Hello! So, I realised that a lot of people are voting for the poll on the reviews. Like more than on my profile... so, this time I went through and added those too. Also, I gOt 500 ViEwS! WoOhOo! most of you people probably get a gazillion views so it doesn't matter to you but this is the most popular of all the stories I have written so far! Also note: Some people will how up earlier than cannon(or is it spelled canon?) because Percy and Peyton are in two different places.
Voting!
Peyton/no one: 4
Peyton/Thalia: 3

Chapter 3 - Peyton still
Did you think you would get rid of me? Did you think Percy would narrate? Um… no. This is my story Percy just gets to narrate sometimes.
So, when we went inside after Percy's last day of school Gabe was playing poker as usual.
"Hey, you brats! You got some money?" he asked.
"Follow my lead," I whispered to Percy.
"No, I am sorry but we don't have any money." I told gabe.
"You took a taxi probably paid with a 20 you should still have 5 or six dollars left." Gabe told me.
"We actually didn't take a taxi, me and Percy walked home." I told Gabe. I was so about to add an insult to that but I held my mouth clamped.
"Yeah, I gotta say Peyton. You make it look easy." Percy wheezed. Pretending he walked here with me.
"It is after 5 years." I told him.
"Fine, you little brats go to your room and stay there!" Gabe said, buying the trick.
Sadly, me and Percy shared a room when we were seven and still have too. I sleep on the floor. When Percy protested I told him that the floor felt like my bunk back at school.
"Hey, Peyton. How did you learn to lie like that?" Percy asked me.
"A hippy taught me." I told him
"Who?"
"At school they let us wander the streets for about an hour every day. When I was seven I came across a man playing his guitar and singing songs. I came and listened to his songs every day. After about a week the man walked up to me. He said, 'you know I have a tip jar?' I told him I didn't have any money because I was saving it to get a gift for my brother when I could come home. He replied, 'here is a tip, playing music on the streets is a good way to make money'. The man taught me how to play guitar and we sang together for five years out on the streets for just an hour every day. Some people liked us so much that they came twice a week. I got half the money and the man got half the money." I told percy.
"Sing something for me!" Percy said.
"I threw a wish in the well
Don't ask me, I'll never tell
I looked to you as it fell
And now you're in my way
I trade my soul for a wish
Pennies and dimes for a kiss
I wasn't looking for this
But now you're in my way
Your stare was holding
Ripped jeans, skin was showin'
Hot night, wind was blowin'
Where you think you're going, baby?
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
It's hard to look right at you, baby
But here's my number, so call me maybe
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
And all the other boys try to chase me
But here's my number, so call me maybe
You took your time with the call
I took no time with the fall
You gave me nothing at all
But still you're in my way
I beg and borrow and steal
At first sight and it's real
I didn't know I would feel it
But it's in my way
Your stare was holding
Ripped jeans, skin was showing
Hot night, wind was blowing
Where you think you're going, baby?
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
It's hard to look right at you, baby
But here's my number, so call me maybe
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
And all the other boys try to chase me
But here's my number, so call me maybe
Before you came into my life, I missed you so bad
I missed you so bad
I missed you so, so bad
Before you came into my life, I missed you so bad
And you should know that
I missed you so, so bad
It's hard to look right at you, baby
But here's my number, so call me maybe
Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy
But here's my number, so call me maybe
And all the other boys try to chase me
But here's my number, so call me maybe
Before you came into my life, I missed you so bad
I missed you so bad
I missed you so, so bad
Before you came into my life, I missed you so bad
And you should know that
So call me maybe"
When I finished singing I found gabe and all his poker buddies at the door.
"What do you want?" I groaned.
"Y-you can sing? I-i thought I sent you to military school." Gabe stuttered.
"I did go to military school." I smirked. Then I slammed the door in his and all his buddies face's.
Percy was looking at me dumbstruck, "You learned how to do that on the streets?"
"I am pretty good at playing my guitar too. Sadly, I left it in california." I told him.
When mom got home she bought some candy from her job, it was all blue. Me and Percy enjoyed it.
"I was thinking since you are both out of school we could go to Montauk." Mom said. Percy's eyes lit up at that but I was confused.
"Where?" I asked.
"It is where she met dad! We go there and rent a cabin and watch movies!" Percy said.
"You really have had more fun than me these past 5 years. The funnest thing I did was wander the streets." I said.
"Oh, mom, you have to hear Peyton sing! She made even Gabe speechless." Percy said.
I sang the song, Try everything by Shakira.
"Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
I messed up tonight
I lost another fight
Lost to myself, but I'll just start again
I keep falling down
I keep on hitting the ground
But I always get up now to see what's next
Birds don't just fly
They fall down and get up
Nobody learns without getting it wrong
I won't give up
No, I won't give in till I reach the end
And then I'll start again
No, I won't leave
I want to try everything
I want to try even though I could fail
I won't give up
No, I won't give in till I reach the end
Then I'll start again
No, I won't leave
I want to try everything
I want to try even though I could fail
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Look how far you've come
You filled your heart with love
Baby, you've done enough
Take a deep breath
Don't beat yourself up
No need to run so fast
Sometimes we come last, but we did our best
I won't give up
No, I won't give in till I reach the end
And then I'll start again
No, I won't leave
I want to try everything
I want to try even though I could fail
I won't give up
No, I won't give in till I reach the end
Then I'll start again
No, I won't leave
I want to try everything
I want to try even though I could fail
I'll keep on making those new mistakes
I'll keep on making them every day
Those new mistakes
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Try everything"
"You learned this at school?" asked Sally.
"Oh, no! If they knew I could sing like that they would make me wash everyone's uniforms for a month!" I said.
"Then where did you learn it?"
"A hippy on the streets." I smirked.
"Hey Sally, can you make some bean dip?" asked Gabe.
"You know if I punched him one time I could break his nose." I said wistfully.
"I would pay all the money in the world to see that." Percy said.
"I will make you seven layer dip to last while we are at montauk," Mom yelled over me and Percy.
"Oh, you were serious about that?" asked Gabe coming into the kitchen. I honestly don't know why Mom put up with gabe. I thought she would get rid of him when he sent me to boarding school. Then I remembered what Chiron said. If we are demigods we gotta smell or something. EWWW WE SMELL LIKE GABE!
"Yes, Gabriel," Mom sighed.
"It is coming out of your clothes budget right?" he asked.
This made me start imagining what it would be like to break his nose again.
"Yes, Gabriel." Mom said. Then she set to work on the bean dip while me and Percy went to pack.
"What did you do with all my old stuff?" I asked Percy.
He went to the closet and grabbed a tote. Inside the tote was all my stuff from when I was 7. Looking at it all made tears fall down my face.
"I can't believe Gabe kept us apart like that." I whispered.
"I can't believe you couldn't leave until now." Percy said.
"Now that I am twelve hopefully they will release me every summer." I said.
Then I grabbed a stuffed bear that me and Percy would argue over when we were little.
"Haha! I remember that bear. I put him in there because I realised I only wanted him because you did." Percy told me.
"Of course that is why you wanted it." I laughed. Most of my stuff is packed in my suitcase from when I got here so I just layed on my spot on the floor while Percy packed.
"You know the hippy I told you about?" I asked Percy.
"Yeah."
"He thinks my name is Penelopee."
Percy cracked up laughing at this.
When we were finally in the car Gabe had given me a look and told me, "Not a scratch."
Let me tell you how well that went...
