Okay so this is a pretty long chapter...
I pretty much kept to the original but skipped a bunch of things and only explained most of it...
I'm sorry if I've disappointed any of you by skipped most of the fights I'm just not good at the fighting scenes...
I added some of my own scenes as well...
I hope it turned out okay took me a while to do this one...

Lucy was baffled by his words, she still was processing it.
"Yup them... I see 2 other souls inside you..." Bickslow said with a smirk.
She wasn't able to process it too long as a sudden flow of pure rage flowed through her causing her to gasp and press a hand over the mark on her neck. She could feel him strongly. She could literally hear his words echoing in her head.
"Both of you combined and this is all you can manage?" She heard Laxus say with a dark manic sounding laugh that followed.
"Shit..." Lucy muttered as she looked towards the cathedral. "He needs to be stopped... He'll destroy the town if he isn't stopped... Natsu and Gajeel aren't fairing well..." Lucy said mainly to herself as she pushed off the ground to stand.
"You should go... Right now, you're probably the only one who can stop him..." Bickslow said between coughs.
"You're an idiot you know that..." Lucy said with a smile as she shook her head. "I'll stop him... One way or another..." Lucy said as she started running. "HAPPY!" Lucy called as she jumped from the roof.
"WHAT?!" Bickslow said in a panic as he watched her jump. But sighed in relief when he saw her being carried by a blue flying cat towards the cathedral. "That girl is going to give me a heart attack..." Bickslow grumbled as he laid back.
Lucy flew through the air with Happy carrying her as Laxus' voice echoed through her head. She could sense his emotions and how they ran wild. Rage, excitement, sadness, longing, regret.
"You should be ashamed to call yourselves Dragon Slayers..." She heard Laxus say. To tell you the truth she was starting to get a headache. She felt his pain from his injuries, every hit he got from the other 2 dragon slayers. She brushed it off and ignored it. Though now it was getting hard to ignore.
"Lucy... Are you alright?" Happy asked concerned.
Lucy was breathing heavily, her vision was blurred. "Ye-Yeah... Don't worry about me Happy, I need to get to the cathedral before Laxus does something completely stupid!" Lucy said gritting her teeth.
"Aye! Mock Speed!" Happy said as he tried to fly faster.
"But the answer is so simple... I hated the old man's lectures, so I kept it a secret all this time, but... Just this once I'll show you!" She heard Laxus say. She almost gasped feeling his power and rage grow even stronger.
"Happy! Please! Hurry!" Lucy pleaded. She needed to get there and get there now.
"You still alive down there? Why don't you just die?" She heard Laxus say. She was afraid she wasn't going to make it on time. "You 2, Erza, Mystogan, The old man, the idiots in the guild, the entire town of Magnolia..." Laxus' voice stated calmly. This scared her. She felt a familiar power.
'No! Not that! Not Fairy Law!' Lucy panicked internally. She saw the cathedral come into view. "Happy drop me!" Lucy said shocking the cat. But he complied with a nod. She landed on her feet but fell to one knee. She pushed off the ground and ran for the cathedral. Her body screaming in protest but she didn't care.
"SHOULD JUST BE WIPED OUT OF EXISTENCE!" She heard Laxus yell at he gathered his magic power.
She burst through the cathedral doors and kept running. Pass Natsu and pass Gajeel. She saw the ball of magical power that was forming in his hands. She ignored the warning shouts that came from behind her and kept running until she was right in front of Laxus who finally saw her as she jumped at him wrapping her arms around his neck.
"NO! STOP! Please... Please Laxus stop..." Lucy cried as she tightened her arms around his neck.
Laxus was stunned effectively deactivating Fairy Law. Laxus stiffened as his eyes slowly changed back to normal. He was shaking as his vision returned. He saw the damage. He saw the other dragon slayers staring wide eyed at him.
"Wha-What did I do..." Laxus whispered.
"Laxus..." Lucy whimpered.
The sound of her voice saying his name brought him out of his stupor finally seeing Lucy as he turned his head slightly. Her scent filling his senses calming him down. He hesitantly wrapped his arms around the woman that clung to him for dear life.
She felt his arms wrap around her. "Are you back now?" Lucy asked in a whisper.
Laxus didn't trust his voice. He nuzzled his nose into her hair and inhaled deeply.
Across the room the 2 dragon slayers stared at the 2 blondes with wide eyes and their jaws hanging on the floor. They couldn't believe what they were seeing.
Laxus' legs felt weak as they gave out from under him causing him to sit down while still holding onto Lucy bringing her down with him.
"Laxus!" The voice of Levy echoed through the cathedral. "The master... Your grandfather... He's close to death!" Levy yelled from the doors.
Laxus became tense as his shaking continued. Lucy looked to Levy. "How much longer?" Lucy asked her voice hard and serious.
"Not long... From what Porlyusica said no more then 24 hours and that was a few hours ago..." Levy explained tears still swelling up in her eyes.
Lucy nodded pulling out a gold key. "Open! Gate Of The Lion!" Lucy chanted all eyes on her, all looking very confused. "LOKE!" Lucy finished as she held out the gold key.
With a flash of light that followed the sound of a door bell appeared Loke. Loke looked around and then looked to his key-holder who he could tell was almost at her limit. Once Loke had appeared Laxus let out a low warning growl as he tightened his arms around Lucy.
"Princess? Not that I'm not thrilled to see you so soon, but considering you're pretty much at your magical limit... I'm a bit concerned..." Loke said eyeing his key-holder and the dragon slayer.
"I... I need celestial water... I'd summon Aquarius but there's no water near by... Plus that over sized fish would probably just wash away the town..." Lucy explained as sweat began to form on her forehead.
"Why would you need the celestial water? You know it's forbidden to be used in this realm..." Loke began but Lucy cut him off knowing she couldn't hold his gate open much longer.
"The master... He's dying... Please..." Lucy pleaded as she curled her hands into fists.
"I see..." Loke sighed. "Go to the guild... I'll meet you there... On my own power this time..." Loke said as he disappeared.
Lucy smiled as she tried to push herself up from Laxus' lap, much to the slayer's displeasure. But her arms gave out causing her to fall right back into his lap.
"Lu!" Levy said as she began running to her but was stopped by Gajeel when he held his arm out in front of her.
"Don't shrimp... I'm not sure if he's in control of himself right now..." Gajeel said narrowing his eyes on the blonde slayer.
Laxus looked down burying his face into Lucy's shoulder. He understood why they would be wary of him after what he's done. But it didn't change how it felt. Lucy ran her fingers through Laxus' hair to calm him down which worked because he nearly purred.
"He's fine..." Lucy said with a smile causing everyone to return her smile.
"Luce..." Natsu began as he began moving forward slowly.
"Salamander... He'll rip your head off if you get to close to Bunny..." Gajeel said in warning.
"Laxus... Is it okay if Natsu comes over to me?" Lucy asked earning her a low growl. But despite the growl Laxus nodded his head. Lucy giggled, "It's okay Natsu you can come closer..." Lucy said slowly standing using Laxus' shoulders to stand on wobbly legs.
Natsu all but ran over to her and scooped her up in a hug and spinning her around. "God Luce! We were so worried about you! I'm so glad you're alright! We missed you!" Natsu cheered happily. Natsu heard a low warning growl. "Right..." Natsu let go of her making sure she was steady on her feet, or as steady as he could get her.
"Laxus I need to get to the..." Lucy began but Laxus' rough raspy voice cut her off.
"Go..." Laxus said looking down at his lap.
"Come by later to see him..." Lucy said with a smile. Laxus shrugged his shoulders. Lucy puffed out her cheek. "You better Laxus..." Lucy hissed causing Laxus to nod rapidly. "Good! I'll see you there later! Happy would you mind?" Lucy asked looking up at the blue flying cat.
"Aye!" Happy said as he flew up and picked Lucy up by the back of her shirt. "Boy Lucy you need to lay off the sweets you're getting heavy..." Happy teased.
"Watch it cat..." Lucy said through grit teeth. "Or no fish for you..." Lucy hissed.
Happy snickered as he flew out the doors. "Alright I'll stop just this once..." Happy said.
Laxus just sat there already missing Lucy. He felt empty with her gone. Though he believed he didn't deserve her kindness or that infectious smile of hers. He planned on leaving after seeing his grandfather without her knowing, though he wasn't sure how yet or if he even could.
"The way you've used that mark was wrong... They're not meant to be used to control a mate like that..."Gajeel growled. Even he didn't like seeing the girl do things against her will. But Gajeel sighed, "Be thankful it's Bunny you're mated to... Anyone else and we wouldn't hesitate to kill you..." Gajeel said out of the blue.
Laxus just blinked at him unsure of what to say. He then looked down at his lap wondering when everything went to hell.
"We should head back too..." The voice of Erza brought him out of his thoughts.
"But what about?" Levy asked walking over to the doors.
"I'll deal with it... Go by the time we get there the master should be perfectly fine..." Erza said her eyes on Laxus. The others nodded and began to leave. "What you did is unforgivable you know that? Kidnapping a guild mate, attacking the guild..." Erza began but closed her mouth when Laxus raised a hand to stop her.
"I know... I'll see the old man then deal with it..." Laxus said raising to his feet.
Guild Hall
Everyone else had made it back to the guild and most were bandaged up. They were all looking glum due to the news that they received about their master. Suddenly the guild doors flew open and in came a flying blue cat carrying a pretty worn out looking Lucy.
"Lucy!?" Mira said in surprise.
Happy lowered Lucy towards the ground but didn't release his hold on her. "Hey Mira..." Lucy answered tiredly.
"What are you doing here? And where's..." Mira began but a flash of light cut her off.
Loke appeared in the middle of the guild hall looking quite annoyed at his key-holder.
"LOKE?!" Everyone in the guild hall yelled in unison.
"Took your sweet time getting here princess..." Loke said shaking his head.
"Yeah sorry about that..." Lucy gave a nervous giggle. "Happy's getting tired so it took a bit longer getting here... Do you have it?" Lucy asked.
Loke nodded, "Yup, the king said don't get used to this, but since you're his 'old friend' he'll allow it... Just make sure he takes the whole thing..." Loke said with a smirk.
Lucy giggled. "Yeah tell stash face I said thanks! Happy put me down..." Lucy said looking up at the blue cat.
"But Lucy you're..." Happy began but sighed when he saw the glare she was giving him. "Alright..." Happy said lowering her onto her feet.
Happy stayed close behind her just in case, he knew how weak her legs were from her battle and running as much as she was, pushing herself to try and save everyone.
"Thanks Loke!" Lucy said taking the small vial for blue sparkly water. She ran towards the infirmary Happy trailing close behind. Once she entered, she shut the door effectively shutting the blue fur ball out, much to his annoyance. "Miss. Porlyusica!" Lucy said as she ran in. Once the door closed, Lucy once again was on the floor from her legs giving out.
The old healer looked at the younger mage in surprise. She took in her appearance. She couldn't understand how this girl was still moving. She looked more beat up then some of the others did.
"Give master this!" Lucy all but cried holding out the vial.
"What is it?" The old healer asked.
"Celestial water..." Lucy said causing the healers eyes to widen.
"How did you get this?" Porlyusica asked.
"I asked for it..." Lucy said with a smile.
The old healer didn't question it but went over to give the old fool the healing water. "Make sure he takes all of it... Loke said that is the only way it'll work..." Lucy said as she focused on her breathing trying to calm it down.
The old healer heard her but ignored her, while following the instructions she was given. After the vial was empty the master was covered in light blue glow. His skin became normal as did his breathing.
"You may have just save the old fools life..." The healer said in a voice that was unnaturally calm for the healer.
"That's a relief..." Lucy sighed out.
"Now, what about you? You can barely stand?" The healer asked as Lucy was using a chair to lift herself up onto her feet.
"Oh? I'll be fine!" Lucy said and almost giggled at the scowl and grumble that the healer gave her. Lucy took a few deep breaths before standing straight up and walking slowly to the door. "I'm glad he'll be okay..." Lucy said as she opened the door and exited the room.
Once outside the room, Lucy's legs threatened to give out on her again. But luckily for her Happy was there to lift her up and carry her back downstairs. She sent the cat a grateful smile as he sat her down on a bench.
"Any news?" Mira asked.
"Master should be fine... Miss. Porlyusica is a miracle worker!" Lucy said with a smile. Loke just smiled and shook his head as he disappeared.
"But Lucy didn't you give her the..." Happy began to say but Lucy cut him off.
"Give him what? I only went up to see how he's doing... He's doing a lot better!" Lucy said making Happy sigh and shake his head.
Time Skip – 2 Hours
The guild was still preparing for the Fantasia parade. The Thunder Legion were shocked and just standing there with their jaws dropped with widened eyes looking at Lucy like she was insane.
"What!?" Bickslow said being the first one to recover.
"What do you mean what? You're going to be in the parade what's so shocking about that?" Lucy asked with a tilt of her head.
"But... With what we did! How?!" Evergreen asked in disbelief.
"What do you mean with what you did? You were just following your leaders orders... This wasn't your idea was it?" Lucy asked and almost giggled at their defeated sighs while they shock their heads. "Well, then what's the problem? You were being loyal to a friend whether that friend was doing right or wrong, you all stuck by him..." Lucy explained.
"Yes but..." Freed began.
Lucy shook her head. "No But's... It just shows how Loyal you all truly are..." Lucy said with a smile. Even the rest of the guild was looking at her like she lost her mind. Lucy giggled, "Trust me any one of us could have done the same thing and whoever we are closest to would stick by us no matter the consequences..." Lucy said causing everyone to go deep in thought.
"She's right..." Jet said from behind her. "If Levy asked us to do something like that we would follow along with her no matter what the outcome might be..." Jet added.
"See! Everyone agrees! So stop being all mopey and get ready!" Lucy said slightly pushing the 3 towards the back of the guild to where the floats were getting worked on.
Unknown to her she had 2 sets of very old eyes trained on her from the second floor.
"That girl's heart is far too big for her own good..." The healer said with her arms crossed. "And you should still be in bed..." She added.
Makarov sighed, "Yeah but I feel perfectly fine..." Makarov said.
"You should thank the girl... If it wasn't for her you might not be here now..." The healer said.
"Yeah yeah... I can tell you Laxus isn't going to get off so easy though..." Makarov said walking back to the infirmary.
A little while later the doors to the guild opened causing everyone to snap their heads to look who was entering. All their eyes landing on Laxus.
"LAXUS!?" The guild cried out in shock and rage.
"Where's the old man?" Laxus asked.
The guild started ranting and raving until they were silenced by Erza. "Leave him be..." Erza said as she held out her arm blocking the other guild members. "He's in the clinic in back..." Erza said letting him pass.
Laxus walked through the guild hall heading for the stairs when he caught sight of blonde hair coming towards him. He looked down to see Lucy standing there in front of him with a smile.
"I'll go with you..." Lucy said shocking everyone again.
Laxus sighed, "You don't have to..." Laxus said putting a hand on her head.
"No, I don't have to but I want to..." Lucy said with, what Laxus considered, a blinding smile as she wrapped her arms around his arm and began pulling him with her which he let her. At this point he wasn't going to fight her.
"You know what's going to happen..." Laxus said causing Lucy to stop and turn to him.
"You don't know that for sure... If it was me it wouldn't be like that... After all... You can't fault someone for losing their way..." Lucy said as she began pulling him again.
Natsu began grumbling about something but no one could understand him since he was covered head to toe in bandages, so everyone thought. "That's true... Bunny has no bounds when it comes to forgiving someone for their sins... I'm proof of that..." Gajeel answered.
"How can he understand him?" Levy wondered out loud.
Infirmary
As the 2 blondes entered the infirmary the guild downstairs just got louder causing Lucy to giggle.
"You don't have to be here..." Laxus whispered.
"Oh stop and go..." Lucy said.
Laxus shook his head and looked back at the door. "They sure are noisy..." Laxus said a bit louder. Lucy nodded with a slight giggle.
Makarov sat up and turned to face the 2 blondes. "Do you have any idea what you did?!" Makarov asked in a hardened voice. Laxus looked down at the ground refusing to meet his eyes. "Look me in the eye!" Makarov demanded as Laxus complied. "A guild is a place where you gather with your mates, and a place where you get jobs... And it's a family for those who don't have any... It doesn't belong to you! A guild is made up of trust and integrity of each individual... And more than anything else it's the strong and solid bonds between them all..." Makarov said calmly.
Lucy's eyes closed as she wrapped her hands around Laxus' elbow. She rested her forehead against his arm.
"You broke that integrity and threatened the lives of your guild mates... That isn't something that can be over looked!" Makarov said his voice getting harder.
"I know that!" Laxus said through grit teeth. "I just... Wanted to make a stronger guild..." Laxus said looking at the floor.
Makarov sighed as he jumped down from the bed. "It's amazing how clumsy you are dealing with people... Can't you lighten up even a little?" Makarov shook his head. "If you could, you would see the things you can't see now... Hear the words you're deaf to now... Life is more fun than the way you're living it..." Makarov let a small smile grace his face. "You know I lived to watch you grow up... You didn't need strength... Be stupid for all I cared... But as long as you were full of energy that was all I was hoping for..." Makarov said.
Lucy went to say something but Laxus put a hand on her head shaking his head at her. She looked up him with pleading eyes which he just shook his head again as he ruffled her hair causing her to puff out her cheek in annoyance. Laxus almost laughed but due to the situation he couldn't.
"Laxus..." Makarov began as he turned around to look away. Clenching his hand into fists shaking at his side. "YOU ARE EXPELLED!" Makarov yelled as he turned back towards him swiping his hand across the air causing Laxus' guild mark to disappear.
Laxus felt Lucy's nails dig into his arm. "Yeah..." Laxus said pushing off the wall and turning towards the door. "Thanks for putting up with me... Gramps..." Laxus said letting a small sad smile appear on his face. "Take care of yourself, Okay?" Laxus asked.
"GET OUT!" Makarov yelled as he turned away tears streaming down his face.
Laxus left shrugging off Lucy's hands. The door shut behind him as Lucy looked at the door.
"I'm sorry master..." Lucy said still looking at the doors.
"Why are you..." Makarov asked turning to look at her.
"I'm leaving with him..." Lucy said walking towards the door. Makarov went to protest but she turned to look at him. "Don't have a choice... His punishment is mine as well... Gajeel can explain it..." Lucy said with a sad smile. "You'll let the Thunder Legion stay..." Lucy said with narrowed eyes.
Makarov sighed, "Yes... Take a communication lacrima with you... Just in case you know..." Makarov said turning away from her.
Lucy giggled, "Of course... And don't worry I'll take good care of him..." Lucy said before exiting the infirmary.
"You're heart to way too big for your own good my dear girl..." Makarov said to no one with a sigh.
Outside The Guild
"Don't even joke about that! Why are you the only one expelled!" Evergreen yelled.
"Yeah! We're just as guilty as you are, right?" Bickslow asked in disbelief. His babies chanting 'Right? Right?'.
"That's his decision to make..." Laxus said.
"Then I'm going to quit too!" Evergreen cried.
"Without you around I'm... You know..." Bickslow said sadly looking to the floor.
Lucy walked out the guild doors to catch most of the conversation. She watched them sadly.
"You guys are such a pain! Can't you just say 'See ya'?" Laxus said with a shake of his head.
"Why... Why are you taking all the guilt yourself?" Bickslow asked looking over at Lucy who smiled at them.
"It ain't that... You guys still got some attachment to the guild... I don't anymore..." Laxus said turning but stopping when he saw Lucy.
"Master said they can stay..." Lucy said walking over to him.
"We're going to go confront the master!" Evergreen all but shouted.
"I'm sure Natsu and Gray don't want this either! They can say what they want but when it comes to you they..." Bickslow began but shut his mouth when Laxus turned fully around.
"LAXUS!" Freed yelled wide eyed.
"Take care guys!" Laxus said walking away with a wave over his shoulder.
"LAXUS!" Evergreen cried.
"Don't give me that crap! What's gonna become of the Thunder Legion?!" Bickslow called after him. "Damn it..." Bickslow said looking down.
"We'll meet again, won't we Laxus?" Freed asked softly with a small smile.
"Don't worry too much about him..." Lucy said walking passed them.
"Lucy..." Evergreen said watching her follow Laxus.
"I'll take good care of him..." Lucy said with a wave before turning to continue walking.
The 3 mages watched her walk away but before she got too far Bickslow called out to her. "Are you going to tell him? And Master?" Bickslow asked causing her to stop.
"Him... Yes... Master, no... Not yet... And you'll keep your mouth shut too about it..." Lucy said before starting to walk again.
"What was that all about Bicks?" Evergreen asked.
Bickslow looked down and chuckled sadly, "Nothing... Don't worry about it..." Bickslow said shaking his head.
Time Skip – Fantasia Parade – With Lucy & Laxus
Lucy and Laxus watched from the sidelines at the road leading out of Magnolia.
"It's pretty..." Lucy said watching the floats go by.
"Yeah..." Laxus said leaning back against a building.
"They'll be fine..." Lucy said still looking over the parade spotting the Thunder Legion on one of the floats. She giggled watching them.
"I know that... But what about you? You belong there..." Laxus asked looking at her sadly.
"So do you... And you know why I can't stay..." Lucy said turning from the parade.
"Still doesn't mean..." Laxus began.
"Oh shut it... Come on let's get going..." Lucy said grabbing her bag from the ground.
Laxus sighed, he knew better then to argue with her he could feel that she wasn't going to budge. "Where are we going?" Laxus asked.
Lucy shrugged her shoulders. "Don't know... I guess we'll figure that when we get there..." Lucy giggle as he took her bag from her. "I can carry it you know..." Lucy said crossing her arms, her smile never leaving her face.
"I know but you shouldn't..." Laxus said walking ahead. "And we should visit the old hag to check on you..." Laxus said.
"You're just as bad as Bickslow..." Lucy mumbled.
Laxus stopped and looked back her with a raised eyebrow, "What's that supposed to mean?" Laxus asked.
"He knew before I even did... Plus when I helped destroy the thunder palace he jumped in front of the attack that came back at me for shattering one of them..." Lucy explained.
"I guess I should thank him one of these days..." Laxus said looking back at the parade seeing his grandfather acting like a fool. "He'll never change... Still a goofy old fool..." Laxus mused.
"Yeah well... It's a good thing he never changes... Right?" Lucy asked.
"I guess so..." Laxus said turning away from the scene of the entire guild holding up the fairy tail sign, which happened to be a sign he came up with when he was a child.
"Care to explain?" Lucy asked.
"Maybe another time..." Laxus said as they walked the road. "Are you sure you're alright? Not too tired?" Laxus asked.
"I'm fine... Stop worrying so much..." Lucy said.
Laxus sighed. "Can't help it..." Laxus mumbled.
"I know..." Lucy said. "Hotel or camping?" Lucy asked.
"There's not a hotel for miles yet..." Laxus said shaking his head.
"Camping it is then... Come on let's get somewhere not so open..." Lucy said running slightly ahead.
"Oi woman! Don't run..." Laxus scolded. This just caused Lucy to giggle.
Time Skip – 1 Week – Hargeon Town
Laxus was walking around town carrying a few bags. He was headed back to his hotel. His days now were slightly boring although they weren't lonely. Since he left Magnolia he's had his now pregnant mate with him the whole time. He would try to leave but couldn't find the will to stay away. He decided this morning that he was going to go and get some supplies so they could move out again in the morning.
Where they were going, they had no idea. They just kept on traveling much to Laxus' annoyance. He wanted Lucy to rest although she couldn't sit still to save her life. Laxus had found out that Lucy was about 4 weeks give or take along. Pretty early from what Porlyusica said. Laxus made her go see the old healer before they fully left Magnolia, just to be on the safe side due to the battles she was in.
He was in one of the shops looking for something Lucy has been craving since before the battle of Fairy Tail, strawberries. He thought it was weird but from what he heard she loved them way before any of this started. He told her that he would do the shopping so she can rest not that she didn't fight him on it but he always won that argument.
Laxus found the strawberries and grabbed a few packs of them when he over heard some people talking.
"Have you heard? About that dark guild?" One man asked.
"Which one there's so many..." A woman said sounding bored.
"They call themselves The Oración Seis..." The man said.
"What kind of name is that?" The woman asked.
"Rumor is it only consists of 6 wizards... Powerful ones at that..." The man said.
The woman shrugged, "As long as they leave us alone why should we care?" The woman asked.
By this time he stopped listening and went to check out and head back to the hotel something told him he should get back.
"Hey there handsome... Will that be all?" The lady behind the counter asked. She had short white hair with a blue headband and brown eyes.
"Yeah..." Laxus said not bothering to even glance at the female that was trying really hard to get his attention.
The lady puffed out her check in frustration when he just paid and left without even a glance at her. The lady was furious that he didn't even acknowledge her. She followed him to his hotel and up to his room.
Laxus pushed open the door not noticing the woman that was following him had slipped in before the door shut completely. Laxus put the bags on the table and continued to walk farther into the room. The woman followed only to see another woman laying on the bed with a book.
"You're back..." Lucy said.
"Yeah... How was your nap?" Laxus asked taking off his coat and throwing it over a chair.
"It was a nap..." Lucy giggled as she shrugged her shoulders, "It was fine but I'm still tired..." Lucy said closing her book and putting it on the nightstand next to the bed.
"The old hag said that was to be expected..." Laxus said.
Lucy huffed as she puffed out her cheek. "Stop calling Miss. Porlyusica an old hag! No wonder she's not nice to you..." Lucy said.
"No, that woman hates people it had nothing to do with me as a person... It's just how she is..." Laxus said walking back to the table.
"What'd you get?" Lucy asked curiously looking at the bags on the table.
"Your favorite... I was actually able to find some for once..." Laxus said pulling a pack of Strawberries out of the bag.
Lucy clapped her hands excitedly. "Yay! Finally! We haven't been able to find them since we left Magnolia..." Lucy said getting up off the bed to walk over to the table.
"Yeah I know that's why when I saw them I grabbed 2 packs... Just don't go eating them all at one shot..." Laxus said as Lucy sat down at the table.
The woman watching was pissed because it seemed that the man she wanted had someone else. Which was further confirmed when she saw Laxus bend down and kiss the top of her head. The woman cursed internally.
Unknown to the woman Laxus knew she was there because he could smell her. So he decided to warn Lucy silently that they had company. As he kissed her head he squeezed her shoulder.
"We have company..." Laxus whispered into her hair.
"I'm going for a shower quick actually... Be right back!" Lucy said jumping up and running into the bathroom.
Laxus chuckled. "Hurry up or I'm eating them..." Laxus called out to her.
"Yeah I would love to see that! You don't eat fruit or anything healthy for that matter!" Lucy said before she shut the door.
Once the door was shut Laxus' face changed into a hardened look. "I know you're there.. Come out now and leave..." Laxus growled.
"What does that bimbo have that I don't!" The woman said standing up from her hiding place behind the counter. "I could rock your world more then she could!" The woman sneered.
"I highly doubt that..." Laxus said in a bored tone. "Leave before I make you... I really don't wish to upset my mate anymore then she already is..." Laxus said.
"She doesn't look upset not that I care... I just want you..." The woman said stepping towards him.
"I don't care what you want... You're going to turn around and leave before she comes back out here... Otherwise I won't stop her from kicking your ass..." Laxus said crossing his arms over his chest.
"Her, kick my ass? Oh please! That weak little bitch couldn't lay a hand on me..." The woman said as she got closer to him.
Unknown to the woman Lucy could hear every word that was being said. She couldn't exactly do anything since her keys were out in the other room with Laxus. But it seemed she didn't have to. She smiled when she heard the doorbell sound.
"I suggest you do as the over sized bug zapper says... My princess doesn't take kindly to those who threaten her relationship..." Loke said as he appeared in a flash of light.
"Oh! She's a Celestial wizard... Her keys would make a lovely addition to my collection..." The woman purred.
Laxus sighed, "What do you want you over grown house cat?" Laxus asked glaring at Loke. Out of all of his mates spirits he disliked this one the most. He dealt with it because he was one of his mates spirits and he couldn't do anything to change that but it didn't mean he had to like the stupid lion.
"Lucy's getting anxious and not in a good way... So I figured to come see why and this is what I find..." Loke said glaring back at Laxus.
"Damn it..." Laxus muttered. "Can you make her leave? She's refusing plus I have a mate to calm down..." Laxus said with a sigh as he began walking towards the bathroom.
Loke smirked, "Wow, this is new... You asking me for something..." Loke said in amusement.
"Lucy would kill me if I knocked out the power to this hotel too just because of a damn woman who doesn't get the hint and leave..." Laxus growled as lightning started to spark across his body.
Loke sighed, "I guess you have a point... She was pissed the last time you did that..." Loke said his eyes now going to the woman that was glaring at them. "Alright lady it's time for you to go... As you can see he's taken and doesn't want anything to do with you..." Loke said stepping towards the woman.
"Not till I get what I came here for... Plus those keys of hers..." The woman sneered glaring at Laxus who was at the bathroom door now.
Loke sighed, "You asked for it..." Loke said as he lifted his glowing hand up. "Don't say I didn't warn you..." Loke said and watched as fear flashed through the woman's eyes.
The woman huffed, "Fine! But this is far from over!" The woman spat as she turned and left the room.
Laxus let out a sigh of relief. "I don't say this often and I will deny ever saying it, Thank you Loke..." Laxus said leaning against the wall next to the bathroom door.
"Damn... Where is a recording lacrima when you need one..." Loke chuckled and disappeared.
"Stupid cat..." Laxus grumbled. Laxus heard the water shut off and waited. A few minutes later Lucy walked out towel drying her hair. "How much did you hear?" Laxus asked.
"The entire thing... How long did you know she was here?" Lucy asked sitting on the edge of the bed.
"After she snuck in here... But I didn't want you to get hurt or be in danger so I told you go to the bathroom... Didn't actually expect you to actually take a shower though..." Laxus said pushing off the wall. He walked over to her and stood in front of her.
"Laxus what's on your mind?" Lucy asked looking like she was deep in thought. Laxus raised an eyebrow. "I feel something off... Somethings bothering you..." Lucy said.
"Just over heard some gossip in town... It's a bit troubling..." Laxus said.
"Oh?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah... There's a dark guild called The Oración Seis... Only consists 6 wizards... The town's people are claiming them to be very powerful wizards... We should keep an ear out..." Laxus said trying to ease her worries.
"Well the name makes sense if there is only 6 wizards... Seis means 6..." Lucy said and giggled at Laxus' grumble about knowing that. "Let's eat and then get to bed... I'm still a bit tired..." Lucy said with a yawn.
Laxus chuckled, "Yeah sounds good..." Laxus said helping her to her feet ignoring her protests. He sat her down at the table in front of the strawberries.
Lucy stuck her tongue out at him before grabbing a strawberry and taking a bite of it.
"Don't stick that tongue out at me unless you plan on using it..." Laxus growled before he could stop himself. Lucy smirked causing him to shake his head. "No! That's not what I meant..." Laxus said.
"Then what did you mean?" Lucy asked in amusement. She could see him trying to distant himself again. "Laxus..." Lucy said getting up slowly walking towards him.
"No... No Lucy we can't..." Laxus said stepping back. Laxus regretted saying it but he had to. He could feel her heart breaking. He felt shame coming from her. He sighed. "I'm sorry but after what I did..." Laxus began but got cut off by Lucy.
"Laxus it happened, it's over, it's done, it can't be changed..." Lucy said through grit teeth.
"Like I don't know that... But I..." Laxus began but got cut off when Lucy jumped at him knocking him onto the bed. He blinked looking up at her as she straddled his lap.
She glared down at him. "But what? You've been avoiding this for how long now? I had it! You leave me in here, refuse to let me do anything or go anywhere... It's a fight just to get you to sleep next to me... No more!" Lucy growled causing him to gulp. Not in fear. But in excitement.
"Lucy..." Laxus growled grabbing her hips to hold her in place. "Stop... I don't want to lose control..." Laxus said through grit teeth.
"You won't..." Lucy countered.
"You don't know that!" Laxus growled flipping them over. Lucy laid on her back looking up at him her eyes darkened slightly.
"Yes I do... Miss. Porlyusica said you wouldn't now that you realize everything..." Lucy said with a slight shiver.
Laxus growled as he buried his face into the crook of her neck. "Damn it..." Laxus growled nipping at her neck. "Is this what you want?" Laxus asked grinding his hips into hers.
"Yes..." Lucy whimpered her fingers getting tangled in his hair as he latched his mouth onto her neck. "Please... Please stop avoiding me..." Lucy whispered as he sucked on her neck over the healed mark on her neck.
Laxus growled, "Damn it..." Laxus groaned. "Alright... No more avoiding..." Laxus whispered in her ear.
Next thing Lucy noticed was the cold air that hit her bare skin. She didn't remember taking her clothes off. She was brought out of her stupor when she heard Laxus growl as something entered her roughly. This time it was different, she could feel the difference. He wasn't full of rage and hate and lust. This time around she felt love and passion come from him. This time she enjoyed it. He was rough but not too rough with her. His growls and grunts told her that he was enjoying it too, not that he didn't before but this time he handled her carefully.
Time Skip – 2 Weeks Later – Outskirts Of Clover Town
Laxus had just returned from getting supplies to find Lucy asleep. He shook his head as he put everything away so they could head out again in the morning. They've been stopping more often because of Lucy being tired. Not that he minded. He decided to go get some water from the lake that was near by.
10 minutes after he left, the communication lacrima that the master had made Lucy take with started to go off effectively waking the sleeping blonde. She looked over and grabbed it. When she answered she saw the master's face making her smile slightly.
"Oh... Hello master... Is there something you need?" Lucy asked tiredly.
"You're sleeping in the middle of the day?" Makarov asked with a tilt of his head.
"Just taking a short nap while I'm waiting for Laxus to return..." Lucy replied as she sat up rubbing her one eye.
"Ah, I see... Well there is something I need to ask you..." Makarov began.
"What is is master?" Lucy asked glancing up slightly as she saw Laxus enter the tent but he stayed by the opening when he saw her on the communication lacrima.
"I will try to make this short but give you all the information at the same time... There's a new dark guild terrorizing towns, they call themselves The Oración Seis..." Makarov said.
Lucy nodded. "Yes, we've heard of them... It only consists of 6 members right?" Lucy asked.
Makarov nodded. "Yes that's correct... We're not sure what they are planning or what kind of magic they use but there are 4 guilds that decided to team up to put a stop to them... Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, Cait Shelter, And us, Fairy Tail..." Makarov explained, Lucy nodding here and there with the information. "Fairy Tail sent Team Natsu... Though it was a fight to get them to agree to go... They said they weren't Team Natsu anymore because you're not here..." Makarov continued.
"I see... What is it you want me to do?" Lucy asked.
Makarov smiled, to tell you the truth the smile scared Lucy a bit. "I'm so glad you asked! I need you to meet up with them to keep their spirits up... Let them see that you're fine... Lend a helping hand here and there..." Makarov said.
"But Master..." Lucy began but Makarov cut her off.
"No but's child... You are still a member of Fairy Tail and this is an order..." Makarov said not leaving any room for arguments.
Lucy looked at her right hand and sighed as she looked at the pink guild mark. "If it's an order I guess I don't have much of a choice... Where are we meeting them?" Lucy asked.
"We?" Makarov asked.
"Yes... We as in me and Laxus... You know I don't go anywhere without him..." Lucy said.
"Right! I forgot... Well, the guilds are all meeting up at a location owned by Master Bob of Blue Pegasus..." Makarov said.
Lucy had to fight a giggle at Laxus' groan. "I see, alright... How long do we have to be there?" Lucy asked.
"Well, it's about a 2 day's journey from here and your team left yesterday... So they should arrive there tomorrow sometime..." Makarov explained.
Lucy nodded, "Alright we'll meet them there tomorrow..." Lucy said with a smile.
Makarov looked like he was jumping for joy. "Yes! Thank you my dear girl! You have no idea how much this will mean to them!" Makarov said. "Oh and Lucy?" Makarov asked. Lucy hummed her reply. "I'm glad to see you both are well..." Makarov said before the connection was cut.
"Looks like we have a job..." Lucy said with a sigh.
"You didn't tell him..." Laxus stated with a glare.
"Do you think he would have asked let alone told me to go if he knew plus I'm not that far along... Stop being such a worry wort..." Lucy said dismissively.
"You know what the old hag said..." Laxus scolded.
"Yeah, yeah... And didn't I tell you to stop calling her that!" Lucy said as she puffed out her cheek.
Laxus chuckled at her antics. "Alright alright... Come on let's eat we need to leave asap if we expect to make it there in time..." Laxus said. Lucy smirked, which he didn't like that smirk. "No... Don't even think about it..." Laxus said.
"But it's the fastest way and we can sleep tonight instead..." Lucy said with a pout.
"No..." Laxus said sternly.
"But Laxus... Please!" Lucy whined. Laxus didn't like the idea but she had a point it was the fastest way to get there. He really hated when she was right.
Laxus growled. "Fine... But we will not be making a habit of this... The old hag said not to use magic especially mine around you..." Laxus said with a sigh.
"Laxus..." Lucy growled.
"Fine! Porlyusica..." Laxus said rolling his eyes.
"That's better..." Lucy said with a smile.
Laxus sighed and shook his head. He learned early on he could never win an argument against her. She always made too good of an argument most of the time.
They ate and relaxed for the rest of the night before they fell asleep. Lucy fell asleep first which was normal. His mind was going through the events of the last mouth. He was still wondering how she could stay with him like she has been. But he didn't wonder for long, he fell asleep not long after Lucy. He curled himself around her like normal and drifted into a dreamless sleep.
Time Skip – Next Morning
Lucy awoke with a groan and a stretch. She realized immediately that Laxus wasn't here. She looked around in a panic and rushed out of the tent only to see Laxus making breakfast.
"I hate when you do that... You know I freak out when I wake up and you're not there..." Lucy pouted.
Laxus chuckled. "Sorry but I also know you're hungry when you wake up..." Laxus said. "We leave after we eat..." Laxus added.
Lucy rolled her eyes with a smile as she sat down on a log. This was their normal. Whether they were camping or in a hotel this was how they were. She was glad that he finally got over being afraid of being near her.
They ate and discussed what they've heard about this guild planning on getting more information when they got there but prepared to share what they knew of them.
Laxus began packing up the camp refusing to let Lucy do anything which he had to bite back a chuckle when she huffed. He knew he was being overprotective but he didn't care. He never meant for this to happen but it did so he was going to make sure she didn't stress herself out or over work herself. Which he always caught hell for but she gave up after so long of arguing.
Once they were packed up Laxus walked over handing a hooded cloak to Lucy to put on. The cloak was white and with gold trim with 3 gold stars on the back out it. There was a star on the front that kept the cloak closed by her neck. He had it specially made for her when they were in Hargeon. She argued with him over it at first but since he couldn't take it back she left it alone. She also told him that he didn't have to buy her things like that but he still did every time he would see something he thought she would like or that she had to have.
"You ready?" Laxus asked as he saw her hook the cloak close.
"Yeah... I'm kind of nervous to see them... Considering I never actually said good bye too them..." Lucy said looking down at the ground.
"They'll just be happy to see you don't worry about it..." Laxus said pulling her hood up over her head. He pulled his own up and wrapped an arm around her shoulders and held her close. "Ready?" Laxus chuckled as she nodded rapidly. He knew she loved traveling like this but told her no more until the twins would be born.
"Yup! Let's go!" Lucy said excitedly.
Laxus shook his head with a smile as he gathered his magic around them and disappeared into the sky with the sound of thunder that shook the earth.
Master Bob's Retreat
Gathered together was the 4 teams for the 4 different guilds.
From Blue Pegasus you have Hibiki, Ren, Eve and Ichiya.
From Lamia Scale you have Sherry, Jura and Lyon.
From Fairy Tail you have Natsu, Gray, Erza and Happy. Who all looked glum. Which confused most of the group of gathered guilds.
And from Cait Shelter you have 1 little girl named Wendy and her white talking cat name Carla.
"A girl?" Lyon said as he stared at Wendy in disbelief.
"A child?!" Sherry asked shocked.
"Wendy?" Natsu asked with a tilt of his head.
"Now that all the guilds are accounted for..." Jura began.
"No pauses to consider things?!" Gray asked.
"We've got a massive punitive mission, and they send one child..." Sherry said annoyed. "What can Cait Shelter be thinking?" Sherry asked.
"Oh, but she isn't alone, my garish young woman..." A female voice said from the door.
"Carla you followed me here?!" Wendy asked surprised.
"Of course I did! I'd be overcome with worry were you alone..." Carla said.
"A Cat!" Blue Pegasus shouted.
Before anyone could say anything else the room's ceiling filled with lightning startling everyone.
"An enemy?" Lyon asked out loud.
"How could they even get in here?!" Hibiki asked.
Lightning stuck in the middle over the room as it took the form of a person.
"I know this magic..." Erza muttered in confusion.
Once the lightning disappeared there stood what they could see was a figure in a white cloak. Everyone was on alert ready to attack until the person lifted their arm to reveal another smaller figure in a white cloak.
The small figure took their hood down shocking mainly the Fairy Tail mages. "Oh! Hey guys sorry we're late!" Lucy said with a smile as she waved to her team.
"LUCY!?" Her team cried. Happy flew over crashing into her chest while crying. Causing Lucy to giggle.
"Hello Happy!" Lucy said petting his head.
The taller figure took their hood down making Natsu growl.
"Oh Natsu enough..." Lucy said with a glare effectively silencing him.
Natsu looked like he wanted to run over and hug her and so did Gray but Natsu held him back knowing that unless Laxus allowed it they couldn't go near her. Seeing this Laxus nodded and took a step back. Natsu smiled and ran over scooping her up into a hug twirling her around.
"We've missed you Luce!" Natsu said as he sat her down on her feet.
Lucy giggled, "I missed you guys too!" Lucy said giving Gray a hug also when he came over knowing it was now safe.
"Who are you?" Hibiki asked. Even though Fairy Tail seemed to know the 2 new arrivals he still didn't trust it not to be an enemy.
Lucy looked over. "Oh! I'm sorry! I'm Lucy! From Fairy Tail!" Lucy said holding up her right hand showing her guild mark. "And this is Laxus..." Lucy said leaving it at that.
"Well, I was wondering where you were... To see your team here and not you was a bit strange... But I can still say I have no love for you..." Sherry said haughtily.
"Right... I still hold hate for you too..." Lucy said with a sigh.
"It's good to see you here but why are you here Lucy?" Erza asked.
"Oh! Right! Master called and asked me to come meet up with you guys! But it seems we were running a bit late... Sorry about that..." Lucy said scratching the back of her head.
"It's just good to see that you are well... We will gladly accept your help..." Erza said with a smile that Lucy returned.
Lucy looked over the group and her eyes landed on Wendy. "Aren't you adorable, what's your name?" Lucy asked walking over towards the small girl.
"Um... Wendy... Wendy Marvell..." Wendy said shyly.
"Nice to meet you Wendy, I'm Lucy..." Lucy said with a smile holding out her hand to the girl. Wendy looked at it and smile while grabbing her hand with hers and shaking her hand.
"As we were saying since we were interrupted..." Sherry sneered. "We were wondering what Cait Shelter was thinking when they sent just this girl and apparently her cat..." Sherry added.
Wendy looked down feeling slightly hurt. "U-Um... I know that I'm really useless in any kind of battle... But! I know a lot of support magic that I'm sure will help!" Wendy said defensively. "So Please don't leave me out of the party!" Wendy cried.
"It's that weakness of spirit that allows others to dismiss you!" Carla scolded.
Lucy giggled but it was Erza who spoke. "Excuse us... We were just surprised but we haven't the slightest intentions of leaving you out of it... Glad to have you with us Wendy!" Erza said reassuringly.
Everyone began to make a fuss over Wendy, Blue Pegasus of course were trying to pamper and ravish the girl while the others just wondered over her magic.
"Wendy?" Natsu muttered out loud.
"What is it Natsu?" Gray asked.
"I have the feeling I've heard that name somewhere before... Hmm..." Natsu wondered out loud.
Wendy looked over at Natsu and smiled who looked surprised.
"Now that it appears that everyone is here... Allow me to explain the mission..." Ichiya began. "But first a visit to the little boy's room..." Ichiya said as he ran across the room. When he returned he began speaking again. "If you go north from here, there's a huge expanse of the Warss Forest... The ancients sealed away an amazingly strong magic in that forest... That magic's name was Nirvana..." Ichiya explained.
Laxus and Lucy looked at each other and nodded. This didn't go unnoticed by Jura and Erza who both looked at each other then back at the 2 blondes.
"Lucy... Do you know something?" Erza asked.
"Not much... Just that the Oración Seis is looking for Nirvana... That's all we have over heard in our travels..." Lucy said crossing her arms over her chest.
"Why would we listen to you?" Sherry asked with a huff.
"Sherry be nice..." Lyon said with a sigh.
Lucy shrugged her shoulders, "I was asked a question so I answered you don't have to listen to me if you choose not to but that is solely up to you..." Lucy said putting her arm out to stop Laxus from growling. She looked back at him and shook her head.
Laxus sighed and nodded before straightening up. "Sorry..." Laxus muttered. Lucy giggled and shook her head.
"Now where were we... Right... I have information of those 6 wizards..." Hibiki said hold his hand out as 6 squares appeared with pictures of each wizard in each one. "The wizard who controls poisonous snakes, Cobra..." Showing a picture of a man with Maroon colored hair. "One who is believed, lives up to his name with speed based magic, Racer..." Showing a picture of a man with spiky blonde hair and black tinted sunglasses. "Hot-eye, the heaven's gaze..." Showing a picture of a man with long curly ginger colored hair and a blocked like face. "The girl who can see into your heart, Angel..." Showing a picture of a woman with short white hair with a blue head band and brown eyes.
Seeing this picture caused Laxus to growl causing the group to look at him. "Laxus?" Lucy asked.
"That woman in Hargeon..." Laxus growled.
"You mean the one that snuck into our hotel room?" Lucy asked.
Laxus nodded, "Yeah... She was very interested in your keys too..." Laxus said wrapping a protective arm around Lucy's waist.
"So, it's safe to say she may be a celestial wizard?" Lucy asked ignoring his protectiveness. Laxus nodded. "Great..." Lucy said with a sigh.
"Well then you would be evenly matched then right?" Erza asked.
"You could say that... I just..." Lucy began but trailed off.
Laxus rested his chin on Lucy's head. "She doesn't like making celestial spirits fight against each other..." Laxus said.
Erza smiled and shook her head. "I see... Let's hope it doesn't come to that..." Erza said.
"I hope so..." Lucy said with a sigh.
A throat cleared drawing attention back to Hibiki, "We have very little data on this man, other then his name, Midnight..." Showing a picture of a man with black and white hair, with in Lucy's opinion, was wearing too much make-up. "And then the commander of them all, Brain..." Showing a picture of a man with white hair with some kind of tribal like markings on his face.
After some more discussion that apparently Natsu wasn't listening to, all he heard was, 'Must be defeated'. Natsu ran towards the door excited for a fight. This caused the Fairy Tail group to sigh and run after him.
"Natsu is an idiot..." Lucy muttered.
"No kidding... He's never going to change..." Laxus said as they both followed them out.
None of them realized after they all left that Ichiya and Jura didn't follow behind them. Still inside the building Jura came face to face with Angel and 2 small blue floating creatures. Angel had taken care of Ichiya and then also took down Jura.
"I will not allow any children of Light to interfere... And any of who try... Will be punished by an Angel..." Angel declared.
Okay yeah not the best chapter I'll admit...
For the next chapter I will put the interaction between Angel and Lucy into it a few other scenes but I will not go into the entire arc...
I will explain most of it without going through the entire arc word for word...
I'm sorry but it takes way too long...
But Upside I will put more detail into the Tenrou arc...
I hope that will make up for this xD
