Chapter 5: More problems
Weekend passed and Kira and Cagalli remained on their mansion rejecting any invitation from their friends. But Monday morning was holiday and that they all agreed to sleep over at the Athha's mansion. All came early and was now at the receiving room. They finished their homework and projects but after that they all played and eat. The twins manage to act normal and suspicions from their friends suddenly disappeared.
Lacus asked Miri, Shiho and 'Cagalli' to be on one room. The girls all changed clothes but 'Cagalli' was just staring down and blushing.
"I have a confession to make." Lacus suddenly blurted out.
"Hmmm…? Let me guess. You and Kira are now dating." Said Miri while changing her pajama
"What?!" 'Cagalli' shouted
"A-are you against that Cagalli?" Lacus worriedly asked
"No…I mean when?"
"No not actually but recently… Kira kissed me on my cheek every time we see each other or we bid goodbye." Lacus confessed while blushing. Shiho just finished changing and now Kira can confidently look at them.
"But isn't that we do all the time." Shiho said
"Yeah. We do that between girls!" Miri said. "What has gotten into him? He was very shy. To think he would make the first move." She added
"Me—Maybe he saw that we always do that and used it to get closer to you Lacus." 'Cagalli' theorized
"Actually, you're not doing that Cagalli recently." Miri said as she squints her eyes
"Are you sure you're not Kira just wearing wig and contacts?" Shiho too was suspicious
"Co—come on guys can this be faked?" Kira said and immediately raised his shirt showing 'Cagalli's' figure and breast.
"Pffft…you're Cagalli! Hahahaha" Miri said while holding her stomach while laughing
"No one on their right mind except Cagalli who will show her breast just to prove she is Cagalli.!" She added
Kira was blushing with his action. They did agree not to touch and he definitely did not touch it.
While the girls went on a different room to change their outfit for the night. They boys are waiting at the theater room. Choosing what to watch. All the time, Athrun was sulking which was noticed by 'Kira'.
"Any problem?" 'Kira' asked
"it's Cagalli…" He mumbled
"What did she do to you!" Cagalli blurted out loud which catches the attention of Yzak and Dearka.
"Hey what happened? Did she said no to you?" Dearka asked
"Or did she choose the purple haired guy?" Yzak teased
"Guys…" 'Kira' stopped the two.
"She was avoiding me…" Athrun said while fidgeting
"What's her reason she might have one." Cagalli calmly said but was curisng Kira inside her head
"Yeah, Athha is hot tempered but there's always a reason for her every action." Dearka said while he continued choosing what to watch
"We…Kissed." He said very lowly and softly but was enough for Cagalli to hear.
"YOU KISSED?! WHEN?" Cagalli asked and started panicking deep inside stoping herself from killing Kira.
"Whow. Kira I thought Zala is fine for Cagalli? "Yzak asked
"Yeah. But she said she still need to prioritize things!" She defended herself
"It was an accident at the infirmary but since then she's been avoiding me. I've said I'm sorry multiple times but…"
"Of course, she'll be mad. It might be her first kiss yet it was not romantic at all!" Dearka said he gave advised to Athrun how he can make it more romantic next time.
Cagalli who was listening to them is furious that Kira was the one in her body who experienced her bodies first kiss let alone on Athrun. She sometimes hears their plan but she can't concentrate and wanted to kill her twin brother.
The night passed and the twins secretly went back to their father's office. Uzumi just came back hours before their birthday. They already have the VR with proper computation and settings to hve them back together. They immediately did what's on the instruction.
"So?" Myrna asked.
"Yes! I'm back!" Cagalli joyfully screamed
"Ha..Finally!"
"Well, we won't be launching yet this device since it has a lot of problem." Uzumi said while approaching his child and patting their head exactly 12 midnight.
"Happy birthday you two." He sweetly smiled
"Happy birthday!" Myrna, Kisaka and Erica all greeted.
"Thanks! Happy birthday!" The twins said at the same time.
They went back to their designated room. Girls room is different from the boys. The two peacefully slept.
Early in the morning the Athha mansion was disturbed by a sudden scream.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAh!" It was a scream of children.
Kissaka and Uzumi went to find the voice and located it at the receiving room. There they saw the twins friend who looks like they saw ghost. Behind them Kira and Cagalli.
"What happened?" Kira asked
"Well it looks like a surprised party gone wrong." Cagalli who is still yawning. She planned to go back to her bed when they all noticed one thing. Dearka was holding the VR device that failed. Kisaska and Uzumi change glances.
"Children, tell me exactly what happened." Uzumi clamly said and apprached them
Lacus slowly approached Uzumi and explained what happed.
"This moron picked the VR he saw on a room and said it was the newest invention of the Athha's and would like to try. He freaking told it was safe. And now I'm here on this effing body of Lacus!"
Their jaw all dropped.
"Yzak?" Kira asked
"What?!" Lacus body and mouth answered
"Oh no… the horror!" Myrna said as she just came to bring some refreshments.
"Fine lets settle this. . Introduce yourself one by one!" Uzumi commanded
Shiho went on Athrun's body
Athrun was on Dearka
Dearka was on Miri
Miri was on Yzak
Yzak is on Lacus body
And Lacus is in Miri.
"Don't you dare touch anything Dearka" 'Yzak' said as she pulled 'Miri's' collar
"How longwill this last?" Athrun who is in Dearkas body asked
"Haaa for now it took two weeks at least to change back two person." Uzumi admitted the lacking on the equipment
"So…are you saying that it might take months?!" Shiho worriedly asked
"It might be longer than that since your body is not on the other person's you are with." Uzumi explained
"So…wait then when we're taking a shower and Kira was blushing it was…" Dearka said and glanced at the twins where Cagalli was blushing.
"Then the Kira who kissed me.."
"The Cagalli whom I kissed?"
"Wait? So it was Kira whom we changed clothes with every time also in our SWIMMING CLASS?" Miri is now shouting and they all stared at the two.
"KIRA SAID IT WAS THE RIGHT FORMULA AND THERE WILL BE NO HARM IT WAS HIS IDEA!" Cagalli pointed out
"What! You too agreed saying its harmful if we use other people as a sample!"
The house of Athha's was loud and noisy with all of the argument.
They all agreed that the children will stay within the mansion under surveillance and to protect each other.
"Well, isn't the best birthday we have huh Kira?" Cagalli said
"It was indeed" Kira said
"Loudest, craziest and funniest view…" the twins laughed together as they watch the chaotic view of their friends arguing what not to do with their bodies.
"Dearka! Stop touching my breast!"
"This house won't have peace for a while eh?" Uzumi smiled as he patted the head of his children who are laughing out loud.
"In deed!"
