Chapter 5

Suffice to say his daring insane plan actually worked!

Thanks to his Insight being over 9000 he can see if any heroes or Parahuman Response Team coming from a mile away and he is able to quickly teleport out before any responses even arrive.

(Personal theory: I think the reason why hunters can still see while still wearing head gears (cainhurst helm for one) that covers their eyes is because of insight)

By the time they arrives on the first bank William is already busy stuffing his duffel bags with cash, Needless to say the Heroes and PRT personal are pretty much confused by the time they arrived.

But before they know it another alarm went off as they hurriedly went to the second bank but yet again by the time they arrived William has already left for the 3rd bank.

This process repeated a few times, until the Capes eventually started smart up as they split up and sent everyone to every bank in the area.

Right now William is still quite hesitant on having a confrontation with heroes as he did a brief web search before and he found that there are some Parahuman abilities that out there that seriously worries him.

Once the heroes started to being despatched into banks to guard William at that point decided to he has collected enough.

Although after his last bank William took a little detour at the vault's of a jewellery store or two just so that he could he could finish his treasure room.

This course of action was naturally totally unexpected as one to the heroes and PRT personnel but fortunately for them after 2 jewellery stores were hit William didn't continue on his massive robbery spree.

With all that done William naturally heads back into his dream.

Oh and before he leaves he spray painted 2 words saying "By Kos-Mos"

Yeah William finally decided that the arcane build Mr White Broccoli shall be called Kos-Mos.

William's Dream copy of Palace Versailles

William steps forward holding a bag full of jewellery, he's currently in a room filled with duffel bags filled to the brim with packets of cash and stacks of gold.

Curiously he also ripped out a few safety deposit boxes but most of them are just paperwork and documents crap that William doesn't really care about, although he did opened a few with cash in them.

Anyway with all these cash it's safe to say that money isn't a problem for him anymore, after all he did rob more than a dozen banks.

William spent the rest of the night organising his loot, primarily carefully stacking his gold bars in his treasure room.

He obviously didn't stack them into a giant block but instead stack them into a wall right behind his piles of gold coin with the occasional jewellery laying here and there.

'Now this is a treasure room' William thought appreciatedly as stares at his magnum opus.

As he was staring at the pile of riches a voice rang right behind him.

"Dear Hunter, I came to tell you that breakfast is ready" Doll said

"Ahh, great" William said as he turns and follows here into the dining hall.

'Lately Doll has been getting better at cooking' William thought as he follows behind her while he observed her slim waist moving back and forth, her coat (still wearing Lady Maria's outfit) flutters with each step she took.

Later in the Evening in the Real World

William picks up a newspaper titled "New Cauliflower Villain called Kos-Mos Robs Multiple Banks Last Night" He reads on...

After finishing the article William sighs as it's pretty much what he has expected.

'Good thing I still have 2 more distinct builds to use' William thought as the PRT are on the lookout for him now.

William moves into a cafe to think things over now that the monetary problem is solved, William thought hard as to how to proceed forward for this point onwards.

So he knows that this is super hero world form a fictional web series called Worm, but besides that he knows very little about this world as he only came across the worm series through a crappy FanFiction and a brief reading of the Wiki page.

William doesn't know the plot and most of the characters or their abilities but he's pretty sure that there's a lot of power bull shit going on.

The only thing he knows is that there's this Taylor chick who is supposed to be the protagonist Worm and there's also this Victoria chick in another series called Ward that is set in the same universe.

So what does he do now? Does he get close to the protagonist (Taylor or Victoria) or should he remain a background character and stay the hell away from these girls?

Unfortunately he doesn't knows much of the plot as if he did it would certainly help him to make this tough decision.

Fortunately using his vast experience in reading reading novels, light novels, comics and other fictional works.

William is confident that he can infer using tropes, cliches and overly used ideas to determine the general trend of the story.

Obviously the in all these stories the Protagonist's raise to the top is a forgone conclusion in all these works so if he wants to get involved with them he should start early, kinda like investing in bit coin before it raises the such an absurd level.

William is very regretful about that as he came across coin before it was a thing and didn't think to much of it at that time, now years later just 1 coin is over 57,000 dollars!

Anyway the information he has on Taylor is very limited other than she has the ability to control bugs and that she seems to have curly hair.

'Her appearance is a bit vague but as she's the protagonist she must be pretty right? and judging by the name Taylor...'

Taylor Swift pops into William's head.

'Then again she has curly hair...'

William then recalls seeing a photo of Taylor Swift with curly hair.

'even though curly hair is not my thing... but Taylor Swift in photo is hella hot ' William thought as he rates what he assumes as Taylor's appearance.

William then thinks about the other protagonist, Glory Girl or in her civilian name Victoria. Suffice to say it isn't hard to see Glory Girl's source material is Super Girl from DC Comics.

'She's the standard Mary Sue alright' William thought.

Now on the the problem at hand, which should he woo... I mean seduce... I mean invest in?

(Meanwhile comments section is like: "they're underage you beast!" "FBI OPEN UP!"

To which William will reply: "according to that scene in transformers where a guy citing the "Romeo and Juliet law" to defend his sexual relationship with an underage minor, not sure what's in the law but I'm confident in that dude who is a hero amongst men, the true hero of the movie!" ok jokes aside)

Unfortunately Taylor is an ordinary girl so finding her would be quite the challenge, on the other hand Victoria being from a hero family naturally has a much higher public profile but the downside is that it would be much harder to get closer to her.

Of course in terms of returns for the effort he puts in, Taylor would have the highest returns as she just an ordinary girl (not including the effort of finding her) meanwhile Victoria would have a lesser return ratio as she's from a well off family, there's hardly anything he could provide that might interest her, she's much easier to find but she also much harder to get close too.

Like how the hell is an outlander like him supposed to get close to a high profile individual?!

Besides the occasional "accidental" (totally most definitely not planned, if you know what I mean) encounters while she's on the job, William finds it hard to build any sort of relations with her.

There's also the choice of just going "screw it! I'll just live the rest of my life in luxury and lazing around"

'Choices... choices... there's always choices' William thought as he is currently in such a dilemma.
