Chapter 5- What the fuck happened?

PPOV Previous:

"She is mine! Alice saw it and just because Jasper left does not mean that she can just leave me."

This explained why Bella no longer was influenced. Jasper was not dead he left willingly. But why? I look over at where Edward is and he is staring daggers at me.

"YOU! YOU CANNOT HAVE HER!" He looked like he was about to attack. This will be interesting.

Before I could register what happened the Edward had crossed the treaty line and threw a good fist into my face. I went flying into the trees behind us all.

"GET HIM! Jared get Paul back to the house." I heard Sam yelling in my head I just could not register what fully happened.

How the hell did he get a cheap shot at me without me getting a bite on him. Fuck my head is pounding.

"Paul stay still. Stop moving you are not in good shape." Jared came and picked me up awkwardly.

I did not even realize I had phased back. I felt the pain along my left side. I looked down the best I could and saw jagged cuts down my arm and leg. What the fuck? How did that happen?

"Between us Paul, I think something else is going on with the leeches. We were all frozen when he crossed the treaty line. He had a good 5 second head start running off before we could even move. The doctor leech and big one looked like they were equally shocked."

Jared's words explained why I could not defend myself. These leeches keep surprising us with more and more gifts. I feel myself getting weaker and weaker. I cannot stay awake.

"Come on man, keep your eyes open. We are almost there. Bella is waiting."

I hear him pleading with me, but I cannot fight it any longer.

I'm sorry my Bella…

SethPOV

Bella was out cold. I picked her up in my arms and laid her down on the couch. Today has been a whirlwind and I just cannot understand how Paul imprinted on my imprint as well.

"I have her Seth. Go help them with Paul. She is going to need you both." Charlie patted me on the shoulder.

"Thank you, Charlie."

I rushed over to Emily and Jared to see Paul has some deep cuts along his side. He face looks like the leech aimed to maim him.

"I hope they roast that bastard. Did anyone else get hurt?"

"Not that I know of, but Sam, Jacob, and Embry were chasing him. It was as if we were frozen when he came on our land. He crossed the treaty line and went right for Paul's face. When I tell you we were not able to move I mean the leech got a head start before us or the other Cullen's could twitch."

I was shocked at what was coming out of Jared's mouth. Bella never mentioned any new gifts. I know for a fact nobody told us about this gift during the newborn fight. Could this be a new gift or could this be something he has hid from everyone. Why would we have all the trouble from said newborns if he could freeze people from moving? What if it is another leech?

"It has got to be another leech we have never met. Charlie, did you say Jasper had two unknown leeches with him?" I asked Charlie.

Before he could answer Paul and Bella shot up at the same time. Bella looked around and as soon as she saw me and Paul she shot up and ran to us. She grabbed ahold of my hand and was pulling me closer to Paul. She threw herself on him in a awkward hug considering I had her hand.

"That leech is fucking dead! I am going to kill him myself." Paul was fuming but held Bella to him as he vented.

"Paul there is a new development on said leech. I do not think you will be able to take him on alone at this moment."

Everyone shot me a death glare.

"What the fuck do you mean Seth. And before you answer please remember I can maim you as well pup."

"I fucking mean you and every other person besides that motherfucker were frozen. How the fuck do you think you are going to take him on if we do not know what the fuck actually happened? Another thing do not ever threaten me again. I might be the pup, but I seem to be the only one fucking thinking right now!" With that being said, I kissed Bella's hand and walked out to the front porch.
