Oliver was then sent to the 'Dark Room Charity for the blinds' after the accident, he was in such a dreadful condition, his mental health kept going worse and worse.
His father Greg never visited him and neither his uncle Brown , they both tried to shatter away all speculation regarding their relation to the accident.

The woman was resting in her hospital room no.122,
"Yes... come in please..." the woman replied resting on her bed in the medicals room..
A young doctor enters the room with an injection in his hand and slowly reaches for the woman.

The man then grabs the small child and gets out of the room heading out of the pregnancy section and then enters a dark room in an underground tube, where many new born kids lying in their beds, but all with blindfolds,
"Here he is! ..." the doctor said to a man starring at the window of the room.
"Yes!... now!..."the man replied.
"Ok!...Mr. Oliver!..." the doctor said.
After an hour passed the doctor got out of the room, with the boy on his shoulder, and back to his mother's room,
"Sorry!...doctor!...please!...what that he is wearing ...?"the woman yelled at the doctor.
""nothing!...mam,... it is actually a sleep mask..."the doctor said.
"Sleep mask?..."the woman said trying to reveal the mask from the boy's eyes.
she suddenly started screaming and crying in heavy tears then she fell to the ground unconscious with high screams, as she found her boy completely blind.
Drastically this was the case for all the pregnant women that came in to the hospital, they were being injected and then a small surgery would be done to her new born as to cause strong attacks to the kid's eye cochlea so he losses his sight as soon as he is born.
And after the surgeries, all the mothers of the newly born kids are to be sent to the maniacs hospital and kids to different charities for blind kids Similar to that place where Oliver was imprisoned in before
