"Okay...ready to explore these mystery woods." Mahiru said. "Who wants in?"

"Uh...I...wouldn't mind." Fluttershy said.

"Great." Mahiru said as she let the shy girl on. "Off we go!" Mahiru said as they teleported into a foggy forest.

"Whoa...that is some fog." Ochako said as the NEO-ONE began moving. "Oh...look! I think that tree just moved!" she said as they saw a tree-like creature with one eye moving.

"A Trevenant." Mahiru said, snapping a photo of it before looking at a floating rock. "Wha?"

"A ghost? Is it...oh...it..its not." Fluttershy said, looking towards a small cat-like creature.

"An Espurr." Mahiru said.

"Aw...it's so cute." Mina said.

"I guess they must live near the forest." Connie said.

"Good to know it's not a..huh…" Mahiru said before they saw a purple cat creature sitting up ahead. "An Espeon?"

"One of Cheshire's many possible evolution forms." Simon said.

"Yes. Eevee is able to evolve into many different kinds of evolutions. It usually depends on the stone used, but there are different requirements for the later ones. For example, Espeon here is the result of a strong bond with a Trainer and evolving during the daytime." Genis said.

"Interesting. But you'd think there'd be a Leafeon in a forest." Simon said.

"Leafeon prefer verdant forests and jungles over places like this." Jexi said. "Still...this Espeon...no telling what it's thinking."

"Oh...I gotta take a pic of…" Mahiru said as the Espeon ran off. "Hey, wait up!" Mahiru said as she went after it as the fog got deeper. "I just...wanna...what?" she said finding herself and Fluttershy in a vast field with many cherry blossom trees losing their petals. "Weird...I thought they lost their petals during the start of spring?"

"It's possible this may be an illusion." Litty said.

"It looked pretty real to me." Mahiru said. "Maybe if I fire some Illumina orbs." she said doing so randomly before hitting something randomly before revealing a lizard-like creature in the tree, hanging by its tail. "A Kecleon!" she said snapping a picture of it.

Fluttershy gasped. "Mahiru! Look over there!"

Mahiru looked to see two Unfezant presenting to one another. "Whoa...nice find." Mahiru said snapping a picture before the fog enveloped them once more. "Least we're...back?" she said finding themselves in a large bamboo filled forest. "It feels...warm. Like summer."

"How peculiar." Bloodless said.

"But...least I can see some new Pokémon." Mahiru said seeing some Pancham running about and playing with a Shiftry and a Bulbusaur.

After getting pictures of all of that, they entered the fog once again and ended up in an autumn like area.

"Now it's fall? What's going on here? It's like time's all messed up here." Mahiru said.

"Maybe...maybe it is." Fluttershy said. "Maybe it's all the seasons in this forest."

"If that's the case, we can already guess what's next after autumn." Lei said.

"Yeah...whoa…" Mahiru said, seeing a moving apple. "An Applin." she said as she saw it hiss at a passing Pokémon. "Definitely as fierce as a dragon." she said snapping a quick picture of it.

"From the way it looks, you'd think at first it wouldn't even be part Dragon type at all." Nuna said.

"Yeah…" Mahiru said as they crossed over to a winter like area. "Yep...that proves it. All seasons exist here." she said seeing a Gardevoir delicately traversing through the laden snow.

"Well, she's a beauty." Zacian said.

"Wow…" Mahiru said as it noticed them before teleporting away to a distant place. "Aw…" she said as they returned to the fog filled forest. "Looks like we're out of it."

"Yes but...I get the feeling that happened for a reason." Fluttershy said as she launched an Illumina Orb at a nearby bloom as a small deer like creature approached. "Look!"

"A Deerling. Hmm...looks young. Must have gotten separated from its parent." Mahiru said.

"We should help...and these Crystalblooms can help." Fluttershy said as they lit up a path for the small Deerling before finding the final bloom where the same Espeon was waiting as the Deerling arrived.

"I see...Espeon lead them through those little pocket areas to try and help Deerling." Jexi said.

"Wow…" Mahiru said before seeing a large Sawsbuck arrive as it reunited with the little deer before they wandered into the woods. "Follow…" she said as they followed after the deer Pokémon before ending up in a strange sunlit area. "What…"

"Whoa...look at this." Fluttershy said as they looked to a small patch of forest where all four seasons met as all four forms of Deerling and Sawsbuck were seen playing in that sunlit patch.

"Is this the center of the forest?" Scarlet asked.

"No...I think it's a place where they all meet up." Litty said. "This boggles the mind...yet it's so incredible. A real mystery of nature."

"Indeed." Lance said.

"Oh this is definitely photo worthy." Mahiru said ,snapping a picture. "Still...wonder how…" she said as they saw a small fairy-like creature flying overhead.

"Whoa...it's different from the one we know but...I think that's…" Dan said.

"Celebi…" Aelita said.

"So that would explain the time anomaly that occured in the forest. It was due to the Voice of the Forest itself." Simon said, referring to Celebi.

"I think you're right, Simon. Celebi is a Pokémon that is known to control time itself, and even travel through it." Sakura said. "Maybe it used its powers on the forest to create different time pockets of the seasons for different Pokémon in the forest to live in."

"Celebi may travel through time but it doesn't control it. This mountain is still mysterious." Mirror said. "Huh...whoa! I'm getting some huge Illumina readings!"

"Really?" Mahiru asked.

"Yeah...looks like it's coming from a lake further into the forest. I can send you there after you come back." Mirror said.

"All right." Mahiru said as she came back and input all her photos. "Now...to get that Pokémon."

"I'm coming with this time." Noelle said joining her as they appeared at a lake.

"So...where is it?" Mahiru asked, scanning the lake.

"According to the readings...the Illumina Pokémon is...right beneath you!" Mirror said.

"What? Whoa!" Mahiru said as they saw a gigantic Milotic swimming underneath the NEO-ONE.

"It's beautiful. What is it?" Setsuna asked.

"Bzzt! Milotic, the Tender Pokémon and the evolved form of Feebas. A Water Type! Milotic has provided inspiration to many artists. It has even been referred to as the most beautiful Pokémon of all. It is said that just a glimpse of its beauty can calm any hostile emotions." Rotomphone said.

"Oh wow… She looks so stunning. A lot of female Pokémon wish they have that kind of beauty." Zacian said.

"Without a doubt, that Milotic is definitely the Illumina Pokémon." Mirror said as Mahiru hit it with a few Illumina orbs as Milotic let out a call as patterns appeared all over its body.

"That's incredible." Noelle said as Milotic dove deep down. "Is it swimming away?"

"No…" Mahiru said as Milotic spun out of the water with the water swirling around it in a tornado. "It's using Twister."

"Seems like you've got another fan, Mahiru." Zacian said.

"Yeah." Mahiru said snapping a couple of pictures before Milotic dove back down and started swimming away.

"Looks like it's swimming away now. But hopefully you got plenty of pictures." Noelle said.

"Oh boy, do I." Mahiru said as she returned.

"That makes two Illumina Pokémon. This cannot be a coincidence. But why are they now just emerging I wonder." Mirror said.

"Either way...we still have plenty of islands right?" Mahiru asked.

"There were four total islands that were visited years ago by a famed explorer. We still have two left. Maricopia would be next." Mirror said. "However...it'll take a few days before I finish a few upgrades for the NEO-ONE."

"That's cool. We can pass the time." Mahiru said. "I've got a few ideas on how too."
