as young people, training hard while walking through.
"Why does the dojo have so few masters? There's a lot going on here… I don't understand. "Gon whispers.
"Unfortunately, I still can't explain it to myself ..." Kaori whispered back.
They then stood in front of a door and went inside.
"Sensei? Gon and Kaori are ready for their training with them. "
Both children were surprised to see that in front of the 'Master' a teenager was perhaps only two years older than she was standing in front of him. The teenager was concentrating on something.
Gon realized it: Water Divination!
The water slowly turned purple….
Tanju nodded. "The water turns slightly purple ... that means you are of the emission type."
The young teenager nodded. "And…?"
"You don't seem to be thrilled?" Tanju chuckled.
"I would have loved to have had a different guy ..." The teenager muttered. He had auburn hair and was wearing a brown sweater with white khaki pants.
Tanju sighed. "Listen. I'll give you a few weeks ... if you can color the water all purple with your aura ... then ... "
"Then you train me really well, right? Am I right? "The teen's eyes glittered.
"All right ..." The master shrugged his shoulders. "Man ... I haven't had that many students for a long time ..."
The teenager cocked his head in confusion, but then turned to see Gon and Kaori.
"Oh ... new faces." He walked towards her. "Hmmm ..." He looked closely at both of them.
"You are pretty young ... and you want to train here?"
"Why young?" Gon spoke up. "I'm twelve!"
"Oh?" The teenager smiled. "Sorry, but I'm older anyway. I'm 14. "He proudly pointed his thumb at himself.
Shiro rolled his eyes. "How about you first introduce yourself ... instead of pretending to be so experienced ..."
"Yeah ... my name is Kazu. I've been training here since ... Let me think about it ... "He had a thoughtful expression.
"Only three months." Shiro said. "While your beloved brother has been sitting with us for seven months." He smiled cheekily. "With a lot more talent than you ... and respect!"
"Hey!" Kazu blushed slightly. "This is all unnecessary information!"
'… Oh man… .where did I end up….' Kaori looked back and forth between Kazu and Shiro. '... but it doesn't matter. I should be glad. 'She smiled at Gon.
Tanju walked between the two. "That's enough now, you two! Both out! Right away!"
"Yes…"
"Okay ... Sensei!"
Tanju scratched his head when the two went out. "Man ... what kind of strange fellows I have ..."
Gon and Kaori exchanged confused looks. "Shall we start training now?" Gon asked politely.
"… ..How should I start? I haven't thought about anything yet. "
"Huh?"
"I beg your pardon?"
Tanju smiled at the reactions. "Why so surprised? Well no matter. Listen. "He points to Kaori. "You want to acquire a personal skill, right?"
"Y-yes."
"While ... Gon wants his entire Nen back."
"Yes. And?"
"How am I supposed to train you guys together with this difference? Sorry, girl, but I'll take Gon back there first so he can prepare himself to use his Nen skills perfectly again…. "
"... to use my personal ability again?" Gon asked.
"Yes, exactly." He looks at Kaori. "First look for Shiro again ... or someone else from the dojo ..." He sighed briefly. "First think about your abilities on your own, I promise when Gon is ready, I'll be there for you too." He smiled.
The blue-haired girl nodded. "Okay." She looks at Gon. "Good luck. No matter how long it takes, I'll wait. Promised."
"Please don't overwork… Kaori. ... even if you're feeling better, you were recently injured ... "Gon smiled worriedly.
The girl blushed slightly. "I'll take care ... see you then."
With that the girl went out.
"You know ... she reminds me of someone ... I used to know ... your little friend." Tanju told Gon.
"Really?"
"It's not important ... ok." He looked at the boy questioningly. "Where did you learn your name back then?"
"In the Heavens Arena ... well with a Shingen-ryu master ... his name is Wing-san."
"I see ... and your Nen type?"
"Enhancement."
"Really?" Tanju smiled. "I like that ... because I am one too."
Kaori went down a corridor to find Shiro.
'He can't be far ...' she looked around. 'I hope I don't get lost ...'
"Are you new here?" A voice called.
Kaori turned around. "Y-yes."
A young teenager stood in front of her, he resembled Kazu, only he had fiery red hair. But he wore a tracksuit similar to Shiro.
"I'm looking for Shiro, you know ... where he is?"
The teenager smiled. "Yes. Follow me. "He went ahead. "You are the girl who came with these boys ... Shiro told me about you."
"Yes that's true."
"My name is Komei. I am pleased."
"I'm Kaori ..." She smiles. "I am also pleased."
"You want to train with Shiro first?"
"I'll wait until Gon is ready again ... then I'll train properly with him."
"Understand. Well ... it shouldn't bother me. "He puts his hands on the back of his neck.
Before Gon can train properly together with Kaori, he first has to master a few basics again, as long as Kaori wants to prepare her 'own personal ability um in order to become stronger. To protect both yourself and Gon….
To be continue ...
