The following morning, the students entered the dining hall, talking amongst their classmates and laughing. Looking towards the Slytherin table, Harry narrowed his eyes at a sulking Henry, Neville and Ron, "Excuse me, Miss Granger, Miss Greengrass, Miss Davis and Mr. Potter," the four in question looked back to see their Head of House, Filius Flitwick, standing behind them, "I've taken notice of your absence in the Ravenclaw Common Room last night. Might I inquire as to where you four have been?"

Hermione, Daphne and Tracey looked at their new friend as Harry shook his head, "With all due respect, sir, it's none of your concern where we've been last night," their eyes widened as their Head of House opened his mouth, ready to scold him, but was unable to speak, "Please go sit back down at the Head's Table, professor. I'd like to talk with my friends in private," the Charms Master quietly nodded before he turned and returned to the Head's Table. Students and staff alike stared at the four as Harry glared at everyone before leading the three witches towards the Ravenclaw Table.

Looking down at the Charms Master, Albus furrowed his brow, "Filius, what happened, old friend? Why were you unable to punish Miss Granger, Miss Greengrass, Miss Davis and Mr. Potter?"

"I…I am…that's something that I'm unaware of, Albus," Filius looked up at the Headmaster and frowned, "I was getting ready to give Mr. Potter a detention for his lack of respect, but as if by some unseen force…I froze," the Head's Table feel silent, "It was like I was being forced back, but I've not heard of such a spell that can do that outside of the Imperius Curse, but I believe that no student would dare use any of the Unforgivable Curses behind these castle walls or at all for that matter,"

"I wouldn't put it past the little prat, Filius," James spoke and everyone except for Lily and Severus looked at the Defense Master, "He's always been jealous of living in Henry's shadow. I believe he, or one of those witches with him, cast it on you without anyone seeing,"

Lily hummed and nodded in agreement as the Potion Master scoffed, "You damn fool," James glared at him with narrowed eyes, "Honestly Potter, if you believe that a First Year has the capability of casting something as serious as the Imperius Curse than I believe you should have your head examined. It's possible that Filius stepped back for the fear of being guilty with arguing with some of his students on the first day,"

"Severus, you know that's not true," Lily defended her husband and Severus looked at his childhood friend and the teacher to Muggle Studies, "Harry has been a handful ever since You Know Who marked Neville and Henry as his equals…he even went as far as cutting an L and a V into his arm to match his brother. I believe James is right,"

Severus sighed and shook his head as he mumbled under his breath, "What happened to you, Lily? You were always so kind and caring, but now…I see you've more or less forgotten your other son along with that oaf you married,"

He looked towards the Ravenclaw Table and saw Harry talking with his newly acquired friends and frowned before the sound of Minerva McGonagall spoke, "Either way," every turned their attention towards the Deputy Headmistress and Head of Gryffindor as she spoke once more, "We best keep an eye on those four. If it was indeed the Imperius Curse, there's no telling how far these children will go to ruin our school,"

The other teachers, except for Severus, nodded in agreement before loud shouting from the Slytherin Table erupted, "Gross! Weasley's a bloody gluttonous slob!" everyone looked up and saw Ron shoving food in his face while many of the other Slytherins stared at him with looks of disgust crossing their faces while Henry's and Neville's sulking expression turned into mischiefs smirks at their redhaired friend before Severus stood up and approached the table with a look of anger crossing his face.

The students walked out of the dining hall and Hermione looked down at their schedule and hummed to herself, "Okay, it seems we have Muggle Studies with Hufflepuff first, and then Charms with Slytherin, Potions with Hufflepuff, Defense Against the Dark Arts with Gryffindor, lunch, and after lunch we have-"

"Why don't we worry about our classes when we get there, Hermione," Harry slightly smiled and shook his head before turning his attention to Tracey, "Tracey, I sort of talked to Daphne about this last night, but can you contact your parents and ask them if they would accompany us at Gringotts when I go to claim my heritage?"

"Um…sure, Harry, but when will that be?"

"Whenever Godric can teach me the language of the Goblins…but you can't tell them anything about me being the heir to the founders," confused, Daphne and Tracey nodded as Harry sighed and shook his head, "Okay…let's get to class and get this over with,"

The three watched as Harry turned and walked away from them before they began walking towards him, "Harry, wait up," the black-haired wizard stopped and looked back as the three approached him and Hermione slightly frowned, "What's going on? Why does it seem like you don't want to go to our first class?"

"Because my morning is ruined, Hermione," the three tilted their heads to the side, "My mum is the Muggle Studies professor and my dad teaches Defense Against the Dark Arts, and I don't feel like hearing them praise Henry and Neville while also belittling me for no reason whatsoever,"

"Harry, we can't just skip classes because you don't like our professors," Daphne noted, shaking her head, "Let's get to class…you don't even have to acknowledge your mother, but if we get marked absent or tardy we can get into trouble, and I doubt being the Heir to the Founders will be able to help you right now until you claim your heritage," sighing, Harry nodded in defeat before the four of them walked down the hall.

Lily Potter looked up at the class full of Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws and she smiled, "Good morning, students, I am your Muggles Studies Professor, Lily Potter, and yes, my precious baby boy and godson defeated the Dark Lord an-"

"We're not here to talk about that, professor," Daphne, Hermione and Tracey looked at Harry in disbelief as Lily glared at her all but forgotten son, "No one here cares about those fake heroes, especially in Muggle Studies, professor. So why don't you stop praising them and do your job,"

"Harry…what are you doing?" Tracey whispered, "Are you trying to-" before she could finish, Harry stood up and walked towards the front of the class as all eyes followed him.

Glaring at his mother with cold, dead eyes, he shook his head, "But if you insist on talking about your son, how about we talk older son," emerald eyes locked onto emerald eyes as mother and son glared at one another before Harry looked back, "Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, for those of you who don't know, or weren't paying attention during the sorting last night, my name is Harry Potter, Professor Potter's older son by seven minutes, and since Professor Potter wants to speak highly of my lazy brother, allow me to shed some light on our entire family relationship,"

"Harry, just what do you think you're doing?" Lily hissed at her son, "Sit back down before I'm forced to give you detention,"

Harry ignored his mother as his friends looked at him with pleading eyes before he continued, "For as long as I can remember, my parents had had two House Elves named Twinkle and Star care for me while they paraded my brother around as if he was a trophy, never seeing the wrongdoings Henry or Neville do, but were willing to punish me at a moment notice and then they had the audacity to lie about my status and lied to my godmother, Nancy Greengrass, and told her I was killed that fateful night by Voldemort,"

Seeing the First Years shiver, Harry looked back and saw his mother had gone pale before he continued, "It is just a name, everyone, it holds no power, but as I was saying, they had told my godmother I had died while my godfather, Sirius Black added to the abuse, along with their lifetime friend Remus Lupin…I am sorry for interrupting the first class of the semester, but I could no longer hold my tongue," Harry walked back to his friends as eyes followed hm before he sat back down.

The students looked back at their professor as Lily stared back with wide eyes, "Harry," Daphne whispered, "What were you thinking? You are aware that this can get you into trouble, maybe even expelled,"

"For the past ten years, my anger has been building up, and been written off as dead and being lied to about my heritage…something finally snapped inside of me and I couldn't hold it in anymore…but I know this will come back when we go to our Defense class," Hermione, Daphne and Tracey frowned at their friend before they turned and faced Lily.

Lily stood up and inhaled deeply as she shook her head, "Excuse me, children…I need a minute to myself…please read quietly amongst yourselves," the students watched as she walked out of the room before Tracey, Hermione and Daphne looked at Harry and saw a hardened expression crossing his face and the trio frowned.

I was going to add a confrontation with James in this one, but I couldn't think of a way to add it just yet. I also don't think it's too early for Harry to snap on account of him being pushed aside for so long…tends to make people, even the kindest of people, snap and the longer it's held in, the worse it can be. Please enjoy.
