Hey, guys! Welcome to the new chapter of Hilda and Stitch! Sorry that it took long to update this story, but I got busy with real-life stuff and a couple of other things...anyway, I don't own anything, except for my OC'S. Also, credit to drakin6345 for the creation of his OC Roland Trenton, and Amun.
NOW LET'S GET ON WITH THE STORY!
[Hilda and Stitch: Season 1-Episode 2: The Sparrow Scouts]
It was a nice quiet morning in the city of Trollberg as we zoom in to Hilda's apartment and cue to Jumba's room/lab, where we see the bald alien sitting near his desk while holding two vials filled with some kind of strange liquid as Jumba eyes them warily before carefully mixed them together on a small beaker as he stood back and hums curiously as the 'evil' genius noticed the red and yellow liquids forming together to make some sort of bubbly orange substance that hisses loudly as steam poured out. Jumba narrows his eyes at it curiously as he then bends down and picks up a small tree branch with a leaf on it as Jumba drops it inside the beaker and watched expectantly as the tiny tree branch floated inside the orange substance for a few seconds before shriveling up as Jumba rubs his face and sighs in disappointment as he stood up and grabbed the beaker.
"Darn, looks like Jumba should go back to the drawing board," Jumba says as he was about to go back to his notes to see what went wrong, but then stopped as he noticed Hilda running by his door. Raising an eyebrow at this, Jumba walked out of his room as he saw Hilda running around the living room, frantically looking for something as Hilda opened the drawers and frowned as she didn't find what she was looking for and sighs in annoyance as she closed the drawer and looked up at the bookcase.
"Did you find it yet, Stitch?" Hilda asked hopefully as Stich suddenly popped his head out from behind a bookcase, and the little experiment frowned somberly as he shakes his head. "Ugh, great, where could it possibly be?" Hilda asked while placing her hand on her chin thoughtfully as she then glanced back over at Stitch and gave him a suspicious look. "Did you eat it?"
"Naga," Stitch says while shaking his head as Hilda gave him an unconvinced look and placed her hands on her hips as she raised an eyebrow at him.
"Oh, really? I find that hard to believe, considering that you ate all of my left shoes last week."
"Naga, Stich no eat shoes. Stitch goes on a diet." Stitch says as Hilda blinks at this before smiling.
"Oh, really? That's great," Hilda says, happy that her friend won't eat her shoes anymore, as Stitch nodded.
"Ih. Only eat right shoes from now on." Stitch says while pulling out one of Hilda's right shoes as he began eating it.
"...Well, at least your not eating my left shoes anymore. That's some progress, I guess." Hilda says while sweatdropping at her friend's antics as Jumba walked over to the duo and crossed his arms at them with a raised eyebrow.
"Jumba wants to know what is Little Blue Haired Girl and 626 doing?" Jumba asked as Hilda turned to him while Stitch ducks down into the bookcase to continue searching.
"Stitch and I are trying to find a sweater of mine that I lost," Hilda explained as Jumba nodded, and the little girl finally noticed the beaker that Jumba was holding as it was filled with some type of orange liquid. "Hey, Jumba, what are you working on? Is it one of your...experiments?" Hilda asked warily while taking a few steps back as she had lived long enough with Jumba to know that whenever he makes one of his famous, 'experiments', it usually ends in either a failure or an explosion...mostly explosion.
"You're right, Little Blue Haired Girl. Jumba is trying to create a special type of compound that will terraform any plant-life to grow and have a more humanoid appearance and gain sentience so that I can have them work as my lab assistants." Jumba said as Hilda's eyes him confusedly and tilted her head as Jumba sighs tiredly. "Basically, I'm creating a special type of liquid that when I spray it onto any type of plant, it will bring them to life so that they can do the grunt work and chores that I don't want to do." Jumba simplifies his explanation.
"Oh, okay," Hilda says, now understanding what he was saying as Jumba smiled and nodded.
"Yeah, Jumba got the idea from your little tree friend that you mentioned earlier...and hopefully this experiment won't end up a disaster like Experiment 509," Jumba mumbled under his breath as he sweatdrops a bit.
"Wait, why don't you just create robot servants to help you? Isn't that easier?" Hilda asked while raising an eyebrow at the former evil scientist as she crossed her arms at him.
"Maybe, but Jumba prefers to be working with living things instead of robots ever since...the incident," Jumba says while looking up with a haunted look on his face as dramatic music appeared and lightning struck in the background.
"Uh, okay," Hilda says while eyeing the large alien weirdly as she took a couple of steps back. "Anyway, I'm going to keep looking for my sweater. I need it to wear for my Sparrow Scout Initiation today." Hilda explains as Jumba's eyes widen, and he hits his forehead.
"Oh, was that today? Sorry Little Blue Haired Girl, Jumba was so wrapped up with experiments that Jumba had completely forgotten about that. Jumba will quickly start getting ready for the initiation." Jumba says while quickly turning around to run inside his room/lab put on his Earth Disguise.
"Well, you better hurry up! We're leaving any minute now!" Hilda yelled just as her mother and Pleakley appeared as they walked over to her, and Joanna smiled down at her daughter as she grabs her purse.
"Hey, sweetie, ready to go to your very first Sparrow Scout meeting?" Joanna asked as Hilda shakes her head.
"Almost. I have to look for something first." Hilda says.
"Oh, this will be most exciting for Hilda. I remembered when I first join my own scout group. It was so amazing." Pleakely says while wearing one of her Earth Disguises, which consisted of a long buttoned fur black coat with a white shirt underneath, a black feather hat, long black pants, and black high-heels. Pleakley also wore a shoulder-length straight blonde wig and a bit of makeup.
"You have scouts group in space too?" Joanna asked curiously as Pleakley nodded eagerly.
"Oh, yes, it was one of my fondest childhood moments growing up," Pleakley says as Joanna smiled lightly.
"Aww, that's sweet. I hope Hilda likes the Sparrow Scouts as much as you did when you were with your own scout group."
"Oh, I'm sure she will," Pleakley says as Joanna smiled at the one-eyed alien for his reassuring words, but then they yelped in surprise as Stitch suddenly pops out from behind a bookcase and crawled over to Hilda as he shakes his head solemnly and Hilda sighs dejectedly as Sitch patted her back comfortably.
"Darn, I guess we have to keep looking," Hilda says as Stitch nodded, and the duo continued searching around the living room as Joanna and Pleakley eyed them curiously.
"What are you two looking for?" Joanna asked as Hilda jumped onto the couch and started looking in between the couch cushions, but found nothing as Hilda groans in annoyance and turns to her mother.
"Stitch is helping me trying to look for my sweater," Hilda says as Pleakley raised an eyebrow at her confusedly.
"Uh, you mean the one that you're wearing?" Pleakley asked while pointing at the brown long-sleeved turtle-necked sweater that Hilda is currently wearing.
"No, Pleakley. This is my bad sweater. I'm trying to find my good sweater," Hilda says as Pleakley nodded while Joanna placed her hands on her hips as she was about to tell her daughter that maybe they should look for her sweater another time when suddenly Stitch came in and literally picks up the entire couch, with Hilda still on it, into the air with one hand, much to Joanna and Pleakley shock as Stitch started looking around.
"Careful, careful, careful!" Joanna and Pleakley warned panickily, more worried about Hilda's safety than the couch's as the duo ignored her, and Hilda popped her head out to stare at Stitch curiously.
"Did you find my sweater?"
"Naga, no sweater," Stitch says while shaking his head as he then promptly dropped the couch onto the floor, causing the couch to bounce a bit as Hilda was thrown into the air, and Pleakley and Joanna panicked a bit as the middle-aged mother was about to try and catch her daughter mid-air, but didn't have to as Stitch leaped up and casually caught her daughter as he landed on the ground and gently sets Hilda down as the blue-haired girl groans in frustration and sighs as she made her way to her mother.
"Fine, I guess I'll have to wear this one," Hilda says with an annoyed look on her face, nonchalant by what just happened, as Joanna and Pleakley stared at her in disbelief before their eyes widen in realization as they glared at her.
"Hey, Pleakley and I knitted that sweater for you!" Joanna yelled as Pleakley nodded in agreement and crossed his arms as he narrowed his eye at her.
"Yeah, what's so bad about it?" Pleakley asked as Hilda sweatdrops nervously and rubs her neck awkwardly as she turned back to Stitch for help.
"You dug your own grave, Hilda. Stitch will not be a part of this," Stitch says while taking a few steps back as Hilda glared at him playfully.
"Traitor," Hilda says before turning back to her glaring mother and friend as she smiled at them warily. "Well, you see, the sweater is-" Hilda says before getting interrupted by the doorbell as Hilda mentally sighs in relief at the distraction and went over to open the door as she saw Roland and Amun as Hilda beams at the sight of him and turned to her mother. "Oh, look, Mom! Its Mr. Trenton! You know, your friend who makes you really happy and makes you forget about whatever thing that I made you mad about?" Hilda asked sweetly while not so subtly pushing Roland over to her mother as Joanna rolled her eyes at her daughter, realizing what she was doing, but chose to ignore it for now as she walked over to Roland to start a nice conversation with him.
"Hey, what about me?" Pleakley asked while crossing his arms as Hilda turns to him and gave him a sly look.
"If you forget about the whole sweater thing, I will have Stitch stop eating your left shoes." Hilda proposed as Pleakley smiled widely and nodded eagerly.
"You have a deal!" Pleakley says while briefly shaking her hand as he then went over to check on his makeup, and Stitch made his way over to Hilda's side as the blue-haired girl leans down to Stitch's eye level.
"But I won't do anything about his right shoes, though," Hilda says to Stitch, who chuckled as they shared a brief fist bump.
"Hey, Roland, how are you and little Amun doing?" Joanna asked while petting Amun, who was sitting on Roland's shoulders as the little phoenix seemed to enjoy the petting.
"Oh, pretty good. Amun and I stopped by because I remembered that Hilda's Sparrow Scout Initiation was today, so I was wondering if we could tag along?" Roland asked as Joanna beams and nodded as she smiled at him.
"Sure, we don't mind you coming along with us. Right, Hilda?" Joanna asked her daughter, secretly hoping that Hilda won't make a fuss about bringing Roland along, but, much to her surprise, Hilda nodded.
"Sure, he can come with us, Mum," Hilda says as while she was still on the fence on how she feels about Roland, Hilda was willing to give the guy a chance and get to know him better.
"Well, that settles it then," Joanna says to Roland with a big smile on her face as she was grateful for her daughter acting so mature about her and Roland's friendship.
"Hey, I'm here," Jumba says while walking out of his room as he wore a gray buttoned-up jacket with a white shirt underneath, a red tie, a small gray feathered fedora, two pairs of sunglasses that covered his eyes, gray slacks, and black shoes. "Sorry that Jumba was late. It took forever to put on Jumba's Earth Dis-err, Jumba's clothes." Jumba says before correcting himself as he spotted Roland waiting out the door.
"Well, good, let's go then. We don't want to be late." Joanna says as everyone nodded, and they started making their way outside of their apartment building as the gang made their way over to where the Sparrow Scouts were hosting their initiation ceremony.
An hour later, we see the gang all standing around in the Sparrow Scouts headquarters, which was a large cabin placed near the outskirts of the woods as we zoom in and see Hilda and Stitch standing in front of the Sparrow Scout troops as the little blue-haired girl was busy reciting an oath to the Sparrow Scout Leader Debby while Joanna, Roland, Jumba, Pleakley and all of the other parents stood in background to watch the ceremony.
"I promise to be trustworthy, useful, and helpful to others," Hilda says while holding up her arm as she was currently reciting the Sparrow Scouts Oath with her eyes closed as Stitch stood beside her and was mimicking her actions as Debby and all of the other adults found this to be adorable. "To be a friend to all people, animals, and spirits," Hilda says just as she hears the sound of someone farting as she opens one of her eyes and spotted Eliza blowing a raspberry at her while standing behind Debby as she was wearing her Sparrow Scout Unifrom. "To never be a snob, like Eliza," Hilda continued while insulted Eliza as the young British girl glared at her before pailing a bit as Eliza noticed Stitch growling at her threateningly and took a couple of steps back as Stitch grinned at this. "To be courageous, to do a good thing every day, to smile and to whistle, and to keep the Sparrow Scout law," Hilda says, finishing the Oath as she opened her eyes and looked around expectantly as her mother smiled at her proudly while Rolan gave her a thumbs-up as Jumba and Pleakly applauded for her.
"Bravo! Bravo! That was perfect!" Pleakley shouted with even Amun cheering for Hilda as he flapped his wings around excitedly.
"Best Oath reciting I've ever heard!" Jumba yelled while clapping his hands enthusiastically as the Sparrow Scouts troop giggled at Hilda's eccentric aunt and uncle antics while the parents eyed Joanna weirdly as she blushes in embarrassment and gave them a sheepish shrug.
"My Brother and his wife really care for their little niece," Joanna answered while shrinking back from their judging stares as Roland patted her back comfortably.
"Well, I have to agree with your Uncle and your Aunt, Hilda. You recited that oath perfectly. And now that you've taken the oath, you may wear the sash. Frida, would you help me do the honors?" Debby says to Frida, who was standing beside her, as she nodded up to her Sparrow Scout Leader with a radiant smile.
"With pleasure, Raven Leader," Frida says as she walks over to Hilda and pulls out an orange sash as she wrapped it around Hilda's body. "Welcome to the Sparrow Scouts," Frida says as Hilda smiled and nodded as Debby walked over to them while holding a small orange sash.
"Both of you," Debby says while bending down to Stitch's eye level as she placed the sash around him, and the little blue experiment eyes it curiously as Debby stood up and smiled at Hilda. "Your Mum told me how fond you were of your little...dog thing, so I made sure to make a little makeshift sash for him just for him," Debby says as Stitch beams and rubs his head against the sash happily as Hilda smiled up at the older woman.
"Thanks, Raven Leader. I really appreciate that. Stitch as well." Hilda says while smiling down at her friend amusedly as she noticed how much he likes his new sash.
"But, just to be clear, he won't earn any real badges, right?" Frida asked worriedly as Debby rolled her eyes playfully and nodded.
"Yes, Frida, Hilda's dog won't earn any real badges. The sash is just for pretend, nothing more."
"Okay, good. More badges for me then." Frida says as Hilda and Stitch gave her deadpanned looks as Frida noticed this and blushed in embarrassment as she coughs. "A-Anyway, you have anything else to say to our new Sparrow Scout member, Raven Leader?" Frida asked as Debby beams and nodded as she turned back to Hilda and Stitch.
"Oh, yes, I forgot to mention that it's an unofficial tradition to initiate a new recruit with a game of-"
"Stingball!" A boy shouted while holding a stingball in his hands as he throws it at Hilda, who ducks with a laugh as a small war of stingball immediately occurred, and all of the adults watched in amusement as they watched their kids play around.
Frida leaped out of the way to dodge a stingball as Hilda caught it while Stitch caught another stingball as they turned to glance at each other and smirked as they grouped up and started throwing their stingballs around as they laughed, but that laughter was cut short as a stingball appeared and struck the back of Hilda's head rather harshly as she yelped in pain and rubbed her head as she turned around and saw Eliza grinning at her smugly as she held another ball in her hand. Hilda glared at her while an angry Stitch grabbed a ball and was about to toss it at the blonde-haired girl, only for a random stingball to appear as it struck Eliza upside her head and sends her flying to the ground as Hilda and Stitch blinked in surprise, and turned their heads as they saw a smirking Frida giving them a thumbs up and Hilda smiled as she gave her own thumbs up and went back to playing Stingball as Stitch happily joined her.
"Alright, Sparrows, circle up!" Debby shouted while blowing her whistle as the kids stopped playing and walked over to her as their Sparrow Scout Raven Leader smiled at them. "Your first badge challenge of the year is the Friend of the Park badge," Debby says as Frida beams and glanced over at the empty spot in her sash as a curious Hilda and Stitch turned to her and were surprised to see how many badges she had earned as Frida basically had almost every Sparrow Scout badge known to man. "Earning it will require a team effort. You will be divided, blah, blah, blah," Debby says as Hilda and Stitch tuned her out and turned to Frida as Hilda pointed at her sash.
"You sure have a lot of badges," Hilda pointed out as Frida turned to her with a smug smirk.
"The only badges that matter are the ones that I don't have yet...and to make sure that I have more than Eliza," Frida says as she and the others turned to glance over at Eliza, who was still feeling dizzy from the stingball hit that she had received from Frida as Hilda chuckled and turned back to her fellow Sparrow Scout member.
"So, you don't like, Eliza, as well?" Hilda asked as Frida nodded with a groan.
"Yeah, she can be such a major pain."
"I know, right?" Hilda asked as the girls shared a giggle, and Stitch looked between the girls with a small smile on his face as he was glad that Hilda was making new friends.
"Each team will be responsible for a clean-up and beautification project in Trollberg City Park. Each project must be completed in the course of one weekend." Debby explains as the kids smiled and murmured against themselves, liking the activity as Debby smiled at this. "Any volunteers?" She asked as an eager Frida and many other kids raised their hands. "Very good. Leaders, choose your teams."
"I'll take Hilda and Stitch!" Frida says cheerfully as Hilda and Stitch smiled at this.
"Thanks," Hilda says with a chuckle, feeling touched that Frida will pick them over the other members as Frida smirked at her arrogantly.
"No, heh, thank you. I need twenty points to earn my Level Three Friendly and Helpful Badge. And you're worth at least 10." Frida says as Hilda and Stitch sweatdropped a bit at her explanation.
"I am?" Hilda asked as Frida nodded and hooked her arm around her shoulder.
"Yep, inviting the new kid into a game or activity will earn you ten points, five more if I also invite your little dog here, so that's like fifteen points for me," Frida says with a giggle as Hilda cocked her head confusedly, but nodded as Frida turned back over to her Sparrow Scout Leader. "And to complete my team, I choose David," Frida says while pointing at David, who was standing off to the side shyly as he beamed and ran over to the trio as he smiled at them, and they smiled back until they noticed a bug laying on his head as Frida pointed at it.
"David, bug."
"Where?!" David asked frantically while searching his body as the bug crawled down onto his back and was promptly snatched by Stitch as he placed it in his mouth and ate it as the girls blinked at this before sharing a look as they giggled.
"It's, um...it's gone now," Hilda says while stifling her giggles as David sighs in relief and smiled at Hilda.
"That's good to hear. Anyway, you would really love to be on Frida's team. She really knows what she is doing."
"That's good, 'cause I've never been on any kind of team before," Hilda says with a shrug as Frida and David stared at her with mildly surprised looks on their faces.
"Never?" Frida asked in disbelief as Hilda nodded with a smile.
"Yeah, I've lived my whole life in the wilderness. My Mum and I were the only humans for miles around."
"Uh, good to know," Frida says awkwardly as David cocked his head at her confusedly.
"What about your Dad and your Aunt and Uncle?" David asked while pointing at Jumba and Pleakley, who were eating nearly everything from the buffet as the adults once again gave Joanna odd looks, and the young woman shrugged at them sheepishly as Roland was giving a few pieces of bread to Amun.
"Oh, Mr. Trenton is not my Dad. He's just my neighbor and my Mum's new friend. And my Aunt and Uncle lived elsewhere in Hawaii before moving in with us a couple of weeks ago. They were the ones who gave me Stitch in the first place." Hilda says, using the cover story that she and the others created to explain the alien's presence, as Stitch barked and Hilda smiled at him as she bends down to rub his head.
"Well, if that guy isn't your Dad, then where is your real Dad?" Frida asked curiously as Hilda flinched, and her demeanor dimmed a bit as she stood up and rubbed her arm awkwardly.
"O-Oh, uh, my Dad died in an accident a long time ago in the woods when I was 7-years-old," Hilda admitted sadly as Stitch frowned at her sympathetically and rubbed his head against her side to give her comfort as Hilda smiled at him lightly appreciatively.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to bring up bad memories." Frida says with a wince, feeling sorry for ever bringing that up as she and David gave her sympathetic looks.
"It's fine, guys. It happened a long time ago, and I had already mourned over his death. Anyway, do you have a plan for the assignment that our Sparrow Scout Leader gave us?" Hilda asked, wanting to change the depressing topic as Frida nodded and pulled out a map of Trollberg as she placed it on the ground.
"Yes, I do. You see, our assignment is to clean up this plot of land at the far edge of the park and plant a garden." Frida says while drawing a small circle at the park where she and the others will be working on. "Listen, the sooner we do this, the sooner we get that badge."
"Alright, let's start tonight. Who's up for some midnight gardening?" Hilda asked excitedly as Frida laughed.
"I admire your enthusiasm, but organization comes first."
"And daylight is also good," David added in meekly with Stitch nodding in agreement as although he can see in the dark, Stitch didn't want to work so late in the day when he could be sleeping or watching more monster movies with Hilda and the others.
"I'll work upon a project plan and see you guys in the morning," Frida says while grabbing onto her map as she walks off.
"See you soon, Hilda," David says while walking away as Hilda waved at them and turned back to Stitch as she smiled at him.
"Well, they seemed nice, don't you think?" Hilda asked as Stitch nodded.
"Ih. Stitch like Frida and David." Stitch says as Hilda nodded and rubbed his head as they walked back over to Joanna and the others. An hour later, we see the gang riding down the street in Joanna's car as she and Roland sat in the front seats while Jumba and Pleakley sat in the back seat as Hilda and Stitch sat in their laps as Amun was resting on Roland's lap.
"Hey, Mum, did you ever earned a lot of badges when you were a Sparrow Scout?" Hilda asked her mother curiously as Joanna nodded with a smile.
"Oh, yes. I had the most badges in my flock by the time I moved on." Joanna admitted as everyone felt slightly impressed by the new piece of information.
"Wow, that's amazing. You must've worked hard to earn the most badges out of the whole group." Roland says as Joanna blushed slightly at the compliment.
"Thanks, I still felt quite proud of that little achievement."
"That's quite impressive, Mum. I hope that I earn a lot of badges like you someday." Hilda says as Joanna smiled at her from the rearview mirror.
"Oh, I'm sure you will, sweetie," Joanna says as Stitch and the others murmured in agreement.
"Yeah, I'm sure, you will earn a lot more badges than your mother, Hilda. In fact, if you want, your Uncle and I can lend you a hand on your little group project of yours tomorrow? I know a lot about gardening, so I'm sure I can help you greatly." Pleakley says as Hilda beams.
"Really? That sounds great, Aunt Pleakley!" Hilda says with a smile as Pleakley smiled back and then gave Jumba a smug smirk as he nudges his side playfully.
"I will probably be more useful than your Uncle here since he knows more about science than gardening," Pleakley says as Jumba rolled his eyes and scoffed.
"Oh, please, how hard can gardening be?" Jumba asked as Pleakley gave him a sly look.
"I don't know. It might be too hard for you to handle," Pleakley says as Jumba narrows his eyes at him in annoyance.
"Oh, sure, because removing little weeds from out of the ground is more complicated and more dangerous than messing with chemicals. Ooh, so hard," Jumab says mockingly as Pleakley glared at him and was about to retort but was cut off by Joanna.
"Now, now, guys, I'm sure my Brother will be just as big as a help as all of the others," Joanna says, wanting to put an end to their bickering as Pleakley sighs but nodded while Jumba still felt a little annoyed by what Pleakley says as he began to come up with a plan to outperform Pleakley tomorrow and an idea popped into his head as he grinned evilly and rubbed his hands as he laughed sinisterly.
The next morning, we see Frida and David making their way through Hilda's apartment as they arrived at the front door, and Frida knocked on it as Hilda and Stitch opened the door while wearing their new Sparrow Scout Uniforms as Hilda wore a yellow shirt with a brown rhombus-shaped insignia planted on the left side of her chest, red neckerchief that was fastened with a white toggle, brown beanie with a red feather planted onto it, a brown skirt, black leggings, and of course, her iconic large red boots while Stitch wore a yellow jersey with a large orange rhombus-shaped insignia planted in the middle of his chest, an orange beanie with a red feather planted onto it, his red collar, his orange sash, and brown shorts.
"Hey, guys," Hilda greeted her new friends cheerfully as Frida smiled at her while David waved at her as they spotted Stitch's new outfit, and Frida immediately cooed at the sight of him as she bends down to pet him.
"Aww, doesn't Stitch looks so cute?" Frida gushed while still petting Stitch as he melted against her touch and purred a bit. "Where did you get this outfit?"
"My Mum bought it for him. She thinks it would make him look cute, and she was right." Hilda says while smiling down at Stitch amusedly as she started petting him as well.
"T-That outfit does look good on him, I guess," David says meekly, still nervous around Stitch after what happened a few weeks ago when they first met Hilda and Stitch.
"Oh, yeah, I also wanted to say that I'm sorry for my dog's actions when we first met. Stitch didn't mean to scare you. He was just playing around. Say, you're sorry, Stitch." Hilda says to Stitch, who nodded as he bowed his head apologetically but ended up falling on his head as he blinked before laughing joyfully as he started spinning around.
"Well, apology accepted, I guess," Frida says while chuckling slightly at Hilda's dog antics as David smiled at Stitch weakly, not feeling as scared by Stitch as much as before as he laughed slightly at what Stitch was doing.
"Good. Anyway, come in." Hilda says while gesturing at Frida and David to walk into her apartment as they nodded and walked inside as Stitch stopped spinning and jumped back onto his feet as he went on all fours and crawled after the kids as they entered Hilda's living room, and Frida gasped in shock as she spotted Twig resting on a laundry basket a few feet away from them.
"Hold on. Is that a Deer Fox?" Frida asked while pointing at Twig, who shot up in surprise at the new group of people as Hilda nodded with a big smile on her face.
"Yep. This is Twig." Hilda says as Twig walked over to them and stood beside his owner as Frida looked down at him in amazement while David, of course, looks apprehensive.
"I've read about them, but I've never actually seen one before! Look at those antlers! He's so cute!" Frida gushed as Twig walked over to her and David and sniffed them curiously as David placed his finger on one of his antlers and winced as he pulled his finger back.
"And surprisingly sharp," David says as Hilda nodded with a smile.
"He can be fierce when he needs to be. Can't you, boy?" Hilda asked with a baby-like voice as Twig ran up to his owner and rubbed his head against her legs as she rubbed his back.
"Hello, Little Blue-Haired Niece. How are you today?" Jumba asked as he and Pleakley walked into the room and, thankfully, were wearing their Earth Disguises as Jumba wore a gray jacket with a white shirt underneath, two pairs of black sunglasses to cover his eyes, a fake black mustache, a gray/black hat, black jeans, and no shoes while Pleakley wore blue overalls with a white shirt underneath, a large yellow sun hat, her curly blonde wig, blue jeans, and black shoes.
"Doing good, Uncle Jumba. We were about to head out." Hilda says before turning to Frida and David. "Guys, this is my Uncle Jumba and my Aunt Pleakley."
"Oh, we've already met before," Frida says with David nodding in agreement as Hilda and Stitch looked between her friends and 'uncle' and 'aunt' with surprised looks on their faces.
"You did?" Hilda asked as Pleakley nodded eagerly.
"Oh, yes, we did. Your Uncle and I met your little friends during the Bird Parade a week ago." Pleakley says as David nodded.
"Yeah, your family really helped us out with the parade."
"At first, their designs for the parade were...interesting, but everyone loved it, and I hate to agree with them, but their alien theme was genius, and the Great Raven seemed to like it, so overall the parade was a success. They were a great help to the Bird Parade." Frida said as Hilda beams and clapped her hands.
"Oh, excellent! Then you and David wouldn't mind if they come and help us with our little project?" Hilda asked hopefully.
"Oh, sure, I'm okay with that," David says with a smile, not seeing anything wrong with bringing some of Hilda's family to help while Frida looks apprehensive.
"Well, I don't know..." Frida says hesitantly as she twiddled her fingers awkwardly.
"Don't worry, Brown-Haired Little Girl, we won't take over your project like last time. This time, Jumba and Pleakley will work for you and follow your command." Jumba says while discretely looking down at a bottle of spray hidden underneath his jacket as it was filled with the strange orange liquid from yesterday. "And, I will show One Eye Noddle that Jumba is a way better gardener than he is." Jumba thought to himself mentally as he chuckled evilly.
"Yeah, don't worry, we just want to help out. What do you say?" Pleakley asked as Frida hums thoughtfully about their offer.
"Well...okay, then. You guys can come." Frida says with a smile, happy that the adults will follow her plan this time as the group was about to leave but stopped as Joanna, Roland, and Amun appeared.
"Hey, Hilda. You mind introducing your little friends to us?" Joanna asked calmly, but deep inside, the young woman was squealing in happiness at having her daughter FINALLY making some human friends.
"Mum, Mr. Trenton, this is David and Frida. David and Frida, this is my Mum and my neighbor Mr. Trenton." Hilda says as the adults smiled at the kids.
"It's very nice to meet you both," Joanna says with Roland nodding in agreement as Amun, who was sitting on Roland's shoulders, squawked and flew down onto the floor as he walked over to them and cocked his head curiously at the kids as Frida and David couldn't help but gawked at the sight of him.
"I-Is that a Phoenix?" David asked fearfully while taking a few steps back from Amun warily while Frida, being the braver one of the two, bends down to Amun's eye level as she inspects him.
"I can't believe that you have a pet Phoenix, Mr. Trenton. Does everyone around here have exotic pets, or is it just your family and friends?" Frida asked as Hilda teasingly, who blushes sheepishly as she shrugs.
"Ha, ha, trust me, Frida, I was just as shocked as you're are when I encountered little Amun here. And don't worry, David, I trained Amun to be harmless around people. He won't hurt a fly." Roland says as Amun spotted a fly floating close to him as Amun opened his beak and roasted the little animal alive as everyone stared at Amun in shock. "...Well, he won't hurt people at least," Roland says sheepishly with everyone taking a couple of steps back away from Amun as Stitch looks down, and his eyes widen in intrigued as he spotted what seems to be a Golden Egg resting in Roland's hands. Thinking that it was a chocolate egg, Stitch licks his lips as he sneakily crawled over to Roland and leaped up to try and take a bite out of the egg...only to have Roland lift his hand out of Stitch's reach as the small experiment face planted on the floor comically. "No, Stitch, bad! That's not food!" Roland scolded Stitch sternly as the blue-furred experiment sits up from the floor and shakes his head as he turned to glare at Roland and stood on four legs as Stitch growled at him in annoyance and was about to pounce on Roland but was stopped by Hilda.
"No, Stitch, heel! Bad dog!" Hilda scolded before bending down to Stitch's eye level as she gave him a stern look. "When we come back home, we'll talk about how bad it is to eat other people's possessions," Hilda whispered as Stitch grumbled but otherwise didn't do anything else as Hilda turned back to Roland and gave him an apologetic look. "Sorry about that, Mr. Trenton. Stitch likes to eat anything he sees."
"It's okay, Hilda. I'm just glad that I managed to move my precious egg out of the way before he ate it whole." Roland says while looking down at the Golden Egg as Hilda and the other kids cocked their heads at it curiously.
"What is it, by the way?" Hilda asked.
"Oh, Roland told me that the egg it's his family's most precious heirloom," Joanna says as everybody raised an eyebrow at this confusedly.
"Uh, I don't mean to be rude, but how is it that an egg is so valuable?" Pleakley asked while crossing his arms as Roland smirked at him.
"Well, I'm glad you asked, Pleakley. You see, this isn't just some normal egg. This is the real Golden Goose Egg."
"What!? Really?!" Hilda asked in shock as Roland nodded, kind of smugly as Hilda stared at the egg in wonder. "Can I hold it?" Hilda asked as Roland bits his lip nervously.
"Uh, well, as long as your careful with it, then I suppose you can," Roland says while hesitantly handing the Golden Egg over to Hilda, who stared at it in awe as Frida and David quickly crowded around her to stare at the egg in astonishment.
"Whoa, it's pretty," David says with sparkly eyes as Hilda nodded in agreement and nonchalantly pushed a hungry-looking Stitch away as skeptic Frida turned to Roland.
"This can't be actually a true genuine Golden Goose Egg, right? I mean, no one has seen a Golden Egg in over a thousand years." Frida says as Jumba and Pleakely looked at the egg confusedly.
"Uh, excuse me, but Jumba is confused. What is a Golden Egg?" Jumba asked with Pleakley nodding in agreement, looking equally as confused as Joanne turned to them and begins to explain what a Golden Egg is.
"Well, you see, guys, a long, long, long time ago, there was this farmer who had managed to procure a goose that can literally poop out real golden eggs. One Egg is able to set you for life, so the farmer started handing them out to all kinds of people for free, rich, poor it didn't matter to him as the farmer likes to help people out. But over the years, people were starting becoming too greedy and wanted to have more Golden Eggs and even tried to steal the goose from the farmer a couple of times, so for the safety of him and the goose, the farmer took back the majority of the Golden Eggs from the people that he gave away for free, and hid himself and the goose away. Nobody had seen the farmer, the goose, or a Golden Egg ever since."
"But if that's the case, then why does Mr. Trenton has the Golden Egg?" David asked as Roland smirked.
"Well, to answer Frida's question first, this is a real genuine Golden Egg. And how I have it, well, my great, great, great, great, great, ancestor was close friends with the farmer, and my ancestor promise to hid and protect the Golden Egg from people wanting to steal it, and the farmer trusted her enough to let her keep it. And the Golden Egg has been a precious family heirloom ever since."
"Wow, Mr. Trenton, that's so cool. I can't believe that you have a real Golden Egg. I'm so jealous." Hilda says while handing him back the egg as Roland smiled at her.
"Why? Planning to sell it, right?" Roland asked jokingly as Hilda's face scrunched up in confusion.
"What? No, that's stupid. Why would I waste the Golden Egg like that to buy something? I rather just keep it as a souvenir." Hilda says as Roland smiled at what she says proudly.
"That's good to hear, Hilda. Anyway, you guys better go back to your little project thing. You're burning daylight."
"Mr. Trenton is right. According to my schedule, we should've been done with small talk five minutes ago, so we better hustle." Frida says as everyone raised an eyebrow at what she says but didn't say anything as Joanna suddenly disappeared into the kitchen and came back shortly after as she held a bagged lunch and a thermos in her hands.
"Oh, I understand, Frida. You all have badges to earn. Well, here are some cucumber sandwiches. I made enough for everyone."
"My favorite! Thanks, Mum!" Hilda says while grabbing the bagged lunch and thermos from her mother's hands as Jumba, Pleakley, and the kids said their goodbyes and walked out of the apartment as Joanna and Roland watched them go with small smiles on their faces before the blonde-haired man noticed that Joanna had some tears in her eyes as he eyed her worriedly.
"Are you alright?" Roland asked as Joanna nodded tearfully and wiped away her years as she smiled at him sheepishly.
"Sorry, it's just that, I always wanted to see Hilda run off to play with her friends, and now that it is happening, I'm getting kind of emotional," Joanna says as Roland smiled at her reassuringly.
"It's okay, I understand. I will find a tissue box for you."
"Thanks, I appreciate that," Joanna says as Roland nodded and placed his Golden Egg on the table as he walked out of the room to find some tissue paper, and Joanna sniffled as she was about to make some tea to calm her nerves...only to deadpan as she saw Stitch trying to reach for the egg, still thinking that it was made of chocolate as Joanna crossed her arms and gave him a stern look. "Don't even think about it, mister." Joanna scolded as Stitch flinched at getting caught and grumbled angrily as he turned around and followed after Hilda and the others sadly as Joanna rolled her eyes at his antics before going back to making some tea as she patiently waited for Roland to come back with some tissues.
An hour later, we see Pleakley and Jumba driving the kids towards Trollberg Park on Joanna's car as they parked in the parking lot, and everybody quickly got out of the vehicle as the kids unloaded their stuff and handed them over to Jumba and Pleakley to carry them as the group started making their way through the surprisingly large park and arrived at the secluded area where the kids were assigned to do their project on as Hilda, Stitch, and the others were quite surprised to see how...rural the area looks as it looks like it hasn't been touched by man for centuries.
"Oh, chaboto. (Oh, pretty)" Stitch says while going on all fours as he walked up to a flower and sniffs it as the others began exploring the small garden.
"I have to say, I haven't seen nature as beautiful as this since the woods. What is this place?" Pleakley asked as Frida walked up to her to explain.
"Well, you see, Mrs. Pleakely, when our ancestors had first started building our city a long time ago, our founder had strictly forbidden his men from building over this small garden."
"And why is that, Little Black-Haired Girl?" Jumba asked as Frida shrugs.
"Don't know, really, but what I do know is that this whole area of the park has been left untouched by modern civilization for centuries."
"Well, this place definitely looks like nobody has set foot here in years," David says offhandedly as Hilda scoffs and rolls her eyes.
"Nobody human, anyway," Hilda says while walking ahead as she approached the wall, and Stitch followed after her as the duo peered up the giant wall in slight awe. "That's a pretty big wall. It looks pretty strong." Hilda says to Stitch quietly as the young experiment nodded numbly and turned back to stare at the wall intensively as Stitch lightly punches the wall and was surprised to see that there wasn't even a crack on it as Stitch turned to Hilda.
"Ih. Kanet rek. (Yes. Strong wall.)," Stitch says as the blue-haired girl nodded, and the others walked up to them as Jumba stared up at the Trollberg wall curiously.
"So, Little Black-Haired Girl, how is this big wall supposed to keep the Trolls out? Aren't they supposed to be super strong?" Jumba asked Frida curiously as he remembered Hilda telling him about how she encountered Stitch and the mad scientist will admit that he felt a bit angry to hear that a tribe of rock-like beings was able to knock out and injure his greatest creation so easily and wants to find out more about them.
"Well, normally yes, but our founder had found a way to counter their immense strength by building the wall out of an unknown rock-like material that they can't seem to break. Even if they group up. Trust me, they tried." Frida answered with a smug look on her face as Hilda and Stitch tilted their heads at her curiously.
"But what would happen if they tried to climb over the wall?" Hilda asked as Frida laughed briefly at what she says and rolled her eyes condescendingly as she crossed her arms.
"Hilda, Trolls are too stupid to ever think of something like that," Frida says as Stitch chuckled at what she says.
"He, he, Trolls, stupid," Stitch says as Frida smiles smugly.
"See? Even your dog agrees with me...wait, did he just talk?" Frida asked confusedly as Hilda and Stitch panicked and were about to come up with an excuse when suddenly a scared David and Pleakely spoke up.
"Can we please not talk about Trolls anymore?" David asked nervously as Pleakely nodded in agreement while hugging himself in fear as he trembled.
"Yeah, I don't like to think about the thought of them somehow breaking through the wall and killing all of us," Pleakley says, scaring David and himself even more as Frida was quick to comfort them.
"Trust me, David and Mrs. Pleakley, when I say we have nothing to worry about. Even if they do somehow breach into our city, we will be able to escape them once daylight appears." Frida says as Jumba nodded in agreement and slapped Pleakley's back.
"Yes, remember what Joanna told us a week ago, Trolls turn into stone during the daylight, so as of right now, we have nothing to fear, Blonde-Haired Wife," Jumba says as both Pleakley and David started feeling a bit better by their reassurance, but then a mischievous idea popped into Hilda's head as she giggled to herself and nudged Stitch as she gestured him to follow her lead and a confused Stitch nodded in understatement as Hilda turned back to Pleakley and David.
"What they're saying is true, David and Aunt Pleakley. It wouldn't matter if there were a hundred of them on the other side of this wall." Hilda says with a dramatic tone as Davi and Pleakley's eyes widen by what she said as they gulped in fear.
"A-A hundred?!" David and Pleakley asked fearfully as Stitch looked between them and Hilda as he realized what his friend was doing, and Stitch grinned mischievously as he started making his way over to a frightened David and Pleakley.
"Yes, a hundred of them, all frozen in stone, plotting their next move, lying in wait for their chance...to strike!" Hilda yelled just as Stitch appeared behind the scared human and alien as he roared at them, and the duo screamed in fright as Pleakley jumped up and leaped onto David's arms as they hugged each other fearfully.
"No! Stay away from us, Troll! I'm too young to die!" David cried out in fear.
"I'm not, but I still don't wanna!" Pleakely yelled as Hilda and Stitch laughed loudly while Frida and Jumba shared an amused chuckle as David and Pleakley realized what just happened and quickly separated from each other as they gave their friends sheepish looks.
"Ha, ha, but in all seriousness, there is nothing to worry about. We're perfectly safe as long as we all stay behind this wall and work during daytime." Frida says to everyone, but mostly to David and Pleakley, reassuringly. "Now, without further delay, let's get to work. I was thinking of-" Frida says before gasping in shock as she saw Hilda and Stitch rummaging through their stuff as the blue-haired girl pulled out a big hammer while Experiment 626 pulled out a deadly-looking chainsaw as the duo grinned at each other.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa," Frida yelled out while rushing towards them as she grabs the hammer out of Hilda's hands and, carefully, snatches the chainsaw away from Stitch as both of them looked genuinely confused by her actions. "Nice enthusiasm, guys, but before we begin, I wanted to first welcome you and Stitch to your very first Sparrow Scout Challange," Frida says as she and David clapped for them as Hilda and Stitch smiled.
"Thanks for the welcome, guys. Anyway, where do we start?" Hilda asked as Frida smirked and pulled out a rather huge binder from out of nowhere as she held it in the air proudly.
"Well, Hilda, we start and finish with my super detailed action plan!" Frida says while smiling at the group brightly as Hilda, Stitch, and the others sweatdropped a bit by the sight of the huge binder.
"I'm starting to have regrets about having Frida being in charge of the project," Pleakley says to Jumba as he nodded in agreement.
"Do you think she was raised by Elves?" Hilda asked the boys quietly as they chuckled.
"Definitely," David says as Stitch nodded in agreement.
"Black-Haired Little Girl, may I say something before we start?" Jumba asked while raising his hand.
"Uh, sure, go ahead, Mr. Jumba," Frida says confusedly as Jumba grinned and pulled out the bottle of spray from earlier as he presented it to the group.
"Once Blue-Haired Niece has told me about her little project yesterday, Uncle Jumba has stayed up all night creating a special compound that is able to destroy plant life even faster than weed killer! I call it...'The Ecoexterminator'. Uncle Jumba thought it would help us out clear out the garden faster. What do you think?" Jumba asked hopefully as Frida frowned at this little and rubs her neck as she looks away.
"Uh, well, um...if you think it would help us in the long run, then I suppose you can use it." Frida says hesitantly as although she was unsure of using the new compound that Hilda's Uncle had created, Frida had reluctantly allowed Jumba to use the makeshift compound for their project due to knowing how long it has must've taken him to create it and will feel bad if she rejected him.
"Thank you, Little Black-Haired Girl," Jumba says as Frida nodded and walked away as the evil alien genius looks down at the spray bottle and narrowed his eyes at it evilly as he smirked, not noticing Pleakely staring at him suspiciously as he narrowed his eye at Jumba.
Anyway, after Frida snapped a quick picture of the garden for the 'before' picture, the gang had begun to work as we see David raking up some leaves and places them in a small neat pile as he hummed to himself contently and then yelped in fright as Stitch popped up and roared at him playfully as David fell down. Hilda and Frida, who were raking up their own leaves on a much bigger pile, laughed at this slightly as they were about to go back to work when suddenly the leaf pile that they were working on shook briefly as Jumba suddenly popped out and the girls screamed in fear at first before laughing joyfully as Jumba laughed as well. Later on, we see Hilda straining to remove a weed from the ground as she tried to forcefully pull it out of the ground, but failed miserably as she pouted before beaming as Stitch walked in while carrying his own pile of weeds as the little blue experiment noticed that his friend was in trouble and easily pulled the weed out of the ground for her as Hilda smiled at him appreciatively and rubbed his head.
Frida and David grunted as, like Hilda, they were having trouble removing the weeds, and no matter how hard they pulled, they couldn't pull it out of the ground as Pleakley, who had managed to remove the majority of weeds thanks to his gardening experience, sees this and smiled lightly as he stood up and was about to help out the kids until Jumba appeared as he gestured Frida and David to stay back as Jumba pulls out his spray bottle and sprays the weed as the small plant went stiff before shivering up as it's leaf dropped down onto the ground lifeless. Walking up to the dead plant, Frida and David grabbed onto the weed and were surprised to see that it came out as the kids turned to Jumba and thanked him as the mad genius smiled and nodded to them as Jumba then turned towards Pleakley and smirked at him smugly as Pleakley rolled his eyes in annoyance, but then beams as he heard Hilda calling out to him for help and quickly ran over to help out his friend.
"Looking good, guys," Frida says while supervising her groups work as she saw Jumba spraying a couple of the last remaining weeds to death and then plucking them out of the ground as he tossed them lazily over to Pleakley, who placed the dead weed onto a barrel that was filled rotten mulch as Hilda and Stitch were pounding some stakes onto the ground with their hammers/fists as David was tying up all of the stakes together so that they can remember where to place their new garden. "And, I think with that, we're done with Phase 1!" Frida says while looking over her binder in satisfaction as she marked something and closed it as everyone was quite surprised that they were able to do this much work in only a day.
"Wow, she's efficient," Hilda says to Stitch and the others in amazement as they nodded and everyone began packing up for the day as Hilda and Stitch continued pounding some stakes in.
"Whoa, these weeds are stinky!" David says while taking a big whiff at the mountain of mulch that Jumba and Pleakley were carrying around in a barrel as Frida took a sniff of it and winced as she sticks out her tongue in disgust.
"Ugh! Disgusting! Let's get them to the Mulching Center before it closes." Frida says as everybody nodded in agreement, and Pleakley turned over to Hilda and Stitch.
"Hilda! Stitch! We're done for the day! Let's go home!"
"We're coming, Aunt Pleakley!" Hilda says while pounding one of the stakes onto the ground as she then turned to Stitch. "Stitch, if you would to the honors." She says as Stitch nodded and used his super strength to pound the stake further onto the ground as Hilda tossed her hammer away, and the duo stood up as they started making their way over to the group, not noticing the stake that they had planted onto the ground started shaking as a figure popped out of the ground and didn't look exactly happy at having a stake planted onto its head as it narrowed his eyes in anger and growled as it began shaking in rage. Anyway, we cue to later at night, where we see the gang driving up to the Mulching Center as they approached the center and unloaded the barrel full of mulch out of the car as they dragged it over to the building, and Hilda called out for the person working there as he came out of the Mulching Center and approached them as he took one whiff of the mulch and winced as he took a couple of steps back.
"Whoo, whee! That is a special kind of odor!" Mulching Center Employee says while waving his hand around to get rid of the foul odor from hitting his face as he chuckled. "Moldy onion with overtones of rotten turnip. Yeah, very good, but it's all the same to the Big Chipper." M.C.E. says as everybody raised an eyebrow at him confusedly.
"The Big Chipper?" Hilda asked as he nodded.
"Yeah, our state-of-the-art mulching machine!" M.C.E. says while pointing at a rather tall and deadly-looking mulching machine behind him as Jumba and Stitch looked intrigued by the large contraption while Pleakley and the kids looked unease by it. "Isn't she a beaut? Titanium frame, automated conveyor belt, and razor-sharp mulching teeth! It's a smooth ride to the top and then pow! Straight to the Big Chipper's big dumper! That baby can mulch anything into a thousand of tiny pieces." He says as Jumba scoffs and rolled his eyes as he crossed his arms.
"I bet it can't chop up 626," Jumba says to Hilda, Pleakely, and Stitch quietly as they nodded in agreement and then flinched as M.C.E. suddenly appears in front of Jumba, apparently hearing what he said as M.C.E. narrowed his eyes at him in anger.
"I don't know who this 626 is, but trust me, my baby can destroy anything, and I mean anything," M.C.E. says with a rather creepy look on her face as the group sweatdrop a bit and took a couple of steps back from the weird man as Stitch stood in front of Hilda protectively. "...Anyway, kids, dump your stuff in the bin over there!" M.C.E. suddenly says cheerfully as he pointed at a bin a few feet away from them. "I'll load it in for tonight's run." M.C.E. says as the group nodded and quickly went over to the bin to dump their mulch in as they then turned around to walk away, wanting to be far away from the creepy man as they can as they once again didn't multiple eyes popping out from the mulch as it glows green, and the creatures inside of the mulch growled animistically as they started changing in size and appearance as multiple roars could be heard throughout the night sky.
The next morning, we cue to Hilda's apartment building as we zoom into Hilda's room and see Hilda and Stitch sleeping on Hilda's bed while Twig slept on his doggy bed as the trio had content smiles on their faces when suddenly a large figure crashed through the window, startling the trio out of their sleep as Hilda, Stitch, and Twig shot up from their beds and looked around confusedly for the source of the noise as they didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
"Huh? What's going on?" Hilda asked groggily while sitting up as she rubbed her eyes.
"Stitch, don't know," Stitch says while standing up as he looks around, and his eyes widen as he spotted the broken window. "Watooka! Grukak itu! Agry buttoik yu! (Look! Someone broke the window! And for once it wasn't my fault!)" Stitch yelled while pointing at the smashed-up window as Hilda turned to where he was pointing and gasped in shock as she and Stitch jumped out of their beds.
"Who broke my window?" Hilda says before gasping as she looks around fearfully. "I-Is there an intruder in the house?" A worried Hilda asked as Twig suddenly sniffs the air and growled threateningly as he ran over to the closet and started barking at it as a confused Hilda and Stitch turned to him, and suddenly Stitch froze as he smelt a foul foreign odor littered across the room and growled as Stitch crawled over to Hilda's closet. "What's wrong, guys?"
"Careful, Hilda. Intruder." Stitch growled out with Twig barking in agreement as Hilda froze up a bit before narrowing her eyes in determination as she took a couple of steps back and grabs a bat, ready to defend herself as Hilda nodded to Stitch to confront the intruder and the young experiment nodded as Stitch turned back to the closet and popped out his appendages as Stitch walks over to the closet and cautiously opens it as he got into a fighting stance, ready to beat up the intruder...only for him, Hilda, and Twig to gasp in shock as they saw a large, bipedal, humanoid, onion/zombie-like creature as it was 6-feet-tall with glowing pupilless yellow eyes, long ripped up leaf-like hair that reaches to his neck, two arms with five-fingered hands and green sharp claws, onion-like rotten skin, two legs with five toes and sharp nails, and it was covered with green glowing sludge.
"AAAAHHH!" Hilda screamed in fear as the monster suddenly sprang into life and roared as it charged and was about to swipe at her, only to be stopped by a growling Stitch as he grabbed onto the monster's arm and used his superhuman strength to slam it against the ground a couple of times before twirling around as Stitch tossed him out of Hilda's room through her window as the monster disappeared from sight. "Okay, what was that!?" A panicking Hilda asked while running up to Stitch with her bat still in her hands as they suddenly heard a couple of screams outside of Hilda's room, and the duo gasped as they recognized the familiar screams.
"Mum!/Jumba! Pleakley!" Hilda and Stitch shouted concernedly as they and Twig ran out of Hilda's room and were shocked to see that the entire apartment was invested with creatures that looked similar to the monster from earlier, except that they varied in sizes from either a one-feet-tall to 6-feet-tall.
"What the bloody hell are these things!?" Joanna asked while struggling to overpower a tall, onion/plant-like creature as Stich was quick to help her by rolling up into a ball as he zoomed over to them and swept the monster off of its feet as Hilda rushed in and slammed her bat against its head as it got immediately knocked out. "Thanks, guys," Joanna says while bending down to her knees as she tries to catch her breath.
"You're welcome, Mum," Hilda says while holding up her bat proudly as she and Stitch shared a high five.
"Aaaaah! Get it off! Get it off! Get it off!" Pleakley yelled while running around panickedly in his Earth clothes as he had a tiny Mulch Monster, that's what I'm calling it for now btw, gnawing on his large head.
"Back! Back, you little monsters! Jumba is not going down like this!" Jumba yelled as he ran into the living room while wearing his Earth disguise as there was a large herd of Mulch Monsters rushing towards him, but Jumba wasn't afraid as he took out a dangerous-looking machine that resembled a vacuum cleaner and began blasting the Mulch Monsters apart, including the ones that were currently in the living room as their remains splatted across the ground.
"Way to go, Jumba!" Hilda and Joanna cheered as a screaming Pleakley runs past them, and Stitch trips him as Pleakley falls down with the small Mulch Monster still eating his head as Stitch nonchalantly walked up to it and grabbed it as Stitch easily smashed its head in with his superior strength.
"Whew, that's a relief. Thanks, little monster." Pleakely says as Stitch nodded to him."
"Ha, ha! Nothing can defeat the great Jumba!" Jumba boasted while cocking his weapon cockily as everyone rolled their eyes at his ego before gasping in shock as they saw all of the Mulch Monsters dead corpses suddenly springing into life and the green sludges on their bodies glowed brightly as the shredded body parts slowly joined together and soon enough, all of the Mulch Monsters had regenerated back into their original monsters selves as they roared angrily at a bewildered Jumba. "...Okay, maybe they can," Jumba says as the Mulch Monsters charged at them, and Jumba was quick to blast a few of them down while Stitch bravely leaped up as he reared back his fist and punched through a Mulch Monster's head before landing on the floor on his hands as he then leaped up and kicked through another Mulch Monster's head as Stitch kept taking out multiple Mulch Monsters by bouncing across the living room.
"Raaa!" Hilda yelled out as she bashed a Mulch Monster across his face with her bat before doing the same thing to another one as Joanna decided that she had enough of being on the sidelines and glared at the Mulch Monsters as they glared back at her and charged at the young woman as Joanna got into a boxer's fighting stance and swiftly threw a wicked haymaker across a Mulch Monster's head as the force of her punch was so strong that it sends the monster flying away as it crashes against a wall. "Whoa, Mum! How did you get so strong!?" Hilda asked while staring at her mum in awe as Joanna smirked at her while rubbing her fist.
"Your father used to train me on how to fight a long time ago when we were teenagers to help 'toughened me' up for our little adventures. I was skeptical of it at first, but my training seems to come in handy from time to time every now and again." Joanna says while nonchalantly punching a Mulch Monster that was sneaking up on her away as Hilda's eyes sparked with amazement/awe.
"Whoa, so cool! Can you teach me how to fight?" Hilda asked as Joanna smiled and shrugged.
"Well, your Dad did want to teach you how to defend yourself one day, but maybe we will start on your training when you're a little bit older, sweetie," Joanna says as Hilda pouted, but then the girls were snapped out of their conversation when they remembered that they were currently in a fight and stood back-to-back as numerous Mulch Monster's surrounded them, and Joanna got into a fighting stance while Hilda gripped her batt tightly as the girls charged at the half-dead monsters while letting out battle cries as they began punching /bashing multiple monsters away left and right.
"Take this, you undead creatures!" Jumba shouted while blasting multiple Mulch Monsters apart as Pleakley stood behind Jumba fearfully and watched as his friend continue blasting the zombie/plant-like monsters away, but Jumba stopped as he noticed that a dead Mulch Monster was leaking out blood that looks similar to green sludge that there covered in and Jumba raises an eyebrow at it as he stares at it suspiciously and gasped as recognized what the green sludge was. "Oh, no, this isn't good," Jumba says to himself as Pleakley narrowed his eye at his friend suspiciously, but didn't have time to say anything as Mulch Monsters began slowly regenerating their injuries, but Jumba won't let that happened as he raised his weapon and was about shoot them again, only to be stopped by Stitch as he rolls across the ground in his ball form and collided against the half-regenerating Mulch Monsters as he began dragging them away.
"Hi-yah!" Joanna shouted while decapitating a Mulch Monster with a karate chop before roundhouse kicking him away as a panting Hilda bashed a Mulch Monster across his face but sadly didn't take him out as the injured Mulch Monster glared at her and was about to kill the scared little girl, only to be stopped by an angry momma bear as Joanna lets out a battle cry and punches the Mulch Monster across his face as green sludge-like blood splattered across her face. "Stay away from my daughter, you monster!" Joanna shouted furiously as she grabbed onto the Mulch Monster and judo-flip him onto the floor as Hilda quickly took him out by bashing her bat across his face and knocked him out as Joanna smiled at her daughter proudly. "Nice one, sweetie, but next time, focus more on hitting these monsters by their knees since you're not tall enough to reach their heads yet."
"Got it, Mum," Hilda says, taking her mother's advice as Joanna smiled before narrowing her eyes as she and Hilda saw more and more Mulch Monsters surrounding them, and they narrowed their eyes at them as Hilda and Joanna were about to attack them, but stopped as Stitch suddenly rolled in and collided against all of the Mulch Monsters as he started dragging them away. Hilda, Stitch, Joanna, Jumba, and Pleakley watched in amazement as Stitch rolled across the living room and grabbed every single Mulch Monster that he could come across as Stitch gathered them all up into a ball and lifted the groaning Mulch Monsters up into the air with his super strength as he then began running over to the windows and Jumba and Pleakley figured out what he was planning to do as the boys ran over to the windows and opened them as Stitch approaches it and grunted as he tossed the giant ball full of Mulch Monsters out of the apartment, and everyone watched them crash against the street as they were immediately splattered across the floor upon impact.
"Good job, Stitch!" Hilda says while high-fiving his best friend as Stitch smirked at her cockily.
"Yuj into (It was nothing)," Stitch says before gasping as he spotted something outside that made his eyes widen in shock. "Uh oh."
"What's wrong?" Hilda asked as Stitch turned to her with a worried look on his face.
"Follow Stitch!" Stitch says while hiding his appendages as he leaped onto the floor and ran off on all fours as he ran out of Hilda's apartment.
"Stitch, wait!" Hilda yelled while running after Stitch as Twig followed after her.
"Hilda!" Joanna shouted worriedly as she chased after her daughter and Jumba and Pleakely followed after her as the gang eventually made their way out of the Apartment Complex, and they gasped in shock as they saw a bunch of Mulch Monsters scattered across the city, causing mayhem as a group of Mulch Monsters used their combined strength to destroy multiple cars and flattened them into pancakes, harassed innocent civilians and scared them, and they also invaded peoples houses as they smash their stuff.
"WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS GOING ON!?" Hilda asked in pure shock/fear while gripping her hair in distress as Joanna was so shocked by the situation that she didn't scold her daughter for her language.
"I-Is this something normal that happens on Earth?!" Pleakley asked fearfully while hiding behind his friends as he was the only one of the group that didn't have anything to defend himself.
"OF COURSE NOT!" Joanna and Hilda snapped at him, still freaked out by what was going, as Pleakely shrinks back from their yells and smiles sheepishly as he hid behind Jumba.
"HILDA!" Two familiar voices rang out as Hilda, Stitch, and the others turned around and saw a scared Frida and David running towards them as they approached Hilda and Stitch with frightened looks on their faces.
"Frida! David! Are you guys alright?" Hilda asked her friends concernedly as Stitch flinched and quickly hides away his extra appendages as he drops down onto the floor.
"Alright? ALRIGHT!? THE WHOLE CITY IS BEING INVADED BY GIANT PLANT MONSTERS! OF COURSE, WE'RE NOT ALRIGHT!?" David screamed panickedly as Hilda winced at his yell and grew worried as she watched her friend taking breathing heavily in fear before being slapped by Frida as David blinked a few times and placed his hand on his aching cheek as he turned towards Frida.
"Thanks, I needed that," David says as Frida nodded before turning to Hilda as she gave her friend a solemn frown.
"We were on our way to pick you and the others up for our project today, but then we got sidetracked by the giant plant monsters invading the city! They're everywhere!" Frida yelled just as the group heard a loud scream rang out as they turned around and were surprised to see Roland and Amun standing in front of a crowd of scared citizens as they were protecting them from a group of angry Mulch Monsters.
"Back! Stay away, you demons!" Roland shouted while whacking a Mulch Monster across his face with a crowbar before kicking another one away as Amun stood beside him and squawked loudly as he used his fire breath to burn down multiple Mulch Monsters, but no matter how many they take out, they were still being overwhelmed by the living plant monsters as the Mulch Monsters continued attacking them.
"Roland!" Joanna shouted worriedly before narrowing her eyes in determination as she turned back to her kid and the others. "Jumba? Pleakley? You two take the kids inside and board up our apartment and make sure to arm yourselves in case if any of these monsters managed to get into our home. Stay inside until this whole mess sorts out." Joanna commanded as Jumba and Pleakley nodded and began escorting a couple of scared Frida, David, and Twig back into the Apartment Complex while Hilda and Stitch stayed behind as they gave the young woman worried looks.
"But what about you, Mum?" Hilda asked curiously as Joanna looks down at her and Stitch with a serious look on her face.
"I'm going to help out Roland. You and Stitch stay with Jumba, Pleakley, and the others." Joanna says as Hilda frowns.
"But-"
"Don't argue with me on this, young lady. Go back inside, now." Joanna ordered as Hilda and Stitch shared concerned looks, and Joanna narrowed her eyes at them and pointed at the Apartment Complex as they sighed heavily but reluctantly did as she commanded as Hilda and Stitch followed after Jumba, Pleakley, and the others. Once she made sure that her daughter and the others were safe back inside their apartment, Joanna turned around to glare at the Mulch Monsters surrounding Roland, Amun, and the scared civilians as Joanna sprinted forwards and began making her way towards the Mulch Monsters at the top speed as the evil monsters spotted her and roared as they charged towards her and Roland sees this as he gasped worriedly/horror.
"Joanna! No! Stay back, or else they will kill-," Roland says before shutting up as his eyes widen at the sight of a fierce-looking Joanna running towards the Mulch Monsters without fear as she bends down and leaped over to the group of living plant monsters as Joanna twirled around and landed on one of the Mulch Monsters shoulders as she wrapped her legs around the monster's neck and used her thick thighs to twist his neck harshly as she ripped off the monsters head from out of his body.
Backflipping back onto the ground, Joanna smirked as she watched the headless body of the Mulch Monster dropped onto the floor, and its green sludge-like blood spewed out as it landed on her face, but Joanna didn't mind as she turned around and glared at three Mulch Monsters charging at her as Joanna quickly leaped up and kicked a Mulch Monster down as she then grabbed onto another Mulch Monster's arm and twirled him around as Joanna grunted and tossed the evil creature over to its companion as they collided against each other and fell down as they groaned in pain. Dusting off her hands, Joanna grinned at her win but then grunted in surprise as a Mulch Monster suddenly appeared behind her and grabbed onto her by her waist as he lifted her up into the air, and another Mulch Monster appeared as his comrade gestured him to attack Joanna and the Mulch Monster grinned sinisterly as he nodded and charged at a trapped Joanna as he reared back his fist to punch her stomach.
Not wanting to be on the receiving end of that attack, Joanna wiggled around as she had managed to free one of her arms, and Hilda's mother wasted no time in delivering a devastating elbow attack onto the Mulch Monster's stomach as Joanna had managed to elbow him so hard that she punched through his stomach. The Mulch Monster roared in pain as he had loosened his hold on Joanna and the young woman used this to her advantage by pushing him off and grabbed onto the sinister plant creature by his arm and twirled him around as Joanna used him as a shield to protect herself from the other Mulch Monster's attack as the plant creature accidentally punched through his comrade's head. Shocked by what just happened, the Mulch Monster stepped away from his comrade's dead corpse as Joanna drops him and then leaped up as she reared back her fist and punched through the surprised Mulch Monster's head, splattering more green blood onto her body as Roland slowly blinked at what he sees.
"Oh, man, that's hot!" Roland yelled with a smirk as Joanna wipes away the Mulch Monster's blood from her face and dropped the dead evil creature onto the floor as Joanna then grunted and leaped over to Rolland as she landed beside him with a smirk on her face.
"Need my help?" Joanna asked as Roland blinked before grinning as he nodded.
"Definitely," Roland says as they stared at each other lovingly for a few seconds, but Amun's panicking squawking snapped them out of their daze as they turned around and gasped in surprise as they saw all of the Mulch Monsters that Joanna had killed earlier suddenly springing back to life and slowly stood up as their healing factors fixed up all of the injuries that Joanna had caused them and turned around as the group of monsters roared at them.
"You got my back?" Joanna asked while dropping into a fighting stance as Roland did the same and branded his crowbar as Amun fired up.
"Always," Roland says while winking at her as Joanna blushed a bit but nodded as the trio charged at the Mulch Monsters to attack them.
"Inside! Inside! Come on, hurry up, kids!" Pleakley yelled, ushering the kids inside of Hilda's apartment, as Jumba shuts the door closed and he and Stitch quickly began boarding up the door with several pieces of wood that they found lying around as Pleakley ran off and began boarding up all of the windows while Hilda and her friends sat in the living room fearfully as David was clutching onto Twig with dear life.
"A-Are we going to die?" David asked nervously while hugging a choking Twig a little too tightly as Hilda and Frida sees their friend's distress and were quick to comfort him as they placed their hands on his shoulders reassuringly.
"Don't worry, David. Uncle Jumba and Aunt Pleakley are going to protect us from the monsters. There's no need to worry." Hilda says as Frida nodded.
"Hilda's right. Her Aunt and Uncle are boarding up Hilda's apartment as we speak, so as long as they make the place secure enough from those Mulch Monsters, we will be safe." Frida says soothingly as David felt a little bit better from his friends reassuring and loosen his hold on a blue-faced Twig as the little deer fox happily used the opportunity to take deep breathes to get his breathing back, and David gave him an apologetic look just as Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch came in as they smiled at the kids.
"Good news, kids. We finished fortifying the apartment." Jumba says, causing the kids to smile and sigh in relief as Pleakley nodded with a little grin on his face.
"Yep, nothing is going to get in or out," Pleakley says smugly, just a small shadow suddenly runs past them as a scared Pleakley and David screamed in fear and leaped onto Jumba and Frida's arms as they shook in fright.
"What was that!?" Pleakley and David asked nervously as an unamused Jumba, and Frida drops them onto the floor while Hilda and Stitch looks around warily as they spotted a small shadow hiding behind the bookcase, and they narrowed their eyes as Hilda and Stitch turned to each other and nodded determinedly as Hilda grabbed onto her bat and Stitch flexed his claws as they slowly made their way over to the bookcase and carefully peered behind the bookcase as they saw-
"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" A small, onion-like creature yelled as he wielded a large shovel in his hands, showing off his impressive strength as the weird creature slammed the shovel against a surprised Stitch's head and sends him crashing onto the floor. The creature is a small, 1.5-foot-tall, bipedal, humanoid, 27-year-old Vittra with large expressive black eyes, a small piece of lettuce that sticks out of his head and resembles hair, a small mouth, no nose, two arms with no-fingered hands, little long feet, and has features that resemble plants from the Allium genus, I.E., onions, shallot, leek, chives, etc. His name is Nigel Vittra.
"Whoa-Eep!" Hilda yelped as Nigel tried to swipe at her with his shovel, but missed as Hilda ducks down and fell onto the ground as Nigel was about to attack her again but were stopped by Jumba and Pleakley as they charged at the little Vittra and leaped up to tackle onto him, but missed as Nigel used his small size to his advantage and rolled away as Jumba and Pleakley crashed landed onto the floor with a couple of pained grunts.
"Hilda! Mr. Jumba and Mrs. Pleakley!" Frida and David shouted worriedly as they ran over to check on Hilda and the disguised aliens while Twig kept Nigel busy as he growled at the little magical creature threateningly, and Nigel growled back at him as they circled each other.
"Are you guys alri..." Frida says before trailing off as they watched a groaning Jumba and Pleakley sitting up from the floor and rubbed their heads as they didn't notice that Jumba had accidentally lost his fedora and glasses while Pleakley dropped her hat and wig, exposing their true selves onto the kids as Frida had her jaws dropped in pure shock/disbelief, and David's eyes widen in terror as they stood back from the intimidating-looking aliens.
"Yeah, we're fine, little ones. There's no need to worry." Jumba says with Pleakley nodding in agreement as they stood up and saw Frida and David backing away from them in fear as the aliens raised an eyebrow at this.
"Why are you backing away from us?" Pleakley asked the kids confusedly as Frida shakily pointed at them, and Jumba and Pleakley turned to each other, and their eyes widen in shock as they realized that their disguises had fallen off and slowly turned over to the terrified kids as Jumba and Pleakley smiled at them nervously. "A-Alright, kids, I know you're scared, but trust me, we mean you no harm and there's is a simple explanation for all of this," Pleakley says as he was about to tell the kids how he and Jumba came into Earth, only to be interrupted by a flying whimpering Twig as Nigel had used his shovel to whack the poor deer-fox over to them and Twig collided against Pleakley's stomach as they fell down.
"Take that, you monsters!" Nigel yelled while glaring at Jumba, the kids, and a moaning Twig and Pleakley as he tightened his grip on his weapon with a furious look on his face. "That is what you deserved for turning my family into mutant monsters!"
"What the heck are you talking about?!" Hilda asked Nigel in exasperation while running over to check on an injured Twig while Jumba checked on a groaning Pleakley as Frida and David made sure to stand beside Hilda since they were still scared/confused by the large aliens.
"Don't play dumb! You know what you did! And now, you will pay!" Nigel yelled as he rushed towards the group and raised his shovel as he was about to whack them, but was stopped by an angry Stitch as he slides in front of Hilda and the others as he grew out his extra appendages and lifted up his two arms to catch the shovel as Stitch then used his other two hands to throw a dual uppercut punch at the handle and easily broke it in two as Nigel gasped. "What the hell!?" Nigel asked in shock as Stitch growled at him and began marching over to him as Nigel took a couple of steps back nervously before composing himself as he glared up at the blue-furred alien. "What are you gonna do to me, huh!? Come on, you don't have the guts to hurt me! Come at me, you deformed koala bear!" Nigel shouted while putting up his dukes as Stitch glared at him for a few seconds before suddenly bending down to grab a surprised Nigel as Stitch easily lifted him up by his hair as Stitch uses his right arm to roll Nigel up into a ball and a background wrestling bell rang out as Stitch began using his other two hands to punch Nigel multiple times like a boxing bag.
"Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!" Nigel yelped in pain by each punch as Hilda, Jumba, and Pleakley laughed in amusement at what they see with Frida and David laughing as well as, although they were still freaking out about finding out that Hilda's family were aliens, even they have to agree that it was funny to see Stitch using the Vittra has a punching bag. "Ow! Ow! Please! Ow! Ow! Call of the beast! Ow! Ow!" Nigel pleaded at the kids as they stopped laughing and glared at him suspiciously as Hilda steps up.
"Only if you promise not to attack us again when Stitch lets you go," Hilda demanded while crossing her arms as Nigel glared at her for having the audacity to make demands, but then yelped in pain as Stitch continued punching him.
"Ow! Ow! Alright! Ow! Ow! I give! Ow! Ow! Just call of the beast! Ow! Ow! Please!" Nigel shouted while groaning in pain as Hilda smiled smugly.
"I'm pleased that we will be able to come to an agreement. You can let him go now, Stitch." Hilda says as Stitch stopped punching Nigel and nodded to his friend as he lets go of the young Vittra.
"Ugh! Ow!" Nigel yelped as he crash-landed onto the ground and rubbed his butt as he glared up at Stitch. "Hey! Maybe next time, you can be a little more gentle with me!" Nigel shouted as Stitch glared down at him and raises his clenched fist as Nigel paled a bit. "Uh, you know what? Nevermind, what I say." Nigel says while scooting away from Stitch as he laughed nervously.
"I'm sorry, but can someone please explain to me what the heck is going on!?" Frida shouted, being sick of being out of the loop as she pointed at Nigel. "Who are you? And why did you attack us?" Frida asked before glancing over to Hilda as she glared at the blue-haired girl sternly and pointing at Jumba and Pleakley. "And, more importantly, Hilda, when were you going to tell us that your Aunt and Uncle are aliens!?" Frida questioned as Hilda flinched at her yell while Jumba and Pleakley sweated nervously at being called out like that as the trio looks away nervously, unable to say something as David suddenly popped out.
"And why is Stitch standing upright and has four arms?!" An equally freaked out David asked while pointing at Stitch was surprised at being called out and looks down at his body as Stitch gasped and quickly hides his appendages as he bends down on all fours and barks, trying to fool the kids into thinking that he was a dog, but obviously failed as Frida and David gave him blank looks.
"Uh, well, uh..." Hilda trailed off as she tried to find a way to convince her friends that Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch weren't aliens...but couldn't come up with an excuse as Hilda sighs heavily and placed her hand on her forehead as she gave Frida and David a serious look. "Look, guys, I know you have a lot of questions, and I will answer them, but for now, we have more pressing matters to deal with, so let's talk about this later," Hilda says as Frida crossed her arms at her while David frowned as the kids turned to each other and huddled up as they whispered among themselves and after a few seconds of talking, Frida and David turned back towards their friend as they gave her a neutral look...well, David still looked nervous, but whatever.
"Fine, we'll wait, but you will explain what's going on later on," Frida says with a firm tone while pointing at her as Hilda smiled solemnly and nodded as she then turned over to Nigel and glared at him sternly as she began walking over to the young Vittra and the others followed after her as they surrounded him.
"Alright, you...whatever you are, tell us who you are and why you attack us, or else I will sick Stitch on you," Hilda says while pointing at Stitch as the young experiment smiled at him toothily, revealing his sharp teeth as Nigel flinched in fear before sighing in annoyance as he rolled his eyes.
"Ugh, fine, I will tell you everything. For starters, my name is Nigel Vittra, and I'm a Vittra...obviously." Nigel says as everyone, except for Pleakley, raised an eyebrow at him confusedly.
"Uh, excuse me, but what is a Vittra?" Frida asked as Nigel rolled his eyes and mumbled something about 'Typical above-grounders' under his breath as Pleakley stepped up to explain.
"Oh, I read about them in my Earth Studies," Pleakley says as everyone turned to him to hear his explanation carefully. "Vittra's are a group of magical, subterranean plant-like species who reside on Earth, but they typically live underground to protect themselves from humans or other magical beings that can hurt them. They live deep, deep underground in a complex network of tunnels that they use to either live in, hide in, or to travel long distances without the fear of being eaten by animals, humans, magical creatures, etc." Pleakley says, finishing his explanation as Nigel smiled a bit.
"Well, at least some above-grounders aren't totally stupid," Nigel says smugly as everyone, sans Pleakley, glared at him in annoyance.
"They also love art and are quite arrogant and stubborn at times...oh, and they also emit a really foul odor, I mean, really foul," Pleakley added in as Hilda and Frida giggled a bit by what he says while David chuckled as Stitch and Jumba laughed.
"Alright, that's enough out of you," Nigel says while crossing his arms as he glared up at Pleakley, who smiles at him sheepishly as Nigel was about to say something else when suddenly David and Stitch froze as their noses twitched and the duo sniffed the air curiously as they turned to each other.
"Do you smell that?"
"Ih. Stitch does smell that," Stitch says as David shivered a bit, a little creeped out to hear Stitch talking, but David's curiosity overwhelmed his fear as David and Stitch continued sniffing the air like dogs and followed after the scent as it leads them over to a weirded out Nigel and the duo approached him as they began sniffing the plant-like creature.
"Uh, what are you guys doing?" Nigel asked in confusion with everyone else sharing his thoughts as David sniffed his head while Stitch sniffed his chest.
"You smell...familiar," David says to Nigel with Stitch nodding in agreement as they continued sniffing him for a couple of seconds before their eyes widen in shock as they gasped in realization.
"Now, I remember! You smell like those stinky weeds that we pulled yesterday!" David shouted while pointing at him as Stitch did the same, and everyone else gasped in shock as Nigel stared up at David with an offended look on his face.
"Stinky weeds!? How insulting! Those aren't weeds! Those are Vittras! My family, you dolt!" Nigel shouted in outrage as everyone gasped in shock again.
"Whoa! Now, this is what Jumba calls a plot twist!" Jumba shouted with Pleakley nodding in agreement as everyone else continued reeling in shock by what they just heard.
"Wait, wait, wait, are you meaning to tell me that the weeds that we pulled yesterday are actually a group of magical creatures named Vittra!?" Hilda asked in shock as Nigel rolled his eyes.
"Uh, duuuuuh! Of course, we're Vittra, you stupid little girl!" Nigel insulted as Hilda, Stitch, and everyone else glared at him.
"Okay, there's no need to insult me like that, Nigel. That was just rude." Hilda says while crossing her arms as Nigel scoffed.
"Oh, and kidnapping my family and turning them into monsters is not considered rude to you above-grounders!?" Nigel asked rhetorically as Hilda, Stitch, and the other's eyes widen in shock by what he said. "Yeah, you heard of me! Once a year, we Vittras have to hibernate near the surface just to catch a little sunlight, but then you have to come along and yank us right out of the dirt we live in!" Nigel shouted angrily while pointing at a surprised Hilda as he growled at her with silent fury. "And that's not even the worst of it! After you hammered in this thing onto my head, I popped out of the ground and followed after you guys all the way to the junkyard, where I saw you all placing my poor sleeping family into some kind of death machine, ready to shred them to pieces!" Nigel shouted as everyone flinched at what he said and shared nervous looks as the reality of the situation sinks in, and everyone panicked slightly as they realized they just legit killed a group of innocent magical creatures. "I wasn't going to let that happened, so I tried in vain to rescue them, but the next thing I know, the strange green liquid that you sprayed onto us earlier the day started glowing brightly and, without warning, I watched in horror as all of my family began mutating into these huge, ugly, disturbing monsters that you see outside!" Nigel yelled while pointing out the window as the group saw three Mulch Monsters beating up a car before one of them got drop kicked by Joanna as Roland suddenly came in and whacked another Mulch Monster with his crowbar as Amun burned the last one down to ashes.
"Holy cow! Are you meaning to tell me that the monsters outside are actually mutated Vittra's!?" Hilda asked in shock as Nigel glared at her and nodded.
"Yep! And it's all your fault, missy!" Nigel shouted while marching up to her as he poked her chest. "I don't know how they turned into monsters exactly, but I know they were just normal Vittras until you all showed up and ruined our home! Do you realize what you have done to my people!? And our home?! It took me a couple of hours to wreck all of the damages that you have caused to our land!" Nigel shouted, remembering that he had run back to his home after being freaked out by his mutated brethren and had destroyed Hilda and the others project in a fit of rage before eventually tracking down where Hilda lived to exact his revenge.
"Wait, hold on, are you meaning to tell us that you destroyed our project!? The project that we have worked on all day for?! How could you do that!? Do you have any idea on how hard we worked on that?!" Frida asked Nigel with a pissed off look on her face as Nigel simply glared at her and crossed his arms as he blew a raspberry at her and Frida blushed in anger/embarrassment as she lets out an angered yell and leaped over to Nigel to beat him up as she was held back by Jumba and Pleakley. "That's it! I'm going to kill you! Let me go! I want to kill-Wait a minute." Frida screeched furiously before suddenly calming down as she gave Nigel a confused look. "You said something about some strange liquid, right?"
"Yeah, what about it?" Nigel asked with a raised eyebrow as Frida placed her hand on her chin and hums thoughtfully as Jumba and Pleakley set her down.
"Well, you said earlier that the weird green liquid started glowing just as the Vittra began mutating into Mulch Monsters, so it's clearly obvious that the liquid is the source of the sudden mutation, but the thing I don't understand is how did Jumba's spray transform the innocent Vittra into rampaging monsters," Frida says as a look of realization appeared on Jumba's face, and the evil scientist began sweating nervously as he took a couple of steps back and was about to run away, but was stopped by Hilda.
"Jumba," Hilda says sternly as Jumba flinched and slowly turned to her as he saw everyone giving him suspicious looks. "Do you mind explaining what's going on?" Hilda asked, although it sounded more like an order, as Jumba laughed nervously and rubbed his neck as he gave the group a sheepish look.
"Well, uh, Jumba may be responsible for the Zombie Plant Apocalypse," Jumba says with an embarrassed look on his face as he twiddled his thumbs nervously.
"WHAT!?" Frida, David, and Pleakley screamed out in pure shock/surprise while Nigel narrowed his eyes at him in contempt as Hilda placed her hand on her head and sighs heavily as Stitch shakes his head knowingly.
"Yeah, you, see, yesterday, Jumba was trying to create a special type of compound that will terraform any plant-life to grow and have a more humanoid appearance and also gain sentience so that I can have them work as my lab assistants and help me with my evil science,"
"Evil!?" Frida and David asked in shock as they turned over to Hilda for an explanation.
"Oh, Jumba used to be an evil mad genius before coming to Earth and changing his ways. Now, he's mostly a neutral mad genius...I will explain it all in great detail later on." Hilda says after noticing their confused looks as Frida and David frowned but nodded reluctantly as Jumba continued talking.
"...but my experiment failed as Jumba's experimental compound merely dried up the plants and destroyed them, similar to that of weed killer. And last night when One-eyed noodle said that he was better at me at gardening, I thought, 'Hey, Jumba, why don't you use your failed experiment to help Little Blue-Haired girl, 626, and her friends get rid of the weeds faster while also showing up One-eyed noodle?'."
"Aha! I knew it! You were cheating! This means I am better at gardening than you! Ha! In your face!" Pleakley shouted victoriously while pointing at Jumba as he and everyone else gave him a, 'Now is not the time to gloat, Pleakley' look as Plekaley shrinks back from their glares and laughs nervously as he took a couple of steps back.
"Anyway, it seems that Jumba's experiment did work but had disastrous side-effects as my compound had overwritten the Vittra's DNA and transformed them into half-dead mutated creatures of the night...my bad," Jumba says sheepishly as everyone gave him deadpan looks and Hilda sighs heavily as she placed her hands on her hips and was about to berate Jumba for his actions when suddenly Nigel lets out a loud angered yell as he ran towards a surprised Jumba and leaped up as he landed on his stomach.
"SO IT WAS YOUR FAULT THAT MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALL TRANSFORMED INTO MUTANT ZOMBIES!? YOU MONSTER! I WILL KILL YOU FOR THIS!" Nigel shouted while furiously unleashing a multitude of punches at Jumba's chest with all of his might...but due to his small stature and lack of strength, all Nigel was doing was poking Jumba's chest lightly as the mad genius sweatdrops awkwardly.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, calm down, Nigel!" Hilda says while walking over to the duo as she grabbed onto Nigel and separated him from Jumba as the young Vittra thrashed in her hold. "I know you're angry that Jumba transformed your friends and family into monsters, but hitting him won't fix the problem. We have to find a way to transform the Mulch Monsters back into their normal Vittra-selves before they destroy the city,"
"But how?" Pleakley asked as Stitch popped up behind him.
"Jumba make an antidote," Stitch says, scaring the crap out of Pleakley, as the one-eyed alien glared at him, and Stitch grins back at him mischievously as he jumped out of his shoulders and walked over to Hilda.
"Easier said than done, 626. Jumba won't be able to make an antidote just like that. It will take days, maybe weeks for Jumba to figure out what went wrong with Jumba's experiment and a couple of weeks more just to make the antidote." Jumba informed the group as everyone groaned.
"Ugh, really? But we need the antidote now before the Mulch Monsters destroy Trollberg or kill anyone!" Hilda shouted as Nigel turned towards her in annoyance.
"Can you please stop calling my people, 'Mulch Monsters'? It's really insulting." Nigel said as Hilda smiled at him sheepishly and puts him down as she rubs her neck awkwardly.
"Heh, sorry, we didn't know what else to call him." Hilda says as Nigel rolled his eyes and was about to say something else when suddenly Hilda spotted some type of gooey substance in his hair as the blue-haired girl raises an eyebrow and stuck her hand into his hair as she touched the unknown gooey substance.
"Hey, hey, watch the hair!" Nigel cried out in annoyance as Hilda ignored him and studied the gooey substance closely as she hums.
"Hmm, hey, call me crazy, but whatever this gooey stuff, it looks really familiar," Hilda says as Nigel rolled his eyes with a scoff.
"Well, duh! Of course, it looks familiar! This is the same compound that you sprayed my family yesterday at the park."
"It is?" Jumba asked confusedly as he walks over to Hilda, who held out her hand as Jumba examined the gooey substance for a few seconds before gasping in shock as Jumba's eyes widen in surprise. "Holy starburst, it is...wait a minute, you were at the park yesterday?" Jumba asked Nigel inquisitively as the little Vittra nodded with a raised eyebrow.
"Uh, adoy! Of course, I was at the park, stupid! Why would I be anywhere else, except underground and with my family?"
"Then that means that you were sprayed with my compound yesterday just like everyone else," Jumba pressed on, ignoring him as Nigel stared at him oddly.
"Yeah, what about it?" Nigel asked, puzzled as everyone else was also confused about where Jumba was going with this, except for Hilda and Stitch as the duo thought for a few seconds and gasped in realization as they figured out what Jumba was thinking.
"No way, do you think?" Hilda asked Stitch, who nodded as Hilda smiled and turned over to a confused Nigel. "Nigel, don't you understand where Jumba is going with this? Just think about it, you were sprayed with Jumba's compound yesterday alongside the other Vittra, and yet you were the only one who wasn't affected by it. Which means..." Hilda says while trailing off to let Nigel fit the pieces together but only received a blank look as Hilda groans in annoyance. "Oh, for the love of-You're immune to Jumba's compound, you dummy!" Hilda shouted as everyone gasped in shock at what she says.
"Hey...she's right!" Frida says while turning over to Nigel as everyone else did the same. "We sprayed all of the Vittra's back at the garden, and yet you're the only one who wasn't affected by Jumba's experimental goo," Frida says as Nigel sweatdrops nervously from their stares and took a couple of steps back as they surrounded him.
"And that means, just like Little Blue Haired Girl and 626 had deduced, you are immune to my little experiment," Jumba says while staring down at Nigel with a scientific look on his face as Nigel shivered slightly at his curious gaze.
"Guyt mgen losi gak qutiv coursus kluetek hyu jij bat ju criti lopo lo critel na glouve ek Juju Gongi werick lovei Baktanks! (Which also means that whatever courses through your veins is what my creator needs to create an antidote to change the Mulch Monsters back into Vittras!)" Stitch exclaimed with a huge smile on his face as he then grinned at the scared Vittra evilly and rushed over to him as he grabbed onto a surprised Nigel and held him out to his creator gleefully. "Huvi lu aji od lexele on kik os gak oyo gen guyuyun you a lay ot wook na glouve! (Hurry up and do experiments on him so that you can figure out a way to make an antidote!)" Stitch says as Jumba smirked at what he says and nodded as he grabbed onto Nigel.
"On it! Give me an hour to come up with something!" Jumba says while running off towards his room/lap with a squirming/protesting Nigel as Hilda turned over to a confused Frida and David.
"I don't really understand what Stitch said, but from what I can gather from Jumba's reaction, he's probably going to study Nigel and find a way to make an antidote for the Mulch Monsters. In the meantime, why don't I tell you guys what's going on with the whole 'Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch being aliens' thing." Hilda says as Frida and David eagerly nodded, and Hilda begins leading them towards her room as Stitch followed them while Pleakley made his way over to Jumba to see if he can help out his friend.
[An hour later]
"...And after that, we move into Trollberg, and the rest is history," Hilda says to her friends, finishing explaining to Frida and David everything that had transpired ever since Experiment 626 came into life as Stitch helped her out in the explanation by adding in a few pieces of information about him, Jumba, and Pleakley.
"W-Wow, that's, um, quite a story, Hilda," Frida says with David nodding in agreement as both kids were understandably shocked/awe by what Hilda had told them.
"Yeah, it's quite crazy, but I guess that's my life in a nutshell, ha, ha," Hilda says with a nervous laugh as Frida and David stared at her in disbelief.
"Hilda, no offense, but I am really questioning your mental capacity. I mean, how can you be so calm after finding out that aliens exist!?" Frida asked exasperatededly while falling her arms around panickedly as Hilda shrugged.
"Well, don't get me wrong, I was definitely shocked to find out that my friend was an alien, and I was even more surprised to find out that he was created by an alien evil scientist to destroy everything he touches." Hilda says as Stitch's ears went down in sadness at what she says and sigh guiltily as he bows his head somberly. "...But after Stitch and I had a heartfelt talk, I came to realize how much Stitch changed since his first day on Earth. Sure, maybe he did originally came to Earth to try and destroy it, and maybe he was using my Mum and me as hostages, but after staying on Earth for a couple of days, it changed Stitch's personality drastically from an out of control planet-destroying monster to what a king, caring, loyal, best friend that I love with all my heart." Hilda says while hugging Stitch as she kissed his cheek, and Stitch started feeling better as he hugs her back.
"Agoto, Hilda. (Thanks, Hilda)," Stitch says as Hilda nodded and lets go of him as she turned back to her friends.
"And after my Mum allowed Jumba and Pleakley to live us after they were essentially trapped on Earth, we have come to realize that Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley aren't really that different from all of the magical creatures that I have met in my life and heck, they aren't really different from humans either. Sure, maybe they are aliens who are evil like that dummy head Gantu, but there are also good aliens like Stitch and the guys. I know that you guys are still scared of them, but I promise you, as your friend, that Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley are friendly aliens, and they won't hurt you. Trust me." Hilda says sincerely as Frida and David remained quiet for a few seconds as they turned to each other and had a mental conversation with each other as, after a few seconds of talking, they suddenly sighed and turned back to Hilda as they smiled a bit.
"Well, I will admit, Jumba and Pleakley aren't really...bad. I mean, they did hijack my parade plans a week ago, but they did comfort me during the parade when they realized what they did, and they did seem genuinely guilty for hurting my feelings." Frida says while placing her hand on her chin thoughtfully as she began to reconsider her fear of Stitch and the others.
"Yeah, and we did have a lot of fun together yesterday when we were doing our project," David added in as Frida nodded.
"Yeah, and Stitch did save Hilda's life after that Gantu guy kidnapped her, so I guess maybe Stitch, Mr. Jumba, and Pleakley really aren't evil aliens like we thought they were," Frida says as Hilda and Stitch beams and nodded eagerly as they stared at them hopefully.
"So, does that mean that you guys-"
"Yes, Hilda, we believe you," David says with a smile as Frida nodded.
"Yeah, we're now convinced that Stitch, Mr. Jumba, and Pleakley really are good aliens. Granted, it will take us a while until we get used to the fact that Stitch and your 'family' are aliens, but for now, we're cool with the whole alien thing."
"And, also, don't worry Hilda and Stitch. Your secrets are safe with us," David says with his usual calm smile as Hilda and Stitch beamed as they squealed in excitement and ran over to their friends as they hugged them.
"Thank you guys for believing us!" Hilda shouted in relief as Stitch nodded.
"Ih! Thank you, Frida and David!" Stitch says while hugging them with all of his might as he started accidentally crushing Frida and David with his super strength.
"Y-You're welcome, but can you please let us go before you crush us to death!?" Frida whimpered out as she and David's face were slowly going blue from the lack of oxygen from Hilda and Stitch's tight grip.
"Oh, sorry, sorry!" Hilda apologized as she and Stitch let them go, and Frida and David wobbled around dizzily as they leaned against Hilda's cabinet and began taking deep breathes as Hilda and Stitch gave them sheepish smiles. "Sorry about that, guys," Hilda says while laughing nervously as Stitch nodded.
"Ih. Stitch sorry," Stitch says while bowing his head apologetically, but ended up falling on his head as he blinked before laughing joyfully as he started spinning around.
"Ha, ha, apology accepted," Frida says, after regaining her breath as she, Hilda, and David laughed a bit at Stitch's actions, but then their laughter died down as someone knocked on the door and Pleakley peeked his head in warily as he smiled at them awkwardly.
"Hey, um, do you mind if I come in?" Pleakley asked nervously, not wanting to scare Frida and David as Hilda nodded with a smile.
"Yeah, you can come in, Pleakley. And don't worry, I told Frida and David everything about you, Stitch, and Jumba, and they're cool with you now."
"Really?" Pleakley asked, surprised/hopefully as Frida and David nodded, and Plekaley beams as he smiled widely. "Whew, that's a relief. I thought you kids were going to be scared of us forever." Pleakley says as Frida and David smiled back at him, somewhat nervously.
"Well, after hearing everything that Hilda told us about you guys, we have come to realize that you guys aren't evil aliens like we thought you were," Frida says.
"We're still scared of you, but only a little bit. It will take us some time before we get used to the fact that you guys are aliens, you know?" David says with a lopsided smile and a shrug as Pleakley nodded knowingly.
"No, don't worry, I understand. Jumba, the little monster, and I will have learned to be patient long enough until you kids get used to being around aliens." Pleakley says calmly as Stitch nodded in the background, and Frida and David smiled at them gratefully. "Anyway, the reason I came here is that I have good news! Jumba had managed to come up with something to help out with our little Mulch Monster problem. Come, take a look." Pleakley says while running out of Hilda's room as the kids beamed at what he says excitedly and ran after him as they made their way over to Jumba's room/lab and saw the alien mad scientist currently wearing a lab coat and goggles as Jumba was working near a desk and was mixing a few chemicals in a vial as a drained Nigel sat on the table and was swaying back and forth dizzily as the gang saw a large diagram of Nigel's body placed above them on Jumba's huge monitor.
"Ah, you brought them in. Good job, Pleakley," Jumba says while taking off his goggles as he turned towards Hilda and the others with a huge smile on his face. "Jumba have good news for all of you!" Jumba exclaimed while grabbing the vial as he walked over to the other side of the room and approaches a large blue canister that was placed on the ground as Jumba grabbed it and then placed the canister on a nearby table as Jumba began pouring the contents of the vial onto the canister. "Jumba was able to create the antidote for my little failed experiment and had disposed it into this canister," Jumba says while presenting the canister as the group smiled and cheered at what he says.
"That's great, Jumba! So, where's the rest of it?" Hilda asked excitedly/curiously as Jumba winces and laughs nervously as he rubbed his neck awkwardly.
"Well, uh, yeah about that, there's also some bad news to this," Jumba says, causing everyone to quickly frown in disappointment as they glanced over at Jumba confusedly. "You see, Jumba was able to figure out how our little friend Nigel here was immune to my experiment," Jumba says while walking over to a still dizzy Nigel as he grabbed onto him and placed him on the ground as a groaning Nigel walks over to the group. "To make a long story short, Nigel's immunity was thanks to his weird, magical, plant blood, and when Jumba found out a bit, Jumba was quick to take a few samples of his blood. Jumba was able to synthesize a cure out of it, but sadly, I wasn't able to make more of the antidote because if Jumba continued taking more blood samples out of poor little Nigel here, he would've most likely died out of blood loss,"
"Don't worry, Jumba, you did the right thing," Hilda says to the mad scientist reassuringly, happy and proud that Jumba stopped taking more blood samples out of Nigel to protect him as Stitch walks over to a disoriented Nigel and patted his back to comfort him as Nigel groaned. "And besides, at least you were able to create an antidote in the first place. That's what we really wanted in the first place." Hilda says, cheering up Jumba as he smiled at her gratefully.
"Yeah, but now we have another problem. How exactly are we going to cure all of the Mulch Monsters when they're hundreds of them, and they're scattered across the city?" Frida says as the group went silent and began to think about how they would cure all of the Vittras with such a limited amount of supply of antidote as Stitch placed his hand on his chin and hummed thoughtfully, his computer brain working on overdrive to come up with a solution to their problem as an idea popped into his head and Stitch gasped as he turned over to his friends.
"Stitch has an idea!" Stitch says to the gang before suddenly running over to Jumba's drawing board as he erased everything that was on the board, enticing a loud 'Hey!' from Jumba as Stitch ignored him and popped out his appendages as he grabbed onto a couple of markers and began drawing something at high speeds as, after a few a seconds of drawing, Stitch was done as he puts down the markers and turned over to his friends as he held out his hands. "Ta-da!" Stitch says as everyone glanced over at what he draws, and the gang was left dumbstruck as they stared at Stitch's incredibly detailed and well-drawn drawing of him and the others running around the city of Trollberg and making loud noises to draw their attention.
"Whoa, he's as good at drawing as Leonardo Da Vinchi," David whispered to Frida and Pleakley in awe as they nodded in agreement.
"So is this your idea, Stitch? Making loud noises to gain their attention?" Hilda asked curiously as Stitch nodded.
"Ih."
"Is there more to your plan or...?"
"Ih." Stitch says with a nod as he grabbed onto the markers again and then whirled around Jumba's drawing board as he made a new drawing of him and the gang leading the Mulch Monsters over to the junkyard.
"Okay, so next we will lead the Mulch Monsters to the junkyard where there's no one around for them to hurt."
"Ih." Stitch says as he then made another drawing that showed him and the gang tricking the Mulch Monsters to crawl up the giant mulch shredding machine that they have seen yesterday and pushing them inside as they got shredded up into multiple small pieces.
"Next, we will force them to crawl up the giant mulch machine that the weird Mulching Center Employee had shown us earlier and shreds them to pieces?" Hilda asked as Stitch nodded with a smirk.
"Wait, what kind of plans is this?!" Nigel shouted after recovering from the constant blood samples that Jumba took out of his body as he marched over to Hilda and Stitch with a glare. "Do you really think that I will allow you to go along with this plan?!"
"Wait, wait, Stitch not done," Stich says while holding out his hands, gesturing for him to shut up for now as Nigel glared at him, but nodded as Stitch then whirled around Jumba's drawing board again and made one final drawing of the shredded pieces of the Mulch Monster falling inside of the bin and, after waiting for them to regenerate, Hilda and the others pour the antidote all over them and transform them back to normal as Hilda gasped in awe.
"Whoa, now, I see what you're plan is, Stitch. This is brilliant!" Hilda says as Stitch smiled brightly and blushed a bit at her compliment as he chuckled.
"Agoto oyo, Hilda, meega liep. (Thank you, Hilda, I try.)" Stitch says smugly while bowing as Hilda rolled her eyes amusedly before turning back to her friends.
"What do you guys think?" Hilda asked as everyone began to think.
"Well, I have to agree, this plan sounds pretty sound. I expect nothing less from my greatest creation." Jumba says.
"Hmmm, I don't like seeing my people shredded to pieces, but if this needs to happen in order to cure my family and friends, then...so be it," Nigel says while sighing heavily as he crossed his arms and looked away with a glare.
"Simple plan, but effective nonetheless. I can go with that." Frida says, willing to follow Stitch's plan since she couldn't come up with another plan to face the Mulch Monsters, and decided to let Hilda and Stitch take the reins on this mission.
"I like it," David says simply while placing his hands on his pockets as Pleakley nodded in agreement.
"Good, then it's settled, we have the antidote, we have a plan, so let's go and save Trollberg!" Hilda shouted with everyone else cheering as they ran out of Jumba's room/lap to make preparations for their plan.
An hour later, we see the group slowly and cautiously making their way out of Hilda's apartment while making sure that there weren't any Mulch Monsters around as Hilda, Frida, and David was decked with homemade body armor made out of pots and pans as they also wore helmets and black sunglasses, Stitch wore his alien jumpsuit and had his alien appendages out as he also wore black sunglasses, and the former evil alien scientist and former Galactic Federation Agent wore black jumpsuits with homemade body armor that looks similar to the kids as Jumba also wore a long black wig and a pair of black sunglasses as Pleakley wore a long blonde wig that was in the style of a bob cut, makeup, and red lipstick as he also wore a singular black glasses.
"Everyone ready?" Hilda asked while holding a small plasma gun as Frida and David carried similar weapons while Stitch and Jumba were holding large bazooka plasma blasters as Pleakley held a metal bat.
"Ready," The group says while cocking their weapons as the gang nodded to each other and glared at the Mulch Monsters before them as they were about to charge forwards...but stopped as an annoyed Nigel popped out Hilda's shoulders.
"Hey, why do you guys get to dress up with cool outfits and armor and stuff and not me?" Nigel asked angrily as everyone groaned in annoyance.
"Niiiiigeeeeellll! You ruined the momennnnnt!" Hilda complained while stomping her feet onto the ground childishly as everyone glared at the young Vittra in annoyance for ruining their badass entry.
"Well, sorry for ruining you guys, 'moment'," Nigel says sarcastically while using air quotes as he then glared at them and placed his hands on his hips. "But I want to dress up too! And besides, in case you didn't notice, I'm a defenseless one-foot-tall Vittra! If the kids can carry around dangerous, lethal weapons, then why can't I?" Nigel asked while glaring at them as Experiment 626 shakes his head.
"Govun, lut eres on uvu ot kreke a jojoli rof oyo, dan ew solu a wefeju olo rof oyo ot juj yopolojengo, os rekugu mack, Nigel. (Sorry, but there's no time to create a costume for you and we don't have a weapon small enough for you to use effectively, so tough luck, Nigel)," Stitch says apologetically, although it wasn't sincere as Stitch had a mischievous grin on his face.
"Ugh, fine, but can I at least have SOMETHING to defend myself with, please?" Nigel pleaded as everybody sighs but began looking the area for something for Nigel to use as a weapon as David spotted a small stick and beams as he bends down to grab it.
"Here, you can use this stick to protect yourself," David says good-naturedly while handing the stick over to Nigel as the Vittra grabs it.
"Thanks, I guess," Nigel says grumbly, not liking his weapon, but didn't say anything as something was better than nothing.
"Good, now that is settled, let's start up our battle plan," Hilda says, taking command as everyone turned towards the young blue-haired little girl. "The Mulching Center is placed on the west side of the city, near the outskirts of the city, so we need to gain the Mulch Monster's attention and diverge all of them towards it. We need to separate the group into three in order to cover more distance. Jumba, Frida, you two will go east and handle the monsters on that side of the city while Pleakley and David go to the south side of Trollberg, and Stitch, Nigel, and I will go north. Remember, don't attack these monsters directly. I'm looking at you, Stitch." Hilda says while glaring at her friend sternly as Stitch grumbled in disappointment but nodded as Hilda continued talking. "Just make sure to get their attention and force them into following you towards the Mulch Center. Everyone got the plan?" Hilda asked as everyone nodded. "Good, let's go and save Trollberg, people!"
"Right!" The group shouted as everyone ran off towards different sides of the city.
"RAARRGHH!" A Mulch Monster roared out as he and multiple Mulch Monsters ran across the streets of Trollberg as they began attacking random civilians while also destroying everything they see as Frida and Jumba appeared on the scene as the young black-haired girl was shocked by their barbaric behavior and Jumba had a slightly proud look on his face before putting on a sheepish look as he saw Frida glare at him and shakes her head as she pulls out her weapon and Jumba did the same as they fired a couple of warning shots at the Mulch Monsters, alerting them of the duo's presence as they turned around to glare at Jumba and Frida.
"Hey! While Jumba usually enjoys seeing my creations cause chaos and massive destruction, Jumba quite like his new home, so as the person responsible for your mutation, I command you to stand down!" Jumba ordered sternly as the Mulch Monsters stared at him blankly before going back to their rampage as a deadpan Frida turned over to Jumba.
"Did you really think that would work?" Frida asked while placing her hands on her hips as the former evil genius shrugged at her sheepishly. "If you want to get their attention, you have to be more commanding and firm. Like this." Frida says before turning towards the Mulch Monsters as she raised her weapon and, surprisingly, fired multiple plasma energy bolts that soared through the air as several of them pierced through the Mulch Monsters's chest, killing them momentarily as they quickly regenerated their wounds, and they turned over to glare at Frida as the young little girl glared back at them fearlessly. "Come on, you mutated freaks! Come at us!" Frida yelled aggressively while firing more shots into the air as she killed a couple of more Mulch Monsters.
"Whoa! Nice one Black Hair Little Girl!" Jumba complimented, impressed by Frida's ferocity as she smiled up at him gratefully.
"Thanks, Mr. Jookiba," Frida says just as the Mulch Monsters who she killed healed up their wounds as they recovered from the surprising attack and glared at the duo as they were getting sick of getting butchered down by a little girl and the Mulch Monsters let out loud, shrill screams as they charged at Jumba and Frida. "Run?"
"Run," Jumba says as he and Frida swiftly turned around to run away with the Mulch Monsters following after them as the former evil scientist and the overachieving Sparrow Scout made sure to lead them towards the Mulching Center.
"W-Why did I agree to do this?" David asked himself fearfully as he and Plekalye were making their way to the south side of the city as they were looking around for any sign of the Mulch Monsters but couldn't find anything as he and Pleakley shook in fear.
"S-Same. I'm really regretting agreeing to the plan." Plekaley says while standing back to back with David as they were making their way down the street warily. "I'm not really a fighter. I'm more of a hider."
"Really? Me too!" David says excitedly as Pleakley blinked in surprise at what he said.
"Seriously?" Pleakley asked in shock as David nodded eagerly.
"Yeah, unlike most people, I much prefer to run away from danger and not seek it," David says as Pleakley smiled slightly at what the young boy said.
"That's a really wise way of thinking, David. People think that running away is cowardly, but I don't really believe that. To me, it's just a logical, smart move that anyone will make when encountering a dangerous situation, you know?" Pleakley asked as David nodded in agreement.
"Exactly, couldn't agree more, Mister Pleakley...or is it Misses? Which one should I call you by?" David asked curiously as they continued walking through the seemingly empty streets of Trollberg.
"Mrs. when in public and Mr. when we're alone," Plekaley answered as David nodded.
"Got it," David says before grunting as he collied against something tall and stinky as David then fell down and rubbed his head as Pleakley quickly ran up to help the young boy.
"David! Are you okay?" Pleakley asked worriedly while helping him stand up as David nodded.
"Yeah, I'm alright," David says before looking up at the person that he crashed against as he smiled up at him apologetically. "I'm sorry for running into you, sir. I wasn't looking where I was going-AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" David says before screaming in fear at the sight of a Mulch Monster as he glared at the duo and roars loudly, alerting his comrades as they all came out of nowhere and surrounded them as Pleakley and David shook in fear.
"RUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNN!" Plekaley shouted as his fear overtook his body, and he instinctively raised his bat as the one-eyed alien smacked a Mulch Monster away and made an opening for him and David to run away as they immediately booked in and ran off into a random direction, which just so happens to be the Mulching Center as the angry Mulch Monsters followed after the screaming duo.
"Come on, guys!" Hilda yelled while running across the streets of Trollberg with Stitch and Nigel hot on her trails as she and Experiment 626 shot a couple of roaming Mulch Monsters before arriving on a random street as Hilda and the boys were shocked at the sight of Joanna, Roland, and Amun standing in front of a group of scared citizens as they were fighting against a group of Mulch Monsters, but we're steadily getting overwhelmed by them as Hilda and Stitch looked on with worry while Nigel looks indifferent.
"Come on! Come get some!" Roland shouted while swatting a Mulch Monster away with his crowbar while Joanna stood beside him and kicked a Mulch Monster away as Amun stood in between them and open fire on the Mulch Monster as he managed to burn some of them down to ashes, but the trio was still getting overpowered by the mutated army as they slowly started getting the upper hold on the small Phoenix and humans.
"Mom! Mr. Roland! Amun! We have to help them!" Hilda says to the boys as Stitch narrowed his eyes at the scene, and his intelligent mind went on overdrive to come up with a way to save his friends while Nigel simply glances up at Hilda as he gave her a disbelief look.
"Sorry, Kid, but how in the heck do you think we should help them out? There's about a hundred of them and only three of us." Nigel says as Hilda looks down sadly and bites her lip worriedly as Stitch ignored their conversation and looks around as he spotted a nearby Hardware Store and saw a propane tank through the window as an idea popped into his head, and Stitch grins mischievously as he chuckles and rubs his arms.
"I know, but we still have to try and-Wait, Stitch, where are you going?" Hilda says before blinking in confusion as Stitch suddenly runs off on all fours and ran into Hardware Store as he slams through the window, and grabs the propane tank as Stitch runs out of the building and ran back over to Hilda and Nigel as they stared at him confusedly. "What are you doing, Stitch?" Hilda asked curiously, but mostly warily as Stitch turned over to smirk at her evilly.
"Meega glove ot greh eht oyouyo reft, Hilda! Ha, ha, ha, ha! (I'm going to make the world burn, Hilda! Ha, ha, ha, ha!)" Stitch says while laughing crazily as he turned over to the Mulch Monsters making their way towards a glaring Joanna, Roland, and Amun, who all didn't spot Hilda and the other's presence, and Stitch smirked as he lifts the propane tank up into the air before chucking it over to the crowd of mutant monsters as it landed in the middle of the group. The Mulch Monsters stared down at the strange object oddly as they slowly went over to investigate it, not noticing Stitch lifting his plasma gun as he pressed his finger on the trigger, and Hilda slowly figured out what he was planning as she stared at him in shock.
"STITCH! NO!" Hilda shouted as she rushed over to try and stop her friend, but it was too late as Stitch pressed the trigger and shot a plasma bolt at the propane tank as he caused a huge explosion to occur that took out the majority of the Mulch Monster's and the shockwave of the explosion sends Hilda, Stitch, Nigel, Joanna, Roland, and Amun flying away as they crashed landed onto the ground with a couple of pained/soft grunts. A few minutes later, we see everyone recovering from the big explosion as the Mulch Monsters, who were blown up, slowly regenerated themselves back to their full health and turned over to glare at Stitch, who was helping up a groaning Hilda and Nigel as the Mulch Monsters roared in anger and all of them charged at the trio as Hilda and Nigel gasped in fear while Stitch smirked.
"Got to go," Stitch says while grabbing onto Hilda and Nigel as he placed them on his back and went on all fours as they run off, and the Mulch Monsters chased after them. Back with Joanna, Roland, and Amun, we see the trio groaning in pain as they got up from the floor and looked up as they saw multiple Mulch Monsters rushing towards them, and the group flinched in fear as Roland and Joanna hugged each other as they closed their eyes and waited to be trambled by the large group of mutants...only to feel nothing as the adults slowly opened their eyes and were surprised to see the Mulch Monsters running past them as they ran off in a random direction and dissapeared from sight as Roland and Joanna blinked in surprise.
"W-What just happened?" Joanna asked as Roland stood up and helped her up to her feet as Roland shrugged.
"D-Don't know, one minute we were fighting an army of mutant plants and the next minute, a large explosion occurred, and now all of the Mulch Monsters are running away," Roland says as Joanna tilted her head confused/curiously.
"So, does that mean that we won?"
"Looks like it," Roland says as he and Joanna stared at each other for a few moments before grinning as they started laughing.
"We won! We won! We won!" Joanna cheered while jumping into Roland's arms as he spun her around, and they shared another laugh as Roland and Joanna then stared at each other again as they smiled a bit and started leaning into each other as they closed their eyes and were about to share a soft kiss...until they realized what they were doing as they quickly separated from each other and blushed slightly as they looked away awkwardly. "S-Sorry got caught up in the moment."
"I-It's fine, I got caught up in the moment as well, ha, ha," Roland says while laughing nervously before grunting as a happy Amun leaped up onto his arms and nuzzled against his neck as Joanna cooed at the cute sight and suddenly all of the citizens of Trollberg that were hiding from the Mulch Monsters came out of their hiding spots and realized that the mutated monsters had disappeared as they started cheering loudly.
"Why did you think that blowing up a bunch of my people by throwing an open propane tank and lighting it up with your stupid space gun was a good idea!?" Nigel, who was riding on Hilda's shoulder, screamed at Jumba's most powerful experiment in annoyance/frustration as Stitch was currently still running from the group of pissed off Mulch Monsters with Hilda still riding on his back as Experiment 626 looked up at the angry Vittra with a smug smirk on his face.
"Stitch got their attention, didn't I?" Stitch asked rhetorically as Nigel glared at him and was about to argue with him but was stopped by an annoyed Hilda.
"Boys, boys, give it a rest! In case if you didn't notice, this isn't the time to argue because there's a whole horde of Vittra mutant zombies chasing after us! So, Nigel, zip it, and Stitch, continue running, but we are going to have a talk about the little stunt you pulled earlier, mister!" Hilda ordered sharply as Stitch and Nigel flinched at her commanding tone and felt a little bit intimidated by the young girl as they nodded nervously.
"Yes, Mam." Stitch and Nigel said in unison as Experiment 626 continued running across Trolberg for a couple of minutes before reaching the Mulch Center, just at the same time that everyone else showed up as they grouped up near the entrance.
"Everyone did their side of the plan?" Hilda asked the group as Jumba, Frida, Plekaley, and David nodded fearfully and pointed behind them as they saw two large groups of Mulch Monsters running towards them. "Good, Stitch, Nigel, and I were able to gain the Mulch Monster attention from the north side of town, and judging by the size of all our groups, I think we pretty much gained the attention of all of the Mulch Monsters in Trollberg," Hilda informed the group as everyone smiled at what she says.
"Good, now onto part two of our plan," Frida says while turning towards the entrance of the Mulch Center and gasped in surprise as she saw that the entrance into the junkyard was closed off. "Oh, no! It's closed!" Frida cried out in dismay while pointing at the locked gates as she turned over to her friends worriedly. "How are we going to get the Mulch Monsters inside now?!" Frida asked panickily with a nervous David nodding in agreement as Hilda thought for a second, and an idea popped into her head as she smirked at her friends confidently.
"Don't worry, guys, we got this. Stitch?" Hilda asked while turning to her friend as she gestured at the door, and Stitch caught the hidden message as he grinned and nodded as he began making his way towards the locked gates.
"I'm sorry, Hilda, but how is Stitch going to help get us into the-," David says before trailing off as Stitch grabbed onto the gates and used his superhuman strength to nonchalantly rip the metal gate's out of the ground as Stitch tossed them to the side.
"...Oh, right, Stitch has superstrength. K-Kind of blanked on that." Frida says with David nodding numbly as the sounds of the Mulch Monsters roaring loudly caught their attention and saw that they were rushing towards them at full speed as the group flinched before composing themselves as they ran inside.
"Quickly! We need to lead the Mulch Monsters towards the Big Chipper!" Hilda shouted as the others nodded and followed after the young blue-haired girl as Hilda and the gang ran towards the giant mulching machine as they approached the large contraption and turned around to face the Mulch Monsters as Hilda, Stitch, and the others saw all of the mutant plant monsters rushing inside of the junkyard and quickly began filling up the area as they made their way over to the scared group.
"Okay, so now that we lead the highly dangerous mutated monster army into a closed area with us still inside, I might add, how are we going to force them into the Big Chipper, guys?" David asked fearfully while hiding behind an equally scared Pleakley as the Mulch Monsters suddenly stopped running and started stoically walking over to them, as if taunting their prey before they catch them, as the Mulch Monsters growled softly.
"Uh, well, Stitch and I haven't actually thought that far ahead," Hilda says admittedly while laughing awkwardly as Stitch nodded in agreement sheepishly and the boys gave them deadpan looks while Frida, on the other hand, began brainstorming for an idea as a plan appeared on her mind.
"Guys, I have a plan!" Frida says with everyone turning to her curiously as she gave them a determined, firm look. "Alright, these monsters may be tough, but they don't seem to be quite smart as they only fight on instinct and smash stuff randomly like a bunch of idiotic barbarians."
"Hey!" Nigel yelled, offended at having Frida insult his people as everyone ignored his little shout and continued listening to Frida's plan.
"...And since they act more like animals, then let's treat them more like cattle and corral them. Hilda? You, me, and Stitch will flank them on the left while David, Mr. Jookiba, and Mr. Pleakley are going to flank them on the right, and we will all use our plasma guns to force them onto the Big Chipper. Everybody good with the plan?" Frida asked with everyone smiling and nodding in agreement as Hilda, David, and Stitch beamed at their friend happily.
"Nice plan, Frida," Hilda says with David nodding as he smiled at his friend.
"Classic Frida, always coming up with awesome plans."
"Stitch likes Frida's plan," Stitch says as Frida smiles bashfully at their complement and blushed a bit as she rubbed her neck nervously.
"T-Thanks, guys," Frida says before growing serious as she and the others noticing the Mulch Monsters getting close to them as she and the others cocked their guns. "Let's do this!"
"Right!" The others say just as the Mulch Monster's closed in on them as the group quickly split up and ran off as Hilda, Frida, and Stitch ran towards the left side of the monster crowd while Jumba, Pleakley, and David ran towards the right side of the Mulch Monster's group as both teams started opening fire on them.
Screaming in surprise/pain, the large group of Mulch Monsters helps out their hands to try and block the lethal plasmablasts as they started taking a couple of steps back and a couple of Mulch Monsters yelped in surprise as they tripped on the conveyer belt and fell on it as the conveyer belt began sending up to the Big Chipper to be shredded and they were too stupid to find a way to get out of the conveyer belt as the rest of their comrades were oblivious to their friend's predicament. The gang then spend the next couple of minutes cramming the rest of the Mulch Monster's onto the conveyer belt as they had a few stragglers who were smart enough to try and roll out of the conveyer belt, but they were quickly blasted back onto the machine by either Jumba, Pleakley, and David as the rest of the group continued making sure that the Mulch Monsters climb onto the deadly machine with the employee working their not noticing their presence whatsoever as he was taking a small nap.
"Come on, guys! Keep at it! We're almost there!" Hilda says encouragingly to the group as they had managed to push back all of the Mulch Monsters onto the machine and were heading close to the big shredder placed on top of the Big Chipper as Hilda smiled at this widely. "The plan is working! Quick, guys, get something big enough to carry the shredded-up mutant Vittras!"
"On it, Hilda!" David says as he, Frida, Jumba, and Pleakley had run off to find a container big enough to carry all of the Mulch Monsters as Stitch stayed behind to help Hilda handle any stragglers.
"Don't let any of them run away, Stitch!" Hilda yelled while lifting her plasma gun as Stitch nodded firmly.
"Ih, you got it, Hilda," Stitch says while pulling out two plasma guns as he and Hilda fired a few warning shots at the Mulch Monsters that were trying to roll out of the conveyer belt, and the duo grinned victoriously as they noticed that the Mulch Monsters were heading close to the shredder and Hilda and Stitch shared a high five as they waited to see the Mulch Monsters being shredded up like pieces of papers...only for their jaws dropped in disbelief as they saw that a couple of Mulch Monsters were sucked into the shredder and got it ripped up to pieces, but by doing that, their dismembered body parts got stuck in the mechanism of the machine as the Big Chipper started breaking down.
"Oh, no!"
"What's wrong?" Frida asked while running back to the duo with the others as they had managed to find a container big enough to use for their plan.
"There are too many of them to shred all at once!" Hilda yelled, answering her friend's question as everyone gasp worriedly. "They're going to break the machine! What do we do now!?" Hilda asked panickedly as everyone scrambled to come up with an idea on how to fix this problem while Stitch stays quiet as the young experiment glances up at the stuck Mulch Monsters, and an idea popped into his head as he turned over to Hilda and the others.
"Meega have an idea! Cover Stitch!" Stitch says while running off at all fours as he ran over to the conveyer belt and began climbing up to it as Hilda watched him go in surprise.
"Stitch! Wait!" Hilda screamed while rushing after him, much to everyone's shock as they watched the little blue-haired girl ran after Stitch and open fire on any Mulch Monster that tried to grab onto them as they quickly made their way to the top of the machine.
"Hilda/Little Blue-Haired Girl! Stitch/626!" Frida, David, Pleakley, Jumba, and Nigel, who was sitting on the sidelines doing nothing, yelled worriedly as they watched the duo scale up the conveyer belt before reaching the top of the Big Chipper as they studied the large shredder and noticed that decapitated limbs and body parts of the Mulch Monsters clogging up the machine as Hilda turned over to Stitch.
"The machine is too slow to properly chop up all of the Mulch Monsters, Stitch. We need to find a way to make the machine shred faster."
"Luil gak ocoka? (Will that help?)" Stitch asked while pointing up as Hilda looked to where he was pointing and beams as she saw what seems to be the control panel for the Big Chipper.
"Yep! Definitely! Give me a boost!" Hilda says as Stitch nodded and easily picked up the little girl as he then tossed over to the control panel before swiftly turn around to face the Mulch Monsters as Stitch notice them crawling over to him, and the former evil experiment narrowed his eyes as he pulls out his blasters.
"Tuko rekio! (Stay back!)" Stitch shouted while firing a couple of warning shots at them as the Mulch Monsters stopped at their tracks instinctively but glared at him as Stitch looked up at Hilda, who had landed onto the control panel with a soft grunt as she began climbing up to it. "Hilda, uoy glove terwer yuri pu dan fuki lis gloven poloyu freize vurei lolmoco meega! (Hilda, you better hurry up and shut this down before these creeps overwhelm me!)"
"I'm on it! I'm on it!" Hilda shouted back in annoyance, getting somewhat better at understanding Stitch after having Jumba teach her a bit of his and Stitch's language as she finished climbing up the console and looked over the numerous buttons before her as Hilda hums and studied the control panel as she thought carefully on which button will allow the Big Chipper to shred things faster...only to then shrug as Hilda started pressing all of the robots at once and it miraculously caused the Big Chipper to begin working in overdrive as the large machine began shredding the dismembered body parts of the Mulch Monsters. "Yes! It worked! Catch me, Stitch!" Hilda says before suddenly leaped out of the control panel as Stitch reacted quickly and jumped out of the conveyer belt just as the Mulch Monsters that he was holding back tried to strike at him as they had accidentally lost their balance and fell onto the shreeder.
"Hilda!" Everyone shouted worriedly as they watched Hilda falling through the air and was about to hit the ground, only to be caught by Stitch as they crashed landed onto the floor and Stitch made sure to take the full brunt of the attack as he then gently places Hilda down and the duo turned over to their shocked group of friends as Hilda gave them a serious look.
"Quick! Jumba, Pleakley, grab the container and place it below the Big Chipper!" Hilda yelled at Jumba, and Pleakley flinched at the sudden command but nodded as they ran off to grab the container and grunted as they began pushing it below the Big Chipper just as it began shredding the Mulch Monsters as Hilda turned over to her friends. "Frida, David, help me and Stitch pour on the antidote!" Hilda ordered as they nodded, and the group ran over to grab the canister full of the antidote that Jumba was carrying around with and began dragging it over to the container just as Big Chipper finished shredding up all of the Mulch Monsters that were on the conveyer belt as their shredded up body parts fell onto the container.
"A-Are they okay?" Nigel asked worriedly while standing in Jumba's shoulders as the group peered down at the container and stared at the gallons of much placed before them as they noticed that the mulch wasn't moving at all, leading to Nigel and the others worry that they may have killed all the Vittras accidentally, only to see the mulch moving slightly as everyone sighs in relief and Hilda and her friends grabbed onto the canister as they dump the antidote onto the mulch and it started glowing brightly as everyone watched in awe at the Mulch Monsters regenerating back into their normal mutated selves before being bathed in a bright golden light as the Mulch Monsters roared in discomfort and moans as they all started shrinking in size and another bright light occurred.
"Argh!" Hilda and the others yelped as they covered their eyes reflexively, and, after waiting for the light to die down, the gang slowly opened their eyes again as they cautiously looked down at the container and sighs in relief as they saw a container filled with sleeping Vittras.
"My family and friends! They're back!" Nigel yelled in happiness and excitement as he had jumped down onto the container to hug his fellow Vittras, and everyone smiled warmly at what they see as a smiling Frida chuckled.
"Well, saving the town from an army of mutant zombie plants and later creating an antidote to revert them back to their normal forms should be worth at least five hundred points for the, 'Saving the town from a zombie apocalypse' badge," Frida says jokingly as Hilda and Stitch beams.
"Really!?/Gokuta!" Hilda and Stitch asked excitedly/hopefully.
"Uh, n-no, there's no badge for that," Frida says awkwardly as Hilda and Stitch both look visibly upset by what she said.
"Well, there should be," Hilda says with a cute pout while crossing her arms as Stitch did the same.
"Ih," Stitch says while nodding in agreement with a glare as everyone laughed amusedly at the duo's actions.
"So, are you sure they won't remember anything that happened today?" Nigel asked Jumba worriedly/curiously as they and the others had driven up to Trollberg Park while passing by multiple civilians fixing up the collateral damage that was caused by the Mulch Monster's invasion as they arrived at the park and stealthily made their way to the area where Hilda and the others were doing their Sparrow Scout Project as they began placing all of the sleeping Vittras back into the ground.
"Affirmative. Jumba did a quick scan on them to make sure they haven't suffered any injuries, and I have found out that while they're 100% healthy, they have suffered a severe case of memory loss, but thankfully, your people had only lost their memories of when they became the Mulch Monsters, so either than that, they should be fine." Jumba says as Nigel pursed his lips but nodded as David stared at the sleeping Vittras in bewilderment.
"I can't believe that your friends and family are still sleeping. I would've figured that they would've woken up after they have transformed back into their normal selves or when we brought them over here." David says as Nigel smirks proudly.
"Ha! There's not much that can wake up a hibernating Vittra...except pounding a stake in its head." Nigel says while glaring at Hilda and Stitch as the little blue-haired girl smiled at him sheepishly, and Experiment 626 simply gave him a raspberry.
"Yeah, sorry about that," Hilda says while chuckling nervously as Nigel gave her an unamused look.
"You have to admit, above-grounders aren't as bad as you thought," Frida says while walking up to Nigel as Pleakley followed after her.
"Yeah, I mean, we did save your people from continuing on as half-dead monsters, so even you have to admit that you're wrong about us," Pleakley says as Nigel blinks at them in disbelief before growing angry as he glared at them.
"ARE YOU SERIOUS!? THAT GUY USED HIS FREAKY EVIL SCIENCE TO TRANSFORM THEM INTO MONSTERS IN THE FIRST PLACE!" Nigel screamed while pointing at Jumba as he looks down in shame. "AND EVEN IF HE DIDN'T TURN EVERYONE I LOVE INTO ZOMBIE FREAKS, YOU ALL STILL PULLED MY PEOPLE FROM OUR HOME AND PLACED THEM IN THE MULCH CENTER TO BRE SHREDDED!" Nigel yelled as everyone flinched at what he said and looks down guiltily as Nigel huffed and started making his way to one of his people's underground tunnels as Nigel then turned to glare at them one more time. "Now, since you did revert my people back to normal, I will give you all a pass, but don't EVER come back here again!" Nigel shouted firmly as he blew a raspberry at them before leaping down onto the tunnel as he disappeared from sight.
After Nigel had disappeared, Hilda and the others began packing up for the night as Frida took one last picture of the place before boarding onto Jumba and Pleakley's car as they drove her and David back to their homes before going back to Hilda's apartment as they had managed to safely go back home without having Joanna asking any questions as she was busy helping out Roland and all of the other adults clean up Trollberg. Anyway, the next day, we see Hilda, Stitch, and their friends had entered the Sparrow Scout Headquarters as they had presented their unfinished project to their Sparrow Scout Leader Debby, who simply gave them an unamused look as she didn't give them any points whatsoever and the kids were visibly saddened by this, especially Frida as Stitch comforted the kids.
"David, Hilda, Stitch, and I failed to complete the assigned badge challenge." Frida's voice rang out as we see the gang standing outside of the Sparrow Scout headquarter as they were talking amongst each other, and when their parents arrived to pick them up, David bid the Stitch and the girls goodbye as he ran off to his parent's car. "But, upon further analysis, I've concluded that as failures go, ours was pretty successful," Frida says as we see her past self hugging Hilda and petting Stitch's head as Frida then pulled out a picture from her skirt and handed over to Hilda as both she and Stitch saw a picture of them, Frida, David, Jumba, and Pleakley posing together to take a picture as they all had big smiles on their faces. Hilda smiled widely at the picture as she hid it in her skirt and thanked Frida as she nodded before grunting as Stitch tackled her onto the floor and begins licking her face as a grossed out, but laughing Frida tried to pry him off of her body as Hilda simply watched on with a small smile on her face as she giggled.
"Heh, Hilda and Stitch were still persistent on earning that, 'Saving the town from a zombie apocalypse' badge," Frida says as we see Hilda, Stitch, and Twig turning in for the night as Twig decided to sleep on Stitch's bed while Stitch slept beside Hilda as they both stared at the photo that Frida gave them warmly, and Hilda turned over to Stitch as she smiles at him and kisses his nose as Stitch smiles back before going to sleep as Hilda did the same after placing her photo on her nightstand. "They said that we should suggest the Scout Leader to create one, but I told them, we can't just ask our Scout Leader to make up a new badge," Frida says while giggling a bit at her friend's actions as we then see an annoyed Jumba sitting on his bed on his room with Pleakley standing in front of him as the one-eyed alien was currently lecturing at Jumba for his actions while also bragging that he was a better gardener than him as Jumba groans. "...or maybe we can? I have to ask Scout Leader Debby about that tomorrow," Frida says thoughtfully as we see Frida typing away in her computer, writing on her virtual diary as she turns off her computer and walked off to get ready for bedtime as we then cue to another house and see David climbing up into his bed with his stuffed animals as he yawns and smacked his lips tiredly as David turned over to the small oddly-shaped rock that he had found earlier that was currently placed on his nightstand as David smiled at it.
"Goodnight, little rock," David says as he then wished his stuffed animals goodnight before going to sleep as he snored, not noticing the little rock shaking lightly as we cue to the outside of Trollberg, right behind the wall from the spot where Hilda and the others were doing their project as an oddly-shaped large rock could be seen placed near the wall, and the large boulder suddenly started shaking as two pair of yellow eyes popped out, and the rock growled softly as it stared at the wall with fierce determination and anger.
And done! I hope that you guys enjoyed the new chapter, and I can't wait to write the next one.
Anyway, as always, I will talk to you all later.
