So, I just opened up my email which hasn't been checked in forever and I have received so many notifications from this site. All the support I've received on 'Was It a Coincidence?' and 'Worse Than We Thought'! I cannot even describe it! Like, I was having a bad day and this just brightened it up! I was almost crying at the amount of support I've received because honestly I didn't know my stories meant so much to you all. And I thought they were just random garbage I'd written up! So, thank you so much!

Also, I do apologise to those who've replied to any messages or reviews I've left on stories and those who've reviews on my own because I have no idea how to reply! My reading list is so long now, I'd never be able to find the exact story again.

EvanlynDurin00, I wasn't trying to be rude or snarky and I'm sorry it came across that way. I just misread what you'd put. I doubt you'll ever see this and I'm sorry about that. Just know that I wasn't deliberately trying to offend, but sarcasm is almost like a defence mechanism for me and I just always naturally fall back on that whenever I'm speaking. Also know that I never got upset over your reply - I appreciate it, thanks!

Can someone please let them know that from me? Ta.

If you're waiting for updates, I've currently hit a little writer's block, but more should be on their way soon... Hopefully!

For now, enjoy this short, little Brotherband oneshot - set after Scorpion Mountain - to make up for it...

Her arm draws back smoothly and, in one fluid motion, she throws the knife forward, striking exactly where she wants it.

The gleaming knife lands right in the centre of the bullseye and stays there. The target wobbles a little under the impact and she smiles in satisfaction. Another perfect hit.

She'll soon be ready to take out her revenge on the ones who caused her such harm and destruction. The Araluen and the Skandians.

They had killed the Shurmel and taken out the tolfah in doing so. Their new Shurmel - a fool in her opinion - had said that it was meant to be, that they were never meant to kill the Princess.

She growls at the thought and yanks the knife out of the wooden block to start sharpening its already fine edge. She trains in private as she is the only girl in the whole of Scorpion Mountain and no one else takes her seriously. The Shurmel had. Her village had been attacked years ago and she'd been left orphaned. Looking for help to get back at those who'd done her wrong, she'd ran into this cult. Seeing her potential, she'd been taken on as a novice and trained. Now the Shurmel is gone and she has to continue the legacy of a once great cult.

Solace Tracker is her given name, but she can't remember the last time she went by that. She uses the name she was given upon coming here: Tifl Khatir. (A/N: in Arabic, this means dangerous child - I looked it up on google translate.)

Tifl is skilled in many ways that the men of this cult are not and, being a young girl, she can get into many places much easier than they. She isn't even thirteen yet, but she is already a ruthless killer. The tolfah was meant to be her first assignment and if she can't carry that out, she'll just have to compensate with taking out the ones who got rid of it in the first place.

That means practising lots.

Yes, she thinks, they'll pay. They'll all pay!
