AN: Hey guys so I'm very sorry but I can't interview every single student. That is just too much work for me. I know, I've only done three but I've been racking my brain in trying to do it and... Nothing. So I'm sorry if you guys are disappointed and if you quit reading the story then that's fair.

I just can't go through every single one of them. If you truly want to see Dracula interview them all then tell me and I will try.

It was two days after Dracula's introduction as Class 1-A's newest teacher. Everyone seemed a little nervous as they went through their interviews with the vampire.

The most nervous however was Minoru Mineta. He was visibly shaking with his teeth clattering, much to the annoyance of everyone in the class.

But then, the doors opened and Dracula walked through, standing upright and walked towards the podium before stopping "Good morning, class."

"Good morning, Mr. Tepes." The class said in unison.

Dracula held a clipboard in hand as he stared down each and every single student. "Before we begin class, I have your results in."

If they weren't nervous before, they certainly were now. Some of them began to sweat in fear.

The next sentence shocked them all. "Four of you are going home."

It became silent as their eyes widen. Bakugo had a grin as he thought 'I hope it's fucking Deku.'

Dracula gave a quick glare at Bakugo before looking at his clipboard and spoke "The first person going home is... Rikido Sato."

Everyone turned around to see Sato grab his back pack, they expected him to be sad but he was simply composed. As if he was anticipating this. Dracula spoke "Sato, the building is ready for construction and will be ready for you."

The large student bowed to the waist at Dracula "Thank you for the assist." He turned to look at the students and bowed as well "It was nice to meet you all. I hope to see you guys again."

Sato then walked out of the classroom and it all became tense and silent.

"Um sir? What were you saying about a building ready for construction?" Uraraka asked but Dracula ignored the question as he said. "The next student going home is... Koji Koda."

They all turned to look at him as he got up as well. He looked composed as well. What was going on? Why were two students getting expelled but weren't upset?

Koda signed to Dracula who nodded. "A friend of mine will call your family in the next couple days to help you."

Koda bowed to the waist before looking at the students as well and said "It was great... To meet you... All."

He left the classroom and finally, there were only two students left to expel.

Dracula looked at the clipboard for the third time and said "The third student leaving us is... Minoru Mineta." The female students actually sighed in relief because of this.

The student himself gasped and stood up onto his desk "WHAT!? BUT WHY!? WHAT DID I DO TO GET EXPELLED!?"

Dracula glared at him with his glowing red. Everyone became unsettled before he answered "247 accounts of sexual harassment coming from your middle school. All saying about you making all the female students uncomfortable. I even have the original record as your current record is strangely clean. Now this large amount of accusations and even the testimonies given to me by your victims is grounds to see you imprisoned and convicted as a sex offender. So either you leave with a small amount of dignity or I drag you out of this classroom and have you arrested right here, right now."

By the end, the board behind Dracula began to darken with his shadow turning into a bat with its wings spread.

Mineta became terrified and so using an impressive bout of speed, he grabbed his backpack and bolted out of the classroom. Dracula closed his eyes and the shadow behind him dissipated.

Everyone was rather shaken up. They've seen Aizawa upset, but this was a whole new level. It almost looked like with a single look, he could kill everyone.

After thirty seconds, Dracula opened his eyes and looked at the clipboard one final time "Finally, the fourth student going home is... Katsuki Bakugo."

Immediately, the explosive quirk user snarled and glared at Dracula while his explosion quirk destroyed his desk "THE FUCK YOU SAY TO ME!?"

Dracula simply looked at Bakugo "I said, you are expelled, Katsuki Bakugo."

Bakugo roared and shot himself towards Dracula who grabbed his face and slammed the back of his head against the wall, causing cracks.

Dracula growled out "I have no tolerance for little shits like you. For people who think they're on the top of the World. Those who use their quirks just to put everyone else down. For ten straight years, you've beaten Midoriya down as your way of putting him in his place. The way I see it... This is exactly what you deserve. Tell me something, Bakugo... Do you believe in Karma?"

Dracula let go of Bakugo who slid down the wall. Dracula said "Now, either you leave like Mineta or I drag you out and have you arrested for illegal quirk use and attempts at attacking a teacher."

Bakugo stood up with some strain and grabbed his backpack and left with his head down. Midoriya watched with conflicted thoughts. On one hand, he was shocked and didn't want him to leave as he had worked really hard to get into the school. On the other hand, he felt... Relief. Relief that his tormentor was gone. He was free.

Dracula walked back to the podium and took a deep breath. Everyone was silent as they stared at him with wide eyes and fear.

He looked at everyone still present and spoke "For the rest of you, congratulations. You are still students. However, that can still change if you do not take your studies seriously. Now let's start today's lesson. Take your notebooks out, as this is important to understand."

Everyone grabbed their notebooks out of their backpacks and readied their pencils.

"Heroes as you know, are responsible for keeping the peace within their own districts. One thing you will know however, is that if a civilian dies on their watch or if a building gets too damaged, the hero will take the fall."

Everyone became confused so Mina Ashido rose her hand to which he nodded "Sir, what do you mean the hero takes the fall?"

Dracula spoke "What I mean is this, your government supervises all heroes. If a hero fails, it's a catalyst for that hero to have their licence taken away. If a building is dealt significant damage, it comes out of that hero's payment. Can anyone guess what these actions mean?"

Everyone was silent until Midoriya rose his hand "The government doesn't trust heroes?"

Dracula nodded "Good answer however, there is another answer."

Shoto rose his hand and answered "They see heroes as ticking time bombs."

Dracula had a smirk as he answered "Correct. Your government fears heroes. Especially you students."

Everyone was a bit shocked "Fear us?" Jiro asked.

"You are the next generation of heroes, so to the government, you are unpredictable. Their way of keeping an eye and assessing you is through the U.A Sports Festival. Not only is it an opportunity for you to be seen, and be given offers by pro heroes, but it is also for the government to asses how much of a threat you are."

Everyone was shocked. Their attempt at getting recognized was also them putting a target on their backs.

"Sir! Why tell us this? Why risk your teaching position in trying to tell us?" Iida asked while his hand was fully raised up.

Dracula was silent as the students stared at him for his answer. The vampiric teacher finally answered "I don't want you to think I am attempting to plant radical thoughts or make you think a specific way about your government. I'm telling you about this so you understand where you are in this world. You are capable of saving people and stop villains, but you will be scrutinized for what goes wrong. You may then ask, what's the point of becoming a hero if you're only going to become a scapegoat for what goes wrong?"

"Because someone still has to help these people."

Everyone turned to look at Izuku Midoriya. "A hero would bare any consequences if it meant they were safe."

Dracula had a smirk on his face "Correct, Midoriya. That is why I intend to teach you all about how to combat the government from bringing you down. This will help you in the long run. Class is dismissed."

Everyone put their notebooks away in their backpacks and Uraraka raised her hand "Sir, why were Koda and Sato expelled?"

Everyone perked up as they too wished to listen and understand. Dracula simply answered "I didn't expel them. They dropped out." It shocked the class.

"After the attack at the U.S.J, they were planning to drop out and wanted to pursue new careers. Sato told me he was a good baker so I got into contact with Uraraka's parent's construction company to create his baking shop."

Uraraka gasped before putting her hands to her mouth and tears threatened to spill. Dracula smiled slightly then continued "As for Koji, he wanted to help protect animals and save endangered species. So I had a friend who also helps animals to contact Koji."

Everyone was really surprised. Dracula always seemed like a dangerous and hard to please teacher who wouldn't hesitate to expel someone for putting a toe out of line. But here they were wrong. He went above and beyond to help the two students who left willingly, start their own businesses.

Suddenly the bell rang so everyone shook out of their stupor and gathered their supplies. Dracula spoke "Now, we will be going over this more tomorrow. Take care all of you."

The students left in a single file while Midoriya looked at him one last time before leaving as well.

Dracula began to write down on the clipboard when his phone went off. He fished it out and turned it on. He cocked his eyebrow up at what he saw. It was a woman with milk chocolate skin and platinum blonde hair laying on a bed. The most noticeable feature were the white rabbit ears on the side of her heads where her normal ears would've been. Not a shred of clothing was on her and she had a hand on her breast and bit her bottom lip.

There was a text underneath the picture saying "Bunny needs some loving~"

Dracula could only chuckle "Damn rabbits and their heat cycles." He disappeared into a puff of black smoke before appearing inside of her Agency building. He knocked on her bedroom door and it opened before was violently pulled in.

Thankfully, he didn't have class for the next five hours.
