Chapter 5

Bella and Lucian decided to visit her father to have him meet him, and see how he takes a liking to him. She hopes her father does not go into overprotective mode again. She will have to talk to him when they reach his home. To convince him, if he starts trouble, and his usual stuff that Lucian will not hurt her.

Both of them got in her car and drove to her Father's house not far from her own. She knew that it is going to be difficult but she could manage. She just hopes he can accept Lucian when he meets him this morning as they drove up the driveway to his home.

She and Lucian opened the car doors got out and closed them. She walked up to her father's house and knocked waiting for him to say enter before walking in. she heard him call out

"enter its open."

She turned the doorknob and her and Lucian walked inside to greet her father and introduce him to Lucian. Her father notices an older man behind her, and became worried, but decided to wait for Bella to explain she stared at him and opened her mouth to speak,

"dad this is Lucian he is my boyfriend I thought I introduce you two, and see him for yourself, to know that he has been very nice to me."

'hi Lucian, do you have a last name or is it just the first name only. My daughter seems to like you, and im giving you the benefit of the doubt, you can take care of her and treat her well or this shot gun will be for you when I fire it."

He held up his gun to show him what he he explained to him, what will happen if he doesn't treat his daughter right.

Lucian understood what he said, and knew he wanted too protect his daughter Bella if things go wrong between him and her. He decided to tell him that he is in agreement with what he said, which made her father shocked but happy tom know that. And he told him where he comes from they don't have last names.

Which made her father suspicious but knew he will treat his daughter right on what he wanted for her. Charlie understood what he needed to do to get him to promise to protect his daughter from any harm and make sure something will happen and work out best to happen between his daughter and this man Lucian.

Charlie knew that things can happen between his daughter and this man. With something that can test him one way or another which will go away or not between him and her. After he has won his approval to date his daughter.

He turned to Lucian and told him that he will see about his approval to protect his daughter if he goes fishing and hunting with him sometime and then he will approve. Which by the way he sees Lucian acting around his daughter he approves already he just hopes he does not regret it, and he messes up and hurts his daughter in the process. Seeing as he looks older than his daughter which is surprising to him.

Lucian sensed what his future father in law sensed about him knowing he is older then his Bella. And knows what he should do and hopes to be in his good graces still once he finds out the truth that him and Bella are mates. Which he still hopes to be ok with her dad, he is probably uncomfortable with him being older than Bella.

He knew that things will happen to change and work out even more between him and Bella as they get to know each other. While being closer together with each other on dates and living together as the days go by, both said goodbye to her father with promises to visit again and headed home after getting back in the car to drive back to her home and rest and relax for a little bit.

Bella wonders what anything will go for between her and Lucian as the days will pass on and on between her and him as they get together. She knows she loves him and would not to be a part from him as she will then feel loss and pain if he is away from her. She knows that one day things would come out to be good between her and Lucian and no matter the past she has nothing could come between them.

Not even Edward or Jacob both her exes who found new loves in each other. She did not feel bad after all but she did feel cheated that they did not tell her and just let her on. Anyways she does love Lucian and knows he will never cheat or want to leave her for another person as well.

She does forgive both of them but won't forget no matter what happens. She is still friends with both families though and that would never change. She will never forget their betrayal either in the long run she stays alone from them to keep the pain away.

Figuring out dwelling on the past has never been a good thing or not she knows she needs to tell Lucian about her two exes even though its not a big deal it will be too him. She knew that something would end up happening to change once things starting if she ever saw them again. That would make a big change she knew he could smell a lie if she ever decided to lie to him. So she knew she must tell him the truth and see what he says.

She sees Lucian coming towards her and decided to grab his hand and get him to sit down with her so she could explain to him more of her past including her exes. She opened her mouth after sitting him down again and explained to him about her exes and who they were and that their dating each other now. That she has nothing to do with them now but sometimes its annoying with their families checking on her, when she does not want them to seeing as how becoming friends still over everything.

At first she noticed that he is shocked and then became angry at her exes for hurting but forgave her for not telling him right away. But she noticed that he is not getting up to leave her and has still been sitting by her side which is still good.

Wondering how everything is going in his mind, she knew she has to wait to ask him what he is thinking. Because she assumes he is probably still angry at the news but not at her but at the previous men in her life.

She knew if he ever met them that he will teach them a lesson they will never forget. Which will be a different kind of greeting if they ever approach her with their families.

Thinking things through with what needs to happen, for her and Lucian together. Though something will need to be looked over when they go out more for them together.

Finding something that goes wrong or right, she knew that things will be able to happen and change for the better between them. She leans up to kiss him and shows her love to him and see where goes as she wraps her arms around him. He holds her closer to him and to show his love for her even more knowing he would want her to be with him every day and night. Knowing she already knows she is his mate and he hers.

Things than end for the night and Bella and Lucian head to bed together to go to sleep and sleep for the rest of the night.
