Crazy [ON]
That rascal... He killed an entire dimension just to bother me... And the worst thing is that he is doing it very well... All the talk that this is my fault really hurts, you know? Despite being a little cold I have feelings... Very strong feelings.
Ah, I swear I will kill this bastard the first chance I get... Even if it is the last thing I do... I will make him pay for all these lives he took. For all the broken families, all the broken dreams, all the pain. He will pay...
Anyways, Nightmare and I went out to look for survivors of that massacre. Unfortunately, most of the beings that lived here died. The few remaining of life were vegetable or so small that you couldn't even see them. Nightmare's friends also ended up dying. He was really sad.
I understand that feeling. Losing everything that matters is very painful. I recommend giving them a proper burial. Nightmare accepts the suggestion and we bury his friends. I feel bad for him. I didn't want this to happen...
As soon as we got together, we started looking for survivors again. And this is where I feel a familiar aura. I go towards it. It was getting closer and closer. Stronger and stronger. When I arrive at the place where it was, I come across a book in a pile of ashes.
The book had a blue stone on the cover. It makes me smile. I know what, or rather, who that book was. I crouch to pick it up but Nightmare stops me.
—Hey! —He says. —Do not do that. This may be cursed.
—Yeah, yeah... That book is not a book. —I say taking the book in my hands and removing the remains of ashes. Nightmare looks at me like I'm a monster. I roll my eyes. —This book has the soul of one of my childhood friends, you scaredy bear!
Nightmare didn't like the explanation. Not even if I call him scaredy. So I open the book and...
—Oh, Damn it! What do you want now, wicked witch! —Said a voice from the book. Nightmare holds back laughter. I, to remove my beautiful awkward face, smile.
—Damn Bubs... Is that how you are going to treat your childhood friend? If it is, I'll drop you right here...
—Smiles? Is that you girl?
—Who else could it be?
—Ah, thank my lords... I was tired of that witch yelling at me...
—I'm glad she died then... Ah, if I only knew where you were all this time...
—Hey! don't start blaming yourself! I was the one who was tough enough to think I could do everything myself!
—Well, it's your goddamn bone head! —We both laugh. Nightmare just watched quietly. —Oh! I almost forgot to introduce you to my new friend Nightmare! He came in front of me in the middle of a hunt...
—Bad place to be... —We both laugh but Nightmare doesn't seem to like it.
—Well, Crazy... Since you already got your "friend" back, we could get out of here, right?
—He's right... —The book said. —The longer we stay here the easier it will be for-
He is interrupted by shouts from guards coming towards us very quickly. They were Deltas. The most filthy and treacherous creatures of the multidimensional. Actually the seconds... They only lose to the Iotas.
—Oh, we're boned... RUN FELLAS! Shouted the book. Nightmare and I started running.
Narrator [On]
Crazy and Nightmare run from the guards but Nightmare is hit by an instantaneous calming dart. Crazy ends up getting hit too. With both passed out, the guards can easily take them to their dimension.
As soon as they arrive they place the book in a room being watched by two guards. As for Crazy and Nightmare, they are thrown into a cell and locked up. Soon, Crazy wakes up. When she realizes that they were trapped, Crazy tries to break the handcuffs but gets a hard shock. She stops, takes a deep breath and thinks of a way to get out of there.
Soon, Nightmare wakes up. He, frightened by the place where he was, tries, like Crazy, to break the handcuffs. Both are shocked even harder than the previous. Nightmare gasps. He looks at Crazy who was starting to freak out. She screams and hits the wall she was leaning against.
—Crazy... Are you okay? —Nightmare asked. Crazy looks at him with fury in her eyes. Fury dissipates and turns to sadness.
—I'm fine... —She says. —It's just... We can't get out of here... Unless someone takes us away...
—Which is probably not happening...
—Yeah... I think we're going to die here...
