Time and Space are being distorted! Dialga and Palkia never thought they couldn't handle something this big. Now they have to put all their hopes on a human in hope to fix all time and space. This will not be an easy challenge for our Heroes.

5. Chapter 5

The next morning in Dragonite's Guild

1st POV

I was sleeping soundly in my bed as I reviewed of over what happened yesterday.

(Ok so what happened was that I went through a dungeon called Rocky Pass, been officially recruited, and I tried to introduce myself to Fennekin who she immediately dashed away. I'm gonna try and have a conversation with or whenever I CAN have a conversation with her.)

Before I could think of anything else I heard a bell going off.

~Ring~ ~Ring~ "WAKEY WAKEY EVERYONE IT'S TIME FOR WORK!"

(Huh, that sounded like Mawile. Alright lets get to it.)

In front of Guild Master's Chamber

3rd POV

Blade stood attention with the other guild members as they were chatting to each other.

Dragonite: "Alright everyone settle down I like to announce a couple things before we get to work."

Everyone stopped and listened towards Dragonite

Dragonite: "First off everyone I know work has been a little slow and the same for a while but, I like to say for the first time for a year we have a new recruit starting with us today. So why don't we give a big round of applause to our new guy! Blade come up here so we can introduce ourselves to you."

Blade walked up to Dragonite turned around to meet the other guild members as they were clapping and cheering.

Dragonite: "You already know Mandibuzz, Mawile, and Fennekin. So the other 11 members go ahead and introduce yourselves and on the other hand why don't we tell each other our roles while we introduce ourselves."

Mandibuzz: "The observer."

Mawile: "The enforcer."

?: "Electivire the powerhouse."

?: "Blissey the cooker."

?: "Audino the healer."

?: "Excadrill the digger."

?: "Meowstic the fortune teller girl."

?: "Espeon the telepathic."

?: "Flareon the pyrotechnics girl."

?: "Leafeon the caretaker."

?: "Floatzel the diver."

?: "Florges the gardener."

?: "Gardevoir the phycologist.

Fennekin: "The r-runner up."

Blade: "It's nice to meet you all, my name is Blade and I look forward to working with you all."

Dragonite clapped his hands.

Dragonite: Alright! Fennekin come here I want to ask you something.

Fennekin looked confused and walked up to Dragonite.

Dragonite: I know this may ask a lot from you but, I want you to partner up with Blade for a while."

Fennekin looked shocked.

Fennekin: "WHAAT?! Why?"

Dragonite: "Because last night when Blade tried to introduce himself to you, you dashed off. So I figured this will be good for you to cope with your shyness but, most of all I think you could use a friend in your level group."

Fennekin: "W-well ok b-but, wh-what if he doesn't like me or I w-won't l-like him."

Dragonite: "Then you don't have to work with him again, all I'm asking of you is to give him a chance and check in with me once a week and then talk on how you feel ok?"

Fennekin: "O-o-oh ok, if y-you think so."

Dragonite: "Jolly scales! Alright now everyone lets get to work!"

Everyone: "YEAH!"

As everyone dispersed Dragonite called me and Fennekin over, explained the situation and we both nodded at this.

Dragonite: "As for your first job together why don't we all start off with something simple, like this request from the job board."

Dragonite handed me the request and we both looked over and it said:

Reach to the bottom of the dungeon and meet me there.

Blade: "Alright lets take it."

Fennekin: "I-i'll show you the way there but, once we get there can you take the l-lead please?"

Blade: "Sure lead the way."

Dragonite: "Good luck you two!"

The two Pokemon went out of the guild and on to the Guild's dungeon gate.

Blade: "Alright lets do our best!"

Both of them nodded at each other as they warped out of site.

Blade and Fennekin looked around then at each other.

Blade: "Alright I'll take the lead now."

Fennekin nodded.

M.D.D.M. Begin:

Blade used Pursuit.

Castform got hit.

Fennekin used Scratch.

Castform got hit.

Castform used Weather Ball.

The attack missed.

Blade used Tackle.

Castform got hit.

Castform fainted.

Blade and Fennekin gained 30xp. Both need 100 more exp. to gain a level.

Fennekin picked up 55P and put it in the bag.

Totodile used Water Gun.

Blade got hit.

It wasn't very effective.

Blade and Fennekin looked around and found a Venus Flytrap like Pokemon standing in the middle of the room.

Blade: "Excuse me? Are you Carnivine?"

Carnivine: "Nyeck! Nyeck! You bet I am!"

Fennekin: "Um not to sound rude but, what d-did you need us for?"

Carnivine: "Well how do I put this..."

Blade: "Put what?"

Carnivine: "YOU ARE MINE'S AN' MY BOYS' DINNER!

Both Blade and Fennekin: "Whaaaat!?"

Carnivine: "Nyeck! Nyeck! Parasect and Spinarak it's chow time!

5 more Pokemon appeared and surrounded the two heroes. 3 Spinarak and 2 Parasect.

Blade: "Wha? Hey! 6 on 2 isn't a fair fight!"

Fennekin: "B-blade I don't think these Pokemon are going to care right now were going to have to f-f-fight our way out of this one."

Blade: "Ok. Alright Fennekin get ready cause here they come!"

Every Pokemon got into a fighting stance.

Carnivine: "Nyeck! Nyeck! Like that's going to stop us from eating you! GET THEM!"

(Boss 1 Carnivine and Co.)

M.D.D.M continue:

Blade used Vine Whip.

Spinarak(2) got hit.

It's not very effective.

Fennekin used Ember.

Spinarak got hit.

Blade and Fennekin were panting heavily as all the baddies were knocked out and groaning.

Carnivine:"H-hoooowww ugh.."

The baddies started to get up and they were spooked.

Baddies: "Lets beat it."

As they ran away Carnivine started to get up but he couldn't as Fennekin approached him.

Fennekin: "You are under arrest criminal!"

Blade: "We did it Fennekin! Now lets take this scum bag back to Dragonite!"

Fennekin nodded as she and Blade warped out.

Blade cleared the dungeon!

Blade and Fennekin are starting off as a team a little wobbly but, like all beginnings they are not always happy ones. They have cleared their first request, dungeon, and boss together.
