Zoro walks around, in his cop uniform, the street waving back at the pedestrians that wave at him. "Zoro you there?" Smoker says over the radio attached to his shoulder.

"Yeah I'm here, what's up?" Zoro answers back.

"Come back to the police box, someone's here to see you." His first thought is Tom. He must have come back to see if Zoro had gotten his new phone yet which he hasn't, he's been to busy with his work shifts to walk into a store a buy a new phone and change his number. As fast as he could he goes back to the police box not seeing the man he is expecting.

"Where?" Zoro asks and Smoker points to a chair behind Zoro. Slowly he turns surprised to see who is there. "Luane?" She looks up and her sulking face turns into a happy smiling one.

"Officer Roro!" She shouts jumping off the chair to hung him. He picks her up and sets her back on the chair.

"Why are you here?" He says on one knee looking straight at her. She starts to look upset.

"I need help."

"With what?"

"Cam you help me run away?"

"From who?"

"From papa." She says really mad.

"Why do you want to run away from your dad?"

"He doesn't care about me, he's been so busy with work he doesn't have time for anymore. I want to go back home, back to my other school with all my friends. Back to when papa cared about me, I don't have any friends anymore." She begins to cry.

"I'm sure he loves you, he's only working hard now so that he has time for you later. Plus I'm sure you'll make new friends sooner or later but it takes time." He pats her head as he smiles at her. She looks up from her hands with her eyes filled with tears and slowly moves her hands down.

"How do you know?" She sniffles.

"I use to be the new kid, in a new town, at a new school when I was almost your age. Then I met Luffy and gained a lot more friends. Just be patient. I'm sure you'll make friends." He wipes her tears away with a smile making her smile too. Zoro turns to Smoker. "Did you already contact her father?"

"Yup, he said he's on his way." Smoker says blowing smoke out his mouth. Zoro turns back to Luane.

"Do you think you can behave while you wait for your dad?" She nods. "Good then I'll go back to patrolling." Zoro says to Smoker. He stands up about to walk but Luane stops him, pulling on his pants.

"I want to spent more time with you, can I go?"

"Sorry, if you come with me how will your father come pick you up?" He pats her head again smiling but she frowns. "I'm really sorry but don't worry your dad will be here soon."

"Since I'm here why don't the two of us a company you?" Sanji says coming into the police box. Zoro and Luane look at him, Zoro is shocked.

"Are you sure?" Zoro asks confused by his actions a bit. A week and a half ago he didn't even want them breathing the same air and now he's OK letting Luane walking next to him.

"Yeah," Sanji walks close to Zoro and whispers in his ear, "she's kind of been asking to see you again." Zoro looks at him and Sanji smiles. Something is off but it's not like he can so no, if he's OK with it then it's ok.

"Then let's go."

"Yay!" Luane jumps off the chair onto her feet smiling a big smile. She is so cute that Zoro couldn't help but smile at her. She walks out the police box and Zoro and Sanji follow her. Walking back to the busy street she talk to Zoro about all the things she likes and dislikes, about her friends back in France where she and Sanji use to live. Zoro listen to everything she said with a smile. Soon enough she grabs Zoro's hand, both Sanji and Zoro were shocked by the action but Zoro just smile and continue while Sanji smiles as he looks at the both of them walking down the street. Luane let's Zoro's hand go and skips ahead of him as she twirl around as a small boy runs.

"Luane, stop!" Zoro yells at her as he sprints to catch her but is to late and they both collide. Zoro helps both of them up to their feet. Luane dusts herself off while Zoro dusts the boy off, he whimpers as Zoro does so.

"Jayjay!" A woman yells as she runs towards them with a stroller and a baby harness on her. When she reaches them she stops to catch her breath. "I'm so sorry, I told him we are getting ice cream and he bolted off. Is your daughter ok?" They both look at Luane who is perfectly fine. "Again I am so sorry. Jay Jay how many times have I told you to not separate from me."

"Sorry mommy." He says, then he turns to Luane and apologizes, then to Zoro. "I'm sorry," he bows.

"It's OK. No one got hurt and everyone's safe that's what matters. Just make sure to listen to your mom next time, ok." He nods at Zoro. The boy leaves holding his mom's hand smiling. The three of them continue to walk again.

"I'm surprised you're good with kids. I always thought you hated them." Sanji says.

"I never hated them, before I really didn't care for kids since I was focused on becoming a cop so now that I've achieved my goal there's nothing holding me back. Plus I'll never have one of my own so I enjoy talking and hanging out with kids when I can." Zoro smiles. Sanji looks at him. He forgot that Zoro will never have a kid. Sanji thought about how he was with Luane in the police box. He got there as soon as Zoro did but hid to see how they would react. He seem so good with kids you'd think he was one.

"Oh right Luffy had told everyone that if we ever see you to yell you that Sabo bought your suit and it's in your room on your bed?"

"Oh thanks. I still haven't gotten a new phone."

"Sabo also wanted us to tell you that you should come home and spent a whole week back at home rather than the three days you were planning."

"Did he say anything else?"

"No why?"

"I just thought pop and Shanks might be coming back from their honeymoon or something."

"What?"

"Did Luffy, Ace or Sabo not say anything to you guys?" Zoro asks and Sanji just shakes his head.

"Apparently pops and Shanks have been dating since our senior year, they've been on their honeymoon."

"When was the wedding?"

"Four years ago."

"How long have they been on their honeymoon?"

"Four years."

"Why so long?"

"Who knows. They could have taken a job while they were out or they're traveling the world as their honeymoon, or they just want to be together. If they were to come back they would have to live with ASL. And everyday was hell."

"Did you live with them?"

"Yeah. After graduation we all went out for dinner, all you can eat buffet of course. Poor owner didn't see us coming. And they told us they have been dating and that they bought a house so we all moved in while we went to college. Having a meal was like a war. Plus with so many of us in one house there wasn't really any privacy for the couple, there was always someone home."

"When did you move out?"

"A little more than four years ago. I moved out, well I got my own apartment before they got married and left. I still have my old stuff in my room at home."

"You didn't take anything?"

"No, I left everything at home and had nothing when moving into my apartment, I started from scratch."

"How long has it been since you were at home?"

"It might have been four years."

"So that's why they wanted you to spent a week and not three days."

"Yeah probably." Zoro answers. Sanji looks at him then at Luane. he continued to ask question about the last six years and all he got from the officer are short quick answers if he was lucky otherwise Zoro stayed silent, not answering. It was all very awkward. It was different than how they were in high school, always at each other's throat. Fighting when they were in the same room.
