Jorgan Heagan was born November UC 0066 to parents Mike and Sarah Heagan, Mike was an construction worker who was self-employed either working for private companies or the Earth Federation if they needed any work done, whlist Sarah was a accountant who was seen as one of the best in the area.

He had an older brother named Lance Heagan who was born in UC 0063 who was more confident than Jorgan was, Lance also had a best friend named Jerid Messa who's parents both being Earth Federation Officers were always away which meant as a result he would sometimes stay over with the Heagan family.

As Jorgan grew up, he wasn't entirely sure what he wanted to be, his brother Lance and his friends Jerid and Kacricorn wanted to become Earth Federation soliders, but Jorgan wasn't sure if he wanted to do it, Jorgan always admired his father's job as a construction worker and always enjoyed watching his father work on building houses or corporate towers when passing by.

At school Jorgan was fairly average in most things, he cared more about his work than his brother who was a slight underachiever, however the one subject Jorgan excelled at was Design and Technology in which he was really good at building things such as wooden chairs and even small robots.

Jorgan was 12-13 years old when the One Year War happened and as a result, Jorgan's father Mike was conscripted into the Earth Federation Forces as a Mobile Suit pilot of the GM, as a result both of Jorgan's parents (Sarah had joined the Logistics Corps) were fairly absent for that period as well as Jerid's parents being absent which led to the Heagan household becoming a bit of a frat house with house parties happening frequently. As a result Jorgan witnessed Lance and Jerid sneaking alcohol into their house parties and getting fairly drunk with Kacricorn usually being the one who was more responsible.

After the One Year War ended, Lance, Kacricorn and Jerid joined the Earth Federation Forces in UC 0081, during training in particular Jerid and Lance were general targets of the drill sergeant who wasn't a fan of there delinquent style behaviour, however after a few months Jerid and Lance fell in line and the 3 would pass through training with flying colours in late UC 0081.

Jorgan after the One Year War would continue his studies where he started to get better at his subjects, however one point of interest was his grades and projects in the subject of design and technology in which he was top of his class to the point where it caught the attention of Anaheim Electronics in which they offered Jorgan a conditional scholarship in their MS Research division if he got near perfect grades in his exams and despite doing many all nighters studying, Jorgan failed to gain the scholarship as while his Design and Technology and Science grades were good enough enough, his maths grades was one off getting the scholarship which made Jorgan feel upset and it continuously weighed on him even after his Hizack was shot down.

Jorgan spent the next year and half (0083-84 UC) working in the contruction industry with his father's company, while he enjoyed building houses or corporate towers on either Earth or Space colonies, he felt unfulfilled and felt he could do more and with the encouragement from his brother Lance as well as the outrage from the Delaz Conflict the year before motivated Jorgan to join the Eartn Federation Forces in late UC 0084.

Jorgan went through Earth Federation training as normal until they got to the MS Simulators where whlist most of the Federation recruits were serviceable at best, Jorgan stood out, gaining near perfect marks on the simulator which shocked many of the instructors, he was ordered to do it again 10 times in which he got the same results evrey time which got Jorgan recommended to the Titans in which after passing the aptitude test he started training with during the year of UC 0085, he was in the same batch of Titans recruits as his old childhood friends Jerid and Kacricorn, his brother Lance had failed the aptitude test by 1 point and as a compromise he was given a promotion by one rank.

After passing Titans training in late UC 0085, Jorgan mostly was used to sweep out Zeon Remenants in which he managed to sweep out an entire Zeon squadron that had been left over from the One Year War using a GM Quel, Jorgan was also aware that Jerid and Karcicorn had been selected to pilot the Gundam Mk II, a spiritial successor to the original Gundam from the One Year War, by the end of UC 0086, Jorgan, Jerid and Kacricorn had all been promoted to lieutenants and Christmas UC 0086 saw Lance, Jerid, Kacricorn and Jorgan gathered at a bar celebrating their promotions:

"Congratulations to all of us" said all 4 of them

"Can't believe I got a promotion" said Jorgan

"Well you did clear out a Zeon Squadrom who all probably had more experience than you" said Kacricorn

"Yeah, its better than having to assist the Titans after they get all the fun" said Lance

"Should of passed the aptitude test then Lance" said Jerid mockingly

"I was only 1 point off" said Lance as Jorgan, Jerid and Kacricorn chuckled

"At least you've got a high rank in the regular Feddie Forces, some of us had our ranks reset" said Jerid

"With twice the power of the regulars" said Lance

"True, although I was able to pilot a Gundam" said Jerid

Jorgan looked down, envying Jerid as he wanted to pilot a Gundam knowing the high reputation of the name

"I wish I could pilot one" said Jorgan

"I piloted one Jorgan and believe its not that much better than the GM Quel you piloted, in fact I would say that your GM Quel even looked like a Gundam" said Kacricorn

"Yeah your right I guess, but I would like to pilot a MS with the Gundam name on it, you know" said Jorgan

"Look at this, your GM Quel is far better than that scrapheap that Lance pilots, the GM Cold Districts Type, how old is that thing" said Jerid cheering Jorgan up slightly

"Well I recently got my MS upgraded, now I pilot a GM II after the Cold Districts Type was deemed too old to fight whatever the AEUG ambushes us with" said Lance

"The AEUG, all they are, are a bunch of spacenoids who want power, we know what happened last time they wanted power" said Jerid

"Yeah we had the Principality of Zeon and the Fascists of Gihren and Delaz" said Kacricorn

"Also I noticed that one of the AEUG leaders look like Char Aznable" said Jorgan

"Wouldn't surprise me, considering the AEUG is likened to an Liberal Zeon, Zeke values with a Liberal face" said Lance

"Do you think the AEUG will be a threat in the future" said Jorgan

"Nah, just a another spacenoid rebellion that will be crushed by the Titans, believe me in two years we will be sat here being honoured as heros with me leading the Titans" said Jerid

"I sure hope so Jerid, then we can get promoted to the top" said Kacricorn

"Yeah, I'll even let Lance join the Titans" said Jerid

"Thanks Jerid, but whats your chances of it happening" said Lance

"Low at the moment, but when Jamitov sees my potential, he will have no choice but let me help him lead the Titans" said Jerid

"Have you heard that there maybe a another Zeon out there, rumoured to be on a astroid called Axis" said Jorgan

"Yeah I heard the Titans are aware of them, although I heard that Axis has no near the manpower that the Titans alone have" said Lance

"Yeah there probably an another Zeon remnant, maybe there leading all these Zekes or the AEUG lot that we have to deal with" said Lance

"Your probably right, maybe Emperor Jerid may lead the Federation one day and Zeon will be a distant memory" joked Jorgan

All 4 of them laughed before saying "Merry Christmas and a happy UC 0087"

Two Years Later

Jorgan had just reminisced about the times before Gryps War, many of those memories now bittersweet considering the fall of the Titans as well as Jorgan being unsure of the fates of Lance and Jerid, he learned of Kacricorn's death in May 0087 which saddened him as well as Jerid losing two girlfriends during the Gryps War, in fact the last time he saw Jerid, he was mourning Mouar's death and was cursing some guy named Kamille Bidan who must been that AEUG ace that alot of Titans were aware of, both of them were in the south east area of Earth, Jerid's unit was stationed in Kilimanjaro, whlist Jorgan's were slightly more eastward and Karaba ambushed them with a MS called the Djeh shooting down Jorgan's Hizack which led to him being where he is now.
