When Din Djarin opened his eyes, the room was still quite dark. He could still feel Isla's head on his chest and her leg across his. Slowly as he could, Din tried to get out of bed to search for his helmet without waking her up. He succeeded in getting up but not in finding his helmet. Blindly feeling for the wall, Din switched on the light panel. If she were anybody else he would never have done so but he didn't have anything to worry about. Isla was such a heavy sleeper that a bomb could blow up in the next room and she wouldn't even wake up let alone if a light turned on.

Upon finding his helm he looked over at the woman he loved as she slept. Isla lay on her back with her arm across her eyes. Her breasts were out in the open with nipples a shade of brown that reminded him of chocolate. There were little red marks her his teeth had come in contact with her skin on her neck. Seeing that he left marks on her gave him a feeling of cockiness. Anyone who saw them would know that she had somebody in her bed that was not them.

Isla began to stir and rolled over to the wall exposing her small but round backside. That was more than enough to put his helmet back down and turn the lights back off.

The second round began a bit rough as Isla hated to be woken up more than anything. She had smacked his arm when she had felt him pentrate her from the side.

"Don't fight, just let me enjoy you..." Din whispered in her ear.

When he felt her hips press back onto him his hand grips her arse cheek with a hard squeeze.

"Roll over..."

Isla rolled onto her stomach with her lover still between her legs. She arched her back to where her head was in the pillows but her hips were in the air. Slowly, Isla backed herself onto his manhood repeatedly. As much as Din liked to be in control she couldn't let him have his way all the time. In an effort to tease him, Isla stopped what she was doing.

Suddenly a pair of strong hands grabbed her hips hard to leverage hard, fast thrusts. Din bit his lip to stiffle the noise that was threatening to escape him. It proved to be a challenge as Isla wasn't hiding her noise at all.

It didn't take long before Din could feel Isla's inside's tightening around him. When his own release came upon him all control he had for his volume went out the door. Breathing heavily, Din pulled out and lay back next to her.

"I was pregnant."

Isla's words pierced the post coital silence.

"What?"

"I was pregnant. That's why I left."

He couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"You're lying." Uttered the Mandalorian in disbelief.

Din shot up and blindly felt for his helmet. The minute he put it on he turned the lights on as well. Isla cringes at then change and rubbed her eyes in an effort to adjust them to the light.

The Mandalorian began to dress himself quickly with his brain starting to completely malfunction.

"Din." Isla called to him.

At that point his ears started ringing and he was damn near deaf.

"Din!"

After pulling on his last boot, Din grabbed his rifle and swiftly walked out the door leaving a confused and shocked Isla behind.

Isla knew he wasn't going to react well but she didn't expect him to do that. Realizing that he most likely was not coming back she decided to leave as well.

As she got dressed she tried not to think about how Din had just left after finally telling him the truth but it was folly. Hot tears burn her eyes from the frustration of it.

What was she to do now? She knew she couldn't keep it a secret forever but where did telling him leave her? How could he just leave without a word like that?

Wiping her tears, Isla puts on her satchel and goes to tell the inn keeper the room was now vacant.

Din's heart raced and his stomach was in a knot a whilst his feet carried him anywhere they'd go in the rising morning sun.

Pregnant

That word was the only thing that his mind could think of.

Surely Isla was playing with him. She had to be. There was just no way possible. Even so, why would she not tell him? Did she even have a child?

Spinning on his heel, the Mandalorian began his way back to where he had left her. needed to explain herself and now. When he reached the inn he saw that the maid was in the room cleaning it.

"Where is the woman who was staying here?" Din demanded startling the maid.

"She left, Sir. Left around fifteen minutes ago."

Din hurried himself to the only place he thought she would be and that was her ship.

The sun had risen and people were beginning to leave their homes and start their day. He searched for Isla in the growing crowd as he walked through it but didnt see her.

Reaching the hanger his frustration elevated seeing that Isla's ship was gone. His body felt hot with anger and desperation. She was gone as well as the answers he needed.

In the heat of his emotions he kicked over a trash bin and stormed off ignoring the angry mechanic who shouted at him. The only thing he could do was curse her and the situation they were in. Even if he took off after her he had no idea where she'd even be or be off to.

Pregnant. Fucking pregnant. That's all he knew. That's all she had told him. Granted had Din not ran off like he had perhaps she would've said more. Now he was mad at himself even more so than her. Isla was opening up and he just left without asking or even listening. How long would he have to wait before he could demand that Isla explain herself?

Days went by with Din constantly staking out the cantina and pestering his boss. Three days had gone by without any sign of his lover and with each day he grew more anxious. It was three days of sleepless nights and the suffering of a knot in his gut that refused to go away. Sometimes Din wondered if he would lose his mind with his constant over thinking.

What would Isla have told him if he hadn't reacted like he did? Did she lose the child early on? Did she not go through with the pregnancy? What if she had the child? Judging by his calculations the child would be about three or four years old if she had given birth. That number angered him. Three or four years that he could have been a father to his child but she decided not to tell him.

This day like usual he walked in and went to see Karga.

"No, Mando, I have not seen Isla nor have been contacted by her." The older man sighs getting fairly annoyed.

Gruffly, Din turned to leave but Karga stops him.

"Look, Mando, I'm not sure what's going on between you two that's got you this way but I think you need to go clear your head."

He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a bounty puck.

"My highest one. Go distract yourself with some work."

With a sigh, Din takes the puck with a feeling that a bit of work might help distract him from his nerves. However there was worry in the back of his mind that she might show up while he was gone. If that happened there was a good chance he'd probably wouldn't get to find out what he needed to know. If he didn't need the credits he would have just continued waiting like he had been for days.

Upon reaching the crest, Din powered up the ship and punched in the coordinates to the planet Sorgan.

The green planet was lush and quite beautiful. He always appreciated such amazing scenery as it can be a rare sight.

The fob lead him to a bustling village to start his hunt for some Zabrak after a bit of a walk. The small tavern was making the fob beep faster indication that was where he needed to go. Putting it back in his pocket, Din prepared to head that way. Before he could do so something he saw made him freeze. Isla was walking out of the tavern. He couldn't believe it. The job he was doing was now clean out of his mind.

Din's feet took on a mind of their own as he walked briskly trying to catch up with her.

"Isla!"

When he called out to her, she literally froze mid step. What he didn't expect was the angry look on her face when he approached her.

"We need to talk, now." Din said to her firmly taking her by the arm.

"Let go off me!" Snaps Isla wrenching herself away from his grip.

Grabbing her again, the Mandalorian lead Isla out of ear shot of everyone else.

"Now you want to talk?" She scoffs.

"I think I deserve an explanation."

"Then why did you leave me when I tried? Huh?"

Despite the fact that Din towered over her, Isla got in his personal space with an aggressiveness that showed she was hurt.

"You called me a liar and then you left me. Then you want to come and demand things from me? Fuck you, Mando." She spat at him before turning to walk away.

"Im sorry."

The Mandalorian took hold of her once again to keep her from leaving.

"Please, just tell me the rest and I promise I'll listen."

Pulling herself from him once more, Isla paced a bit before gesturing him to follow her. She did not answer him when asked where they were going and just kept walking.

"Can you tell me where we're going?"

Isla entered one of the small huts that surrounded them with Din following behind.

"Sit down." She instructs putting a seat for him next to her.

The Mandalorian did as he was bid which ended in both of them sitting in awkward silence.

"You wanna start where we left off?" Din suggested.

"Okay."

She cleared her throat and began.

"As I said before, I was pregnant, which is why I left. I came here as my older brother settled himself here and I knew I could be safe.

I found out right after you and I fell out with the group. I wasn't sure of what to do at the time. Honestly, I didn't say anything to anyone at first because I didn't want to go through with it."

Isla took another deep breath whilst she played with her fingers.

"My brother is a doctor and was going to take care of it for me. I was prepared for the operation but...I couldn't go through with it.

Nine months later I gave birth in this little place to a healthy baby girl..." Isla's voice trailed with her closed in relief of the huge weight lifted from her chest
