Author's notes:
For the first bottle, it's in order with: Meliodas, Elizabeth, Elaine, Helbram, Jericho, Gloxinia with Meliodas next to him.
Ok for the second bottle the characters will be as follows: Ban, Diane, Harlequin, Arthur, Gerheade, Hauser with Ban next to him.
I actually got the characters to sit naturally where I wanted them to. Yay me! Yes I could have 'arranged' them that way but I think I made it work. :)

"No, there's still a shot's worth left, " Meliodas said. "I vote Elizabeth takes the last shot," he suggested. "Agreed." Diane said. Everyone else nodded along. "Um… ok…" Elizabeth took the shot. "Ok, NOW. We can finally play spin the bottle." stated Harlequin.
"So, how should we split up?" Asked Hauser. "Diane and I will make up one group. While Meliodas and Elizabeth will make up the other." Harlequin said. "I'll be in your group, Harlequin." Gerheade said. "Ok, then I'll be in the other." Gloxinia said, grabbing an empty bottle before sitting next to Meliodas. "I'll sit next to Elizabeth," said Elaine. "And I'll sit next to you, Elaine," Helbram said to her. "HEY, I'm sitting next to her." Ban said.
"No, you're not, Ban," Elaine said. "Wha-? Why?" Ban questioned his girlfriend. "You'll see." She answered and giggled. "...Fineee~…" Ban whined, pouting as he sat down next to Diane. Elaine giggled again, seeing her boyfriend acting childish. "I'll sit next to Harlequin," Arthur stated. "Then I'm sitting next to you," Gerheade said. "Guess I'll fill in the last spot," Hauser said. "I don't like you," Ban said to Hauser. "Good, cause I don't like you either." Hauser practically hissed towards Ban. Jericho sat down between Gloxinia and Helbram. "Let's just play." Gerheade said, holding the bottle. "Ok, let's start!" Diane said as her group started to walk away into the hall. "Before we start, let's add that wherever the bottle lands, Turns into '7 minutes of Heaven." Gloxinia said loudly. "Sure, why not?" Diane's voice could be heard albeit distanced.
Gloxinia proceeds to spin the bottle after Diane agreed with him…

Elizabeth. Elizabeth looks at Meliodas with eyes that say 'help me.' "That would defeat the purpose of spin the bottle, Ellie." Meliodas looks at her. She looks at Gloxinia, who's now sporting a wolf size grin, and gulps. "I promise I don't bite." He says and winks. "Unless you want me to." He licks his lips. She blushes, stands up and says, "L-let's just get this over with." He moved closer to her and whispered in her ear. "Follow me, unless you want me to guide you," She shivers and covers her mouth and nose, to hold back a groan from the feeling. 'Shit... I gotta keep my distance.' She thinks to herself. "I-I'll follow," she says after she calmed down.
"Oh well, at least I tried." He opened a door into a decent size pantry, big enough to fit a small car. "Ladies, first." He said. "R-right…" She said as she walked into the closet. He walks into the closet with her and before he can shut the door he hears, "The 7 minutes starts now," Helbram says. Gloxinia thinks to himself as he closes the door, 'that's all the time that I'll need,' and looks at his prey, Elizabeth. She gulps and starts to walk backwards.
"Like I said, I don't bite," He moves closer to her, until her back hits the wall. "But we're both affected by the drink... Let's have some fun." He moved his hand to her cheek and they both shivered from the contact. "B-but," Elizabeth started to protest before Gloxinia moved his lips gently to hers and they both groaned from the effects of the drug. "Just….enjoy….. It…" He told her in between the kissing, slowly deeping it by adding his tongue into her mouth. Elizabeth started to respond back to the kiss and moved her hand into his hair. He broke the kiss to let out a light gasp from feeling her fingers pull his hair some. She shivered from his responses and started to squirm, feeling the heat in her abdomen. That was a clear message to Gloxinia and he wasn't going to ignore it.
"Ellie… Floor… Now." Gloxinia panted from restraining himself from throwing her on the floor. Elizabeth removed her hands off of him and moved herself off the wall, laid down on the floor with her feet to the wall and her head towards the door. After that, Gloxinia climbs on top of her, settling himself between her legs, causing her dress to shorten and her panties to be her only protection. Elizabeth looked at him with lust but also worry. He kissed her deeply and started to grind himself against her. She gasped and moaned into the kiss. 'Oh goddess... this feels so… so good.' She thinks to herself as she moves one hand into his hair and the other into his back.
He growls as she starts to pull on his hair and dig her nails into his shoulder blade. They both start to breathe heavier as the temperature keeps raising for them. 'Shit...this is better than last time.' Gloxinia thought to himself as he kept grinding into her. 'I doubt either of us will last much longer.'
"2 minutes left," they heard a male voice clearly state. Gloxinia speed up their pleasure by moving a hand onto her chest and softly grasping her covered breast. She made a big gasping moan, breaking their kiss, wrapped her legs around his waist and grinded back to him, making him moan. "Fuck…" He growled out and slid his hand under her clothes onto her naked nipple and pinched it. That was all that Elizabeth could take. She quickly pulled him back into her mouth by pulling his hair to her and kissed him before she hit her peak. She arched her back and her legs tighten around him, as she moaned into the kiss, in pure pleasure. That was it for Gloxinia and with one last grind into her, he also reached his peak, moaning into her mouth as it came and started to fade away. He shifted, breaking the kiss, so that he was on his elbows, instead of flat on top of her. They were both gasping for breath after their intense session.
"Okay, time's up!" Helbram said, as he slowly opened the door. Once he saw the scene inside, his jaw dropped. The other four in the circle noticed Helbram's reaction, stood up, walked over and looked, their jaws dropped too. They were not expecting Gloxinia to be over Elizabeth, with both of them panting hard. "Ellie?" Meliodas said, surprised.
