I do not own any of these characters besides Andy and his friends. I do not own Katie as she is an actual character from the actual show, being one of Isabella's Fireside Girls.

Special thanks to CouchPotato 88 for this idea.

It was another sunny day in Danville, and normally Andy would be out there having the time of his life as a 10-year-old kid, but today has taken the potential to a halt. His mother has decided to hang with her friend Katie at the mall, and it just so happens Katie is Simon's mother, and since both Phineas and Simon's father are both busy at work, that meant the two ladies happen had to take their sons to the mall as they shop until they plopped.

This was such a waste. The two boys had already gotten their A-PLUS attire ready, now their mothers had dragged them to this boring place, while most likely Linus, Umari, and Pablo are probably out there having the time of their lives.

The four entered the mall and made their way to the food court. They sat down at a table, with the mothers facing the two boys.

"Now Andy, Simon's mother, and I are going to spend a lot of time here to get a lot of things," Isabella reassured.

Both boys groaned.

"Come on, guys. It'll be fun." Katie said, feeling optimistic.

"Mrs. Cruz, what's so fun of being here all day while you two shop?" Andy asked, rolling his eyes.

"Because of Andy. We will split up and your mother and I will give you guys money so you can go around the mall as well."

Both boys had their eyes light up, eager smiles formed on their faces. Wow, they get to feel independent, even if it was just for one day.

Both women dug through their purses and handed their sons each a wad of cash. "Use your money responsibly, guys. We will meet up here in three hours, got it?" Isabella said.

"Got it?" Simon and Andy said simultaneously.

As the two ladies got up, kissed their respective child, and left, both Andy and Simon were eager to get the day going. They could do whatever they wanted with the cash. Buy games, toys, candy, ANYTHING!

Simon was getting too excited, but before he could run loose, Andy stopped him. "Wait, let's stick together. This whole area is too crowded, and I don't want either of us to get lost."

Simon nodded. As the two went up the escalator and down the crowded halls of the ginormous mall, an announcement from the intercom was heard all over the mall.

(Ladies and gentlemen, please be aware that security is in pursuit of a 10-year-old kid wearing clown makeup running around the mall. He had committed theft at a candy store. If you see him, please avoid him. He is believed to be unstable.)

Simon and Andy looked at each other confusingly before shrugging it off. They entered an Old Navy to check out a sweater when something came across Simon's mind.

"Hey, Andy."

Andy glanced over at his blond friend. "Yeah?"

"Guess what I brought with me?"

Andy raised an eyebrow but then looked shocked as an oddly looking ray gun. Simon, who carried an outstanding intellect, has had a knack for creating these crazy machines. His last invention resulted in his entire school turning upside down. His mother had barred him from taking any of his bizarre creations outside of his house. So much for obeying your parents, am I right?

"Dude!" Andy exclaimed, looking around worriedly as he lowed the gun on Simon's hand. "You can't bring any of those in here. What does this do anyway?"

"This is my anti-grav. Point it towards a ceiling, this whole place will lose gravity and everything will be floating around."

Andy ground his teeth. "Get rid of it."

Simon narrowed his eyes and scoffed. "Ok, ok...jeez"

Simon tried to stuff it back into his camouflage holster, but then he accidentally pulled the sensitive trigger. Everybody in the store dropped down in search of cover as the beam shot from the gun and was bouncing all over the place. The bean then made it out of the store. People all over the shopping area were screaming in terror as the beam made its tour around the mall. In a hurry, Andy and Simon ran out of the store and around the mall, chasing the beam until it made its mark on the ceiling. Soon, everybody around the mall, including the boys, was floating, screaming as they were trying to piece together what was happening.

Andy held onto Simon as the two bodies reached the glass corridor. Andy turned to Simon and yelled. "Simon, do something!"

"Ok! Ok!" Simon reached over and pulled out the Anti-grav gun. He adjusted the settings before aiming towards the floor. With one shot, the beam hit the floor, and soon, everybody was falling, some landed pretty hard. The boys were lucky, as they landed in the mall's main fountain.

After the huge splash, the two were swimming around before they managed to get on their feet. Their entire bodies were completely drenched, and they began coughing whatever water came down their throats.

Andy then dumped his arm back into the water and pulled out Simon's glasses. He handed them over to him. "Here."

"Thanks." Simon wiped them off and put them on. The two both stood there embarrassed as everyone was staring at them in awe, disappointment, and some of them were rather pissed off or moaning in pain.

They laughed nervously before they heard two voices that made their hearts skip beats.

"ANDY CLYDE FLYNN!"

"SIMON ALLEN CRUZ!"

Both both turned and cringed at the sight of their ticked-off mothers. Both Isabella and Katie marched over to the fountain and pulled their sons out.

"I can't believe you guys would be responsible for this!" Isabella berated, before narrowing her eyes at this. "Especially you, young man! Wait until your father hears about this!"

Andy gulped and looked nervously at Simon, whose mother was holding his gun. "I told you to keep these things at HOME! You disrespected my authority! We are going home right now!"

Katie roughly grabbed her son's wet arm before turning towards Isabella. "Isabella-"

"No, no, Katie. It's alright. You deal with Simon, and I'll deal with this troublemaker."

Katie nodded and she pulled Simon towards the exit. Isabella folded her arms and glared at her son. "Explain yourself."

Andy scratched his neck. "Well, mom-"

Before he could speak, a loud crash was heard. A young, dark-skinned boy with clown makeup and holding a boatload of candy was running towards the exit, laughing maniacally as security guards were blowing their whistles and chasing after him.

Andy narrowed the somewhat unstable kid. "Umari?"

Plot for Umari? CHECK! Plot for Pablo? CHECK! Plot for Simon? CHECK!

Now, it's time for me to brainstorm what I'm gonna do for Linus. What can I do for a naturally quiet kid?
