The next morning
Olivia was sitting in the living room reading a book when Riley walked into the living room. Olivia was about to say something when there was a light knock on the door. Olivia got up and walked to the door.
"Who is it?" Olivia asked looking through the peephole.
"Monica Collins. I'm Riley´s new social worker."She said.
Olivia opened the door and stood aside letting the woman enter. Monica saw Riley standing by the wall.
"Hi, It's good to see you again Riley. How have you been? Monica asked
Riley did not say anything she just rolled her eyes.
"Well okay, Captain Benson I would like to talk to you alone." Monica said
"Okay, Riley could you go to your room for a while." Olivia said
Riley did not say anything; she just walked into the room.
"The judge had found a new foster home for Riley." Monica said
"What, no she is staying here i already talk to the judge about her stay here." Olivia said
"I'm sorry but Judge Melissa Smith was taking off Riley's case. Judge Tiffany Scott had taken over Riley's case." Monica said.
"What was Judge Smith taking off of Riley's case?" Olivia asked
"I'm not allowed to tell you that." Monica said as Riley walked out of the room.
"Riley go pack your stuff. You are going to stay with Mr and Mrs Rodriguez for a while" Monica said.
Riley looked at Monica for a second before she walked back into the room where she was staying.
A few minutes later Riley walked out of the room with her backpack in her hand.
"Great, now let's get going." Monica said with a fake smile as she walked out of the door.
"Riley." Olivia said quietly as she handed Riley her card.
"Here my card i want you to call me if there any problem okay."Olivia said
Riley took the card with a shaky hand. Riley didn't say anything she just nodded her head.
"Riley, come on we are going to be late." Monica yelled down the hall.
With that Riley and Monica were gone.
In Monica car
"You really are a dumb person. You are in some much trouble. How dare you get Mr. Johnson and Dinae in trouble like this?!" Monia said
Riley did not say anything; she just looked at Monica.
"Oh now you got nothing to say. Did you really think you would stay in a good house with a loving family?" Monica asked
Riley just looked out the window not saying a word.
"I asked you a question." Monica yelled.
Silence.
"Oh so you want to be disrespectful." Monica said as they pulled up to the Rodriguez driveway.
Monica parked the car before she got out of the car.
"Come on Riley let go." Monica yelled at Riley.
Riley just rolled her eyes and got out of the car. And walked up to the house.
Olivia household
Olivia was making breakfast when Noah walked into the kitchen.
"Morning bubby." Olivia said
"Morning mom. Where Riley?" Noah asked
"Oh she went to a new foster home this morning." Olivia said
"Oh. So she is not coming back?" Noah asked as he sat in the chair.
"I don't know." Olivia said as she handed Noah his plate.
Back at the Rodriguez house
Monica already left.
"This is where you belong. Do you understand?" Mr. Rodriguez asked
Riley just nodded her head.
"No, I want you to use your word." Mr. Rodriguez said
Silence.
"Oh so you don't want to listen to me. Now I have to punish you." Mr. Rodriguez said as he slowly walked up to Riley.
Riley started to back away from Mr. Rodriguez.
"Why are you afraid. You put yourself in this mess now you have to face the consequences. And also someone came to visit you." Mr. Rodriguez said as he walked into the kitchen then a few seconds later walked out of Mr. Johnson by his side.
"Hello Riley, did you miss me?" Mr. Johnson asked with a smile.
Riley just rolled her eyes.
"Still disrespectful. I see. Now come on." Mr. Johnson said.
Mr. Johnson grabbed Riley by her wrist and followed to a room and threw Riley down inside.
"This is where you are going to stay." Mr. Rodriguez said as they walked out of the room.
16th precinct Olivia office
Olivia was in her office when someone knocked on her door.
"Come in." Olivia said
"Captain Benson, I'm Chelsea Evans. I'm a social worker. I'm here to talk about Riley William." Chelsea said.
"Okay come have a seat." Olivia said
"Thank you." Chelsea said as she sat down.
"So, I'm just going to say it but i think Riley is in danger." Chelsea said
"What do you mean?" Olivia asked with worry in her voice.
"Well Mr. Johnson got out on bail this morning and Mr and Mrs Rodriguez are very dangerous people. They are going to kill her." Chelsea said
"How could this happen?" Olivia asked
"Well there are bad people in the court that help Mr. Johnson and the Rodriguez." Chelsea said as Olivia walked out of her office over to where her detective was at.
"Okay, we need to find Riley William." Olivia said
"Why?" Kat asked
"Because she could be in danger." Olivia said as everyone started working.
Olivia looked over at Chelsea.
"I promise we will find her." Olivia told Chelsea
"I hope." Chelsea said
